Reviews of Hull Royal Infirmary
The staff was super nice to me. I am terrified of hospitals so whenever someone tried to touch me/ taking my blood I started sweating , shaking , shouting random things and speaking incredibly fast. They handled me so well and they didn't make me feel bad about not being able to coop well with the whole situation. I am especially grateful for Suzanne and Julia . Thanks
Amazing experience. I was referred to hull as an emergency needing a spinal operation for cauda equina syndrome. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Within an hour of my arrival I was taken down for surgery. Everything explained to me very clearly. Answered any questions I had and made me feel relaxed. Day after the op I was allowed to go home and discharge ran smoothly. 10/10 highly recommended huge thanks to York hospital too for noticing the early signs of CES and getting me referred.
Admitted for brain surgery, within the time they gave me. Surgeon and all the staff were amazing. I was well looked after on ward 4 and ward 40. Can’t thank everyone enough.
I got sent to HRI from the Bransholme walk in centre with chest pains after my ECG came back suspicious. They then told me it was done wrong and that they would do another. Service was amazing really felt like I was at home! Want to say a huge thankyou to the ladies in the ACU for making me feel so welcome and cared for and a big thankyou to the doctor who did everything he could to help me and gave me helpful advice!
Waiting for bloods results took a while but that’s understandable. Thanks again x
A monument to the superhuman effort of those who work in healthcare, they always try their hardest with what resources they have and no doubt have eased the suffering of tens of thousands of people; despite personal experiences the gravity of the place always puts this into perspective
I had first class treatment here ,Nurse Helen was so lovely as was James in X-ray best hospital I have been to
Couldn't be happier with the level of care they gave my girlfriend and new daughter. The midwives were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. And while we had less interaction with other doctors and nurses, when we did, they provided excellent care.
1st floor outpatients, staff and the boss are 5 star great, sadly had bad experience with surgeon who took more teeth then they were supposed to..
Im glad to see efforts to replace the ideots as its needed. 5 Star for 1st floor outpatients..
Went in for an ultrasound, the nurse was very professional & explained everything. The staff & receptionist are the best on the second floor
My niece Gallagher had a serious head injury and came here for surgery amazing my niece and sister was looked after from start to finish. My sister had the same room as my niece she had to stay with her few nights she had to have surgery on her head my niece fell over and had a serious head injury. The surgeons was great cleaned and stitched the wound. The service my niece and sister received was top Mark's 5 stars they was seen to very quickly treated quickly and they was very professional from start to finish. Thank you hull and all off hull staff they did one amazing job cant thank them enough
Thanks to paramedics ED assessment and major side Drs scanners and on the medical assessment unit although only there an hour thanks to Dr G Rudrairah , he and his team sorted many problems out that virtually disappeared over night
Many thank👏👏
Ambulance to Scarborough Hospital and then onward transfer to Hull Royal Infirmary following a fall and spinal fracture. Big thank you to North Yorkshire Ambulance Service staff / Mr Lee / HRI staff / Ward 4 (Paul / Tracy / Megan et al) for looking after me. Really appreciated and keep up the great work :@)
We had to attend accident and emergency on advice given by 111 and arrived on Saturday morning to an approximate 3 hour waiting time. The drop off point was accessible
and convenient, and the self- check- in was quick and hassle-free. My partner was in chronic pain and was immediately given pain relief and made comfortable. We were seen within an hour and were treated with care and respect. The doctors and nurses were fantastic and given the stress the nhs is under, they worked so hard to ensure that rapid relevant tests were carried out and provided advice and aftercare. Without the quick- thinking and subsequent diagnosis and treatment, the outcome could of been fatal so Thank You Hull A&E!
My step-son was admitted after an accident at work...he was on ward 6 awaiting to go to theatre. The first day day he was there The nursing staff were fantastic...as was the surgeon that came to speak to us. We were informed that he wouldn’t be having his operation until the following morning as a more serious case had come in which was fair enough..... my step-son is 18 years old and was obviously very anxious about having his operation so we decided we would return to the hospital early so we could be there for him..bearing in mind we had an 80mile round trip only to be told we weren’t allowed in the ward only on visiting times. We waited until his operation was completed and went during the visiting times and asked when we could take him home...only to be told to pop home and come and get him later...bearing in mind we had just informed the nurse how far we had traveled....surely they should have taken the fact he was very apprehensive and the distance we traveled into account and let us sit with him....we accept there must be certain rules and regulations but maybe a bit of compassion towards patients and relatives wouldn’t go amiss here.....also maybe getting rid of some of the dregs that loitered the entrance area wouldn’t be a bad thing either.
