Clean room, easy check in. Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Very busy, hard to find staff to ask for help when needed. No kettle in room is harsh! Toilet in room is tiny!!
S. D.
Easy quick check in, very basic but generally clean room. Bar and basic food on site. Perfect for an early start at the airport.
K. F.
Good location for an early flight from BHX. Exactly what you'd expect from a budget hotel with some nice views from the 8th floor
I. C.
The hotel was tidy and well positioned close to airport. Meals are very small and so are rooms.

Checked in at midnight. Within five minutes I was in bed! Perfect location for late night arrivals. 5-10 minutes walk from airport.
Incredibly comfy bed, good hot shower. Tiny room cum cubicle. Very clean. I appreciated liquid soap / shampoo in big (read 'environmentally friendly' container).
Didn't have breakfast. Quoted £10 but preferred cheaper option back at airport.
B. K.
Perfect location for quick access to aéroport
D. P.
cheap and cheerful .A room and bed to rest a weiry head very basic room room and very small. .Bar area superb very clean and staff very friendly . As I say you get what you pay for and for a cheap £40 im happy .Trust me though its ok for us but maybe its not for everyone
J. K.
Great for an overnight before an early morning flight
A. S.
Room was perfect for the one night. Family of three. Little one loved the bunk bed. Very impressed with breakfast the next morning.
S. J.
Room is absolutely fine and great value. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a bit expensive for what it was.
J. B.
Again get what u pay for one day a great rate the next thru the roof.. way to pricey..
J. F.
Basic room quiet and right next to airport and easily walk able to nec and resorts world
T. D.
This is a budget hotel. Room clean, small and functional... Don't expect more which is ok and price is very competitive.
Staff brilliant. They were understaffed but very happy and helpful at all times and went beyond the call of duty despite being very busy.
Parking info would be helpful on the website. You park in car park 1 (£42) for night but with discount (pick up voucher ticket from hotel) only £12. Online check-in didn't seem to work and appears to be non existent. Booking process via website needs serious work... And it's integration with the hotel. And apparently you only reserve using your card but don't pay. Pay a good UX designer to fix it!
Food basic and honest fare. Decent portions, well prepared and hot. From packets but that's ok... Its a budget hotel.
All in all a very good experience... Well done.
Sad that I couldn't tip the staff with my card.
F. F.
Staff very friendly willing to help if there's a problem
B. W.
Fantastic hotel great value for the money
S. M.
Not bad for a budjet hotel though a couple of of extra pillows would have been nice. (Need two each to sleep). Room was compact but clean and inviting.
A. F.
So cheap and the room was nice and clean. Great view of the runway, I slightly nerded out.
S. C.
Best place to stay over close to airport!
Expensive but can’t complain!
Highly recommended to stay over!
Breakfast was quality!
Super location super staff and very great customer service!
J. K.
Basic , got what you paid for. Just need ed a bed to use before early morning flight. No issues would use again

All good. Nice room.
N. B.
Great location and comfortable clean room. Staff were excellent, fantastic value and super breakfast, exactly what you need of a one night stay airport hotel m

Winston the most helpful staff member stopped me having a nervous breakdown thanks for the help
a. d.
Great friendly staff. 24 hour food and bar. Great place great atmosphere every night unlike any other hotel you feel very much at home and at ease, helped by the staff with tgeir wonferful pleasant and helpful temperament
S. L.
Pretty basic but then it is a budget hotel, The staff are very nice and helpful. Basic room but the breakfast was good. Would stay here again if I had to.

There were no tissues, white lights (only orange and dark lights) in the room, and the pillow was a little high, but overall it provides a reasonable room for the price. Even sensitive me didn't feel so uncomfortable. The above score is the score as a hotel. But the restaurant here is not so good. I had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was a typical choice of British breakfast and cereal, but at least half of them didn't seem to be a very good choice. The eggs were cooked in advance and watery, the sausage was heated several times and hard, and the hash brown was so rough that it was hard to eat with a fork. This is also understandable, as breakfast was included in the accommodation for a small sum. I thought all of the above disadvantages were acceptable enough as an advantage of price. But I think dinner obviously has a small problem. This is because the overall price range is similar to that of a typical restaurant, but less quelity of food came out. The soup cooled quickly, and the cheese was very thin even though the pizza was cheese pizza. I was a little suspicious that the thin layer of pizza contained all four types of cheese. The leftover pizza can be packed, but I had to put it myself in a box given by the clerk. If anyone wants to eat here, rather use delivery.
Beer was not bad, I drank Guinness and it was a good choice. I don't know if all the other beers are draft beer.
D. H.
Great cheap hotel, very convenient for the airport, ideal for 1 night, basic but that's all you need. Plenty of hot water, good shower.
Good basic food in the restaurant and friendly staff.
R. G.
Nice room for a budget hotel. Very good place to stay for an early morning flight. Will use again.
S. A.
very nice hotel ..rooms very tidy if a bit small but for a 1 night stopover it great . Walking distance to Airport so what more could you want
S.
Basic standard hotel but clean and ideally located. Only downside is parking - or lack thereof on site.
Only been open a few days since the lockdown! Pizzeria not open yet. Food is basic.
L. S.
Stayed here several times now. Always brilliant value for money. Staff has always been very friendly. Room clean and tidy. Will use again
s. u.
Very good service and rooms we were in budget side but food and beer great
W. G.
Friendly helpful staff, very welcoming. Clean room and very comfy bed. A kettle in the room would have been nice.
H. P.
Great place to stay especially when you have an early flight so convenient. Good food will stay again
E. R.
Clean budget place to stay. Very powerful shower with reasonable prices for food. However our TV TV didn't work and there was no coffee/ water in the room
S. W.
Perfect budget hotel. Great staff, very helpful, great location. Clean and tidy basic rooms. Great value for the money.
m. m.
Cheap and cheerful. A little bit cramped.
T. O.
Decent price and staff were helpful. Food selection later in the day was less than ideal especially for an airport hotel
C. J.
Really close to airport...5 minute walk. Very friendly helpful efficient staff. Nice comfortable communal areas. Room nice all you need for a stopover. But it was rather warm in the room. Bed was comfortable but the topper generated too much heat but that's just me. Thanks Ibis. Would definitely recommend.
S. d.
Ok for the price, but really basic room. The restaurants are ok too.
Great location, less than 5min walking to the airport
G. S.
We had pizza for our meal in the restaurant, which was lovely. Drank some Wicked Lady zinafel which was great too. The budget room we had was small, but clean and comfortable.
D. W.
Room was ok for one night stay at the airport but was extremely basic leaving us a little disappointed. Would pay more for a nicer hotel next time.
S. G.
Great location, right near Terminal. Very clean. Rooms a bit small for 2 but good value.
