I went in for a consultation for my wisdom teeth and all the staff were wonderful. From the receptionist to the dental nurses to Mr Shah himself they all made me feel welcome and safe. I ended up getting both teeth extracted on the day of my consultation. I was given options of having them done separately and on different days but all the staff were helpful in the decision to take them both out on the day. Mr Shah made me very comfortable about the whole process and it was over before I knew it! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Took my son today for 4 teeth extraction. The staff were amazing. From the time I had a phone call to leaving the Clinic. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and made us feel at ease the whole time we were there. The explanation of what was going to happen was also amazing. I can't praise them all enough. I'm a very anxious dental patient and Dr Shah took the time to explain the procedure and what he would be doing, which was very reassuring and made me feel comfortable. The dental nurses were lovely and friendly and helped me to relax by keeping me chatting while the anesthetic took effect. As the extraction got underway, both Dr Shah and the nurses explained everything that was happening and it felt like it was all over in seconds. Can't thank Dr Shah and the team enough for the level of care they gave me. What a lovely bunch of people :)

I attended Parkway Clinic for my regular 6 monthly dental check up. I saw my usual dentist Darren Lee and was due to see Chris one of the hygienists. Unfortunately she was unwell & her appointment was cancelled. I’d been informed by text message and phone call the day before. My appointment was on time. And Darren did my clean instead of Chris. Darren was as usual, extremely thorough and considerate of his patient’s comfort with being in his dental chair! His manner is great. Also his dental nurse/assistant was very pleasant. He was also very considerate. The desk staff , as usual were polite and pleasant.

Fantastic service. I had all my wisdom teeth removed at Parkway in June and the process was straightforward and I knew exactly what was going to happen every step of the way. I went into surgery at 8.30am and I was home by 10am. Can't fault the clinic or staff and would highly recommend.

I had a really thorough check up and the dentist picked up on a few issues that I had not been aware of and if left could have been problematic. I have also had an appointment with the hygienist and again, she was excellent. Very thorough and has helped me get on top of some of the problems I was having. I was so impressed that I signed up with Denplan so that I could keep this as my regular dentist.

Needed a tooth removed by Mr Shah as my dentist was unable to remove it as it was too worn to grip onto. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr Prash Vasudevan; a dental & implant specialist, at The Parkway Clinic. Over the last year or so, Prash has completely transformed my teeth and given me the confidence I’ve always wanted whilst smiling. Prash was very professional, kind, understanding and talented. Given clear advice and told they could remove there and then for me, the support from the team there was excellent and the dentist was so quick in getting the tooth out it made the whole thing painless. Can't praise this place enough! My 9 week old little girl had a severe tongue tie and I was having real trouble getting an NHS referral. I booked a consultation with Mr Shah who took one look at her tongue and agreed that it needed to be divided. The procedure was over in seconds and I don't think she felt a thing, it was definitely more traumatic for me! The nurses with Mr Shah were so kind and supportive, I really can't thank them enough.

I had bad experiences with dentists in the past but everyone here is very kind and gentle, they don't nag and explain everything so that nothing comes as a surprise. Anything that has to be done that might be a bit unpleasant, they try to do as quickly as possible so that you are OK. Highly recommend the whole team.

I recently had a tongue-tie removed (lingual frenectomy) with Mr Shah, Parkway's maxillofacial consultant. I cannot praise the service and care I received highly enough. I had my condition seen and remedied in a single visit. Mr Shah could not have been more considerate. The procedure was totally pain free and has dramatically improved my quality of life by improving my tonguee mobility, breathing and, most amazingly, my posture, by releasing tension in my neck and back. Problems that have been with me for nearly 60 years were resolved in half an hour for £379. It's an incredible bargain!

If you cannot drive, it is a bit hard to get to. The advice given is very good, but outside the Clinic it can be hard to carry out. Mirrors, couches, strong lights, guidance are not in everyone's early morning bathroom.

Please read on, especially if you have dental phobia. I was in severe pain since March. In June the pain became so bad, I had swollen face and was taking excessive amount of painkillers and have not had much sleep for weeks. I have a severe dentist phobia, due to extremely poor previous treatments. I found this clinic online and I was considering them due to the fact that they do offer treatments under general anaesthetic and that is the only way I can have me teeth done now. My first appointment revealed huge problems and I had to have my 4 teeth extracted, 5 fillings and cleaning done, suggested GA time an hour. On my treatment day everything went really well, everything well explained, I really felt that I was in safe hands and everything will be alright. I am extremely grateful to the whole team, especially my anaesthetist Phil Majoe and dental surgeon Mike Gray, you guys are absolutely amazing. Extremely skilled and patient, you can tell you care so much about each customer. I am now free from pain and I got my life back, because I couldn’t work, eat(lost 8 kg’s) or even walk, I was stuck laying in my bed for months... I cannot describe how thankful I am and my whole family. You are the only dental practice I will visit from now on, even though it is far away from me, but the service that this clinic offers is just so worth it.

