R. P.My wife said that breast scanning unit staff were very nice.
Re the carpark, it's a nightmare. Payment machine that say they are out of order and ask for payment by phone, but the app can't find the carpark or the payment number, then says it's not accepting payment at this time.
Then you find out that a machine that says it's out of order accepts cash.
It's a scam by the company running the number plate camera, should be reported to the police.
F. M.I am a young man and was initially referred here by my GP following rapid onset of urinary incontinence for issues unknown. As you can imagine it's a sensitive topic for most people and difficult to deal with.
I spoke to a specialist doctor here whom did his absolute best to assist in providing me with access to required medical tools to live relatively normally. This was a hard case for them to manage on short notice but it was sorted with haste. I then saw this doctor again regarding further investigative diagnosis and general improvements.
I have received nothing but good experiences from this hospital. The receptionists have always been polite and to the point, whilst remaining discreet and respectful. The doctors have been beyond incredible and have helped restore me some sense of normality. I am truly thankful to everyone involved here.
For anyone with similar issues to mine they have an internal reordering line for medical products that is incredibly efficient and effective so you can feel assured that you will always be managed properly.
The staff at this hospital have my sincerest and deepest gratitude.
L. B.My experience was really good. Found a parking spot straight away at 10am (was a little anxious over this after reading previous reviews). The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly and the appointment with my practitioner was thorough and informative.

Staff excellent 👍 My daughter saw a wonderful man and we are finally making progress of what could be causing her problems. Then can move forward to get help 🎉 It's been so frustrating and to be final be taken seriously is fantastic. (She's 25yr now, been fobbed off for years)

A. M.My dad had 6 weeks on Alder Ward and I can't speak highly enough of the staff - medical and care side. We had support and compassion of the highest order in what became end of life care, it was a privilege for dad to be cared for by these lovely people. This is the NHS at its finest.