M. C.
Hotel was fine. I went cheap and got an acceptable standard of hotel for that in the location given. Only downside was the room was boiling but I couldn't open the window due to the jet fuel fumes and I would have liked the chance for coffee in the room.
s. t.
Always stay here when we go abroad. So convenient for the airport. Lovely clean rooms. And a comfortable restaurant
J. Z.
Great hotel. Clean, reasonably priced, nice people in restaurant. Good quality food.
J. L.
Clean but that's about it! Very basic rooms, small bed and TV... decent restaurant though and so very handy to the airport... literally 2 minute walk. Friendly staff and super casual check-in in the lobby using mobile devicesand a no fuss, no frills and functional modern approach... no problem with it, what you'd expect of a budget airport hotel.
M. J.
A nice budget hotel. Very close to the airport and the car parking. Rooms small but has everything you need for an overnight stay.
A. S.
Really clean and quiet stayed for one night to catch early flight perfect for a budget hotel
N. K.
It was pleasant in all aspects! Staff were helpful and very nice. Room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Would recommend to other travelers without hesitation.
Would have given 10, the only minus is that as they are changing the set up for check in with Ibis vs Ibis Budget, it is a little tricky to get through the breakfast area with your luggage to get to the Ibis Budget side of the building.
a. d.
Great friendly staff. 24 hour food and bar. Great place great atmosphere every night unlike any other hotel you feel very much at home and at ease, helped by the staff with tgeir wonferful pleasant and helpful temperament
J. G.
Fantastic low budget hotel that's literally 1 minute away from the airport.
The beds are comfy, the rooms are cleaned well, the staff is friendly... and if you are just looking for a hotel near the airport or NEC then there is nothing to fault here.
* Travelling here *
You will have to take a shuttle bus from the NEC if you're travelling here by train. If you're travelling by National Express coaches then you will be dropped off at the airport and in which case the hotel will be within 1 minute of walking distance. Make sure this is actually your hotel as there is also an Ibis hotel within the actual NEC.
A. J.
Hotel and room were clean and tidy. Stayed in room 420. The door handle on toilet is broken apart from that nice room. Would have liked tea making facilities in room too. Daughter loved the bunk bed. Beds were comfy and room was just the right temperature. Nice and quiet too
C. L.
The room is relatively basic but fine for an overnight stay. I would stay there again. In the room there is no shower gel/shampoo, no hair dryer and no kettle (which is fine). The toilet and shower are separate rooms and quite small, with the sink being between the two rooms. The window in the room we had issues closing properly but staff dealt with this. In fact the staff were really helpful and professional, though currently there is no check in desk (they're just staying around with iPhones). Breakfast was also very good with a buffet of hot and cold items (timing restrictions apply I think).
S. F.
This is a hotel to spend one night in. Basic, basic, basic without the basic price tag. The bed was comfy and the shower pretty good. The room small, no drawers, no cupboard, three hangers for your clothes. The bar poor, the restaurant is a 70's motorway service station and breakfast not included! Staff nice though. This is a budget hotel brand but not at budget prices here!
I. B. (. A. L.
Good location only two mins from departures. Quick to check in with friendly staff. Room was clean but very basic- then again it was a budget hotel, so what do you expect. Good value for money, particularly as was arriving late and with an early departure.
Booked a double bedded room but got two singles, which didn't add to the comfort levels. Despite this, would certainly consider staying there again.
K. T.
Room is tiny. No kettle, shower opens straight into the room, and the bed for a third person is a top bunk above the head of the double bed. No air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open, which was noisy. Breakfast is lovely, though, and if you're only staying overnight before a flight it is probably ideal. Worth noting that it doesn't have its own parking and you don't get any discount on the airport parking.
W. B.
Firstly I couldn't find the way in as last time I stayed there was a different entrance for budget. When I did get in there was no reception desk !!! Who's idea was that ... The poor receptionist was very nice & helpful but she had no room to work or welcome people. The room was fine & clean but after a shower realised there was no socket close to either of the mirrors. Us females like a mirror when we dry our hair. The price was ok & the bed comfortable.
E. R.
Clean budget place to stay. Very powerful shower with reasonable prices for food. However our TV TV didn't work and there was no coffee/ water in the room
K. A.
Very clean, compact, minimalist. We had dinner in the hotel which was fast and tasty. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The bed was comfortable with extra pillows supplied. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Breakfast was a buffet with a good choice and good quality. Great location across the road from departures. Food available 24 hours and breakfast from 4am!
N. L.
Easy check in from efficient staff. Had a budget room and yes it was basic but that was all we wanted for 1 night. Clean, good room. Asked for an alarm call and it was exactly on time. No complaints at all, would definitely use again.
S. M.
You get what you pay for. Room was clean enough, very basic. Practically no service of any kind is available. I went to another hotel to ask about being around! There is a restaurant and bar, but the food is awful. The atmosphere is glum but tries too hard to be modern. Most staff quite friendly when you can find any. It reminded me of a hostel. This place does the job of giving those waiting to be somewhere else a place to sleep. Don't expect any more. It's the cheapest place around here.
M. P.
Fantastic staff
Super large comfy bed
Service from all staff with a smile and genuine
Six of us stayed and enjoyed the peace and quiet
C. R.
Cheap and easy acessed from the airport - rooms are quite small - great for one night stay before flights - pleasant staff - free tea, coffee and fruits - not far from city
T. W.
Opposite departure entrance so very convenient. Quick efficient reception. Nice bedroom but TV is tiny! Apart from TV good value.
T. C.
Pleasant professional staff, comfy bed, powerful shower and a better breakfast than I've had in some 4* hotels, oh and only 5 minute walk from Terminal.
D. A.
Good budget hotel for over night for airport. Staff at breakfast very good.
P. M.
Great budget hotel near NEC and airport. Recent changes to reception and bar area make it a great place to spend an evening when doing an overnight stop.
V. B.
Having stayed at various Accor group hotels in the past, including Ibis Budget, I knew what to expect and I was not let down. With the changes going on, staff were extremely helpful for a smooth check in. I used the on line check in for the first time and was extremely satisfied.
Alexandra, serving breakfast, was ever so cheerful and helpful in welcoming guests.
K. W.
Fantastic location for airport, NEC, Genting Arena and Resort World. Friendly and helpful staff and room that couldn't be faulted for the price. Very simple but clean and comfortable. Didn't have breakfast as very early departure but it was offered to us for a small fee. All in all, great for the price and location.
K. S.
This is a no frills hotel room, feels a bit like a hostel and the bathroom is a bit cramped. That being said the bed was OK, it was close to the NEC and they have a great range for their breakfast. Service at the reception was a bit slow and to be honest a bit backwards, they book you into a room using a mobile and mobile card reader. They have one room with an ironing board which was a bit of hindrance for me as I needed to iron clothes for the conference I was attending. The room had disposal plastic hips that brokevery easily which was inconvenient. The WiFi was pretty good and was able to easily stream videos.
