Good for the price. I have to say I need a tlc the shower can't stop the water to go everywhere in the bathroom very dangerous for old people and the fan in the shower it was have a very dark mould.
Carpet need to be clean with machine you can see we're is never be done properly. Now I understand probably my room don't was one of your best because of the dog I suppose. But you have a great position greenwich it is one of the best place to visit in London keap up I know you offer a very good deal wat you have is perfect just need tlc. Xxx love to stay again next month.

Not great by any means but somewhere to rest your head. 25mins and a room change before the hotel door access system worked and very annoying with a 4 year old at 1am. Staff are very pleasant but obviously overwhelmed, especially at breakfast... definitely the most pathetically presented breakfast buffet i have ever seen... no fork's on any table, no clean cups.
S. L.
Great location, right by the railway station but happy to report very little noise! Friendly, welcoming staff and atmosphere with appropriate Covid precautions in place. Don't forget to order breakfast! £9.25 for unlimited facilities is a bargain in London.
J. E.
Very comfortable and pleasant stay. Central to all amenities, market and transport. Our second stay and not disappointed.
Z. S.
Nice clean and quiet room. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The receptionist Jade was amazing , really friendly and helpful
m. w.
Reception staff were really nice ,room was very clean ,very noisy quests thro the second night ,but would still stay here again
M. W.
Lovely staff, the rooms were quite dated and lacking basic necessities that a premier inn would have. The price was a bargain and we'd use this as again.
A. S.
Staff were as you expect from south London very welcoming. Room was small but clean and as you need...a place to sleep. Location from cutty sark very close. Would definitely stay again. DLR and mainline train on the doorstep.
C. S.
Had a very warm welcome from Julie and Jade this afternoon, become very polite and helpful with assisting me to my room. Amazing staff. Will be back here again for sure!
C. T.
Jade is absolutely wonderful! She searched every floor in order to get me a fan for my sauna room. Super nice and helpful staff, should get promoted! I feel company should install air con in this hotel.
M. T.
We stayed at this hotel just over a week ago. We had a problem with our booking but the manager Mark was fantastic, and he sorted it out no problem. All the staff were pleasant and the room was clean. The hotel is ideal for a base to explore London as it has very good transport links.
J. D.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Checked my stay was within Covid safe regulations.
Room clean and tidy and safe.
Supplied extra milk, tea bags etc . ( which I always ask for) Julie was exceptional. Very professional.
And these rooms are great value.
F. F.
We received fantastic service from Julie and Melissa our entire stay. We highly recommend choosing Greenwich High Road Travelodge.
T. W.
Nice staff, decent room. Found long hairs on our unused towels though 🙄
P. K.
Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Had a great stay.
J. W.
Wonderful welcome from the man on reception. The hotel and my room were clean, there were no noises disturbances either from inside or outside, with the price being very reasonable. Next to Greenwich station and near restaurants and pubs. All really rather lovely.
R. M.
Really nice place to stay. Reseptionist jade really nice and friendly could not do enough for you. Would recommend this place to stay.
P. T.
The Travelodge never disappoints and this stay was no exception. Amazing value, cleanliness and really the most patient, helpful and pleasant staff I have come across in any customer facing environment in a long long time. Location of hotel is also great in Greenwich. Cannot be faulted, perfect stay.
E. J. L.
Lovely room and great hospitality from Julie and Jade who made sure we had everything we needed. Couldn’t ask for anything more!
A. A.
Doki welcomed us in and made us feel ever so comfortable. The young lady greeted us at the desk and made sure we had everything we needed. Not only she is a great professional but she is genuinely caring and accommodating, a very genuine welcome topped with a genuine smile. We are enjoying our stay at the Greenwich Travelodge being looked after the wonderful Doki. Thank you ever so much for you wonderful service.
We will definitely be coming back.
A. W.
Convenience and price were perfect. Not as clean as I would have expected.
