I spent one night at Euro Hostel with my friend last week. The place is really clean and well located. We were impressed by the kindness and helpfulness of the staff. The energy is just great. Also, do not miss the cheap and amazing breakfast, prepared with love.
I cannot recommend this place more, thank you for everything!
E. R.
This place was great it’s basic but for the price you can’t get much better. People who complain at this price level and expect the Four seasons should go there. I was able to check in early Matthew at reception was lovely. The wifi is a bit weak in the upper levels but it works good enough. They do have a bar restaurant downstairs. I left my $150 wireless headphones there and didn’t remember until late at night I went back and Matthew had them at the counter. Thank overall you can’t beat the price and location. I definitely would stay here again when in Glasgow.

Excellent! Highly recommend it! Friendly and warm staff, very clean, perfect location, very good price. Despite paying for a single room, they offered me a huge spacious room with my own toilet and bathroom. Only small issue was the soundproof of the rooms, but it's really something that you overlook it if you consider its decent price. Thank you so much!

Excellent location, if you’re really lucky also excellent price at around £10-15 for a shared dorm! Ideal for concerts and public transport connections, surrounded by many pubs, restaurants and large stores including Lidl and Tesco. Also ideal for anyone that wants a room for a night or two but is on a budget like me. I don’t think it can get much more affordable than this
Customer service was good, bed was comfy. Plug points beside bed worked. Only thing I’m *bummed* out by (if you’ll pardon the pun) was the lack of a toilet brush for the toilets. I would expect that anyway for a non shared room but I would especially expect that for a shared room that can house up to 14 people with bunk beds. I’m sorry but I have to mark down a star just for that, that’s my one and only gripe but it’s a massive gripe, totally unacceptable… please address this imminently
WiFi can be patchy on the 5th floor, sometimes the signal completely drops, sometimes you’re lucky to get 2 bars
Other than that, not much to fault about this hostel. Especially with the kind of service you get for £15 (the price I paid)! And I wouldn’t mind staying again, it did the job I needed it to do for me

Very nice hostel with welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were very clean but quite cold. We stayed in a four bed dormitory with it's own bathroom and shower which were in okay condition. Would stay again

I've stayed at the Glasgow Euro Hostel a few times, it's the perfect hotel for when I'm at a gig at the O2.
Check in is really easy and the staff are friendly.
The rooms I've stayed in have always had comfy beds and they've been spotlessly clean with plenty of towels.
The bar is great, really good drinks selection at great prices.
Food is great too, I had food at night then breakfast the next day. Its a buffet breakfast with plenty of choice.
I'll definitely be back to stay again.

Had a great stay. The girl I spoke to was super helpful! I lost my ID and Bank Card and the girl that spoke to me (sorry I can’t remember her name) but she helped me figure it all out and eventually I was able to get a room. So grateful as without this place I would’ve been screwed. Also, the other people staying here were so nice! Highly recommend
t.
Had a few reservations (absolutely unjustified) about staying here. Excellent staff, decent sized, clean room (for 2) with bunk beds, bathroom, shower and sink in room, with TV, and towels provided. More like a reasonably priced hotel than a hostel, but at hostel prices. Would definitely stay again.
H. B.
Really impressed. Staff great. Rooms good. At cop26. Did not rip off visitors like other hotels. Bar nice and social. Not a place for fine dining however
H.
Ehhhh. It’s okay for the price and location, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. Obviously not expecting luxury but everything felt so worn out, for example the lifts sound like they are about to break and the springs in my mattress were actually poking into me.
Staff were really lovely and I wouldn’t fault them at all.
Not a place to stay during covid. Posters everywhere reminding you about the amount of germs there are on shared surfaces but no places to wash your hands. There wasn’t even a sink in the bathroom in my dorm, had to wash my hands in the shower. And there should definitely be sanitiser in the communal spaces.
If you do decide to stay here then make sure you book on hotels.com as the prices are actually cheaper there.
K. U.
Everything was surprisingly wonderful, apart from the bin in the bathroom which smelled as if its contents weren't removed since the beginning of covid... Smelled quite bad.
But that was really just a detail and could be overlooked. The staff was super helpful and pleasant, the rooms were clean, would recommend.
