S. B. D. “.Only one word can describe Faye- Fabulous. Put me at ease, explained what would happen, checked if I was alright regularly whilst she vacuumed my blocked ear. Hearing not back to normal as yet due to a build up of ear drops. however going back soon where it will hopefully improve even further. Faye is very customer/patient friendly and professional and puts to shame many other people n the medical arena.
P.After having both ears cleaned, I can now hear things I've never heard before. It was the best thing I've ever spent money on. Faye was great and puts you at ease with explaining the whole situation. There's no pain and the end result cannot be described with words, just noises you didn't realise were there!

Phoned RG Hearing this morning and managed to get an appointment this afternoon, which Faye fitted around my work schedule. She was very kind and puts you straight at ease and talks you through what she is doing. Price was great too. I can't speak highly enough. Absolutely recommend this company.
S. C.Rang on 5th May and Faye made an appointment to come out on the 6th May to see my mum and remove ear wax. She was absolutely fabulous. She explained everything and we were even able to see the before and after results on the monitor. Would highly recommend her.