M. A. j.
Thanks for the hosting
The hotel is quite
Employee were so friendly and helpful specially (Julie)
The train station 3m away from the hotel
P. G.
Some of the friendliest staff ive encountered.20 minutes walk from the cutty stark and river taxis , on the walk you pass plenty pubs and eating places. Down the side of the hotel is a overland station and 2 minutes walj is a subway station ideal .
O. L.
During the middle of lockdown two I needed somewhere to hole up when things got bad. The staff here could not have been more wonderful. Polite, helpful, and eager to do what they could to make things better. Room was clean, comfy and huge! Highly recommended.
J. M.
Excellent value, nearby Novotel has a nice bar in the lobby and a fridge in the room. Neither of which are important for this stay while my new home is being renovated, so I moved from Novotel to here, saving a fair bit of money.
K. M.
Lovely and fresh and housekeeping on point. easily accessible from Victoria Coach Station. Staff very friendly and accommodating
D. T.
Decent clean room within walking distance of the O2. The bar area was nice too. A chilled place to sit and relax whilst room was being prepared. Not their fault, we arrived early so they tried their hardest to get room ready ASAP. Friendly staff too 👍Only downside is the lack of storage available especially considering was a family room. Luckily we were only there 1 night, anything more would have been a struggle to house luggage.
R.
Jade and Julie served my husband and I and honestly, their customer service was impeccable!!!! They made our stay a1!!
M. l.
Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms very clean. Would recommend and will definitely stay again.
J. C.
Ideally located very close to Greenwich station and the DLR. The cutty sark, the river Thames and Greenwich market are all approximately 5 minutes walk away.
The staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful.
A. S.
The guy at the desk is brilliant normally I'm very fussy but he took care of every 1 with respect thanks to him
T. L.
Very convenient next to the railway station. The staff were very welcoming and also very pleasant. Typical travelodge accommodation which was very clean and well soundproofed from the outside so slept very well. I didn't have breakfast but it certainly smelled great. Wish I had now. Good reasonably priced accommodation and will use it again in the future.

Worth the money, but could do with up dating
J. H.
We stayed for one night, and had an overall okay experience. The bed was comfy and we could control the temperature of the room well. The bathroom sink, though, had not been cleaned properly, nor had the shower curtain (which due to how small the shower was constantly stuck to you!). However the staff were friendly, and were helpful when we went to borrow a hairdryer. Check in and out was also speedy.
H. L.
Nice room , pleasant staff , had to wait though to be seen at reception which was not so pleasant . No chair s in reception while waiting . I am 62 years old and now need a chair.
N. G.
Great place. The reception and the checkout Staff were so pleasant and efficient. I assume that the Hotel has a high visitor rate, so all credit to the Staff for great service.
I wouldnt normally rate a Chain Company, yet these people deserve a pat on the back.
Location is perfect for transport links
J.
Not a bad location especially for 02. Ground floor double room. Basic, key card didn't work. Had to ask for kettle. Handwash had run out and there were dirty footmarks in shower. Bed very comfy. Good nights sleep. Breakfast available but we didn't eat. Looked nice though
W. R.
This Travelodge was as you would hope. Clean, simple decor, pleasant staff - although not every staff member was fully on the ball. The wheelchair accessible rooms are very well equipped and the regular room is as expected simple but comfortable. Breakfast is good value but not the highest quality. The coffee was quite good and not restricted to a particular number of cups which as a coffee drinker I appreciated.
I. O.
Thank you for your hospitality. It wasn’t a 5 star hotel or anything but their staffs deserves a 5 stars.
r. k.
really enjoyed my stay, definitely will be returning here. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Shout out Julie!
N. H.
Made to feel very welcome by the evening staff. At checkout the morning staff were cold and uninterested. Rooms need a scrub in the corners, looks as though they are cleaned very quickly. Hot in the room, the dial on the heater didnt seem to have any impact on its output. Breakfast buffet ok, about the standard you would expect for the price and location. No problem leaving our bags during the day before check in and after check out. Price good so would stay again.