Always a positive as can be expected experience here. The staff are all very helpful and cheerful.
My husband was taken to hri trauma unit 14 days ago after a bad road accident. He is still in our local hospital but Ward 40 were amazing. Although I couldn't visit (due to lockdown) which was heartbreaking I feel that he had the best care at such a critical time...thank goodness for neuro specialists . Hes slowly gaining strength in his right leg but he remembers his family now. Tgank you Hull Royal xx
I have had reason to visit this hospital many times over the years and have heard of the horror stories told about this place. All I can say is that I have waited for what seemed like an eternity in A&E when all you want is to be attended too and on your way. I have seen the modern day A&E where instead of dealing with needy patients drunks have to be dealt with, and even though there is 'security' they seem timid in the face unbelievable provocation. But what I have also witnessed is the sheer amount of people being treated day in day out, many seen to with dignity, professionalism, and curtesy, despite abuse being piled upon the various medical staff. Mistakes have been made, bad mistakes, over the years which is no surprise with the amount of patients they have to deal with, but its no excuse.
No one wants to visit the hospital although some that do, do so for trivial ailment and sometimes down right stupid ailments, all take up time. And there are times when you choose not to go to A&E but go to your GP who then sends you to A&E anyway, but that is not the fault of the hospital. Having attended the old Hull Royal on Prospect St as a child this replacement was a wonderful experience of a modern day NHS, this is now an old building refurbished, But I still detect the overwhelming dedication from the majority of the staff, even when under tremendous pressure of growing numbers to be seen. And for those who wish to see the building demolished, do you honestly think a place as compendious as Hull Royal would be replaced with a similar but more modern structure as this one? Not a chance.
I unfortunately ended up in Hull following an accident in york.
I had to have surgery in the plastics department.
All I can say what an amazing team that really went the extra mile looking after I cannot thank you all enough!!!
Had to attend due to having an Asthma Attack and while I was waiting in the waiting room I started to get worse with my inhaler running out. We informed the receptionist who was rude and insited on telling us that I would have to wait a minimum of 4 hours to be seen while I'm having difficulty breathing. We managed to get the attention of a Dr as she was about to shout someone else in as I was in a bad state who rushed us straight through and into one of their treatment rooms at the back and gave me nebulisers and sent off some tests. If it was not fo this Dr I would be giving this A&E department 1 star, if that Dr didn't get to me when she did I don't know where I would be.
Great staff. Had to attend twice fo elderly father. Saturday night and very busy, staff were great. Kept us informed and apologetic about wait time. Had to attend again today. Nurse Practitioner, Clare, was great, nothing was too much trouble. Can't fault the service, many thanks to all the staff.
Was at children's a&e and in overnight in tower block for my toddler's asthma attack. Excellent staff, caring and kind, ward room to ourselves. This is not my first experience of the excellent care available here. I'm sure some people have a rough time of it, especially at a&e, but I've never had anything but excellent care from friendly, caring, knowledgeable medical professionals at this institution.
My Mum was admitted following a heart attack. She was very well cared for by all the staff. You all do such an amazing job in such difficult circumstances. Thank you so much.
Really an odd hospital.
Had some first rate care from genuinely compassionate staff while here on several occasions. They have a fantastic eye clinic and I cannot fault the medical staff once you get to see them.
The lack of 5* is due to a lack of organisation. Had a DVT and developed a second one so came to Hull. Previous DVT I attended Scarborough a we are sort of between there and Hull. Got bloods and meds and discharged withing 4 hours... At Hull Royal and been nearly 10 hours and so far they have taken my bloods (to confirm the clot that they have said they know I have????) Waiting for ultrasound and ask reception after 3 hours sat waiting if they have any idea of progress to be asked why I haven't gone but then they said "ooops no one has rung them yet!"... Glad I was only categorised "Urgent to have scans done in 2 hours" over 22 hours ago.
I appreciate that the staff work hard and are woefully unsupported and such like but a huge hospital like this should have some level of competence.