M. C.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I really messed up my checkout time and they were really understanding. Rooms are basic, but that's why it's called a budget hotel. Strange how people seem to miss that detail.
The only downside was the keycards. Something around the airport or NEC is causing them to malfunction. This means I had to have mine fixed almost every time I entered the hotel. Luckily it only takes a few seconds.
D. D.
Wow Wow Wow! for budget accommodation & facilities, this was an excellent choice. The service was Phenomenal from all staff. The exceptional service given by Winston was truly brilliant, he went the extra mile to help us with our flight bookings. Derek Davidson Tour guide for Walk West Ireland 🇮🇪.

We checked in in less than 1 minute.
The room was perfectly clean, silent and comfortable for such a low price and a great location. We walked 4 minutes from the airport arrival to the lobby of the hotel.
The only thing I would change is the soap solution. The ibis "classic" have a refillable soap that wastes less when we stay 1 night and which is very convenient.
Thanks again for such a great experience at the Birmingham airport Ibis Budget.
P.S. I forgot to say that the Wi-Fi quality is amazing
G. S.
We had pizza for our meal in the restaurant, which was lovely. Drank some Wicked Lady zinafel which was great too. The budget room we had was small, but clean and comfortable.
M. C.
This is a good airport hotel situated a few minutes from check in. It is very modern. Check us by staff with tablets. The bar is chaotic at times but it is a pleasant area. Food is served in the bar area and there is a separate pizzza restaurant. It seems there are two hotels sharing the same common areas. There is Ibis and Ibis budget. The Ibis is the better with rooms bright, clean and modern. A great place before you fly or if attending the NEC or Genting Arena.
D. H.
Great cheap hotel, very convenient for the airport, ideal for 1 night, basic but that's all you need. Plenty of hot water, good shower. …
H. B.
Great stay, great room. Some issue with our room key cards, as they stopped working every time we left the hotel and there was not always staff available to reset them.
S. F.
This is a hotel to spend one night in. Basic, basic, basic without the basic price tag. The bed was comfy and the shower pretty good. The room small, no drawers, no cupboard, three hangers for your clothes. The bar poor, the restaurant is a …

What a amazing stay at a very friendly clean welcoming hotel with a fabulous breakfast with a great layout ,lovely bright airy room with good amenities, definitely staying again in October,
A. S. S.
Great service, free fruit and tea/coffee. Rooms small but fine for just a night or two. Towels and soap provided and they were happy to supply more towels when requested. Overall a good stay!
C. P.
Friendly staff. Small double room but perfectly adequate for short stay. No tea/coffee in room but maybe that's usual in a budget hotel. TV and hairdryer, ample towels and soap. No noise from aircraft or monorail. Great night's sleep in comfortable bed.
A. S.
Convenient location and friendly staff. Decent price, but be careful rooms are awfully small and breakfast is not included (cost between £5-10).
L.
VERY easy to reach hotel from airport, which was a major concern. My room was very clean. Shower was separate from the toilet which is nice but was unexpected, as I first though I did not have a loo!
The room was compact but comfortable. Hotel was quiet, which was excellent as all I wanted was sleep. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
No amenities in the room, apart from a TV (which I did not use, as too exhausted from flying) but there was free tea/coffee downstairs.
Tea/coffee was free but only plastic cups...yuk! There was a machine that charged for anything else but again, plastic/polystyrene cups. Space for consuming drinks or having the breakfast was very small and ugly.
I chose to go into airport the next morning for a nice cup of coffee and breakfast.
Overall, I am satisfied but the price was only a few pounds cheaper than the much better Ibis hotel, next door.
IF the price was a good £20+ cheaper, then I would come again, if not, I would choose the Ibis.
J. D.
Arrived late so thought we were too tired to drive home. Clean basic room. Had a couple of beers after 12 and a pizza with the kids. Was great.
M. B.
For the price it was good room clean compact but all you need for a stay right next to the terminal
A. A.
My stay here was fine, it was just across the street from the airport and a monorail away from the train station which is perfect. The room is small but it was adequate for me.
E. R.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was very reasonably priced, although it is EXTREMELY close quarters, with the shower basically in the bedroom. For the price though it's great.
H. W.
Quick check-in and helpful staff, but, very small rooms! No bathroom, just a separate door for the shower and toilet. Room was clean but lacking decor, and the TV didn't work but we weren't really bothered.
K. M.
Good place to stay if you have an early flight. However, bear in mind other people may have an earlier flight and be noisy as they leave.
A. R.
Very good alot of. Different people u meet I had a pleasant time. For the money it's well recommended
U. I.
Very clean and functional. Overnight parking was £16 even after a discount is applied from the hotel. Dining area cramped and crowded, I couldn't find a private place to sit.
I. P.
Nice hotel overall, with a small-ish rooms, yet fine service and nice food. There's no shampoo provided for guests, and the toilet door in the room has no lock, which was a bit surprising.
D. W.
We stayed here the day before and after our holiday due to its location and proximity to the airport. The room is very basic but so so clean and has everything you need. The shower is lovely and the bed was super comfy. It's great for what it is. My partner is a nervous flyer and wanted to be close to the airport so that he could prepare mentally for the flight and not have the added stress of making the way to the airport on the day so this was a great choice. However, it was £85 per night which wasn't the cheapest. If you venture out into the surrounding areas you could find cheaper and bigger rooms. However this hotel was nice and comfortable. Basic yes but not substandard. Check in was easy
S. M.
Difficult to find from sat nav as took us into airport . Reception was very busy but moved quick which was great. Efficient staff upon entry. Room clean and tidy with hairdryer - could of done with mirror near dryer. Comfortable bed. Fantastic power shower.
W. B.
Firstly I couldn't find the way in as last time I stayed there was a different entrance for budget. When I did get in there was no reception desk !!! Who's idea was that ... The poor receptionist was very nice & helpful but she had no room …
E. J.
Great location. Excellent bed and shower. And a brilliant good value breakfast. What more could you want!
K. D.
Hotel room was spotless including the small toilet and shower cubicle enough power points for phones etc breakfast was of good quality both full breakfast and continental kind tea and coffee refills complementary only down side was there were not tea/coffee making facilities in the room there is also a small pizzeria attached to hotel decent prices in bar as well
B. M.
Overpriced for a tiny room even if just by the airport. However, the fact that this is literally next to the terminal is what makes this hotel so practical.