J. J.
I've stayed here before, and very much liked it. Stayed again, and this time feel the hotel has dropped it's standards a bit. Room was tiny, bathroom door doesn't latch, shower curtain does nothing to to stop water splashing on the floor, one of the windows wouldn't close properly, so pretty noisey.
It is what it is tho, don't spend that much time in the room, and it is well placed for the DLR.
m. k.
Absolutely fantastic. Really friendly staff, gave us brilliant advice of where to eat when we asked. Rooms had extra heating if needed so were nice and warm. To top it off silly tired me left my jewellery when we checked out and after a couple of calls they arranged to have it safely delivered to my home and called to say it had been posted. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay and going the extra mile it really topped off our whole experience of London.
M. M.
Good location, clean, good value, pleasant reception. Our room under the ceiling good quite hot on a modestly warm day. No air con or anything else.
G. F.
Considering this hotel looks like it is quite new they have really ballsed up the ventilation and the thermal insulation. We stayed the first weekend of July when it was warm not hot and it was unbearable in our room. The windows are obviously restricted to stop kids and idiots falling out, but it prevents any air from entering the room and there is no mechanical ventilation to speak of. They did provide all the rooms with portable fans but they just efficiently converted electricity to noise.
The staff were friendly and the place was clean and they dealt with the potheads who set the fire alarm off at 1:30am swiftly (no ventilation so we could still smell it in the morning. ) If travelodge could provide some comfort cooling or change the windows it would be a nice place for a short stay.
J. J.
Great service. Provided everything we needed and a great price.
S. L.
Ideal location. Value for money option for a flexible stay.
R. B.
I arrived on a very hot day and received a very warm room, where the windows couldn't be opened and without air-conditioning. In the morning I asked if I could change room, as I could hardly sleep, and it was no problem. She even said, I could've had it the night before. I wonder, why I got this redicolously warm room in the first place. Anyway, the new room was fine. Breakfast is OK too. Nothing special and a bit overpriced. Facilities are clean. Bed comfortable. Rooms a decent size. OK hotel for the price.
S. Q.
Unexpected stay due to other booked premises letting us down. On arrival greeted in the afternoon by a polite man who was very helpful in providing location and map details for the National Television Awards we were attending. The rooms x 2, were clean and bright and unexpectedly airy. Basic facilities but good value for money as short notice booking. Evening staff lovely, a young lady who asked how stay was and dealt with the issue I had of the smell of cannabis, unsure which floor it was coming from but thought 1st, she sent security. The day of departure, well this was a different matter, breakfast was ridiculous considering over £9 for socallled all you can eat. At breakfast there was over a 35 minute wait for the man cooking, obviously not his trade, just for scrambled egg, then wait for the bacon and you guessed it for sausage , oh and there were only a smalle amount of each even though it was obvious people were waiting, I did mention this but no change except I have just put them on, by now this was almost an hour wait and we had trains to catch. No comment from the man on reception about our feedback just repeated to everyone rabbit fashion thanks for staying.
G. H.
Very warm and welcoming reception staff, room warm and comfortable. Bathroom floor wasn't very clean with various body hairs from previous guests. Breakfast was good except for a broken toasting machine and no sugar available for hot drinks. However, it is what it is, its a Travelodge.
P.
Location
I booked the hotel for 6 nights 3 nights out of 6 there was no towels .very disappointed considering how much we paid for the hotel.was told by staff that there …
C. F.
small but comfy and cozy; really nice and clean showers and glad that towels are provided. need to prepare toiletries though. Reception staff is really nice!
B. H.
Staff was very helpful. Thanks for the warm welcome Lisa
M. L.
The largest room I've ever been on in a Travelodge. Sleeps 4 , double aspect windows and a real bath! Can't fault it!
A. J.
Nice, quiet hotel for a short stay in London. It isn't the most clean Travelodge I have been to; could have had more attention to bathroom, but nothing that I couldn't quickly clean myself. - Breakfast great as always, perfect start to the day. Lovely helpful staff and very polite.
