Nice staff, great hot free breakfast, comfy bed and wonderful pillows. We used the fitness center which was small but has what you need. There's an intercity train behind the hotel, perfect to hop on and head to city center or Grand Central Station, just 4 stops away. Our room backed up to the tracks and we didn't hear it at all at night.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here. A nice hotel and a lovely breakfast. Rooms were clean. They only bad thing was that when we left, the receptionist was very rude. She didn't even look at me and just snatched the key cards from me. Didn't say a word or look at us. I said thankyou and that I had a nice stay and she just ignored me and walked away. Was not a nice way to end a nice 1trip. Other than that, I would have given five stars.

Great hotel, not in the more renovated area of the city centre but well worth the short walk. Really comfortable room, very friendly staff. Buffet style Breakfast included in my room rate.

Great location, lovely rooms, breakfast really tasty. Such a shame to witness hotel reception staff being abused verbally by a group of female guests for an ongoing time which they dealt with with the upmost diplomacy and professionalism. Well done hotel team ! The better people ! Thanks for a great stay !

Generally is a good hotel. Nice and tidy. Unfortunately the area where it is doesn't look very safe as you can see druggies coming from the parking next to the hotel. Very complete breakfast, but very small dining room and the designate area where breakfast is. It was impossible to follow any social distancing. Room was fine, but we found toilet seat not very clean, so we had to clean ourselves. We went to spend the night so it wasn't too bad

An all round pretty good stay. On the wrong side of the tracks from the Jewellery Quarter but friendly staff and a fairly modern building and decor. The sliding bathroom/closet doors need maintenance however as they are difficult to slide. The standard queen size beds were a little on the small size. The local photography/artwork was fabulous!

Area around quite run down but the rooms were so clean as was the bathroom area. Breakfast was busy. Some of the public areas could do with refurbishing but on the whole really good value for money. Fluffy towels .hairdryer. toiletries and coffee making facilities.

Very stuffy rooms, breakfast ok but lacking quality and selection, poor bar staff and selection of drinks.
Staff ok but they do lack in customer service skills, they seem very new so would say they need further training and experience.
It is NOT a complimentary breakfast. it is included in the price as stated on the website.

Gr8 Hotel short walk from city centre nice polite staff clean rooms although the sink in our room was cracked but not leaking and the door was very heavy to toilet which we reported

Very clean and comfortable hotel in a great location. No onsite parking but close-by free street parking between 1800 - 0800. Unfortunately, covid has stopped the evening meals but I had a perfectly acceptable pizza delivered to my room

Cool little hotel, I'd rate it higher than a Moxy, not got all 5* Hilton luxuries, but customer service matched that of any normal Hilton.

Birmingham's hotels are expensive and this, too. It is situated a good 20 min walk away from the City Center and is a basic three star hotel in a less fancy part of the City. Baisc breakfast usually included. Rooms standard, good enough for a night out in town if you can affort the high price (200 GBP but feels like 70 GBP max). Also, too little staff at reception so long queue for check in.

Overall I felt it was not in keeping with Normakl Hilton Hotel experiences
No expamnation on parking
Bo towels in room
At lunch time no snacks --we were told we had to go to Costa !
All extar effort and cost which should not happen

Solid hotel. First one we've been too as a family of 5 and it was everything we wanted. Just outside the city centre, very reasonably priced, clean and easily booked. We went for two conjoined rooms with the kids all together in one which made it so much easier. Small but nice selection of breakfast and bar did some good draught beers. All in all, very happy

Clean and comfortable rooms. Decent breakfast although the continental selection is small. Nice place for a short trip.

All of our friends and family who stayed for either one or two nights at the Hampton by Hilton Birmingham had positive comments to make. I booked 1 accessible room, 1 family room, 1 twin room and 4 double rooms.

Really nice breakfast excellent room clean and tidy would stay again

My room had a small window with a view of a wall. At breakfast the toaster wasn't working and some of the upholstery in the restaurant was worn. However, it was clean, staff were nice, comfortable and only £40 for a night inc breakfast so am happy with it (despite no hot toast)

Mainly because of Lina and Lenny(may have spelled his name wrong). Fantastic rooms and great customer service. Give both of those a raise!

Decent stay, rooms were clean but very worn. Beds were uncomfortable and lack of parking annoying. Breakfast was decent and plentiful with service until 10.30am. Needs an update.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean and tidy rooms, aircon hot and cold, clean bathrooms with Soap shampoo & conditioner. Plenty of towels and new ones for the next day. Breakfast was lovely , buffet style. Would book again.

Clean rooms. Staff at breakfast very friendly and helpful - lovely breakfast.
Reception staff a bit slow - had to fill in a very long form because my 6 year old grandaughter is in a wheelchair -
was then given a disabled room on the 17th floor? She can walk but the 17th floor🤷♀️. Luckily no evacuation!
Couldn't accommodate us with adjoining rooms ( 3x adults & 2x children) - which we asked for to help with the children when we initially booked.

Very affordable prices for a high quality accommodation.
I asked for a room that has a window away from the main street and my request was considered, as well as executed.
Enjoy my stay at this hotel and their breakfast too.

There could have been a dead body in the room and I don't think I would have cared, the breakfast was that good.🍳

Good stay but reception staff can be more helpful. Overall hotel stay was ok, very comfortable and clean. Breakfast could have had more variety.

Great place to stay if you have something else to do, like we did. Quiet room, comfy bed and a good breakfast. Very pleasant staff too. We'll go back. Not much to do in the hotel itself if you want a weekend away but fantastic value if you're doing the tourist bit. Great value for money.

Quick getaway nice hotel great breakfast choice too

Very comfortable and amazing breakfast with freshly made waffles!

Hotel was clean, just what you need at this time. Staff were absolutely oblivious on there job, had to wait over 20 mins to be checked in as the receptionist had no idea what he was doing. There was another guy who worked there and he was just the same, a double act to remember.