N. B.
Small functional clean rooms, good service and extremely convenient if flying out on an early morning flight.. thanks
S. R.
For an overnight stay before an early flight all we need is a clean room with a bed and a shower at a sensible price and thats exactly what you get with ibis budget
If like us you don't want or need luxury this hotel is just a minute ot two's walk from the terminals and does everything right
M. L.
This is my 2nd review of this hotel. First one was 5 star based in the bed and price. Only 4 star this time, as I guess I must have got lucky or an upgrade before. Bed was ok this time and room was like a hostel room for one. Bit pricey too. So now I know what to pay as a maximum to stay here again. Around £60 in my book. Staff were good and I got my 4.30 wake up knock at the door. Which doesn't happen in some hotels. Overall it did the job
R. J. V.
Room was small but adequate. Breakfast selection was continental only but well priced. The selection of different teas however modest was a plus. No tea and coffee facility in the rooms but they are available in the lobby 24 hours, complimentary. Staff friendly and helpful. Very close to the airport, but no noticeable noise.
A. E.
The room was minimal, small and compact but if you only need the room for a night whilst waiting for the flight it's sufficient. Location... Well its right next to the terminal building. You can be checking in within 2 minutes of walking out the door.
H. 2.
Great front desk staff and convenient budget hotel before catching morning flight
E. T.
Comfortable beds, portable bathroom and very good for a low price. Staff are very helpful
J. A.
Great clean room at a reasonable price. Can't fault
C. L. V.
Room was fine for 2 people, restroom was small but a good shower. Advised to keep window closed as always noisy throughout the night.
D. H.
Clean but small rooms. Satisfactory. Pretty pricey for a 3* but I guess it's an airport hotel, so that's what you get.
N. K.
It was pleasant in all aspects! Staff were helpful and very nice. Room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I needed. Would recommend to other travelers without hesitation. …
M. P.
Get what you pay for, lovely staff, room served it's purpose was basic but clean.
J. H.
Great location for airport love it here will defo stay again
m. m.
Great basic hotel, so handy for airport and NEC. Very clean, staff superb
J. D.
Spotlessly clean, easy check in and comfortable bed. 5 minute walk to departures
S. B.
Clean, pleasant helpful staff. Great location for the airport the NEC/Resorts world and the international train station.
H. N.
It was an interesting experience. The shower opening into the bedroom and the wash basin in the room with a separate toilet was quite odd. I didn't mind there being no tea/coffee but I did miss the use of a kettle. Also the shower tray wasn't cleaned so was very slippy by the fourth day.
t. o.
Very easy access to the airport and train station, reasonable price and room was pretty spacious, though was a disabled room which didn't contain a wardrobe and the shower wasn't much better than luke warm
S. d.
Ok for the price, but really basic room. The restaurants are ok too.
Great location, less than 5min walking to the airport
K. J. L.
Very close to tHe NEC and the airport, that's for sure.
I've been to 3 different hotels before this one during the business trip this time.
Can't compare with other hotels since this one was the cheapest.
Found some dust on floor, has no shower gel and shampoo, also no refrigerator/water, but people were friendly.
s. t.
Always stay here when we go abroad. So convenient for the airport. Lovely clean rooms. And a comfortable restaurant
J. P.
Nice, clean, new room. Budget but decent. I'd stay there again if needed. Nice strong shower. Air con. Quiet room. Beautiful view of car park.
K. W.
Very much like a Travelodge so it's cheap, clean and no frills. Perfectly suited for going to the NEC as it's only a short walk away.
M. K.
For the price, the shower is amazing, the room itself is fine, and the bed is comfortable. It's exactly what you would need for a stay over at the airport or NEC. Restaurant downstairs is pretty good, and the reception staff (standing around) were friendly.
A. M.
Just your standard hotel, very basic. But all that was needed. Breakfast was fantastic.
M. H.
Top notch as always. Lovely, friendly staff. Spotless room. Good breakfast. My first choice for overnight at Birmingham airport.
A. R.
Nice clean room, friendly staff and really convenient for the airport and the NEC. Only downside is the breakfast which is a little basic.
S. B.
Clean, pleasant helpful staff. Great location for the airport the NEC/Resorts world and the international train station.
P. S.
A very easy 2 minute walk to the departures area. Nice rooms, very clean and reasonably priced.
B. C.
Decent room for the price, toilet was a little cramped but did the job, lovely breakfast buffet, very close to the NEC. Lost a star due to a long wait to check in but I appreciate it was busy and there was some issues with the rooms being ready.
K. P.
We only paid £ 60, and we're not expecting much, particularly with budget in the title. We were pleasantly surprised. We liked the casual check in approach by friendly staff, the bar and reception area was full of atmosphere, we liked the modern day decor and the drinks were well priced for an airport hotel.
The room on the whole was good, the bed was very comfy, everywhere was clean and the shower was very good. Just a few upgrades which would not cost much are needed, larger bath towels of better quality, a mirror at the desk to do hair and make up. Also more regular cleaning of the scuff marks on the walls from people's suitcases.
Overall though, a really good experience, we would stay again.
K. W.
Small rooms, great price.
This is next to a full size Ibis so don't get confused on the location. The entrance is to the right of the other Ibis.
S. A.
Nice staffs, good rooms for the price, close to NEC and Airport, and easy check in.
M. H.
Basic, cheap, ok on a budget, clean. Don't expect much more. No drink making facilities in room. TV but ours didn't work. Didn't complain about TV as arrived late and left early.
M. M.
Good budget hotel. Convenient for an early flight out.
F. P.
Basic done right. Ideal for a low cost stay near the airport
J. R. (.
As it says, budget hotel. Clean and perfect for overnight stay before early departure
D. P.
Small rooms, very basic but clean, friendly staff, good location for airtravel.
S. R.
Great value rooms even for NYE. Has everything that you'd fundamentally need in a short stay hotel room.
A. A.
No shampoo or tooth paste but free coffee and tea and breakfast. Fairly normal hotel otherwise. Rooms have 1 large bed and then a bunk bed directly above the big bed at 90 degrees to the bed. Shower is a standing shower and fine to use. Toilet is also good to use. Quick check in however there is a charge for early check ins. Staff is friendly and will go out of their way to make sure there is a good experience
S. H.
Perfect for early flights good breakfast available early still budget though, petty much room and bathroom are same room
C. L.
The room is relatively basic but fine for an overnight stay. I would stay there again. In the room there is no shower gel/shampoo, no hair dryer and no kettle (which is fine). The toilet and shower are separate rooms and quite small, with …
T. H.
We stayed at the airport because we had an early morning flight, the room was good, great shower and a decent price. There was some nose from the parking garage across the street, but that is too be expected.
J. W.
Very basic budget hotel. Staff were nice though.