A. Z.
I stayed in the accessible room. Overall the room was nice and clean. There were a couple of problems though. First, the shower head was taped to the wall, which rendered it unusable for a disabled person, second the shower handle was stuck in the folded position, making it uncomfortable to take the shower. Finally, and unfortunately the most unpleasant problem was that radiator in our room was broken and started making very loud and unpleasant noise in the middle of the night. Fortunately, the problem was resolved by switching the radiator off. For the inconvenience we were offered a free breakfast and room change.
C. H.
Most of the things at this hotel were great, like the cooked breakfast first thing in a morning to around 10 o'clock. However some things could have been in better repair, like the bathroom door that wouldnt shut or the towels with stains and weird lumps of strange earwax looking things....
H. S.
Very convenient location as right next to DLR station and within great walking distance of shops and cutty sark. Room was well clean and they had good choice of breakfast and dinner at reception. Took me a while to use the keycard correctly to access my room.
H. A.
Staff were very helpful. Wish the girl receptionist would smile a bit more! Room was ok. Carpet didn't look very clean. Found hairs in bathroom. Couldnt close bathroom door properly.
Breakfast was cold. They were topping up food quickly though but as aircon was on, food got cold quickly.Toaster and drinks machine wasn't working at this time. Overall it would be ok for one night stay.
A. H.
Great location. Great staff. Breakfast was not as good as other Travel Lodge places we have stayed - tasteless. Poor coffee from machine. Could not get a hair dryer from reception as all in use - surely hairdryers should be in all rooms.
J. M.
Bed was comfortable but there wasn't a duvet, the bathroom was clean but the shower needs rearranging because it's loose, thus gets stuck pointing at the wall, but other than that, it's a nice place to stay for the price you pay!
H. L.
Gets very busy so can take time to check in. Brilliant location for train station. If you are going to see something at the O2, this is a great option as it's about 10 minutes to catch the ferry and you can sail to the O2. Rooms are clean but basic. Decent breakfast in the morning.
E. C.
Spotless clean but very basic. Clothes space minimum. Would only recommend staying for a very short stay. Might be worth noting, although we paid when booking when we arrived they said they didn't accept it because too expensive for them. We had to pay when we arrived
A. F.
Cheap and cheerful place to stay in Greenwich. Staff are really helpful and friendly.
It is a great location for staying in Greenwich, mind you all central London locations are easily accessible from here too - and you don't have to pay Central London hotel prices.
Despite being on the Greenwich High Road, it is really quiet.
First half an hour wifi is free.
Unfortunately there is no cheap car park nearby and if you are driving it will cost you a hefty £3 per hour between 8 and 1830.
T. S.
Great location, easy access to the city and on the doorstep of the station. Clean rooms, bathrooms, lobby and dining area. Tea and coffee facilities and TV in the rooms.Great staff, friendly and helpful. Close to plenty of good local restaurants and pubs. Walking distance to Greenwich park and maritime museum. Great value all round. Would stay again.
F. L.
Good value and friendly hotel staff. Basic facilities but very close to town centre
C. P.
Greeted by two lovely ladies Jade and Julie
M. K.
It's clean and cheap, but you get what you pay for. Lots of traffic and street noise. Room has a kettle but only one cup, and no tea in the room, you have to get it from reception. Fine in a pinch when you need a place to stay for a night.
L. J.
Stayed for 2 nights as travelled to London for my son’s graduation. Every member of staff that I dealt with couldn’t do enough for me and made my stay very enjoyable. The room was also very clean. I would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend this hotel
P. R.
Very convenient location, literally 100 metres from Greenwich station on the DLR. Staff are helpful enough. Room felt clean, but the shower can very easily flood the bathroom and there wasn't really enough towels for two people. Room was uncomfortably warm, even though it was <20c that day - a fan had been provided which was a good thought, but the impact wasn't huge. Aircon would be very welcome!
P. S.
Absolutely fantastic customer service by Alan and Mark. Will definitely be back. Lovely night stay and will be back soon!