Arriving at the reception area, there were 3 members of staff talking amongst themselves,, not one of these acknowledged that I was waiting . 1 of them then rose from her seat and walked away, After a full 2 minutes, another member of staff acknowledged that I was waiting, and advised me to take a seat. She was very polite and friendly, but no apology was offered for keeping me waiting. My dentist promptly took me to the consultation room for my check up. My dentist is very professional, friendly, offers full explanations of what she is doing and has a great sense of humour. This practise for me is very good, but the reception staff need to be more attentive to their clients.

This review is from my husband David Walters as he was the patient. Over the May 2021 early Bank Holiday I had progressive toothache which was not helped by pain relief. The pain was so bad that it radiated from jaw to ear and to temple. Couldn't eat or sleep. Saw dentist at own practice on Tuesday the 4th May who stated the tooth was infected and provided antibiotics and informed me that my dentist would see me the next day. Rang Wednesday the 5th but told couldn't be seen until Wednesday the 12th and told to keep taking antibiotics and pain relief. Pain was so bad contacted Parkway Clinic for help. They couldn't be more helpful from the receptionist to the dentist himself. He explained that the numbing injection may not work due to the infection but would do his best. It worked and the tooth was removed. What a relief, couldn't be more pleased. Would definitely recommend. 1st class treatment all round. Thank you.

I was extremely nervous going to Parkway. I was looking for help and guidance for bleeding gums and wanted a second opinion after visiting my NHS dentist. I can honestly say it was singlehandedly the best decision I have made. Dr Ali Abdelbagi has eliminated the fear of the 'unknown', explained everything in detail and always ensures I am comfortable and happy. His passion for his work is evident and five fillings later (!) using the rubber dam technique (no horrible residue in your mouth and the tooth stays dry), you would never even know I have a filling! Today was my first visit here. I suffer from SERIOUS anxiety and nerves with dentists. I made the journey to Parkway Dental Clinic and although I wanted to turn back and ignore any issues I had, I pushed through. I was treated so well by every member of staff in this clinic. I have never experienced a dentist that has been able to deal with my (severe) nerves as well as Parkway. I met with Erini (sorry if I’ve misspelt the name) and her lovely nurse. They made me feel so much better. I have dental anxiety that could surpass the most severe cases and I left feeling relaxed and happy. I don’t have enough words to say just how great this place is. If you suffer in any degree of the way I do then please give them a go. I made the 200 mile journey as they do GA. From the reception staff, dental nurses and dentists up to one of the clinic directors they gave the most reassuring service. I honestly urge you to visit here if you suffer from anxiety and nerves. I am a strong willed person, however, when I enter a dental clinic I turn into a complete mess, from throwing up to shaking and having panic attacks. IVE NEVER MET PEOPLE LIKE THIS! I have a long way to go in order to get on track, but for the first time in 12 years I feel that I have found a place that can help. You may read this and think “what a wimp” but I assure you I have tried everything to overcome my issues. Please, please if you have issues that even resemble a small percentage of mine. Just call them and ask for an appointment with Erini. I would also like to say that her dental nurse (Loretta, I think) was just as good. I watched her as she made sure I was ok at every point, including making sure I was ok having an X-ray. Thank you to whoever has worked so hard to create a business with such dedicated and supportive staff. It means something to people who are complete bumbling idiots like me!

A really good dental clinic and I think almost hospital as they can undertake all sorts of dental surgery. Darren Owakee is possibly the best dentist that has ever treated me (and that is in 66 years). The only thing that stops a five star is the parking permit thing. As a disabled person I have to park up, walk into the clinic to the reception desk, get a permit written out, and then walk all the way back to my car to display the ticket so that the parking police don't fine me; finally I have to walk back into the clinic for my treatment. Somebody hasn't thought it through I fear.

I went to parkway to have a tooth extracted, I'm very nervous at going to the dentist and I get myself in a right state just walking through the doors, let along having to have a tooth out, but they were absolutely brilliant with me. from the start to end. All the staff were fantastic with me can't fault them at all.

I went to see dr Prash and he exstracted one tooth each time, I’m petrified of needles! And he was so good and he put me at ease and I had the injections and the extraction pain free.