I asked for a quiet room and am very satisfied with the room I was given - quiet with a good view across to the airport runway. THe temperature in the room was ambient so I did not have to worry about adjusting anything. I slept better than I thought I would and the blind which darkens the room when it is still light was useful. the reception staff were welcoming and professional and friendly - just the right balance. BEing able to get a breakfast at 4 a.m at a decent price was a bonus as it was just what is needed before an early flight. location was perfect being so close to the airport making it easy to arrive for an early check in.
A. J.
Hotel and room were clean and tidy. Stayed in room 420. The door handle on toilet is broken apart from that nice room. Would have liked tea making facilities in room too. Daughter loved the bunk bed. Beds were comfy and room was just the right temperature. Nice and quiet too
S. B.
Very expensive room for what felt like a comfortable cell. Bed was very firm. Lino instead of carpet made the whole room feel utilitarian! The toilet (room) is a bit bigger than a cupboard and the door won't stay open so not good for claustrophobic people!
Good food, reasonable bar and very pleasant staff.
PARKING WAS £41 PER NIGHT ACROSS THE ROAD.
E. B.
Hotel in front of the airport. Basic rooms, but ok. Not good the breakfast.
D. U.
3 night b&b stay on business. Bedroom clean and tidy but small and very basic akin to student accomodation. Ensuite bathroom is a glas fibre shower pod. Hotel bar doubles as breakfast room. Like the moon, it has atmosphere. Owing to the proximity to the airport & NEC, Ibis (Accor) can charge a premium tariff for a budget hotel. Staff friendly and helpful.
A. B.
This is a budget hotel so that's exactly what you get. The room was clean and big and the staff was very nice. What I didn't like was the fact that I couldn't get some water or soft drinks from anywhere but the bar in the hotel. I asked for water and I wanted a big bottle and the girl there told me she will be give me to small bottles since I get more water for less money. Well as it turns out I paid 4 pounds for 660 ml of water when I could've paid 4 for 1 l. Its not about the money just about the lying I don't like.
J. C.
Very basic but clean room, found the bed hard but choice of pillows was great. Would only be able to stay for one night as slightly claustrophobic feeling to the room.
T. T. T.
Good hotel. Rooms are simple, but no privacy for using toilet and shower.
H. V.
Friendly, approachable staff, a clean & functional room, perfect for our overnight stay.
M. “. M.
Slightly confusing with this and the Ibis styles next to each other - but other than that - generic hotel with nothing to complain about.
Also - very much fun trying to fit a 7' tall guy into the top bunk in their rooms!
S. B.
The staff were incredibly friendly and the room was clean. The bed was slightly squeaky but slept well. The rooms were basic but that is what you are paying for and it is good enough to kip in for the night.
M. H.
Cheap and cheerful with basic rooms but clean and has a 24 hour bar. Watch out for the parking charges though £36 for the night!
S.
Friendly staff, clean and tidy room. What more could you ask for ?
R. G.
Everything one could expect from an Ibis budget, it was clean and functional, short walking distance to the terminal. Decent value when you have a 6am flight. The reception is the only problem big this hotel which gets easily crowded and messy at some times because of all the people with luggages and no information about where to check-in since there's no real counters.
M. P.
Paid for a 'standard' ibis room, got the budget treatment. Nice enough, just very busy. Clean, very close to the airport as well.
P. (.
Was a nice hotel. Clean room. Towels changed everyday 5 out of 5
M. R.
Great room for a short stay, simple, but everything I needed was there and everything was spotless clean. 10 minutes to get to the NEC from there using the free monorail, perfect for the event I was attending.
1.
Nice place.
C. D. B.
Top place to stay if your flight Leave Early in the morning.
T. B.
DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED TO PARK. the car parks around the hotel are £48. They will advise you to park at the train station which in fairness is very close telling you its 13 pounds. Its not! Its £21 overnight because it will charge you for 2 days. Other than that the hotel is great and as you would expect for a budget hotel.
M. B.
Always clean, comfortable, good choice of pillows. Staff always very friendly.
A. L.
I had stayed at IBIS a few weeks ago and decided to try it again. Unfortunately, I booked into the Budget rather than the normal IBIS as there were no more rooms in that category. I was there for two nights, didn't like the budget room, especially as I was paying more for it than my previous very good room.
Breakfast was its usual good standard and I like the staff.
Next time it's going to be somewhere else.
S. A.
it's nice stay also this becuses this hotal in very near to hotel..
F. B.
Fantastic, staff were great to was lovely and the breakfast was first rate
K. G.
Overnight airport stay, staff pleasant at check in and we were very quickly checked in, room small but adequate for an overnight stay before early flight. Free tea and coffee and fruit in reception.
I. T. (.
Basic rooms for when you just need to crash before or after travelling. Convenient for airport, coaches and trains.
G. M.
The team are incredibly friendly and helpful and even booked us a taxi in the morning. However the rooms are basic and don't have tea/coffee making facilities. There is a room on the first floor where you can make yourself a cuppa. But not quite the same as having your own facilities. The rooms are budget as stated in the title of the hotel but the price isn't. We could have stayed at the Holiday Inn express for the same price.
S. W.
Good Value at its price-point.
Booked late as other local hotels (ones I usually favour) were fully booked. This happened to be very convenient for NEC (10-12 mins from hotel to main NEC plaza by elevated rail link in airport and walk through airport to rail station to NEC!).
"Basic but adequate" room, comfy bed and all I needed for the 2 nights. Enough electric plugs - just no kettle/ drink-making kit.
Everything was clean and fresh; away from the lobby/ eating/ cafe it was quiet, room cleaning/ servicing appeared to be first class, so all in all a good deal.
Parking with hotel discount was pretty easy and cheap (for an airport!). Unloading/ loading area small and busy, but proximity of Car Park 3 (just across the road) makes it not too bad.
P. T.
Efficient check in, clean room, very comfortable bed and a convenient location for an early flight.
W. M. E. H.
For a spot to get your head down after a christmas party it ticked the box. Small room but all i needed was a bed, a toilet and a shower and boy what a shower...great wake up booster. Practical and functional....for one night only.
D. V. d. P.
Nice budget hotel at the airport. Not so expensive.
J. l.
Surprisingly quite being near an airport, room was good
S. C.
This Hotel works well for Coventry and Birmingham. Easy frequent cheap trains to each city centre from here. Clean, friendly staff, good bar and simple food choices.
T. P.
Staff were helpful and freindly, 1 minute walk to departures, room was very basic
M.
Can be tricky to find amongst the airport car parks. Rooms are as bare bones as you can get (the shower in is the main room in a weird way). Staff were delightful and helpful at every turn
C. A.
Reasonable price for one night stay, opposite departure lounge of airport and convenient if traveling by train to Birmingham international station
V.
Paid £38 and got £38 worth. Bedroom and bathroom are all rolled into one with a bunk bed over our double.
Tea and coffee making are all downstairs in the little canteen type area.