G. L.
Good Travelodge extremely well situated next to Greenwich DLR/ rail station. Had a bit of a wait for attention at reception when we arrived. Room was standard, clean and had an ok bathroom. Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice and the dishes were regularly refreshed. Coffee from a machine was awful though.
P. B.
Stayed here quite some time ago now, got to say it was a lovely & a quiet hotel i must say! Staff were lovely and polite and it was very clean, tidy and nice rooms. I would recommend it!
S. C.
Booked a room in Greenwich as it was the cheapest and nearest to the O2 Arena at the time. The hotel was right next to the DLR which was perfect. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was good and the bed was comfy, however it was quite stuffy in the room.
I would stay here again in the future.
M. A.
It does what you'd expect of a Travelodge. The bed was comfy but the rooms were small, however this wasn't a problem as we were only using it as a base to shower and sleep while we were in London for a couple of days. Great location close to Greenwich Village.
M. C.
Staff was so kind nice and poilte stayed here for a month and never had one promblem i would really recommend to stay here especially if it's for a long time
B. F.
The lovely guy in reception this morning at 5am!! Was so lovely. He helped me with travel from the hotel to Victoria coach station and printed off my journey for me. He even gave me a coffee and toast as it was so early and I was half asleep!!thank you so much for your help 5 star service
C. C.
Julia and Melissa was absolutely lovely, very welcoming, warm and funny.
Would definitely come back
S. P.
Nice, clean, cosy and staff very friendly. We felt relaxed and enjoyed our stay. We had breakfast in the morning...great price and the kids eat free.
Y. T.
One of the best experience in London. This hotel is really close to Train station and that's the most convenient place to live in. I loved the service of Mr Dan and recommend this hotel to everyone who are planning to visit London.
P. B.
I really enjoyed my stay here, the staff on reception organised fans for our rooms as it was hot at night from the heatwave. We watched a World Cup game here in the evening, the bar staff were friendly and a good laugh. Recommended. Bez
M. S.
Stayed at this hotel for a trip to the o2 Arena. Polite staff, spent plenty of time in the bar which seemed to be open all night and the room was just as you'd expect. Everything you need and comfy bed.
K. B.
Well located by DLR in Greenwich and there’s a well stocked Tesco Express just down the road. You get what you pay for and the room was as expected, bathroom was quite small although standard toiletries were included. No hairdryer, had to ask for this in advance at the desk which was a slight issue. Easy to check in and out. Was told that the doors would be closed after 10pm so I went down to let me boyfriend in who arrived after 10 to find that the receptionists were still at the desk and they said they would have let him in, so a bit of confusion there.
N. G.
First room had a blocked shower which didn't drain and flooded bathroom. Moved quickly to a new room which was fine. Very noisy hotel as situated next to student halls.
B. M.
This is a refurbished Travelodge, so the rooms are nice, but basic. Beef was quite comfortable, but the room was far too hot, and woke me up in the night. The shower was terrible, complete absence of water pressure. Breakfast is expensive for what it is, I'd recommend just going to one of the many restaurants or cafés on the same street instead.
L. J.
Good size rooms but very limited views from most of them. No parking ouside unless its after 7pm when the yellow lines go out of hours. There is a bar which felt a bit pricey and restraunt which was reasonably priced. But the decore was very sterile and overly bright more like a canteen and far from cosy or romantic.
N. S.
Stayed there for the festival on Blackheath. Nice walk up hill to get to the park but not to far. Hotel is new, quiet, clean and beds are comfy. Right outside the dlr station so easy to get there. They had vending machines Nd the bar was open until, at least, midnight. Room is roomy for a couple with a child Nd there are many nice cafes offering great breakfast nearby. Totally recommend
A. L.
Well happy with costumer service thanks to Julie. Thanks once again Julie
Arthur 🙂
C. B.
Clean, comfotable, good price. Almost perfect except the front desk was empty when i came back to collect my luggage... i kept pushing this little button they have but it was over 20 minutes before someone showed up.
