F. F.Had a lovely stay at the hotel. I was warmly greeted by the staff on arrival. The staff were very welcoming and warm and took care of all our needs, and were very considerate to my 2 year old toddler. The rooms were clean and tidy as per my expectations as a person who is very particular about cleanliness when staying at hotels. I met the head of house keeping- Ms. Sabina, who made sure my needs for the room were taken care of. A truly professional person with a personal touch.
This place is now my second home thanks to the hotel staff.
A. M.In a class of its own compared to North American Courtyards I’ve stayed in. No idea yet how it compares to other UK locations. Comfy bed, good mattress and pillows, reasonable storage in room, we had a room with a great view. Shower was nice with good water pressure. Also a very comfy chair by the window. However, I wouldn’t stay here again (unless I was travelling solo) because we were really not keen on the frosted glass bathroom walls and door. Staff was nice.
M. D.Reception staff are lovely on arrival and were brilliant all the way through our stay. Rooms are beautiful & very comfortable.
All staff throughout our stay were so nice & friendly. View from our room was nice too.
We honestly can't find anything negative to say about our stay.

D. D.We stayed here as we were going to a gig at The Hydro. Perfect for this, as it is right next door. You can walk along the river in to the centre quite easily. The rooms are good and the hotel clean. The bar and restaurant are pretty small however, so can be extremely busy if there is something on next door. Would stay here again for sure, but probably only if visiting The Hydro.
G. M.It can be your home away from home ❤. I stayed here for 2 weeks and Seriously the rooms in this hotel got everything one could need........ from a coffee glass to hair dryer and iron etc. House keeping is done regularly and perfectly moreover the staff is really hospitable, friendly and jolly. No doubt on the food!! All the dishes are made out of perfection. Overall the experience with courtyard was amazinggggggg!! Would love to book a stay again.
C. P.It was recently built, so the facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The room is comfortable and there is no noise from inside the building. The service is excellent overall and the beds are comfortable. You can see a fairly pleasant view from the river view room, but on weekends, it can be a bit noisy because the event is held at OVO hydro in front.
D. M.Room was great - big, large bed, good shower and facilities. Pity about the staff. Had to wait 20 minutes to check in (only 1 person in front of me) and had to wait 1- minutes to check out (again, only one person in front). Restaurant was VERY limited in choice for dinner - basically burgers or nothing, and was told it was booked up till 7.30pm, but I came back at 6.30 to find the rertaurant nearly empty (just two tables in use) and was allocated a table straight away. Waitress inattentive and service poor.
D.INCREDIBLE staff. Seriously the sweetest. Great area on second floor to work, especially empty if you are working US hours and there aren’t conferences going on. Great location within walking distance of incredible coffee shops, pubs and restaurants!
R. M.We were able to check in early ...that was a real bonus, nice new clean hotel , staff very nice and professional.
Carpark easy to find , although u have to pay you can get a large discount if you asked at reception to verify parking ticket ( £8 for 24 hours instead of £22)
The only thing we didn't like was the paper cups in room for hot drinks ! This lets them down on an otherwise great hotel
L. H.Staff were very friendly and helpful and offered great advice about the city and where to eat. Storing a bag when we arrived early was also no problem. The room was good too with a great view from the large windows.
T. H.It's a nice new hotel. There's some really shoddy building work, wonky plug sockets, botch job plastering on errors they'd made and bad shower design but overall it's fine.
The gym seems like it hasn't had a cleaner in it in weeks, there's even a beer can in the gym bin?!
M.Staff is friendly and helpful. Especially, front desk manager Ellie is wonderful. She tries her best all the time. Location, rooms, cleaning...we liked everything about this hotel. Thank you.
D. K.We spent a night here whilst attending a concert at Hampden Park . Having attended a concert at the SECC centre a few months prior I knew there was covered walkway from the car park to the hotel. And that you get the parking fee heavily discounted if you get your ticket scanned at reception.
It really is a lovely hotel with beautiful rooms, a massive, very comfortable bed and great views across the city .
The staff were very friendly, welcoming and informative starting with the lovely Dianna on reception and Kate in the restaurant. who was so lovely and pleasant despite being rushed off her feet at a very busy breakfast time.
We ate in the restaurant the night of our arrival and found the food delicious and good value for money and would definitely eat there again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return to the Courtyard when visiting the City again . We would highly recommend it to family and friends .
F. S.a great, really comfy hotel room. super clean and check in was quick. Neil checked us in and he was so lovely and helpful. he gave us a few dinner recommendations, one of which we tried and it was excellent.
J. B.Reception staff were excellent, top marks, unfortunately housekeeping not on top of things at all. The ladies toilets downstairs were often quite disgusting. Rooms were cleaned but bins were not always emptied and towels sometimes removed but not replaced.

