M. A.In claiming to offer exceptional care centred on the patient, OneWelbeck Digestive Health absolutely does not disappoint: in my case, that is exactly what they did, and down to the last detail. I speak from experience of several similar procedures elsewhere, but this one was by far the best. Dr Matthew Banks has known me for some years and my absolute confidence in him is a given. However, his skills have never been shown to better advantage than here. It is not just about having the best equipment and the most advanced techniques. The whole team's stated aim is to give the patient the best possible experience, and for me they fully succeeded from first to last, starting with the pre-communication and preparation, the dedicated app, and on through to the most careful and sensitive handling on the day. I'd particularly highlight the thoughtfulness of the nursing and support staff in putting me at my ease and making me feel in the best, most reassuring and responsive hands. A great deal of consideration had clearly gone into every aspect and I found it completely and refreshingly positive in every way. Outstanding enough for me to want to pen this 5* review without hesitation or reservation.

J. H.Yesterday afternoon I had a glottoplasty and tracheal shave procedure at One Welbeck performed by Mr Chadwan Al Yaghchi. From the moment I walked through the door, all the staff were extremely welcoming and made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. The aftercare nurses we’re incredibly caring and I have been checked up on this morning personally by Mr Chadwan to ask how I’m feeling as well to let me know everything went great during the surgery. The hospital itself is so beautiful as it was only recently constructed.
Overall it was a great experience and made something that is usually quite frightening to some, very enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend this place more based off of my own experience!
Thank you again to the staff including all of the lovely receptionists, nurses, doctors and anaesthetists.

M. H.What a refreshing change! A really different experience to the other hospitals around Harley Street. I went to see my back man in his new place and it was full of friendly staff who were really kind and helpful. The hospital looks great and it ran like clockwork - brilliant!

I had a gastroscopy under anaesthesia and was given the upmost attention and care. One Welbeck really blew me away with the addition of the mobile app on which I could find all the relevant information for me as well as contact details should I have had any questions.

As a local dietitian, with many patients needing expert clinical services to quick diagnose and support digestive problems, I need a professional team that understands my patients and are able to offer 'outside-the-box' thinking to get the bottom of what's troubling them. 1 Welbeck's team offer the full suite of investigations, hugely reassuring when I see patients who have not been managed properly in the past. I've referred many patients to the team with only positive feedback.
