I had my top surgery here in December 2021. My whole experience was brilliant from start to finish. The staff really looked after me, and couldn't do enough for me. Every step was explained to me and I was put at ease. All the nurses, doctors and surgical staff came to see me and introduced themselves and explained what was happening. Absolutely professional. The after care was brilliant. Everything went as planned with no complications. I am so happy with the results.

I attended the hospital for a Bilateral Mastectomy operation in August 2021. As this was my first major surgery, I was extremely anxious. I was dealt with in the most professional and compassionate way. Everything was discussed with me and explained in detail. Not once did I feel overwhelmed and each member of staff was approachable and polite. I felt comfortable to ask questions and was given privacy. The hospital was clean and tidy. I would like to say thank you again to everyone whom aided in my experience on the day, both who I physically met and behind the scenes- You all make such a positive difference to so many people's lives. If I was to ever have another operation privately, I would definiately return to this hospital without hesitation

HSSH very welcoming staff on arrival and had great hospitality not just for myself but my friend aswell. They allowed her to sit and wait untill my discharge and made her comfortable with food and drinks. Nursing team were very kind and 1 stayed with me for majority of my recovery. Even though during my surgery, the hospital were having work done, regardless of this it was a pleasant experience which gives great hope for others when they have surgery and this isn't happening.. Going to hospital for surgery is never an easy thing but I was glad the staff at the Harley Street Specialist Hospital made me feel at ease and well looked after during my time there. The staff were so attentive and caring and the actual hospital itself was very modern, clean and a pleasant environment to be in.

I had a bunion removal and hammer toe correction surgery. I would just like to say that I was really impressed with the overall service that I received from start to finish. All of the staff at the hospital were very sociable and caring and made me feel relaxed before, during and after my operation. My Consultant, who was contactable throughout my treatment, was brilliant and literally created me a new foot which I am over the moon with; so much so that I am thinking of returning to get my other foot done.

I attended for wisdom teeth removal and was delighted with the friendliness, kindness and expertise of all the staff I met, from reception through to theatre nurses, surgeon and anaesthetist. Everything was very efficiently managed, with no delays at any point, so that I was able to leave much earlier than I had anticipated. I have visited many private hospitals in central London over the years but this was much the best experience I have had in every respect. I would certainly return here given the option, if I were to need surgery in the future.

Mr Ali Noorani is the James Bond of Orthopaedic Surgeons. Harley Street Specialist Hospital is the perfect place for him to work. Faultless. His clinical expertise, congenial nature, attention to detail and the accurate explanation of his management plan immediately make you feel relaxed and confident that you are in the safest hands possible to restore you to good health. The team at Harley Street Specialist Hospital were brilliant. Jas returned my voicemail after 20 minutes and was able to offer me an appointment that day. I was in surgery after 24 hours having had X-rays and a scan. Going to theatre - was an outstanding experience in that all the staff were professional and friendly. Post-op, I was in recovery till 2 am. Beatrice and Harkiran were wonderful, efficient and patient. They were not only lovely with me but also with my daughter. After care- Mr Noorani gave clear instructions about movements to avoid, recovery time, rehabilitation, advised physiotherapy and attendance for assessment of healing, dressing changes and follow up. Nila was friendly and gentle, so you don't even know she had changed your dressings. Kate was fabulous and sorted out some billing queries. I felt welcomed, loved ( I know that sounds corny), safe and secure in the knowledge that each person wanted the best for me. I am so glad that the NHS were deaf to my pleas of being seen more quickly, google for finding Mr Noorani on 2 different websites as the only surgeon for my problem and through him, a phenomenal clinical result. I had no pain after 48 hours and full range of movements after 2 weeks. The scar, almost invisible.

I can’t begin to describe how amazing my experience was. I’d like to thank every single staff member. Mr Inglefield has literally changed my life, I’m only just under 5 weeks post op and my results are unreal already! I can’t thank you enough, such a kind, friendly person too which made the whole experience so much better! Unfortunately I can’t remember her name but the lady who looked after me when I woke up from surgery was so lovely and comforting, she even walked me to my hotel after surgery to make sure I got there okay. Also Esther who has been looking after me in my post op appointments is the friendliest and most caring person😊 and Lisa who has been doing my MLD sessions is amazing as well! I recommend anyone who is looking for top surgery who wants amazing, life changing results and top class care to come here. I can’t thank you all enough, I can now live free and be myself thanks to you guys 💙

Kind and caring nursing staff. Very attentive and reassuring. My procedure was performed by my own surgeon but carried out at the HSSH. I can't comment on the hospital beyond my own experience but the treatment I received from the staff I did have dealings with was certainly very good. I'll be back again in a month. Hopefully I will be able to report the same again. Update: I have now been back to the HSSH for a second procedure. My previous review still stands. I think the kindness and care I received this time was even better than last. I can't say better than that! Excellent - thank you

I was unlucky with a specialist AXA referred me to for my extremely complex knee trauma but so lucky that he knew of Mr Khakha. I had given up after being passed on by 4 other surgeons as my trauma was too complex so when Mr Khakha and Prof. Wilson reassured me they would be able to fix me I was so relieved. My knee was completely dislocated with every ligament completely torn but one plus other horrific stuff going on in my knee that I don’t know the terminology for! Both surgeons are clearly top of their field. Both are ever so kind, reassuring, patient and professional. I am one surgery down with the next booked in. I feel safe in their hands and know I will be back on my bike and hill climbing again in the near future. Thank you to the best.

Was referred to Harley Street for a broken collarbone. I had surgery performed by Mr Ali Noorani. I had a plate fitted around nearly 6 weeks ago. Very happy with my surgery. It all went really well. Felt really looked after through the whole process and the aftercare appointments have been excellent. Had no pain or problems afterwards. Hardly any scar where surgery took place. Excellent, I would highly recommend 100%.

I had knee surgery here, and what is immediately obvious is that the staff are friendly and professional. The procedure ran smoothly, it is undoubtedly cosy in size, but that's not a negative, as you get more personal attention....very good.

I had surgery at this hospital. The staff were excellent, I felt looked after. I was there as an outpatient, so only there for a few hours. I would give a 5 star review, however, the billings department for the hospital need to review sending receipts within an acceptable timeframe. I have only just received a receipt for my hospital fees, when I requested this in May. This is not a reasonable timeframe to receive a receipt. I have raised this with the director of billings for the hospital. Apart from this small issue, I have been happy with my experience at HSSH.

Had an ACL reconstruction in May. Great experience, great staff, no issues whatsoever. I felt very supported and cared for. Was in a lot of pain post op and doctor Khakha reacted very fast and gave me the appropriate pain killers. The best part was that he saw how active I am and offered to not just fix my ACL, but reinforce extra my knee to reduce risk of further ruptures - given I've had problematic knee for 15y now, I really appreciated that extra effort!

Efficient and good care from good admin and medical staff.Treatment from Mr Sudulu seems to be working. Only comment would be the patient rooms and theatre could probably do with a re-furnish given it is a Harley Street hospital, but that is secondary compared to care received.

I cannot thank everyone enough as they were all friendly, efficient and went out of their way to help in every sense of the word but most importantly the operation by Mr Nima Heidari was a great success and recovery much faster than anticipated, So glad I chose a small hospital during the pandemic as it kept my mind at peace that this eliminated the chances of catching covid, because it was not a big general hospital. I will definitely go back for my next operation.