V. E.I want to share súper good review about the hotel. Room is clean, bright with nice view to river. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of food options. Stuff, especially Elii at the Front Desc, also lobby bartender Adam (if Im not mistaken) was super attentive, kind , smiling and polite! First class! You’re Big Professionals!
D.Solid room in the center of Glasgow, maybe a mile down from Sauchiehall street and Buchanan street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable, with a very nice shower. Only issue was the bed had a broken spring, and necessitated roatating it to sleep properly.
C. F.Lived here for 10 days while we waited to move in to our flat. Hotel has comfortable rooms, and even made the large meeting room available for me when I had to do some presentations for work. My main complaint would be that the wifi is slow (8-10 MBPS download speed max), and has a tendency to cut out intermittently at all hours of day and night to the point that you can be disconnected off zoom calls entirely.

K. H.If you need a no fuss straightforward budget hotel right on the doorstep of SECC OVO Hydro, Armadillo, and STV Studios, Courtyard by Marriott is for you. Clean nice-sized rooms, each room has plenty of storage space, an iron, a mini-fridge, a safe and a decent size tv. The staff are polite, friendly, invisible but always there when you need them. There is an onsite restaurant with small set menu (just beware that they don't serve food after 21:30, and there is no room service (you can order to take away to your room). The well stocked onsite bar is open 24/7. There was a wee bit of a wait for our dinner but the food was well worth the wait, excellent. Rooms could do with bottled water and more coffee sachets, but that's a wish not a criticism. Thank you to all staff for making our stay a genuinely positive experience.

C. P.Super comfortable brand new hotel with great facilities. Very clean and lovely staff. The gym is small but has a couple of treadmills, cross trainers and weights. The wifi works well, and the TV offers chrome cast. The bathrooms have lots of shampoo / conditioner / body wash and the breakfast buffet is quite good (wide selection of hot and cold foods)
D.Excellent location for gigs at either the ovo hydro or armadillo. Staff very friendly and helpful, food served also very good.
Parking in the adjacent car park is discounted, staff at reception will validate your ticket. Park on level 2 and you can enter the hotel without having to use the front entrance, perfect in bad weather.

A. S.Being a new hotel, the staff worked very hard to overcome the kinks of bad internet service and were extremely helpful in all other areas. The buffet is magnifico, with a huge variety of food, cereals, and the dining area is spacious. Very nice, clean rooms with enormous TV screens. My only complaint is the obviously corporate decision to crank New-Age yuppie jazz on unbearable loops throughout the building's stereo system. What's next, piped-in music in the guest rooms, themselves? This is a common plague in hotels, stores these days, forcing an unwelcome "party atmosphere" onto an environment where a quiet breakfast is harder to enjoy. I feel bad for staff who have to listen to it, most of all. Hotel location is corporate and generic, but there's a great view of the river. You walk a few blocks to Argyle street and there's nothing but beautiful Glasgow to enjoy on all sides. Highly recommended, but bring headphones.
S. T.We just spent 1 night here whilst attending a show at the OVO Hydro. This is probably the closest hotel to the concert venue and is a couple of minutes walk to the venue entry doors. No parking at the hotel, but a multi storey car park is directly behind the hotel, and a discount is available if you give reception your parking ticket. Great room, and very nice staff. Well recommend.

F. W.Food was reasonably priced and enjoyable. When placing our our order, we asked for the wine menu only to be told they were updating it. So we ordered a bottle of Luna del Sur Malbec, which we were told was a house red. I was absolutely gobsmacked and fizzing when my husband told me that we were charged £36 for our wine, it is only a bog standard bottle of wine what would originally cost around £8 in a supermarket, what an absolute rip off!!!!!! If I had known that at the time we would have walked out and gone elsewhere.
m.Exceptional new Glasgow hotel with an amazing fresh designer look on all the floors. Bar is immediately on your left as you enter with a huge variety of local and international drinks to chose from, the staff were all bubbly, friendly and very helpful. The meeting rooms are all too class with nice views overlooking the Clyde, Hydro, the Clydeport Crane and views of the City. Definitely worth a stay with immediate access to the Ovo Hydro, the West End and the city centre of Glasgow!

G. R.Wonderful location for a city break! We spent the day shopping in the city centre (sub 10 mins away) and the evening for dinner and drinks in Finnieston (5 mins away) - highly recommend the latter!! The hotel itself was clean and tidy and staff were wonderful - even under what seemed to be a barrage of questions from my better half! Would definitely stay again, I’d imagine it would be perfect for a show at the Hydro too - will keep an eye out!