Y. M.
You get what you paid for. Good for people who just want to have a bed for 1-2 nights. Check in process was exhausting, longer then at least 7 different ones we had so far combined.
Shower was great, beds were ok. We stayed a short night in the 9th floor and still heard noise from the street, so I guess it’s hard to sleep in the lower floors.
Only one elevator worked so it takes time to get to the room and back. Also, no one cares for covid restrictions in the elevator - we were inside with 5 strangers including a hotel worker.
If you need to take a train in the morning, it is the place for you.
P. F.
Spotlessly clean, friendly and helpful staff and comfortable rooms at fantastic prices. On top of that, they do a gut busting fry up breakfast for a mere £5....... bargain!!
B. H.
It's a great centrally located few frills establishment. Friendly staff. Pub on site. Prices are a bit high and the bathroom is *tiny* but would book again.
S. S.
No kettle, na good if you like your T.
Hostel nice , close to Clyde and City.
H. A.
I love the ambience, reachable location from Central station of Glasgow, great staffs, comfort room and cozy enviroment, very close to everywhere in Central, had an amazing stay so far.
S. M.
Great place they have great mesures in place for covid breakfast is 5 pounds for a buffet great value lovely accommodating staff room was great lovely hot shower and charger ports on every bed perfect definitely recommended
M. F.
Stayed here 2 nights. Room was spotless. Value was fantastic. Breakfast was amazing for £4.50. But what made it for me was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The lady that does the breakfast ( and lots of other jobs as well!!!) simply couldn't be any more helpful. The manageress ( at least I think she was) likewise. And indeed all other staff. Daytime or evening. The friendliness and helpfulness was heartwarming. If I could give double full stars I would. Will definitely be back. A fantastic experience
T. S.
Great value accommodation in the centre of Glasgow. Friendly staff, everything was spotless, on site bar and (basic) food available. We had a double room with en-suite for £45 a night. 20 minute walk from the SECC.
T. L.
Clean room, helpful staff, limited menu choice, but good food. Good substantial breakfast.
S. S.
Liked my stay here if you are looking for a budget friendly hostel you can try it out. The place is neat and clean. I found the mattress were not comfortable at all , if i compare to other hostels where i have stayed this hotel need to improve their mattress quality .
N. H.
I don't have photos but I'd say for a cheap price, this hostel is everything you need if you're looking for a quick stay. All the basic necessities are here but not the kettle or any fancy stuffs!
Towels are provided which is good. There's also a TV that I haven't gotten a chance to watch. Showering experience was great too!
J. H.
Good value. Clean and comfortable. No frills but exactly what we needed
D. O.
Great place, staff extremely polite and informative, nothing to fault.Service was spot on.
And the rooms were what you would expect for this type of accommodation. If you want cheap
and cheerful this is the place. And being were it is
You are few minutes away from the centre.
A. M.
Excellent hostel, very clean and super friendly staff.
We were a party of 6, 4 adults & 2 children, we asked to be given rooms on the same level which the receptionist kindly rearranged all our rooms to be beside each other.
Central location adjacent to Jury's Inn and premier inn but at a fraction of the cost.
The breakfast was ample and bottomless, one helping was more than enough.
Would certainly recommend to others and if in Glasgow would certainly stay again.
We were also given recommendations for this part of our trip in Glasgow and for our next leg of trip including stop off points along the way.
l. g.
"Beds are comfy and staff are great, good if you've a small room with friends."
"Great priced rooms and service with a great breakfast buffet
"Good for money and close to amenities needed
L. D.
Does what it advertised. Very basic but very good and clean. The shower is possibly the most confusing thing in the world, however is very good. Good value. Friendly staff, its an aye from me.
A. M.
Nice and clean rooms. Clean linen. Friendly staff. But no common kitchen.
T. K. J.
Currently staying here as on my route from Ireland to a hotel in Skye.
Amazing, should have HOTEL status. This is not a 'hostel' this is an amazing place, with amazing staff and spotless rooms, 24/7 drinks service if that's your thing. Serves food until 10pm. I was here for 1 night but extended my stay, room has bathroom and TV and work station, never seen a 'hostel' like it. Definitely recommend.
a. s.
