29/5:2021 Today at 5.30pm Kieron and Vicky two Professional and Caring Ambulance workers had a call out for my 95 yr old Mum who had a fall in her flat. They introduced themselves to my Mum and reassured her they would help her and carry out various tests.
Mum has had Alzheimers for over a decade and soon felt at ease with Kieron and Vicky who work as a good team.
I am sure there are lots of good professional and caring Ambulance workers in our amazing NHS. Leaving my Mum to go into hospital is never easy as her main Carer. I just wanted to say an extra big special thank you to Kieron and Vicky. I did not cry when Mum went off as Vicky re/assured me again they would take good care of my Mum a very special Lady who is the head of our Family.

On the 23rd October my husband complained of chest pains. I rang 999 and spoke to the Emergency Services who sent an ambulance to our house. The paramedics, Barry and Martin, arrived in under 5 minutes.
They were so amazing, they kept the whole frightening situation calm, told me to pack a bag, I'm sure it was just a ruse to get me out of the way and occupied. Paul was given all manner of medications and taken to Southampton General Hospital. On arrival Barry explained to me what would be happening when the ambulance doors opened and said there would be the Crash Team waiting for him and told me where I could wait.
Paul arrested as he was wheeled into Resuscitation. I believe Barry gave him CPR and Paul needed 3 shocks given to him by the amazing Crash Team to bring him back.
How do you say "thank you" to two amazing, highly trained paramedics that saved my husband's life? This is me trying to do that with all my heart.

I am just 80 years old and on 31st August at around 5 am I had a fall and could not get up on my own. M partner being 86 could not help, or we would both have been helpless on the floor. I called 111 and a very nice lady calmed me down and said they would send help. Sometime later an ambulance arrived and a young woman and man said they had come to assist me on getting to my feet. After lots of trying to get me in a comfortable position and many laughs on the way, they eventually lifted me on an inflatable cushion to a point where I could stand again.
This couple of angels we the nicest, kindest and most caring people I could ever have wished to meet.
Please make it known to them and their superiors how grateful and lucky that there are caring folks like them doing the good work they do!
Thank you a thousand times Jim and Terry

I wish to thank the paramedics who attended to me following a faint and resulting fall onto my face, fractured nose and concussion on 1 February 2019. I have no recollection of the incident and came back to myself during the tests I had at the General Hospital. My partner recounted how marvellous the female paramedic was with me, how kind and efficient at getting me dressed from my wet swimwear. I was confused and mentally absent but able to follow instructions like raise your arms. I am pleased to report I had an excellent recovery and was soon back to normal. I think your wonderful service helped assuage my partner's anxiety at seeing me in such a condition not knowing whether it would last. Thank you!

I can’t speak highly enough of the response of the service and the ambulance crew who attended my husband at 4am when he was having severe chest pains while we were on a camping holiday. Their actions and reassuring manner were greatly appreciated.
