Rang them this morning and managed to get in 2 hours later. The staff are so lovely and the clinic is clean, peaceful and inviting. We loved it so much we’ve decided to go there again for our gender scan and cancel our app somewhere else. We couldn’t of asked for a better experience and highly recommend to you all!

Absolutely wonderful. This is the second time we have been to Ultrasound Direct at Peterborough (first was at 7 weeks and second at 25 weeks). The booking process is so easy, you’re welcomed by lovely staff and the scan is brilliant and the sonographer is always so friendly and informative. Would highly recommend over other competitors in Peterborough! Will definitely be going again for our next pregnancy :)

I could not have wished for a better experience. Sue the receptionist met us at the door and showed us to the waiting room before confirming my details. Right on time Suzy the sonographer ushered us into the examination room and explained the procedure and what was going to happen. All the time Suzy was reassuring us and explaining fully what she was seeing and looking for. At no time did we feel rushed or fobbed off with incomplete explanations and at the end, Suzy asked if we had any other questions before summarising her observations and explaining how we could access the results. Overall, an excellent experience and one that would make me recommend Ultrasound Direct to anyone.

If you need help to decide whether to go here or the other place in Peterborough (something to the womb) Please go to ultrasound direct I’ve had 2 miscarriages and have been so nervous about this pregnancy and the other place made it worse First impression is Paige in reception was so lovely and kind eased my nerves by having a little chat with us Then onto the scan Noreen showed me straight away the babies heartbeat the other place didn’t even speak to me till the end of the scan The pictures were amazing and even got a video of the heartbeat My heart is full again and I owe it to Paige and Noreen thank you so so much for your kind words and reassurance

What an amazing experience!! The staff were absolutely brilliant and made us feel extremely safe, by following social distancing rules and adhering to the government guidelines! Everything was clean and staff were wearing full PPE! Would definitely recommend! My partner and I are over the moon that he actually got to attend such an important scan! Worth every penny!! Excellent service for my recent abdominal and pelvic scan. All the staff were friendly and polite, my appointment was on time. The sonographer was professional, kind and reassuring. Would definitely recommend Ultrasound Direct.

It was an amazing experience. We decided to go for it because we didn’t want to wait 1 month for our NHS scan and I recommend it to everyone. We were 20 minutes early but we were seen straight away. The lady was so nice to us, took time to explain everything and checked everything. I’m so happy with all the pictures we got. Thank you again to the team !

Second time attending the Market deeping (Peterborough) baby bond. I have to say... both times were good but today was exceptional. Paula the Sonographer was beyond lovely. Made the experience really special today. So was the receptionist who’s name I unfortunately did not get. Both really welcoming and friendly. Thank you very much.

31 week scan today after a shambles scan at another company few weeks before! Baby still didnt behave but thank God for the loveliness of the staff here! I felt like the initial growth part of the scan was very in detail and explained well! 4D would of been great if baby behaved. I'm nearly over the time so even though offered a rescan on another day we were more than happy with the images we did get and growth information!! Thank you! Defo recommend

Excellent experience, staff were patient and friendly. Baby didn’t want to co-operate and we went for a walk mid way through scan to try change her position.

Had a great experience at this ultrasound centre for a 10 week scan, the whole process was simple and the staff just lovely, also being able to book on a Sunday is so convenient, will definitely be back for more scans
