S. E.Had my ears cleaned out today. Quick, clean and effective. Simon showed me the before and after on a screen and the difference was incredible! His studio was perfectly set up, clean and comfortable. Friendly guy too. Couldn't ask for more.
W.Simon went above and beyond to fit me in at short notice. His surgery is spotless and he made me feel most welcome. His technique in conducting the microsuction was pain and discomfort free. Instant results (as the video of inside the ear after the process showed) and having returned home, my partner is most relieved she doesn't have to repeat herself over and over haha. Reasonable price for the service and parking was no issue. I will be returning and would recommend to all.

I. B.Simon managed to fit me in shortly after first making contact. On inspection both ear canals were heavily compacted with earwax dramatically effecting my hearing. Within 20 mins of micro-suction treatment both ears were completely clear and what difference to have my hearing 100% back! Don't waste time and money using DIY kits, see a professional audiologist like Simon to vastly improve your quality of hearing and life. It was the best and most worthwhile £50 I have spent in a very longtime. Thank you!

J. B.Booking a home appointment was very straightforward. The appointment was for my 85 year old mum who is housebound and dislikes anything medical but Simon soon put her at ease. The microsuction was amazing - my mum was totally deaf before but her hearing was immediately restored afterwards. The whole process was clean, efficient and effective and Simon’s lovely manner with my mum was a great bonus. It was also very convenient to have up to date and modern treatment in the home at a time that suited us. Definitely recommend this service.
S. T.Have now used Simon, from Preston Microsuction, on two occasions in the last couple of years. He is very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Each time I requested a home visit. On the most recent visit I phoned in the morning to make an appointment and was delighted when Simon said he could fit me in the same afternoon. It's far better than putting drops in, waiting 3/4 weeks and then having to make an appointment with the NHS to have them syringed. I find the Microsuction to be a painless experience compared to ear syringing. If you opt for a home visit, all you need are a couple of upright chairs, somewhere stable for Simon to put his equipment and a power socket. I had both ears done (£45.00) and it took about 30 minutes. I will certainly use Simon again and I wholeheartedly recommend his services.