Great location in city center, staff super helpful and rooms clean and comfortable. Fire alarm went off while we were there and they validated our parking ticket for free (normally costs £3, but reduces parking cost considerably)
J. O. R. M.
Stay here alot and always happy Cheep and cheerful staff are always nice and pleasant rooms and beds are always clean 😍
S. M.
Not a bad hostel at all! Staff are friendly and helpful
Good location for centre of town
Good price
Bar and restaurant on site
P. -. A. A.
Good place to stay for couple of nights, beds are comfy, we stayed at 9th floor and in the morning there was a construction noise in the morning which didn’t let us sleep and also checkin process was a bit long.
Other than that rooms were clean, tidy and comfy for the price we paid.
r. f.
Clean, covid secure, friendly staff, great service from them and willing to sort out trips, and any problems!gd bar staff also!hot water for tea always ready as kitchen was closed!overall excellent!
Y. L.
I stayed here for three nights and really enjoyed my stay. It's pretty centrally located which was very convenient. I stayed in a twin room with a bunkbed, which also had a private bathroom and small desk. Everything was clean and all the furnishings seemed pretty new. Only minor complaints are that it would have been nice to have a place to hang a hand towel near the sink and the light sensor in the bathroom was quick to time out, so I often ended up showering in the dark after just a couple of minutes.
P. L.
Staff were very helpful regarding a noise complaint. Nice place to stay.
S. A. W.
Honestly - it's has the best dormitories I've ever seen. And for the price of a dormitory. The dormitories are very spacious, have their own showers and toilets (two rooms in fact!) And even a TV room! For a dormitory! It almost feels like a private room.
Plus -
The kitchen is very good, the staff is very friendly and helpful, the location is superb, and they have luggage storage for a low price.
K. C.
Good value for money, beds are a little bit dirty though
l. d.
Spotless room and good facilities for the price and the location it’s amazing. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in glasgow looking for accommodation.
J. B.
Cheap and cheerful. Perfectly adequate if you need somewhere to crash overnight and don't mind sharing a room and facilities. Clean and tidy, comfy bed (if a bit on the small side) good shower, charging points by every bed, bar downstairs that serves food, front desk open 24 hours. City centre but not noisy, had a good night's sleep. Plenty of other bars and places to eat nearby if you're just passing through. Solid.
N. W.
Incredibly helpful staff. Easily got me set up and answered all my questions. It's a great place too! The rooms are pretty large and each have toilets, showers, and sinks in them, which is convenient. You also can't beat the location, so Central to pretty much everything. My only complaint is the breakfast. As an American breakfast enthusiast I was pretty disappointed with the few choices for breakfast food. But the coffee was good! It was also nice to have the restaurant in the building.
C. B.
You get what you're paying for, it's a good hostel with an excellent location close to the central station and in the city center. The bar was OK, food was OK, nothing exciting, the staff was super friendly, the beds were quite confortable.
Very noisy and a lot of light. No soundproofing at all, you can hear what's going on in the corridor, outside and even in other rooms. The shower is fixed, it made washing unconfortable. The motion detector for the light in the bathroom is stupid, since it stays on much longer than needed... and doesn't detect movement in the shower, you have to open the shower door to get light, thus flooding the bathroom. Doors can be slammed too easily. I wouldn't stay that long again, 1-2 night without forgetting my ear plugs and sleeping mask, but not more.
P.
Facilities are good. But Travelers don't let you sleep peacefully.
S. R. (.
Book early and you'll get a good deal. I paid £34 for a clean basic room with a double bed. There are no frills here as you might expect, but staff are friendly rooms clean and tidy. Can be a bit noisy due to working going on near by. But its just down from Glasgow Central so has good links. Value for money 5, noise levels dropped the overall experience to 4.
K. W.
I reserved private with en-suite bathroom. It’s nice and warm place to stay. The location was good. It’s clean and have reasonable space to stay for two person. Some staff was not friendly and not nice to give information for you (but some staff was nice). If you need to left your luggage here before or after check in or check out, you need to pay separately from your booking and the storage room is too dirty.
H. G.
+Rooms are very affordable and clean, and staff are friendly. The view from the top floors is amazing and the location is perfect. The charging stations next to the beds are really nice.