G. R.
A very convenient location, warm welcome and very clean, tidy and comfortable room. This Travelodge is a comfortable place to stay and always very good value.
J. W.
Great location for all the attractions in Greenwich. Next door to the DLR and national rail for transport across London. Great value for money and do a mean pizza in the restaurant.
S. S.
There was no window in the room, no AC or fan in the room on the third floor, no intercom to communicate with the staff, after i complained, i was taken to another room with fan and window but the tv wasnt working. The staff were very friendly and breakfast tasted ok.
D. T.
Basic, but a reasonable place to sleep. Close to the DLR. Room was clean. Only annoyance was that there was no glass/cup so I had to drink from the tap!
A. S.
Stayed the night of the 16th June, as I was in London for a gig. Hotel was perfectly placed for a route to and from the venue and very reasonably priced. High level of service from the moment I walked into the hotel until I checked out this morning. I will definitely be back to this hotel.
W. S.
Great all 'round. Room was comfy and compact, food was good, and they have a full, clear list of allergens for all of the food they serve. The staff were helpful and friendly as well.
R. W.
Lovely room, only £99 for the night and last minute booking. Bad point: booking it through travelodge website said that the hotel came with parking. On arrival found this not to be true and got told by reception I would just have to find a place to park down a side road
J. S.
Staff brilliant caterd 2 my needs so helpful and went above and beyond to help thank you dan you were brilliant will deffo stay again
R. P.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. Service was good and we enjoyed a tasty breakfast in the morning. A lovely stay!
L. L.
The location for travelodge main road greenwich is brilliant. Nonkore than a 5 min walk from the station. And a few good places to eat and drink a stone throw away. The room was nice and cosey however the shower is tiny. The service was brilliant when we checked in and checked out.
K. A.
Very friendly people great service
R. P.
If you are going to the 02 or staying in the area this is the ideal place, clean and spacious and reasonable rates for staying there. I must single out the helpfulness and friendly attitude of the staff there. Who where more than helpful to myself and my son on our recent stay there
A. V.
Perfect location, friendly people and easy to get to. Within walking distance of Greenwich centre and various landmarks. Breakfast was hot and the staff were always checking to ensure all was full.
M. S.
The main thing about this hotel is the great location close to the Greenwich for station. The breakfast wasn't up to much and quite expensive. Overall, the experience was ok but nothing more.
m. m. G.
Must say the daytime staff have poor customer service....you have a manager that sits behind the desk in the back....duty manager ....MARK.... does not attend to his customers and shys away from ppl.... that is poor. Evening staff are great ...a lil understaffed but they manage to get things done mingle and help customers and dinner service is great. Close to station and high road u get what ya pay for.... but thq to MELISSA JAYDEN AND MAX.... YOU GUYS DESERVE A RAISE AND BETTER TREATMENT FROM YOUR MANAGEMENT! Without you guys it wouldn't stand a chance. Travelodge fix up for your staff to enable better service!
H. D. (. C.
Just perfectly place next to the train station. Kettle+coffee+tea in the room... plugs for your devices next to bed and a clean shower. All the essentials as I need them...
R. t.
The accommodation was wonderful good air conditioning and a wonderfully warm /hot shower .the staff were very nice aswell.
W. B.
Good value hotel only 15 minutes to central London or 10 minutes to canary wharf. Clean, comfortable and all amenities in great condition.
N. M.
We found this travel lodge very friendly. Very convenient for the DLR which takes you into central london. Comfortable rooms. Great breakfast.
J. G.
Stayed here to attend a convention at the Excel. Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. Very clean rooms. You are literally a step from the station. Superbly located.
N. C.
Hotel location is excellent but the service is not optimum. Rooms ventilation is not adequate very hot in this weather and no response from the administration. Otherwise it's good
G. P.
A great location, right next to the dlr/railway and a short walk to Greenwich. Quite new, clean and the room we had was very quiet.
