I was recently a patient of the Peninsula Heart Clinic through the NHS. The service and care I received were outstanding and I am so grateful for the treatment and care that I received. The staff I met were so professional and caring that I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you.

Can I give 6 stars? Peninsula Heart Clinic, tucked away behind Derriford Hospital, is a superb modern facility. The staff are not only excellent at their job but all are so friendly, putting one at ease in what could be a frightening experience. I was treated through the NHS but felt no difference.If you have a heart problem take heart this is the place to go.

A massive thank you to all of the staff at Peninsula Heart Clinic. It couldn't have been a better experience from the start, the nursing team were so efficient and friendly which made the whole experience very comfortable. The doctors and theatre staff were extremely approachable and friendly. The food was excellent. Went in for a re-synchronisation device. The team are absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much and everything was brilliant great crew kept well informed at all times. The Covid procedures were spot-on. The place itself was generally immaculate as well as the service five stars all round

What a fantastic place food excellent staff couldn't do enough for you smiles all the time made me feel relaxed.lt was so clean .l was there on 8th June 14th June and 20th July .What really made my day was when the consultant said you like music What would you like to hear and this was in the operating room fantastic.

Firstly I would like to thank all the staff for the care I received today. A totally professional team, from Reception through to Consultant. The facilities and catering are of a very high standard. My procedure was aborted unfortunately ( small arteries with tight turns )with the overriding factor being my care and comfort. During my time in the clinic I was informed of exactly what, how and why procedures were carried out, communication is clearly a big factor in helping people feel at ease. Had to revisit this impressive place for an angiogram. Some of the staff I met on my first visit remembered me, which helped make me feel more relaxed through a worrying period. The quality and service of this Clinic instils confidence that you are in the best care possible. Had my defibrillator changed today for the first time. A huge thank you to all the staff at this state of the art Clinic. Impressive building and extremely efficient procedures. The West Country is so lucky to have this modern facility. Thank you.

My father-in-law had a cardiac pacemaker fitted by Dr. Davies two weeks ago and we were left very impressed by the Peninsula Heart Clinic. Firstly, the clinic has a modern, high-tech and welcoming feel as soon as you enter their main entrance. The staff could not have been more caring and kind. The procedure was so smooth from start to finish and my father-in-law could not have wished for a better stay. The icing on the cake for me was being served unlimited bean to cup coffee as a visitor as well as being offered a panini with salad. I have never visited a healthcare facility as good as this and I cannot recommend it highly enough. The say they are world-class in their front entrance and I certainly could not disagree with them. Bravo all round and well done to Derriford hospital for choosing the company that operates this clinic as their private partner.

My mother was a patient today, a scared one at that, the staff reassured her and calmed her down. The procedure (angiogram) took about 20 minutes. She came out feeling relieved. The staff were extremely helpful and very polite. The food was excellent and the tea and coffee plentiful. Very, very happy with the services delivered.