-There is a construction site outside, which I know is not the hostel's fault, but don't expect to sleep in on a weekday if your room is facing it. The kitchen is small and poorly stocked for the size of the hostel, there are only a handful of pots, forks, and spoons, when a few other people were cooking at the same time we had to wait for someone to be finished with their dishes so we could use them. It appears there is only ONE drinking glass and NO mugs at all. They provide plastic cups only (though claim to be eco friendly!) They charge £1 to store your bags after checkout, which isn't expensive, but I've stayed in dozens of hostels across Europe and never been charged for this before. The light timer in the bathroom is messed up, it turns on and off constantly, even when no one is there, which could potentially be annoying at night. We stayed in 2 different rooms and both were like this so I would think it's a hostel-wide issue. There are no coathooks or towel racks at all, which is frustrating in such a rainy place.
Overall, this place is fine for a budget stay, but could be improved a lot by a few cheap upgrades.
N. R.
Stayed for 2 weeks in a 2 person room. Rooms were nice, had what you needed. Only downside was the mattress, kinda springy for that long. Staff was great and welcoming.
Mint & Lime bar in the downstairs part is a great place to get a night going. Good food and affordable drinks.
A. D.
the staff is stupid and not very useful but nice hostel with a good location
R.
Very clean, lovely staff too. Quick to help me with anything I needed. TV was ace as it had Netflix and BBC iplayer so keeped me entertained at night. The food wasn't the best but I won't knock a star off as its great to be able to be served food in these current conditions. Very good value for money and close to where I needed to be so 11/10!
J. M.
Nice decor, very clean and convenient with own toilet and shower en-suite. However, the beds were atrocious. It’s the worst mattress I’ve ever slept on. I guess you can’t expect too much for the price, but it sure won’t make you feel rested (unless you’ve numbed your senses). Would not stay again
R. M.
It has a very expensive luggage storage that is not secure. The room was messy and was not cleaned, nor were the bathrooms. The kitchen had very few spoons, and food was regularly stolen. The price of the bed was very good. The location, great. The common area is large and comfortable.
K. T.
Fantastic accommodation - clean, comfy and very friendly staff. Brilliant value for money. When people think hostel they think of 16 people in one room - this isn't the same. you can book that, or you can book more private rooms - we stayed in a room for 4 people with en-suite facilities. The shower room & toilet were separate which was perfect for 4 women trying to get ready at the same time! Would definitely stay again.
M. S.
I had to take some time before I wrote my review in order to be as objective as I can. If you are looking for a place to sleep and nothing more this place is fine enough.
But if you’re looking for a hostel... you can do so much better. This is more like a cheap place to crash after a party or concert. Unfortunately the common room feels more like a cafeteria or office — definitely not the kind of place to meet cool people who are also on their travels around the world, so in that regard the atmosphere was lacking. The bathrooms certainly are not cleaned on a regular basis, but they do function. The staff are friendly. Security is decent — I did very much appreciate the full gear lockers. Admittedly the location is pretty hard to beat... it is quite close to many amenities and to transport. The cheap rent was also good.
I gave this review three stars because this place does well enough that in a pinch, I could stay here again. However it did not get a fourth star or higher because I am not in any rush to go back.
D. I.
+ 3 min walk to Glasgow central railway station and subway station
+ clean room and comfortable beds
+ 24 hours reception
- no lockers for keeping bags in room
- hostel charges 1 GBP for storing luggage on the day of checkout
- Paid 20 GBP for 1 bed in 4 bed dormitory room on 24 sep 2019
A. J.
Visited twice, once recently and once about 4 years back.
Beds are comfy and staff are great, good if you've a small room with friends.
A recent visit wasn't as great as there were some younger adults abusing substances in a dorm I'd booked, fortunately the staff had evicted them.
I can't hold the venue responsible for their behavior, but the discomfort of the situation has left a sour taste in my mouth.
m. g.
Great hostal. Really clean with friendly staff.
m. F.
Blonde girl on the reception on Tuesday morning was absolutely brilliant give her a pay rise.
V. s.
Arrived early, the staff gets 5 stars. Had an issue (unrelated to the hostel) and Rosanna was super nice and helpful, made my entire day better.<br/>I don't know why people are complaining about beds. Typical spring beds, I found them very comfortable.<br/>Had wonderful rest.
s. s.