No complaints, no surprises
S. N.
Excellent hotel in the airport , price was very good and a very nice breakfast in the morning
A. M.
Tiny but adequate clean rooms. Great restaurant
S. P.
Cheep and cheerful. Rooms small but more than adequate for an overnight stay. Hop, skip and jump to the terminals
K. H.
Incredible staff always greeted with a smile, especially the lovely ladies on breakfast (guys breakfast is served from 4am) fantastic. Lovely clean rooms with comfortable beds, extra pillows, hangers and a really good quality hair dryer. Very small and basic but everything we needed.
The only downside was the difficulty parking. We were very lucky as we had free parking at the NEC during the event, if you do the same I recommend driving to the front entrance and dropping luggage at reception (there is limited space and you cant stop for long at all) but the staff are fab.
Lastly there is the airport/trainstation free shuttle just across the road from the front entrance. Super convenient and comes at pretty much all times of day and night (slightly less regular in the evening)
B.
Simple but not lacking rooms. Excellent bar and games area.
K. J. L.
Very close to tHe NEC and the airport, that's for sure.
I've been to 3 different hotels before this one during the business trip this time. …
W. B.
Clean and nice rooms. Bar is a bit pricey.
D. H.
Very convenient place to stay near NEC, Birmingham international airport and rail station. Clean and quiet. Helpful staff.
R. D.
It's ok, small room but really really convenient for the airport.
D. C.
Very, very budget. Dodgy beds and not even a kettle in room, but at least the price was right. Avoid the restaurant for anything apart from pizza and grills too.
G. B.
Good value for a hotel right next to airport departure terminal.
M. C.
This is a good airport hotel situated a few minutes from check in. It is very modern. Check us by staff with tablets. The bar is chaotic at times but it is a pleasant area. Food is served in the bar area and there is a separate pizzza …
T. L.
Easy check in, good basic room for reasonable price, 2 minutes from check in desks at the airport. Can't fault it.
L. M.
Excellent place too stay loved the wee tea room x
J. C.
Very basic hotel but so near the airport and you can get the monorail to the railway station free. Free WiFi but no tea or coffee in room but you can go down to the first floor to get one.
L. K.
When between flights, this is a very good option: affordable, clean, quiet and comfy bed.
J. M.
Provides a good basic room without frills for a simple overnight stay.
C. m.
Pleasant overnight stay, room small but adequate and also clean and comfortable. Excellent shower in cubicle with basin in bedroom and separate toilet room .TV and hairdryer provided but no kettle which would be nice .Pre booked continental breakfast which was taken in adjoining Ibis and excellent choice and value for money.
At under £60 for two people with breakfast was perfect for overnight stay after concert at Genting Arena.Would use again if price was as reasonable.
R. E.
Basic rooms but serve the purpose. Check in can be very slow but staff are friendly and helpful.
L. w. L.
Room clean, bed comfortable. Stool for desk very uncomfortable. Would be nice to have tea making facilities and iron in room. You get these in basic b&b's
s. h.
It did the job, it was cheap and affordable. The hotel is right next to the airport which gives easy access to the NEC via the cable car. The room itself was cramped, barely enough room for me and my roommate, the bed did give me cramp in my leg though that may be unrelated, and the shower was small. It's a good cheap room, but don't expect much privacy if you are with someone else.
D. W.
Ideal for Birmingham Airport affordable spotlessly clean and friendly and knowledgeable staff
T. A.
Very clean smart hotel 2 minute walk to airport
K. T.
Room is tiny. No kettle, shower opens straight into the room, and the bed for a third person is a top bunk above the head of the double bed. No air conditioning so we had to sleep with the window open, which was noisy. Breakfast is lovely, …
D. K. V. d. P.
Nice hotel. Not so expensive for an airport
V.
Basic but comfortable. Window wouldn't close due to a faulty latch but they moved me to another room straight away. The parking over in the NCP is around £34 for overnight but the hotel validate the ticket for a reduced cost of £14.
J. B.
Situated right next to the airport, although not spaceous, the rooms have everything you need to hand for a short stay (sans, perhaps, a kettle.) Comfortable bed, air conditioning, a window that can be opened for a nice breeze, (limited) clothes hanging facilities, TV, basin, shower, toilet. Lack of a kettle is a shame but fortunately the airport has some 24/7 eatteries inside. Standard rooms appear to be far from accessible, mainly due to space, so for guests with special needs may need to book dedicated rooms.
C. P.
All good - i had stayed before and went back as i like the location which is close to the terminal and next to the valet parking. I like that there is a bar/restaurant for a drink and snack when you arrive. Would be better to have some toiletries in the shower - only a little bar of soap. This time we were travelling with hand luggage only, so I hadn't packed any shampoo or shower gel and didn't realise until the morning when i went to have a shower - other competitors do have toiletries in the shower.
P. B.
Ideally situated in the airport/train/NEC complex so makes it an easy stop over for rail or airport travel there are two next to each other which are currently being knocked into one large unit again shop around for prices as on the door price were £150 per room and I booked online and picked one up for £44 .......
A.
Although the receptionist was very nice and location is just perfect, the room could have been a bit more welcoming.
The socket next to the TV didnt work and I did not relise it was not charging my phone, so when my alarm went off I was trounmatised to see 2% battery, what meant I could have missed my flight.
Room was clean, just but very empty.
I think for £70 per night toiletries are expected.
C. S.
No kettle, black out blind had a gap on the bottom as the hook that it latched onto wasn't low enough to pull the blind right down. Good location for airport, international and NEC/Genting arena. Clean hotel, warm with comfy bed. Just extremely disappointed with no kettle.
J. S.
No frills hotel, which was a stones throw from the terminal. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable (although pillows were quite thick). Hotel guests receive discounted parking (in car park 3) of £14.50 per night.
W. P.
Very small rooms, but a great price per night, no frills.
R. O.
Could be better if the rooms have kettles and it got really warm during night despite it being -2 degrees outside.
R. R.
Comfortable room good price 2min walk to terminal
M. C.
Staff is friendly and helpful. I really messed up my checkout time and they were really understanding. Rooms are basic, but that's why it's called a budget hotel. Strange how people seem to miss that detail. …
J. V. A.
Basic hotel for a night before a flight. Good continental buffet breakfast for £5.5 if you compare with what you could get at the airport. If you are driving they do 50% off parking, but keep in mind is an expensive airport parking
D. F.
Clean, tidy but very basic with no kettle tea or coffee
A. C.
As long as you're expecting budget accommodation this is a great choice that is close to the airport and local shopping.
S. B.
Most of the staff was very polite and friendly and the bar and restaurant had a very good atmosphere.
D. C.
Room clean, fine for sleeping in. No frills room without tea and coffee but available in a dedicated room. Sockets by the bed would make a big difference to me. No usb charging point.
