K. R.Wow,best Premier Inn i have ever stayed at. The room was immaculate,as was the bathroom. So onto the Brewers fayre bar and restaurant. The food was superb, and the choice of drinks was excellent and very reasonable priced. Next the staff. Receptionist staff very very welcoming and helpful, always smiling, and always there 24/7 to help you. Now back to the bar and restaurant staff. Once again very helpful and friendly, and superb at serving the customers. The food was excellent and always arrived at your table hot. I will be back at this Premier Inn next week and will write a follow-up review.
P. C.The hotel itself is the usual high quality premier Inn experience and the staff very welcoming and friendly.
But they have a problem with the local teenage youth who think it's funny to come and put their arms through your open window on an evening. This was very scary to my 10 year old daughter who was sat again the curtains the first time. An hour or so later they returned and threw a full boxed drink into the room. The staff said this was an ongoing problem and senior management and the police were powerless to do anything further.
So we would stay again, but not on the ground floor, they need to do something to resolve this issue as it looks like it's become a game for the kids.
S. C.Good rooms (apart from fixed head showers), but lots of out of stocks at Brewers Fayre next door. No English mustard or jacket potatoes! There's a Morrisons right next door! Send someone round!
T.We stayed for 5 nights & was really happy good location for us, the rooms was lovely & clean , the staff were outstanding nothing was to much trouble & helped us with all our needs especially Brett & the manager .

C. B.Was given a warm welcome by Chantelle on our arrival and by the lady (didn't get her name) when we checked out. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The room was lovely and clean and also had a fan as it was one of the hottest days of the year. Beds are so comfortable. Would definitely recommend a stay here.

S. B.Stayed here on 2 separate occasions with my husband and 2 sons (4 & 6) . Cannot recommend enough, great value for money, staff are friendly and professional and rooms are clean and perfect for a family stay. We had medication with us which they happily stored in the reception fridge and have 24 hour service so we could access it at any time. The Brewers Fayre restaurant attached serve a great Cooked Breakfast where kids eat free.

Lovely warm welcome from receptionist when we arrived.
Room was clean but had a very musty smell so we had to keep the window open for hours to clear it out.
Bed was extremley comfortable!
Clean kettle, was spotless which made having a cup of tea good!
Bathroom, again clean and the shower pressure was awesome!
The towels had an unusual smell, i assume its the washing product as most premier inn towels have the same smell but they were large bath sheets so very ideal. Unfortunatley the shower curtain stunk! It needs replacing immediatley.
The check out receptionist was lovely also very quick and easy.
If in the area would stop again.

S. Y.Very friendly staff. Hotel rooms very big and very comfortable. Good location and very cheap for what you get. Only issue was with breakfast in the Brewers Fayre. Would not recommend it. We paid and then within 10 minutes asked for a refund and went elsewhere due to lack of food available. This is not the hotels fault but unfortunately it is linked to them as this is where breakfast is served. Try the hotel just not the breakfast!
M.£67 for the night, breakfast extra. Glitter on the carpet, no flannel for washing, creaking boards and thumps from floor above (and a fixed bottle opener would be nice..)
On the plus. Brilliant receptionist, and 5 star accomodation.
M. W.Probably the best Premier Inn we've stayed at. Staff were really friendly and chatty, and they made a real effort to interact with the kids. It was a really hot day when we arrived and we were offered ice water and freeze pops. They'd left a large fan in the room, and also a treasure hunt for the kids. Once they found “Dinky the duck" they won prizes.
Little things which people remember.
Also nice that it's next to a small leisure park with cinema, bowling and restaurants to give you choices.
Easy access from M5. Highly recommended.

R.Excellent welcome and very informative about the new covid regulations, the room was scrupulously clean tea and coffee facilities are still available with the offer of more if needed, the hairdryer provided is excellent...... the only thing i can say about the pillows is they should be on sale in reception fantastic nights sleep.

R. C.The usual friendly and helpful welcome from all staff I met but the room lacked any cooling control and, despite a fan placed in there, it was like an oven. The window opens a fraction, presumably to stop guests jumping out, so no cool air from outside overnight found its way in. If it hadn't been 31 degrees outside, then this would probably be a 5 star review. Loses a star due to being too hot to sleep properly.
l. f.Visit Birmingham often and this was our first and quite possibly our last visit here . Staff are warm and welcoming. The room itself was clean and the beds were comfortable, however , unfortunately , this hotel didn't meet our needs this visit .

The pub next door to this premier Inn isn't anything special at all. Just you normal 2 for a tenner type places. The food is your normal quality, basic and tasteless. But you get what you pay for. A cheap no thrills budget hotel

M. R.The accommodation is the usual Premier Inn standard with a helpful and courteous staff. The attached Brewers Fayre is a bit tired and the food offered not the highest quality. The waiting staff need some further training.

G.This Premier Inn has no air conditioning as it is quite old which is fine but when you open the windows the amount of noise is ridiculous so your left with basically a sweat box making it very difficult to have a good nights sleep. On the plus side the staff are very nice and understanding and did their best to help under the circumstances.

C. N.Unfortunately, unlike other Premier Inns that have air conditioning and decent tech (good sized tv's with wall mounted plug ins), this seems old and dated by comparison. From the physical key (not card) you get on check check in to sweating when checking out. Staff and Brewers Fayre are up to the normal PI standards but unfortunately, their older stock of hotels feel like Travel Lodges.

R.The Premier Inn itself is excellent (as usual) but the attached Beefeater needs sorting. Half the stuff on the menu is not available. No draught beers at all. Supplier problems apparently
