P. M.Some staff not bad in my personal experience. Unfortunately, the good work the GOOD receptionists, Doctors etc are somewhat destroyed by the obnoxious, power-crazed, jumped up staff who make life as difficult as possible when it comes to getting appointments, VITAL repeat prescriptions, information and just generally interracting with the surgery. Due to "admin" I have missed out on over 8 weeks worth of vital medication over the past 6 months due to the utter shambles that goes on when certain staff are on the job. Wholly unacceptable.
This is a real shame as some of the staff, receptionists, doctors etc are lovely and try hard to do a good job.

g. a.I have newly registered at this practice and so far I think its probably the best surgery I have been registered at. Registration was straightforward. Phone lines can be busy at times - but you can generally get through and arrange pre bookable appts as needed. I have had two appointments, both with the practice nurse who was not only lovely but very good and very efficient.