M. k.
Very cheap hotel, but remember nothing is included in room rent you have to purchase wifi, breakfast and water separately. But if you are looking for a hotel in 50£ per night its good.
K. L. (.
Nice clean hotel, easy travel links. Warn was very warm, hotel really could do with air con fitted. Breakfast is nice but basic.
A. L.
Stayed here before moving into uni accomodation, perfect place nearby Greenwich university. Rooms are what you pay for, cheap and cheerful.
P. G.
Ace Hotel for stays near the centre of London... Affordable, clean, right on the end of the DLR and close to some nice affordable pubs... Great view from the fifth floor of Greenwich Observatory and Canary Wharf...
L. G.
Good London Travelodge. Friendly staff, clean room as always. Decent location as all right next to the dlr, short bus ride to the o2.
J. C.
Nice stay and Julie and doki were very helpful staff
P.
Seen some bad reviews about the hotel but had a really good stay and the staff were always willing to help. Not as noisy as some reviewers made out.
L. L.
Amazingly helpful and friendly staff. The pizza and the breakfast were lovely quality and the room was super cosy and comfortable.
c.
Melissa from the kitchen really kput the food together really well. I was already a fan of the food but she seemed to prepare it better and therefore made it taste better than expected
s. l.
Stayed one night for trip to the o2 arena. Had faimly room spacious and clean .food OK but the staff make hotel very friendly and helpful big thanks Vanessa

M. Q.
Not that good .. Not bad .. one of the cheapest around this area.
Cleanliness: 7/10
Staff friendly: variable - 6/10
Location and access: excellent
Price : acceptable
Good breakfast and dinner options
O. G.
A true one star hotel, carpet was filthy, sink was blocked, everything else was fine
L. L.
Convenient location, lovely friendly staff, good food, adequate accommodation, excellent travel links. We really liked it!
D. H.
A few issues such as the room was too hot on arrival, unreliable key card, the room could be looked into from the outside curtains needed to be kept closed and the room needed some TLC leaking sink and stained toilet bowl and the towels were ripped and had holes in. On the plus side it was a good location next dlr, tube and overland stations.
P. B.
Clean, friendly staff, good location near the Docklands Light Railway station. About 10-15 mins walk into centre of Greenwich village.
G. M.
Cheap so that's what you get. Room comfy enough but no heating and no remote for the t.v.. Apart from that it's about right for the cost.
m. t.
Very clean room and nice size. Staff were friendly. Great location next to train station.
J. M.
Always a friendly welcome and quick service. Warm, quiet for a great night's sleep if you're on the road.
s. b.
Clean and tidy, breakfast good, could do with more staff, only one doing reception and bar plus food orders, she did well under pressure
v. s.
The working staff was great and wery helpfull . And the room was nice and clean...will be going there eagain.
R. H.
Not the cleanest room I've ever stayed in but also no where near the dirtiest. Well worth the £39 that we paid.
B. B.
Standard Travelodge room, but the location and the service was excellent. I'm Gf and Df and was able to negotiate suitable food for me.
R. T.
Location was good close to transport and links and restraunts. When first got key got to room and and did not work but reception was good And apologised. I was no TV on room though
L. M.
Loved here. Stayed the night for a gig. Amazing service. Service with a smile! Enjoyed myself.
w.
Very friendly staff. Thank you.
S. H.
You would pay more for less. Typical great value breakfast. Staff are friendly and obviously dedicated.
D. E.
You have to pay for WiFi, but other than that it's an alright place to stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
S. G.
Nice hotel, service could have been a bit better. Basic amenities but that's why it cheap.
O. I.
Very clean and tidy, good value for money
J. H.
Enjoyed stay. Rooms clean. Staff on point and very helpful.
T. G.
A standard Travelodge. Comfortable bed, warm room and right next to a DLR and overground station. Also, unfortunately, right next to student accommodation so it can get loud at night.
C. D.
Lovely and clean we had family room .Breakfast was excellent full English children had free breakfast .
T. L.