I have been a patient at this facility since 1999 and although the neurology ward was not very appealing at first I soon learnt to look beyond that. The staff were very professional in their approach and yet still friendly, I was a repeat customer for a while and we developed a close bond, with the nursing staff, a confidence that they had my best care at their heart.
Once I was transferred to refurbished ward I could see the prospects the hospital has to offer. It is an old hospital and such is the size that it must be so very costly to manage. The refurbishments are always on-going but to a level that is distracting, when you are there for treatment you tend to look at that more than the facility. I would though have no hesitation in having any further treatment at the hospital, in fact I have regular out patient checks and coming from Whitby it is not the nearest hospital, but I have every confidence in the consultants I have seen and there has been many.
I have to agree with other people that parking is a real nightmare, I am a disabled driver and even I often find it difficult to find somewhere to park. One could say that if this is the case then the hospital must be doing something right to have so many patients.
Please look beyond the cosmetics, as the staff we have encountered have for the most part been most helpful, I hope that should you require treatment you are not put off by the negative reviews here. We would rather travel to and from Whitby to Hull for treatment then go to nearer hospitals; such is our confidence of Hull Royal Infirmary and its surrounding Eye Hospital!!
UPDATE
I had the misfortune to find myself once again in need of neurosurgery last March and just wish to add that my care was again exemplary, thank you so much for meeting all my expectations😊😊
I had a very good experience when I arrived by ambulance paramedics were lovely ladies and made me laugh. Even though I was in pain, A&E took good care of me and it was very clean Thank You to all the Doctors and Nurses help couldn’t fault them.
Hull royal had to .clean up Scarborough hospital mistakes for arm injury .skilled. knowledge and surportive nurse and doctors on ward 60 .
Can not thank them enough
I was sent to HRI A&E on the 21/04/21 at approx 11pm or later as far as I can remember for 3 deep head wounds that needed 30 stitches thanks to Jack and I would like to thank everyone from booking in to repairing me you all did a wonderful job and thank you from the bottom of my heart x
My sister was admitted to Hull Royal just over a week ago to have a tumour removed. The staff at Ward 40 have been just incredible, a special word of thanks to Sister Jane. Mr Kounin the surgeon did a sterling job.....we could not have felt safer or better cared for. Bless you all - Lisa Vasta's family
Very friendly staff a year ago i got diagnosed with Diabetes type 1 was ver y good But dont have the mashed potato tho lol its bad
Child with two broken bones waiting for surgery over 20 hours. Starved for 20 hours with nothing but about a cup full of water over that time and still waiting. Appalling.
However, four weeks on I feel I need to comment on the level of skill and knowledge of the majority of the staff. The surgery went well and my child was in safe hands. There are some amazing people doing a difficult job. It's a shame that a lack of funding has such an impact on the organisation of the NHS and the overall provision of the service.
Just been in for some back surgery on ward 4, wasn’t looking forward to it but staff couldn’t of been any better. Made feel welcome from the start with a telephone call saying sorry but wouldn’t be able to admit me till 7 but don’t worry bed would be available. All staff from cleaners nurses all way up to the surgeons can’t say a big enough thankyou. Ward so clean and busy but staff always professional.
Thanks again
Very good experience. The staff from consultant, nurses, to admin staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Performance of the medical procedure was fabulous, second to non. I think some of the reviews are very unreasonable, I understand the frustration of waiting times etc but this is nt the fault of a hospital that is underfunded and understaffed because of government policy. Yes the building is dated but clean and well equipted in the important areas.
A&E waiting time is 3+ hours and mental health emergencies are often ignored or straight up sent away. The staff do what they can but in such low numbers they have to prioritize life and death situations. The rest has to wait.
My 88 year old mother was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia. The AAU, to which she was admitted, was rather old and shabby, but the staff were tremendous. She was then transferred to the respiratory high dependency unit, which was bright and cheerful. The nursing staff were fantastic, and the doctors kept me informed every step of the way. They always took my views into account, and acted in her best interests. Unfortunately my mother died there, but I can not fault any of the medical staff in any way, and feel that we could not have had better treatment anywhere
20 mins free drop off and pick up point at the hospital entrance. Bus and taxi service right at the entrance of the hospital. Parking is available in the car park opposite the road. Disabled access and 6 lifts available. There is a boots pharmacy on the ground along with cafe and toilets. Friendly doctors and well attended patients.