J. B.
Staff made me feel so welcome, comfortable room,
I was relaxed due a lovely stay it made the start of my hols so enjoyable :-D
J. G.
Basic room. Small, but tidy. Didn't try room service or food, so can't comment about them.
M. S.
Very good service
H. N.
It was an interesting experience. The shower opening into the bedroom and the wash basin in the room with a separate toilet was quite odd. I didn't mind there being no tea/coffee but I did miss the use of a kettle. Also the shower tray wasn't cleaned so was very slippy by the fourth day.
W. P.
Ideal for a late landing and budget bed. Beats the airport. Clean and functional
W. S.
Helpful staff and clean room. Would have benefitted from a proper chair to sit on.
M. T.
Very efficient at checkin and the room is basic, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing for choice and taste
V. B.
Having stayed at various Accor group hotels in the past, including Ibis Budget, I knew what to expect and I was not let down. With the changes going on, staff were extremely helpful for a smooth check in. I used the on line check in for the …
G. R.
OK but outrageous that with no kettle provided, it cost so much for tea & coffee AND alcohol.Equally, it took 15 minutes to be served in the morning and you had no change. The chap serving had no clue & was obviously just helping out.
G. W.
Friendly welcome. Nice bar. Comfy beds. 3 mins from terminal. Does what it says on the tin.
K. R.
Just a stop over before flying the following morning. Decent food, comfortable beds but the shower area was designed for a disabled guest so no lock on the door was a bit weird.
The merge of two hotels has left reception in a bit of a confused state too. The staff appear to be coping but it was hard to know where to go to book in.
The staff were doing all the booking in on mobile devices so, on first glance, it looked like they were on their own phones texting. First time visitors will go through this same thought.
K. S.
This is a no frills hotel room, feels a bit like a hostel and the bathroom is a bit cramped. That being said the bed was OK, it was close to the NEC and they have a great range for their breakfast. Service at the reception was a bit slow …
W. B.
Exactly what it says on the tin!!
Comfy bed, convenient location and great price.
M. T.
Had what I needed but was very lack lustre, couldn't even lock the shower or the toilet, granted it was the budget version of the hotel but Still, you'd think those things would have locks in a 3 person room
S. a.
Nice staff and very helpful when there was some problems with our cards getting demagnetized. Would recommend this hotel if you are visiting the NEC center, the free Line train from the airport goes directly to the NEC and trainstations.
m. c.
Cheap and easy to get there they are serving free coffe at the first floor...
R. K.
Clean room, comfy bed, nice shower, water could be a bit hotter
S. F.
Functional rather than comfortable but fine enough for stay close to airport
E. D.
Good value but noisy room, bunk bed not made up and inconvenient shower - nowhere private to change.
R. J.
It was ok. Not much else to say. Clean, quite comfortable cheap and small
A. F.
Budget hotel food is mediocre room is clean but basic shower is Fab
T. O.
Friendly staff ideal for overnight stay ready for early morn flights free coffee making facilities
J. H.
Cheap and cheerful; you get what you pay for but with good access to Birmingham Airport terminals.
L. S. (.
Rooms are ok. Good nights sleep. Tea and coffee in a separate room down the hall complete with tables and chairs to sit down. The only discomfort is the showers which offers no privacy - it is impossible to remain 'decent' before getting in if you have company, I guess if your with your partner it would be ok, but very awkward with a travelling buddy!
S. S.
Great cheap option but no kettle/microwave. Although there is complimentary coffee/tea at reception
T. N.
Good value and close to airport departures. Helpful staff.
n. r.
2minutes walking from the airport. Nice & cozy place
A. S.
Cheap in comparison to others and very close to airport. Rooms are very small.
m. V.
Best location best room service and co operative staff
N. M.
Good location for the train and NEC. Rooms too small for the price but clean and tidy. Good for groups as 3 can share a room.
A. J.
The overall quality of the hotel & staff, the location & VFM was great. The only thing that stops me from giving a10 rating is that the pillow was to bulky for me. Two thinner ones would cater for more guests at minimal cost. Others that l spoke to agreed.
A. P.
We checked in in less than 1 minute.
The room was perfectly clean, silent and comfortable for such a low price and a great location. We walked 4 minutes from the airport arrival to the lobby of the …
K. D.
The stay was excellent, the room was nice and clean and with easy reach of Birmingham Airport.
S. H.
Very pleasant stay only disturbed by guests / new arrivals arriving at various times throughout the night and having duscussions on the way to their rooms without any consideration for those and their children trying to get a nights sleep. Would be useful to have ALL guests, since some may be late drinkers/ revellers, reminded of the need to be quiet when they ascend.
K. M.
A very good hotel very convient to Birmingham Airport And NEC
R. P.
Very basic but I was exhibiting at a show at the NEC so really just needed a bed for the night so cant complain. I wouldn't want to stay with Kids as very very basic but perfect for what I was needing.
B. P.
Pretty basic but nice and clean. Really convenient for the NEC, train station or airport.
I. M.
Very adequate and clean accommodation.
Unfortunately, the bed was very hard and uncomfortable.
O. J. E.
Nice & Cosy! Practical Rooms, Great Breakfast!! I loved the pop culture theme!!
R. S.
Clean and comfortable. All the basics were there and were good quality.
M. H.
Small rooms but cheap and right by the airport I would stay here again.
R. F.
Room small but affordable, breakfast good, parking extra, good location for NEC events use the tram link.
W. S.
Clean, good bed, shower, and has a restaurant at ground level. Budget section has a free hot drinks alcove area on each floor (no kettle in rooms).
H. A. O.
Nice staff Kelly was the best 💜🙏🏼💜 GOOD breakfast GOOD pizza
O. Á.
The staff is very kind/cute. The midnight's food is confidential. The room is average.
M. B.
Very handy for the airport. Clean but warm and small.

Great! Restful sleep. Ideal for the airport, had a wake up call which was super!
S. G.
Great location. Room wasn't much. Friendly welcome.

Good value per money. Very close to Airport and NEC
A. M.
Great venue great location and great reception. Welcome cucumber water is absolutely spot-on and friendly staff
c. w.
It's was all good, snow had landed all the flights for the day and ibis handled the over flow of people very well I thought
A. H.
Bed and shower..what more do you need for cheap overnight stay ..walking distance from terminal building .and 10 mins from genting arena.
S. M.
Close to airport bit of a trek for nec but airport has restaurants and bars it's a budget hotel u pay for what u get no bar but one is next door bottle of cider was 5 pound no breakfast brought my own pot of ceral got milk from airport shop small bottle room was OK
A. J. S.
This is a really good place if you need to stop overnight or a week
M. S.
Convenient stay for one night and just over the road for the airport.
