Yesterday I had an appointment at the DNKC1- Audiovestibular Medicine department. I have nothing but very high regards for the whole team.
I would like to thank Dr Diego Kaski for being very kind, caring and supportive .

I had a wonderful visit in the ENT with no waiting times, attentive Security guard and clear instructions from Reception. The place it's very clean and quiet, with lots of natural light and space which is rare in a hospital. Dr Rohani Omar was incredibly kind, patient, explained everything and unlike many other doctors, I did actually trust her advice.

There is a temperature and survey point at the main entrance. They will give you a new mask. You must wear no gloves inside the hospital and use gel every time you need. Only the X Ray Reception point is working during January 2021 lockdown. If you are there for an assessment, You must tell them that you are there and wait by the first reception office no matter if is empty and no working. They will call you asap. It did take no so long to be called (5 min) and get a form to fill in while you wait (5-10 minutes). Very kind and good attention.

Sleep study unit a jewel. The technicians fantastic. I'm so grateful for the sleep study - amazingly, done at home - and results that have led to being given a CPAP machine. The hospital itself has good Covid controls, and it's light, with great views of London through its glass windows. When the NHS is working well, there's nothing to beat it.