Comparatively lesser waiting time in case of appointments.
There are many critics of the NHS but l would like to congratulate all concerned for the treatment my wife received last night after a riding accident. Money could not have got her better attention. Thank you for the ambulance service and the A&E staff
The Revd Paul Ockford
Had a accident at work and nearly chopped my thumb off, had a 5 1/2 hour operation by the plastic trauma team. The care was second to none, NHS is a credit to this country, everyone works there socks off , they are amazing people
Weds 21st Aug I had an agonising pain in my gut and ended up in A&E at HRI Anlaby Rd... after they determined my condition I was moved to Castle Hill - Ward 15 Urology. The care I recieved from Doctors and Nurses and supporting staff was excellant the nurses never stop working they gave that 'extra' to make me feel comfortable and pain free.
I would like to say a big thank you to this 5 star team who are a credit to the hospital, the medical profession and our wonderful NHS.
Roger Prince
This morning we attended the eye clink for a regular check up at. The. Hull Royal Infirmary the seating area was spotless and chairs well spaced out because of the virus situation where in today sanitising machine at the door and wearing of a mask was a must at all times
Quick response and friendly staff. Security do a good job and the nurses/Doctors always seem in good spirit ready to help no matter what. Almost broke my toe and apologised to the doctor as minor injuries was closed at 1am, but we had a good laugh and I left with some good advice.
The hospital is located near the city centre, on a main road and public transport routes, hence it is easily accessible. Car parking is available but expensive and busy. It provides some large range of services including A&E.
The service is as usual for the NHS, brilliant, hardworking and caring staff but hideously overworked due to Tory underfunding.
There is an excellent cafe downstairs in the foyer and a small newsagents in front of the main building. It stocks most of the things you'd expect apart from cigarettes.
Went with suspected broken hip and concussion very good and explained everything many thanks
Just attended the fracture clinic. Appointment time 9:10, seen and supplied with splint for a fractured ankle in 45 mins. All staff approachable, friendly and professional. Thank you.
Taken by ambulance to HRI. A&E staff were quick, thorough and informative. On transfer to ward 4 I found a friendly, dedicated team who got me back on my feet quickly and with ultimate care.
Although the new look of HRI is impressive the department as a hole is a mess, i arrived with my wife after she was told to go to HRI and have an MRI scan, after 3 hours we were told the A&E department is full of people fighting for there life's and wait time could be 6 hours plus to see a doctor, we went back the next morning 7am and my wife was finally given a bed at 6-30pm on the night.
nurses are over worked under paid and have to miss breaks why ?
One of the best tertiary care hospitals around this place. A lot of people come here and get the best treatment available now. A very busy hospital since it covers a big population around Hull. I think it needs more staffing in every department!
Unfortunately the entrance to this place appears to be the area for smokers, fed up with having to avoid getting a lung full before attending the chest clinic. Also needs a good clean up. Staff smoking by the bus stop in uniform, doesn't create a good impression.
Attended a very busy A&E over weekend All staff I had dealing with were extremely kind, very caring and professional 😀
This hospital needs either knocking down and rebuilding or a vast refurbishment. It's only redeeming feature is the nursing staff who were polite and kept themselves busy actually doing their job caring for their patients and associated relative(s).
I went in fracture clinic few people in but nobody waiting in line I went @Straight in
The Children separate A&E is excellent. One broken wrist logged, triaged, x-ray'ed, Dr, potted and new appointment all in under an hour.
Can parking is expensive especially when fracture clinic is running 90 minutes late or another one start 30 minutes late through no fault of hours.
But would always recommend the Children's A&E
Not too busy and the staff are very good at their jobs. Waits can be long to see a doctor. The lifts are a nightmare as everyone piles in together to get to the ground floor and the car park is very full so you'll be lucky to find a space.
Hannah ( i.cu team at hospital ) what a lovely nurse she is . Kept us informed and really helped us through a very difficult time don't know how we would have coped without hannah help x so a big thk you for all your help what a great nurse you are you are simply the best nurse in the world to us xxxxx
After recent brain surgery can't praise Hull Royal and ward 4enough. Every single person went above and beyond to give me the best possible care. outstanding
I have had epilepsy for as long as I can remember. It was uncontrolled virtually all my life up to the age of 19.
