I used the walk in clinic on many occasions when my doctors surgery was closed as I became very ill and use to get bad pains and this was like a salvation being just down the road from me and opened at a later hour to other medical practitioners and everyday of the week but since they merged with my local GPS it is no longer out of hours as I do not know if they remain a walk in clinic and I would continue to use them.

I got fresher's flu and decided to come to this walk-in center. The nurse with the platinum hair was so nice to me. She gave me really good advice and even cared about how I was handling the whole situation of moving to another country alone. Sincerely, the best medical service I've had so far in UK.

There were good and bad things about my experience here. Firstly the fact that they saw me at all was a big plus (despite my being in great pain and having dark red haematuria my GP refused me an emergency appointment) and there were only 4 other patients at the clinic so I was seen quickly. The clinician who attended was very kind and sympathetic, and did her best. However, there are limitations about coming here. They cannot send off samples to be analysed, so I then had to trek to my GP after this appointment to drop off my sample, despite feeling barely well enough to walk upright. Also as I have allergies to many antibiotics, I was only prescribed 5 days of amoxcillin. Sure enough, when I had finished this course of medicine, the infection came back immediately and worse, and I had to go back to the GP (who this time grudgingly offered an appointment) to get a more appropriate treatment. I could have been offered this earlier, as people who can take amoxcillin can take this and it is more effective for my problem. I know the clinic was erring on the side of caution, but it has been a long haul. Still, grateful to be seen at all these days, and a very sympathetic clinician, so 4 stars.

Great service! I went in to get my foot checked out as I'd injured it running over the weekend. I filled out a form and waited no more than 5 minutes to be seen. The nurse Lisa was really polite, friendly and assessed my foot and addressed my concerns. Great experience, thank you.

Had a minor medical issue while on holiday from Canada. Was seen in under 30 minutes (your mileage may vary) and was not charged. Bright, cheerful waiting area and friendly, attentive staff. Thank you, NHS, from this visitor!

Misinformed by 111 service that this walk-in clinic has GP's in the evening. Upon arrival advised reception staff that I require anti-biotics for an on going issue, after a 37 minute wait I was seen by a nurse who was unable prescribe the correct anti biotic. Still had to make my way to Fulham Walk in clinic (Charing Cross hospital). Just felt it could have been more clearly explained that only nurses were available, in order to make a more informed decision to not visit here on this occasion.