D. P.
Simple clean and meets the needs of early morning flight.
Very warm and welcoming reception and efficient check in.
Staff member Margarita was super friendly and professional.
She ensured that each guest had individual attention and when a few more people arrived she was able to keep everyone happy with speedy delivery.
Accor Group should be rightly proud of her representation of the organisation.
👍😇

Good basic accommodation, great breakfast.

Fantastic low budget hotel that's literally 1 minute away from the airport.
The beds are comfy, the rooms are cleaned well, the staff is friendly... and if …
G. M.
Stayed here last year in that year food gone down hill and matresses hard as brick.
C. B. (.
For one night before our flight we couldn't get better value for money.
P. R.
As basic as it gets. It serves a purpose and we caught the stupidly early flight after a reasonable breakfast.
E. D.
Nice place for rest while you are waiting for your connecting flight
A. D.
The staff are very friendly and explained everything really well, great night sleep!
G. H.
It is budget, but clean, breakfast good and enough.
P. H.
Look this is a very basic hotel for a one night stay, but it's clean and perfectly located for Birmingham airport (used twice).
K. T.
Basic but good value for money, enjoyed the breakfast
W. T.
Basic rooms and food choice. 2 minutes from the Departure concourse.
R. W.
Basic room. Bit expensive at £151 for 1 night, but really handy for Birmingham Airport.
A. R.
Needed a bed for the night, an early flight. Room was basic but did the trick. Only a few points to note. Didn't like the 'no desk' welcome, prefer a traditional desk rather than conducting my affairs in a doorway of the bar. In the room the blind was of poor quality, well used and didn't do a great job of keeping the light out. We asked for a cot for the baby and it had no mattress, just a sheet wrapped around a hard Base. Was awful. However, with the spare bunk bed duvet I managed to make it comfortable for the baby without causing a fuss to the staff. Location for the airport is perfect and didn't hear a single plane so noise was filtered out well by the windows.
T. J.
Nice clean room great shower
J. M. W.
Actually branded the ibis budget. It is a basic range motel but clean and friendly staff
T. A. D.
Clean good night's sleep. Bonus of coffee and tea room.
S. P.
Much improved checking in/out process, lovely friendly staff, comfortable room (very good powerful shower).
C. G.
Convenient, reasonably priced, food can be limiting, depending on when the airport restaurants decide they want to close.
S. D.
Staff very helpful & polite room compfortable & very clean
J.
I will always use Ibis hotels wherever I stay in Birmingham, Very good std of fittings, Bed, Food. Helpful Staff makes Me and my Wife welcome.
T. “. B.
Cheap as chips but really really clean, great room, great service
D. J.
Good welcome and good customer service from bar staff. Biggest gripe is that there are no power points by the bed. Most people charge their phones/ipads at night and use them as alarm clocks. I had to position my phone away from my bed while it charged and therefore couldn't use it as a radio/alarm clock. The room was also a little cold. It was clean, tidy etc and fine for an overnight stay with no frills.
G. H.
Definitely means budget. Decent enough for a quick crash pad pre flight
J. W.
It ain't the Ritz, clue is in the name. But, fast service, clean rooms and free coffee. What more could you want if you ain't a snob?
G. C.
Great location for a Birmingham airport flight. Basic, but clean and has a comfortable bed. The budget hotel has no kettle, but it has a free drinks room open 24 hours.
Y. Y.
Very clean and very good service very helpful and friendly staff
G. L.
Cheap but basic. Clean though so can't complain.
j. g.
Close to airport clean warm and friendly staff
D. E.
Cheap hotel. Did a job as we had an early start.
V. B.
Just t minutes walking distance from Birmingham airport. Our room was clean, but we did not get the room we had ordered. We had ordered a three bedroom but we got a double bedroom. Bathroom door could not be locked. Shower room could not be locked. We could not close the window blind properly.
K. C.
Brilliant sized room ample for 2 people.
K. M.
Love, clean silence and compact.we loved it here.
H. L.
It was fine except for car hooters at 4 a m . Not your fault and flight was at 7 anyway.
C. S.
Clean and great location for the airport
G. J.
Our plane didn't land until after 2 am which was too late to travel home, so we booked an overnight stay at the Ibis, which was great for what we needed.
T. M.
100 yards from the airport. What more could you want
C. D.
What you expect from budget ibis. Does the job
R. B.
Ok if you want to share a double bed and a bunk in the same room????
r. r.
booked the for cheapness
my wife did not like it at all
found the room to small ,
we did not like a sink in room
S. D.
Enough for 1 night and a very good breakfast...
P. G.
Ok. Comfy and suffiecient. Not really anywhere to put our clothes.
G. B.
Excellent stay for early morning flight
r. b.
Nice and close to airport, just a walk away.
D. M.
Good view, great price but poor service
L. L.
Loved staying here staff really helpfull
D. A.
Bed was lovely and comfortable, rooms and bathrooms were immaculate.
G. S.
Good bedrooms price bit high
C. R.
The room was light and spacious. Bed was very comfy.
R. R.
Could have more late night food options for those with certain dietary requirements.
P. F.
This is exactly what it says on the tin perfect for a short stay cheap and cheerful
R. D.
If you need a hotel to stay in before getting an early morning flight, what more do you need that a comfortable bed and for it to be close to the airport? The ETAP is perfect for this - it is budget and the price reflects it, but you get everything you need and if you want a drink the night before then just pop into the Ibis next door and use their bar and restaurant facilities.
It's nothing special but it is just what you need for an airport hotel
C. N. (.
Really not a fan of the shower glass door so all in the room can look in when you shower.
N. A.
Someone was snoring so loud I couldn't sleep. Fun times.
J. A.
Is exactly what you would expect from a Ibis budget hotel. Like that they have food and restaurant
P. S.
Good value cheeper than parking
E. R.
Cheap and neat option for a short stay, for any event at the NEC.
R. R.
As we were. Catching an early flight it was very handy.
S. L.
I chose to stay at the IBIS budget for the convenience and very good price. I was able to attend a conference at the NEC and it was very easy for me to commute there but also to attend other meetings in Coventry and Birmingham.
The breakfast option was very simple but very tasty and fresh food was always available.
My room was very comfy and the staff was always very helpful and friendly. I was also very surprised that I could not hear planes even though the hotel is situated by the airport terminal.
I would certainly stay and recommend to stay at the IBIS budget in the future.
S. F.
I always use the Budget Ibis when attending events at the NEC as it is conveniently located, excellent value for money, and the showers are fantastic!
e.
always a pleasure, great hotel good position to airport.
A. S.
Staff very competent room clean
A. L. (.
Rooms are small but perfectly adequate
A. T.
Great for early morning departures in airport
S. M.
Basic room, but as expected, serves the purpose for a bed for the night
