C. D.The room was spotless and spacious, we even had a small nice terrace perfect do drink a cup. Our stay was super comfortable because the place is beside the sea and the center of Brighton. The staff was so kind and helpful. If well visit the city again we'll definitely try to stay there
D. a. E.Just Perfect. The room was clean, airy and a huge bed. Every we needed was there - even a sea view if you looked sideways, but as it's only 30 seconds to the sea why look out the window! Staff friendly and helpful, It was a real treat and pleasure staying here and great value. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

P. W.The room was nicely decorated with a modern ensuite shower room. The shower worked perfectly. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There was also an additional fan and heater available. The room temperature was fine for me. Communal fridge located in the hallway. Great location near to the pier. I had a great nights sleep and would definitely return.
J. F.Very clean, well kept room. Small but very good shower. 100 yards from the beach. The bed was comfortable but very firm. Not worth paying any extra for sea view as its a side view and the balcony isn't accessible. Communication about check-in and parking was not as straightforward as desired.