When my family and I moved up north I was registered to HRI. I couldn't thank them enough for helping me control it. It has now been 6 years since I've had an epileptic fit.
The downside of it all is that it is very challenging to get hold of the relevant people.
Was referred to the ACU at Hull Royal yesterday. Thank you so much to the nurses and drs who go above and beyond despite their workload. Very lucky to have our NHS...
Fetched over from York in the early hours via ambulance for emergency MRI scan from entering the hospital to leaving 3 days later after life changing surgery 10 out of 10 the staff in the MRI unit to the surgeon and staff to wake-up on ward 4 although the hospital is not a modern high flying hospital the treatment and staff 100 percent thanks for all that you have done for me during my stay
They do amazing stuff here: put you on a bed, pull babies out of you: write you a prescription: the works.
My wife had all of that stuff done to her last year and everyone that did it to her was awesome. 5 stars.
i've had a few operations here and due another in a few months. Sadly my dad was admitted this christmas and it was a very worrying time....luckily the staff were amazing despite how busy it was and have nursed him back to full health. They have always been fantastic with me so it was great to see this kind and caring service is provided throughout.
I fell in the car park and dislocated my finger. A and E staff were so helpful. I had to wait, but other people were here before me so that was right. Treatment was effective and efficient.
Everyone on ward 40 (major trauma) should be proud of themselves, genuienly the niceest people to be around when hospitalised :)
I can't believe people complain about the building or that they are understaffed. Go to a hospital in Oxford first or infact any other in a similar sized city and you would soon realize how good this one is, maybe stop judging the hard work of the many by the mistakes of the few, who for All you know may have worked an 80hour week
If anyone's confused, 'Hull Royal Infirmary', is the hospital here, and it is part of an NHS Trust organisation called 'Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust' which also has some administrative offices on the site. It is the same organisation that was called 'Hull and East Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust' until April 2019. Unfortunately 'Hull Royal Infirmary' has disappeared from Google map labelling at the time I write this, hopefully soon to be corrected.
Visited A&E today with my elderly Dad I can not believe how much its changed. Fantastic service and fantastic staff. Very understanding & friendly and dare I say happy in their work.
I am so interested to work here as a nurse. My older sister is working here already and keeps telling me how nice it is to work in an environment where all of the staffs are friendly especially the bosses of this health facility.
I was in hull royal on the 19th 20th and 21st for a discectomy (back surgery) I was dreading it and so nervous ,on arrivving at ward 4 at 7pm they were very busy , a young lady took me to my bed ,my partner and daughter came with me and where told they could stay as long as the wanted , my surgery was for the next day , to cut a long story short ,the day and night main nurses and doctors where fantastic could not fault them ,I can’t remember there names just now , the first pysio lady I saw and hour after surgery I may add wasn’t I’m afraid very nice , but the two young pysios that came round the day after where lovely the people that took me down to surgery where amazing and the surgeon dr leavery I think he was call was lovely all in all a very good experience, oh and the cleaner was so fun and down to earth great lady 👍
Read some reviews frankly some ridiculous, my wife went into A&E with serious condition Drs very quick as were the nurses good treatment and care no faults, please dont blame the individuals its the system when it is not right.
I went to hull royal infirmary childrens A and E department on 27/1/17 at around 6.30pm with my 3 months old granddaughter.. We were acknowledged by a friendly receptionist... I noticed straightaway how she interacted with the children that was taken to the children's A and E unit, not just firing questions at there parents/guardians etc which I remember thinking how nice it was to see as my experience with receptionists in another department in hull royal infirmary, was of them being very abrupt, ignorant, rude even!!!! We were taken through straight away to were a lovely nurse came to see us at do her checks first ... after a little while the doctor came in to see us and wow what a surprise again an outstanding doctor not one bit condersending, patronising not once made to feel like an over protective parent or grandparent that didn't have a clue... He actually spoke to us like adults and he thought like a humanbeing , a dad, a parent not an over talking text book... he spoke from experience, reality, compassion, he was firm, straight talking got to the point asked lots of questions after he finished with his questioning he checked my precious little grandaughter over thoroughly then spoke to us he actually took the the time to explain not only what was wrong with her he went right back to the questions he asked and why he asked and what significance they were to how he checked her over and what and why he did different checks on her.. which made sense to us not just doctor talk.. he also had a laugh with us (put us at ease) which was lovely too.... Thank you to the doctor the 2 nurses and receptionist that dealt with us on fri 27/1/17 at approx 6.30pm (you know who you are) for making a horrible, worrying time into a more comfortable unworrying situation and taking the time to put us at ease and to be told we did the right thing in going to the childrens A and E department to put our minds at rest... and to go back as many times as we find nessasary to be on the safe side😆😆😆
We were very impressed by the sensitive and expert treatment we received from all the staff in the unit. Everyone was caring, patient and understanding. Excellent .
