Care Fertility London gave me exemplary, outstanding care. From the first appointments to taking care of me once my pregnancy began, I could not have asked for more. The kind and caring nature of all of the staff made a real difference to mine and my partner's wellbeing throughout the process. I became pregnant fairly quickly upon undergoing IVF treatment, but even if I had not, I would still highly recommend Care as they were so responsive and ready to try a range of different ideas and treatments to support my needs. Even when we phoned up unduly worried over the weekends early in the pregnancy, they were there for us. Having had two miscarriages previously before joining Care, I was very apprehensive about the process, but they made it easy and got us to where we are now - 8 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl. I could not recommend this clinic enough. I had my ivf here and the team was just phenomenal. From my drs to every nurse I met everyone was wonderful. Fiona & Sam these two nurses were my support and backbone through my fertility journey. I did not at all feel like it was just a business, It felt like the team was our small little family supporting us at every stage of the way, it felt like all the staff and we were "in this together" and our win and loss was theirs too. The support I got from the Dr's, from nurses especially Fiona I will never forget. I left Care with 2 children and life long friends; who 3 years on still keep in touch. I couldn't recommend this clinic more!

I came to care for egg freezing in January/ February, I did a lot of research before finding a clinic that i trusted and went for lots of different consultations. I ended up choosing care because i was won over by the people and how caring & genuine everyone was. I was looked after so well and although there was a little bit of miss communications they apologies instantly and explained the challenges. The doctors were great and made me feel at ease, specially Dr Robati was a joy and his energy was great. I even had a visit from the director after my procedure to make sure i was ok as i was extremely nervous. Thank you all for the care and the great friendly environment you have created to put the patients at ease.

Our journey has been emotional and tough at times but the team have been nothing but understanding and dealing with my emotional journeys. I have been a patient of london care for a past few year and finally after many attempt and receiving a great support from the team, I managed to get pregnant. I do count myself a lucky star because this journey is not easy and it is heartbreaking for people going through this as it was for us, but i have learned being realistic is the main key. I Could not fault care. From the moment you walk through the front door you are greeted with a helpful friendly face (especially the gentleman, i did not catch his name) You are treated as a person not a number and put at ease throughout treatment. I had used another fertility clinic previous and had nothing but issues but as soon i came to care i saw the difference in service. I would highly recommend them for treatment and could not be happier sitting writing this review with my beautiful baby girl asleep beside me. Best place ever we had our son 11 years ago after having IVF here. So amazing. Our son is now a ballet dancer and just started high school. It's hard to believe we have a son. The clinic is Spotless, staff were incredible, welcoming. Everything explained so well. We are so delighted we came here for treatment. Thank you for all you did for me and my husband. Xx

Care fertility is a really impressive clinic. After two failed cycles of IVF at the top clinic in the country I moved to Care as a satellite clinic via Adrian Lower and they were incredible. The embryologists are very skilled which is so important in IVF. I found the doctors and nurses all genuinely kind and caring, they have a gentle but informative approach which was just what I needed. I am also delighted to say that I am currently 13 weeks pregnant after successful IVF/PGS testing with Care. Thank you for helping change our lives.

I hav experinced many fertility clinics in London. They are all after Money but we were really happy with the care we received and the overall experience at Care London All staff were genuinely friendly and informative and I felt very comfortable and as relaxed as possible given the situation. We have used another clinic previously and we both felt so much happier and positive about our experience at CARE London, and this was all down to all staff and doctors.

We had 2 children via ivf at this clinic. Both times we were successful on the first try. Very happy and particularly recommend the doctor Theodorou. Very professional and 2 successful pregnancies. I was under 35 both times.

Excellence service . The nurses and doctors are very good. We started taking the medicine on the 17th January 2019. The injection will start on the 28th. The eggs were collected on February 12. Embryo transfer at 17th, blood tests today, confirmed pregnancy. In a little over a month, we succeeded. Many thanks to the doctors and nurses for their care. Let's make what we've been waiting for a long time come true. Thank you very much! And I highly recommend this hospital.

Cost wise great . They have a variety of different protocols to suit different patients and the attention provided shows professionalism. I am really happy with the wonderful treatment and care they have given us. Good luck for the couples trying to conceive. I highly recommend this place.

It’s the staff that make the difference, and throughout their care and knowledge is apparent. The location is easy to access being just a short walk from Baker Street, and the clinic is inconspicuously located at the ground level of an accommodation block.

