j. h.Joanna the co-ordinator - Porter manager was very polite and helpful , she was very gentle and considerate when transporting my friend and ensured she was safe and felt comfortable , Tyler and stew moved her and they were also very polite and helpful even though these people are just “porters” they were very friendly and polite and were very helpful even just for someone to chat to and move from one place to another, thank you 😊 so under appreciated , keep up the good work guys
H. K.All staff I saw and interacted with were kind, honest and very helpful. The doctors ordered the appropriate tests, took my concerns seriously and gave comprehensive advice. The service was very fast and efficient, and they were clearly organised with handling patient inflow, unlike most A&Es in the UK.
S. M.Being in A&E is never fun, but I had a really positive experience here this week. The staff were all lovely, and I was in and out in 2.5 hrs. I had a minor injury so was happy to see they were prioritising people as they saw necessary and I felt that I got the care I needed within an appropriate time frame.
