M. L.It is a decent mental illness service, the management system is working, all the staff action for the problem reported promptly and correctly, it is clearly they try their best to help the patient and family.

X.I remember on Priory Ward I said I wanted to go outside but they said they were short staffed and said I could go out at 3 p.m. and when it was 3 p.m. they said we haven't got anyone to take you out the same thing happened at 4 and 5 p.m. and then they said well it will have to be tomorrow and of course this made me very angry and upset. They were playing mind games. They was trying to keep all the patients in for as long as possible. But I would like to add on some of the staff was really nice.
M. S.Being there kept me safe, there where some really kind staff on duty who where very patient & listened to me talking & crying about my life. I especially felt safe with Nick who does an excellent job, I can not praise him enough. However I didn't find the Dr I was under helpful at all.

M.I spent 3 weeks on dean ward and i couldn't thank them enough. they helped me get back on my feet (literally, on a few occasions) and were all so kind, supportive and funny when you needed a laugh. They also helped me to talk about things I've never been able to talk about. I could't thank them enough, only 4 stars though because I never want to come back! Unless it is as a visitor!

d. f.I can not thank everyone who cared for me in Abbey Ward, Wotton Lawn. They were amazing, although there were difficult times. The staff are simply amazing and I wish they could receive an award of recognition for their hard work to keep everyone safe. Thank you for everything. Abbey ward totally rocked it (best ward to be in). Thanks also to the OT and physio team too and not to forget the lovely cleaners. Thank you and I hope you get to see this one day.
