I met with Nadia for the second time today. She makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. My experience with her has been amazing so far. My treatment is going really well. I’m having skin tightening to my face. You start with a 12 week regime, that you apply yourself at home. I must admit I was terrified when I took my kit home. What if I do it wrong what if I use the wrong cream at the wrong time, I had so many what if’s. I can honestly say I worried for nothing,it was so easy to follow. ( not rocket science). Even eating a whole cucumber a day was YUK I hate cucumber, but I forced myself to eat it. After a little while I got a taste for it it’s not that bad. My granddaughter who is only 18 months old will steal it out of my hand and eat it herself,so then I just go and get another one. This treatment is amazing and if your looking a little tired and washed out as I was this will give you a new lease of life. Thank you for taking the time to read this. My surgeon Mr Saeed used the Pines when I had a rhinoplasty on the 15th of December. When I first arrived at the hospital in the reception I was quite nervous but all the staff were so kind and did a wonderful job at putting me at ease. Particularly, after my operation Lida and Irma made me feel super comfortable and were the kindest souls ever! Even, when I was being seen out the hospital Bev was super funny and the quality of care all the ladies provided for me was more than enough! If I ever were to have another operation again I would love to have them around. The best moral support ever.

My Surgeon Mr Javeen from Harley Medical uses the Pines Hospital as his surgical base. The nurses and all staff members make you feel your are the most important person there. It's very clean and the food is a much higher standard than the NHS

I attended Sunday for a procedure with my private surgeon. Not sure why I was told to get there for 11am when it was under local and then wasn’t seen till 4pm… but this is not the hospitals doing obviously they just cater for all the private treatments. The nurses were absolutely wonderful! They were so accommodating getting me food and drinks whilst I waited. They were so pleasant. Then again when I went to surgery, I was super nervous crying etc nurse said hold my hand they were just all so nice. I mean they probs thought get a grip woman but they didn’t show it! Thanks so much to you all, you’re all doing a great job. You made my 6 hours cooped up whilst it was sunny outside great!

Had minor surgery today on an umbilical hernia and the team there are amazing, delores and nadia were really friendly and couldnt do enough for me, private room,tv,comfy bed, i was nervous about my first general anesthesia in 30 years and the team there in theatre ( nice fella called wisdom ) reassured me and and made me feel not so nervous, surgeon was brilliant and overall it was exceptional patient care,,thanks guys for making my day go so easy

I had open rhinoplasty at the pines in February and I was super nervous about the whole process as I’ve heard mixed reviews & I have never been under GA. But I can honestly say if it wasn’t for the twins Jeni & Clare, I really wouldn’t of been able to do it without them. Just over 2 weeks post op now and had a wonderful experience at The Pines. My RN Caroline was exceptional and made me feel very welcomed and also calmed my anxieties during the procedures I had. Caroline is very personable and knowledgeable and really made the experience stress free and dare I say fun!

I couldn’t be more thankful to the staff here. From the original telephone call and emails to the day of Surgery. The surgeon was very professional and kind and executed the surgery perfectly. My consultation this week with Nadia Imran at The Pines Clinic went exceptionally well. She took the time to introduce herself and explain her professional background in great detail. She was very informative and thorough with her questions, as well as giving me time to ask any relevant questions. From my initial consultation with Sue Lipson to my most recent post-operative review with Mr Gesakis, I have been extremely satisfied with my experience at The Pines Hospital. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Over a number of consultations, Mr Gesakis discussed with me my objective and made suitable recommendations. The medical staff who looked after me before the surgery and overnight were superb. The anesthesiologist, who came to see me before the surgery, was reassuring and efficient. Mr Gesakis has been amazing since our first meeting and I am more than delighted with the results of my surgery. The aftercare is equally as efficient, with regular reviews offered as standard. Such an amazing experience at the Pines. The staff are amazing. And Mr khalil my surgeon was absolutely amazing. Can’t thank him enough for my amazing results and professional friendly service. This was truly an incredible experience, the professionalism and care I received was like no other. Dr Khalil was my surgeon and he did an absolutely amazing job with my surgery and listened to all concerns and questions I had, he couldn't have done a better job. The nurses were all also absolutely lovely and so kind, they really helped me stay calm and looked after me in the best way possible. I would recommend the Pines Hospital to anyone considering private healthcare!

Before surgery I was really anxious I was searching for reviews where ever I could... so if your reading this I can guess you are too! After having surgery there yesterday and having an over night stay i feel like I want to put peoples mind at ease. All the staff are absolutely lovely ! I had no issues at all and felt in such good hands. Every single member of staff who looked after me were so lovely and caring. Fantastic staff, very friendly very helpful and caring, always happy to help during your stay day and night staff. Many thanks to you all for the fantastic service, very pleased with ms Maggie and her professionalism and fantastic results with my breast augmentation, would recommend the company for anyone, and I was skeptical pre meetings with staff etc, food was beyond expectations also, the only thing I would say is communication between staff was a little lacking and had to go over things a few times but that's merely being picky obviously staff are very busy, as I said had no issues at all here with Transform fantastic company fantastic results highly recommend.

