I have had a very positive experience of this department. From start to finish staff have been very courteous and professional. My expectations were limited from past experience however I could not fault this office by way of my last two visits. Exceptional even I would say beyond the Call of Duty I felt as if I was getting privileged treatment. As for car parking you win some you lose some that is not the fault of this department.

Just expected to be assessed, but Justine excellent, very thorough and kind, sorted the problem in one visit

Very well run and plenty of time given to elderly patient. Covid precautions taken to make it safe and didn't have to wait to be seen. Very efficient. No complaints at all.

Busy place doing the best it can with the resources it has. Friendly front desk, ready to point you where you need to go. Good shops and places to grab some refreshments, think Costa m and s should give discount to staff.... Parking huge issue, more spaces needed, multi storey carpark would be helpful. Trying to make non smoking but feel that's too rigid as people will smoke of they want too and especially if stressed, which most people are going to hospital. Better to leave smoking station than have people finding other places and leaving cigarette ends all over the place.

Really nice department with lots of friendly staff. From my experience they always run on time and if they aren’t they do let you know. The audiologists, doctors and nurses are not condescending and provide lots of information so you leave knowing about your condition.

The department has dropped in service & quality badly in the last 8 years. You get 1 or 2 reception staff who are very rude on the phone and sometimes fobbed off. Will be looking to get seen in London again from here on out. Deeply disappointed
