Fantastic service! Dr Carolyn returned my call within a few hours of my e consult. Understanding my concerns the Dr invited me in later that day and following a friendly professional examination and a consultation I was reassuringly treated and released that afternoon. Highly recommend this Medical Cenre. Great work and Thank you! 😊

The Practice no longer follows the Dr First system & has improved the phone lines as well as offering more non urgent appointments online for those prepared to spend the time setting up an account by taking ID into the surgery. Approachable, respectful staff offering a high level of care & services. Excellent Practice

Great doctors when you can get to see them, as for other factors! Hard to say, dislike the doctors first system! You can stand in the surgery and show the receptionist a swollen eye, to be told you need to go home and phone the doctors to book a call back, then your asked by the Dr to come and see him in an hour!!! No logic for many cases.....

Great doctors helpful staff the only complaint I have is trying to get an appointment it’s rediculous why they can’t give you an appointment in advance is beyond me I’ve been suffering with earache all week I’ve tried every morning at 8am to get through with no avail and when I have got through all the appointments have gone!
