L. R.I first found out about Complete fertility back in 2020, my partner and I couldn't conceive naturally and as weboth have children from a previous relationship we was not entitled to any help from the NHS, so IVF was too expensive for us.
We found a package through Complete Fertility that lets you have free IVF for egg donation.
I liked the idea of donating my eggs to help another person out and in return I would get an opportunity to have a baby with my partner.
The service was amazing, Julie Hedges who took over my care was one the best staff there, she made me feel so welcomed and the whole IVF journey was amazing.
We had to travel very far so she tried her best to have some of the appointments over the phone etc.
The whole staff there were amazing and I decided to transfer 2 embryos, they did advice against it due to twins being a more high risk pregnancy, however I wanted to go ahead and so I signed a form of consent.
Our first IVF cycle worked and I ended up pregnant with Twins!
I have birth to two healthy babies in July this year and couldn't thank the whole team down in Southampton enough 💙
I will say some of the reception staff seemed a bit unfriendly hence the 4 stars, but that wasn't an issue to me.
Definitely look into the Free IVF for egg donation package 😊 hopefully I can be a regular egg donar as I love the idea of helping another family get the child they have always wanted.
A. P.After a first ivf cycle abroad I got in contact with Complete Fertility.
My journey lasted about 10 months. A period of time when I had the chance to relate with probably everyone who's part of this amazing team.
From the receptionist to the nurses, embryologist, doctors etc.. everyone who played a part in our journey has delivered the highest standard of service from a professional prospective as well as a human.
Every experience is different but it seems like some reviews suffer of the outcome of such a delicate treatment. What has to be said is that regardless the result the whole team has been not just professional and truthful but the most empathic and caring I have had dealt with .
I wouldn't hesitate to use this clinic again and I couldn't recommend it more!
