What an absolute brilliant service this morning this hospital offered. We went for my wife's covid prevention infusion and the service and care was first class from start to finish. Couldn't do enough for us and made us feel very special. Deserve a rise instead of MP's being given £2.200 today.

Stayed on the broadfield ward following a brain injury for 4 months. I have been in and out of hospitals for the past 20 years and it was easily the best hospital experience I've had. Staff were brilliant, regular activities and the duty of care during my rehab was second to none.

A big thank you to Thai Begum for such excellent care! I had a bad ear infection and needed quick treatment. I generally get really bored and annoyed whenever I go to a hospital or clinic but today proves how just one person who is professional can deal with something promptly.

Attended the haywood walk in centre this morning with my 13 year old son and I can't praise them enough. Extremely well organised staff polite and smiling even though they are under great pressure. Clean and tidy .

Went to the Haywood 12th Feb with a 3inch gash in my hand from a Stanley blade, the ladies on the desk were very rude n didn't want to see me (I'd just had 2 negative lateral flow tests after covid) altho I was dropping blood everywhere, then a nurse heard what was being said n intervened, from that point the nursing staff were amazing and very helpful, the triage nurse was great, calmed me down by telling it was nothing they couldn't fix, I needed to hear that! The nurse practitioner was fantastic, she had a student nurse with her too, they were both exceptional... We had a good laugh with them both, 8 stitches n some superglue later, all sorted 1:40hrs fom entrance to exit! Fantastic nursing staff at the Haywood!! Thank you!

I had the unfortunate experience to visit the Hospital Tuesday last (10th August) following an accident in my local convenience store, which left me requiring treatment to lacerations to my hand. I was extremely surprised at the number of patients awaiting various treatment and the constant number of patients arriving regularly on a Tuesday, mid afternoon/early evening. Despite a lengthy wait, during which I visited 4 people/departments, I was pleasantly surprised to see the nursing/admin staff maintain a calm, pleasant and caring approach/attitude (and sense of humour) to all...
A VERY big thanks to all of the hardworking staff at the Hayward, well done........

Brilliant... Attended the hospital today for an ultrasound appointment... Was seen on time and the Dr was explaining everything to me in detail as the scan was going ahead. I was made to feel very comfortable both by him and his assistant and they put me very much at ease. All done in 20 minutes. Lovely friendly staff on the helpdesks, even the security personnel welcome you with a smile and "good morning"...calming atmosphere in the building and its very clean... Can not praise this place enough. Keep up the fantastic work guys!

Hi there. We would like to thank all of the best staff at A and E. Haywood hospital. This morning considering very busy times the complete service was out of this world. All the staff were very over working and we had a few hours to what it was excellent service . And a big thanks to everyone.. mr paul Bennett and Mrs pat Bourne.....

Not too long to wait for treatment. X-rays done on site, though they are unable to do certain x-rays. Disabled access and disabled parking is free if displaying a Blue Badge. Reasonable parking charges for normal parking. Cafeteria in the outpatients department and lifts to the restaurant which has a good variety of food - sandwiches or hot food.

An excellent service. I hobbled in with an injured right foot and knew that as a Walk in Centre timed appointments did not apply and that I would have to join the rest of the patients and await my time. That was no problem and I left after three hours. The three hours did include a triage, x-ray and final consultation with lovely professional staff. Just a thought: would it be possible to fast track young children? A number of young children ( aged 4, 5 , 6 and 11) had to wait the same length of time. They were very patient and well behaved and I,as an oldie, would have no problem if they went before me.

Small specialist hospital.
Informative and helpful receptionist, nurse and clinician.
Seen very quickly. Not kept waiting for more than 5mins.
My only bugbear with it is that it's miles away

My father is at present on the Jack Field Ward. He is being treated with kindness and consideration. The nurses work incredibly hard to help my father and all the patients. I am incredibly indebted to them as I know he is being well cared for in this hospital.

Can't praise the walk-in centre enough. Sliced open my thumb with secateurs after my knee gave way. The reception staff, nurses and x-ray were outstanding, compassionate and friendly. Fab service; the area is fortunate to have this available. Thanks to all. 😀

Never before have I had such a positive experience in a hospital environment. The staff from the lady who showed me where the water dispenser was, the security guard who made me laugh as soon as I arrived, the consultant who treated me with respect & explained everything thoroughly & lastly the X-ray department! Amazing place

Handy place and great service, but always a long wait. Car-park annoyingly won't take my money in any machine. Security man says it happens regularly, but that's not a fault of the healthcare.

I generally go to the Scotia Day Unit, and can’t recommend it highly enough! The staff are wonderful, and go above and beyond the scope of their remit. Thanks also to the great Intrathecal Baclofen Team. Julie Matthews and Sue Brennan - you do an amazing job, and really care!
