R. M.I went in for a pre opp appointment, the staff were very friendly and professional, a quick and pleasant visit. Parking is good but you do have to pay.
G. T.Had consultation @ 10.15. Found parking and paid for two hours (quite expensive). Went in, receptionist very nice. Had consultation @ 10.25, left 10.45!! Paid over the odds for parking but hey-oh! All of the staff I met were wonderful. Wouldn't recommend a visit because you're obviously not well; but for the illnesses they deal with they're superb.

J. S.Had to drive my Dad there for a covid swab before his surgery. Due to this we had to park up and they came out to us. Once this was done we could go. Was just a long way to go for a swab from Loughborough.

J. B.Excellent. The staff couldn't be more helpful and efficient, I can't praise them enough, especially Idil, who was brilliant, well done.
D. W.Went for pre-op assessment. I'm disabled so was concerned about not being able to park close to the Coleman building, but 3 free disabled bays when I got to the car park, so love and easy. Centre was clean and I saw nurses regularly wiping surfaces to protect against covid. Not too busy. Was seen promptly by the different nurses I was required to see. All nice and friendly and the service was professional!

J. R.I would like to write about the treatment my husband MalcolmRoutledge received at this clinic last week. He attended for a TWOC on the monday failed and was given a self catheterize anyway he couldn't manage this and we had to return the next morning , treated by Angelique who was absolutely marvellous very caring, they couldn't manage to sort him so he was excorted to Urology then joined by Sue Wilkinson and various other staff, all these ladies were so caring and kind, but especially all the staff I must reiterate that the care Malcolm received was above and beyond. It was eventually decided that a indwelling catheter was appropriate at the moment and he is home and so far so good. cannot thank you enough and biscuits and cake will be brought in later this week. THANK YOU ALL EXPECIALLY. XXXX