Would recomend transform to anybody my surgeon Mr Gesakis is so honest and professional and a real perfectionist i couldnt be happier with my results if ever hav any other cosmetic surgery i will definitely be returning to him. I arrived yesterday lunch time and was greeted with friendly staff and allocated a spotlessly clean room. I met with the staff, nurse, anaesthetist and spoke with my surgeon who where all very reassuring and answered any questions. I came around from surgery in recovery feeling groggy but not uncomfortable. On arriving to my room I was served water, tea and biscuits and then my lunch which was lovely. Staff are always on call should you need anything. I am currently eating breakfast and then being discharged home, my operation went fantastic and I am sooo pleased with the results. I highly recommend abby pines and wish to thank all the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

Had septo rhinoplasty 4 days ago. The staff at tranform were amazing. Made me feel relaxed and comfortable the whole time... From start to finish they were caring and attentive. I was very nervous pre op, which i now know i didnt need to be as they wer so comforting and friendly. The whole experiance was a very positive one. All the team were absolutly A*. Would like to thank them all very much for caring for me so well pre and post op... from my surgeon (mr ottiviani) to the nurses, to the anaethestist, and the theatre staff... So the past 5 years ive been looking into having an open rhinoplasty, i shopped around and was drawn in by transform as they have been around for a long time. I met with the consultant Sharon in march 2014 and was all ready to go ahead with the op when i lost my job, so i couldnt afford to do it. A year later Feb 2015 i returned more eager to get it done than before they welcomed me back and helped me work out a finance plan i met with the surgeon Dr Maurizio Persico for the second time and was happy with what he sugested to do with my nose. I booked in for the Op my date was april 10th at the Pines Hospital for an over night stay. I arrived at the hospital at 9:45am the staff were very welcoming and polite they made me feel at ease, by the time i got in my room it was 10:00am within a few minutes of being in there a nurse came with a gown, dressing gown and some bags to put over my feet (it was finally feeling real). About 10:15am another nurse came in to do my blood pressure, hight weight and some general health related questions then measured me for my stockings. Dr Persico also came in to see me and take some pictures and go over what he was going to do with my nose. 10:40am the anesthesia guy came to see me, shortly after another assisting nurse came in to tell me it was time to go down to theatre, it was about 10:55am at this time. In theatre, it was quite daunting as there was just a bed in the middle of the room and bright lights but they were all very concerned and made sure i wasnt panicing, they told me exactly what was going to happen and how i was going to feel. 1:20pm i woke from surgery pain free! in the recovery room with another nurse she kept me chatting until it was time to go back to my room. I got back to my room and they helped me on my bed i had water and some cookie biscuits to have a munch on as i hadnt eaten from 11:30pm the previous night, i watched a bit of TV and waited for some family to come and acompany me, in the mean time they brought me my dinner which was soup and crusty bread it was difficult to get it in to my mouth so i couldnt eat it all. The nurse popped in every half hour for about 2 hours after my Op to take my BP. (The meals were fantastic 5* food) The nurses on for the Night shift were extremely lovely and chatty which made me feel better, i didnt get much sleep that night due to the gauses up my nose which were uncomfortable also the Canulla kept pricking my hand. The following day i had the gauses removed which made my eyes water not most pleasant! i was ready to go home, the following week was slightly uncomfortable as there is a lot of pressure on the nose. Never the less saturday came and it was time to get the stitches out which was back at the clinic in manchester where i first went, the nurse yet again was very nice but couldnt get all the stitches out because i was in a lot of pain after having the cast off so i returned on the tuesday after. I was instantly impressed with my new nose! 3 weeks later and i am feeling back to my ussual self, just with a better nose! Still having slight difficulty with my breathing but they told me the recovery time can be from 6weeks to a year so ive still got a lot of healing to do. My over all experience with transform has been wonderful so far and i would reccomend them to anyone wanting surgery! I am so impressed with how good my nose turned out. I am returning to meet with Dr Persico on june 1st for my final check up and to get my before and after pictures i cannot wait.

Lovely down to earth staff that can't seem to do enough for you and know how to put you at ease. Comfy beds and very clean. Would highly recommend.

I have had a couple of treatments here , microdermabrasion and obagi blue radiance peel. My therapist was Nadia Imran and I always look forward to my treatments. Nadia is really lovely and very knowledgeable and I feel very relaxed in her presence. She is a highly skilled and trained therapist and is informative with regards to any treatment you have any questions about. She goes through step by step during the procedure so you are always comfortable . I would definitely recommend Nadia Imran to carry out your treatments if you are looking to book at the pines clinic.