My daughter was admitted last weekend with suspected pneumonia staff were amazing and went out of there way to look after her my daughter came home and made a full recovery
My son got good treatment when he went there for his bronchoscopy this year. He didn't have the anesthetic through a mask through and that would be good tbh :)
The staff here are tremendous. Nurses are great. Doctors are unbelievable considering the hours they have to work.
24/03/15, visit to eye hospital, all done in under 2 hours including setting date for operation. All staff very friendly and efficient - well done to all
Waiting times are ridiculous and staff seem to be standing around not doing anything. I know the NHS is suffering but please don't waste time being idle.
Eye hospital is shocking, but the rest of the hospital is fantastic! Three of my four adorable Granddaughters were born here!
I have been at the Emergency unit several times with my aged mother, I have nothing but praise for the staff who are absolutely marvellous.
due appointment this month at rheumatology went in for a different reason two months ago while there i checked on the appointment at rheumatology
they told me yes we have an appointment for you, you will receive conformation in the post i have just rang up and was told we do not have you down for this month i wonder how many people this has happened to
for the last four years exactly the same thing happens you cannot book six months in advance so you wait for a letter that does not come and then they turn round and say we are running behind
Nice hospital cleanish friendly staff
Took my daughter for an MRI yesterday. Staff were very friendly and efficient. A good experience!
Over 7 hours waiting for wife's meds came out of hospital exactly the same as went in only solution to move home away from hull catchment
Thank you for the compassion shown by you resuscitation staff, we lost our wonderful partner, son and brother due to a work accident yesterday and the staff were brilliant x thankyou x
Unexpected overnight stay, thank you ambulance team, a and e ward and ward 60, you were all lovely x
Absolutely amazing paediatric a&e team and paramedics. Knew exactly what to do with my son who has epilepsy and understood need to discharge quickly to allow my son to recover quickly in a more relaxed environment. Sorted out medication quickly and drs and nurses all had outstanding knowledge. Hospital clean and pleasent. Thank you all so much for your amazing work. Hope you all get the credit you deserve for the amazing work you all do. Highly recommended.
Great care really looked after me broke wrist all staff doctors so caring can't fault them thank you so much x
Sometimes feel uncomfortable waiting here.... especially when there are argumentive people waiting too.
I can't fault the NHS and my family and I have received exceptional treatment at Hull Royal Infirmary.
It's free health care. There may be a wait to be seen but your hour wait could be life or death for another
Could not fault my journey through A+E. The staff, treatment and care were all excellent. Thank you.
Accompanied friend/neighbour in ambulance after bad fall at home. Staff efficient, helpful & polite in A&E on the night of 28 Feb Thank you
was waiting for 3 hours in A&E but was treated wonderfully even if it was after so long.
A&E nursing team did excellent.
Konstantinos Palaiologos.. the best doc ever! Thank for everything doc!!
What would we do without our NHS. They do their up most best. Excellent.
Very clean staff lovaly
Plastic surgeon is very informant
Excellent service big thankyou to all the staff at hull royals children accident and emergency really freidly staff great with our little boy thankyou 10 out 10 service
Wonderful staff, but a very long wait, problems with computers.
Had a very good experience as a foreigner on this hospital. Great staff!!!
Couldn't do enough to help us
I needed to take my wife to A&E - the waiting time was worthwhile because the diagnosis and action plan put into place to address my wife’s complaint was extremely worthwhile - the genuine care shown by Dr Rebecca made us feel we were being looked after very well - My wife was quickly moved in neurosurgery, a biopsy done and now she is on her way to radiotherapy/Chemotherapy at Castlehill. The speedy actions of HRI may well have given us more years together.
Great care . Kind ,considerate staff well done N H S
Best place I've ever worked. Good support systems and the staff are brilliant.
Thank you for saving my son's life 45 years ago. Eternally grateful.