Egg freezing: mixed reviews. On the one hand, the clinical staff (doctors and nurses) I have met here have been very kind and competent, and I genuinely feel like all of the medical care I have been given has been excellent, with the exception of my initial medical consultation. I will put up with a lot if the outcomes are better than average, and they're supposed to be good here. On the other hand, all non-clinical staff have been rather lacking. - Care almost forgot that I needed extra bloods testing for the possibility of surrogacy, nearly making the entire process futile if I hadn't have managed an ID scan; I felt I had to remind them every time I came in that this needed to be provided for, upon realising that nobody had written this down or communicated within the team. - The meds (a third party) didn't arrive when promised and wasted a lot of my time and had to deliver my set for free to apologise - There have been frequent mistakes referring to a husband that I don't have (you'd think that they would be more sensitive / aware that egg freezers are unlikely to have this!) by multiple staff. - Most importantly, EVERY time you come in you are confronted with a new bill aggressively by the finance staff - even though I always paid (on time) on the portal. On the day of the operation I was told I had to pay for an additional bloods test there and then, even though it hadn't even been put on the portal yet and had only been generated that morning for an unexpected blood test. I only had my Amex which they don't take, and they threatened to not do it (over a £450 bill, a drop in the ocean given I had already spent £6000) - my boyfriend had to come in and do it. There is absolutely no sensitivity. I am 32 with no complications, freezing for social reasons, and yet my routine bloods accompanying each scan (and included in packages by companies like Zita West etc) were not included. It also doesn't acknowledge that, often, it's someone's parent or partner who might the paying for the procedure online. - My initial consultation was disappointing. Even though I demonstrated knowledge of the entire process (I have seen my friends go through it, and live with a doctor who I had questioned), the entire paid session was spent explaining GCSE biology. In this initial consultation, I was advised not to do the EggSafe package as the doctor I initially spoke to said I would only need one round to get the 20 eggs - but I achieved 15, which the doctor operating then confirmed was all that would have been likely for someone with my readings. - Generally, I feel concerned. People who come here for IVF are often more desperate than I am at 32. They are probably more price sensitive too; my one round as someone was about £7000 including all the necessary 'extras' (lowest dose meds, routine bloods, ID and STI screenings, procedure itself, initial consultation, so be warned that they are not transparent) and most people's bills will be a lot higher. Patients may be very sensitive about perhaps not having a partner. To be treated insensitively makes this process more emotionally and financially draining than it would be if we were treated kindly by non-clinical staff, with a real understanding of how much things cost ahead of time. I am awaiting my follow up consultation with the doctor, following my first retrieval, as I try to interpret whether I need further rounds. Doubtless, I'll have to pay for this too.

I want to say thank you to the Care team. They have been so helpful and supportive to me and my partner that i could have not been able to go through this without them. They did go out of their ways to make sure we were ok when at times i was finding everything to much. I did speak to different staff as they were going through recruiting new staff but even the new staff would just try to help. Just wanted to say i appreciate everything you have done for us.

First of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff working at Care London. They have been patient with us and really supportive. Yes we did have some small issue this will happen at every clinic but the way the nurses and others looked after us it made it all better. Fertility is a hard journey and at times i wanted to give up and blame everyone for not getting pregnant. After a long journey and many different clinics, we finally managed to get pregnant. yes there was times we nearly gave up but as someone who has been through this journey, be patient and don't try to control everything. Good luck to all women's out there going through this journey, have faith and don't control things. I consider myself lucky.

I can’t thank Care Fertility enough. It has been such a stressful time trying for a baby but all staff have been so caring and helpful. If I had any questions they would always reply to my emails. I became pregnant on my first IVF cycle.

My first egg donation I was naturally nervous however all the team at the clinic made it easy to soon relax and every part of process was clearly explained and the process was very easy. Even injecting myself for egg development wasn’t a problem- all the team were marvellous and all questions answered. The day of the harvest I was excited and nervous but the result was amazing. The team I recommend for first or second donation they are all professional and down to earth and made the whole experience relaxing and made it so much more exciting for the end result, I am proud to be a egg donor and am hopeful to get a second donation x highly recommend this clinic staff are A+ X

After undergoing fertility treatment with Care London, my husband and I could not be happier with the service we have received. All staff from reception to the nurses and consultants have been wonderful! Extremely helpful very knowledgeable and always ready to listen to any concerns we may of had, whilst under going this sometimes emotional process. I would highly recommend CARE Fertility London and happily we are pregnant :)