Budget hotel, very good price and extremely very well located... good atmosphere, and very functional and well designed. I just wished they told me about the laundry room and the kitchen when we did the check in. And the place is not filthy but I believe this is a good to improve, our toilet didn't feel totally clean. But overall I will recommend this place, and probably we will be back soon.
H. K.
Great value for sure, nice little private rooms with shared facilities, very simple but still nicer looking than most hostels. The major downside for me was how paper-thin the walls are, you can hear everything and everyone in the hallway, and, apparently, most people don't care about the comfort of others and would slam the doors and laugh out loud even past midnight through early hours of the morning. Oh well.
E.
Stayed here during a city life tour group and they were able to handle 120 students efficiently. The mattress are comfortable with a variety of charging options for each bed (usb, power plug, wireless). We appreciate the showers being nice and clean with plenty of hot water. WiFi was a little spotty in some parts of the building but was not problematic during stay.
T. S.
Fantastically central location for where we needed to be. Rooms clean enough but a little dated. Toilet somewhat small with the only seat being the toilet, which had no lid so you have to put your things on the floor or balance it on the toilet roll dispenser as there's only a hook on the door and no shelving. Shower not super powerful but shower foam/gel provided which is a nice touch. Polite staff, good bar although we would like to have tried the food as it smelled great.
S. s.
Excellent location right in the heart of glasgow near all local amenities.
Very clean, kind staff, comfortable and great value for money.
A. S.
Very impressed!! Snatched a twin room for a girly get away with my best friend, and we're both surprised by the clean state of the room. Have our own bathroom, with soap and towels supplied. Not bad for a hostel! Definitely staying here next time!
J. M.
Great little room, wifi is decent, and the 24hr bar is one of the cheapest in Glasgow!
L.
This is a functional hostel, nothing amazing, but it is clean and warm. Despite the many posters suggesting otherwise, the wifi is not great. It cuts out a lot and constantly asks for sign in. There's no basics in the kitchen like oil or tea, you can feel the springs poking you through the mattress, and there are no hooks in the showers. I'd rate it higher if these we're fixed. The reception staff are very helpful I might add. All in all though, a good place to stay.
S. I.
Great location and a great place to stay. I booked a single en suite room because of covid, and it had everything I really needed. There's a Lidl just downstairs for any groceries that you might need, as well as a bar in the hostel itself (which unfortunately I didn't have the energy to visit). I wasn't able to get cold water flowing in the sink, but that might have just been me since it was late and I wasn't thinking straight. I didn't really experiment to find out, though. Overall, a great place to stay if you're visiting Glasgow or just passing through!
M. P.
For a student trip, this was better than we could ever imagine! Wireless chargers in every room, good beds, nice rooms and helpful staff! The things that did not matter for me, but was not that good was the showers taking too long time getting warm. Also, when you live with 7 other people in one room, the air got bad real quick.
S. P.
Excellent hostel with a great bar and staff. Unpretentious setting, comfortable atmosphere, well priced. Staff are always happy to help and the optional buffet breakfast for £5 is definitely worth it. Lots of tours available at the desk. Hostel is a short walk from the station. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit.
E. N.
I stayed here a while back in a single room. The place is described as a hostel but is located in a tower block. It's kind of lacking in atmosphere if you're concerned about this, but is great value and convenient, with shopping malls and supermarkets nearby. There's a large communal self-catering kitchen on one of the floors. Okay staff, with everything going smoothly. Get's the job done as far as I'm concerned.
R. G.
Excellent budget hostel. 10% discount when booked and paid in advance. Private room was comfortable and clean. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, would definitely stay again!
J. H.
The Euro hostel is value for money I think. Its in the middle of Glasgow City and easy to get to. The rooms are basic but have everything in place, now updated with handy charging points. Beds are comfy and the showers excellent. There is a choice of single rooms or dormety. I like the bar area, it's quite cozy and has a friendly feeling.
D.
The hostel has its ups and downs. On the positive side, it has a great location and is close to downtown. It also has a great bar with really good drink deals for guests, as well as all you can eat breakfast for just £5. However it really is no frills otherwise. The rooms have en suite washrooms and showers, but we had no soap or hand dryers in the bathroom, the light was burnt out in one bathroom and in the other the toilet didn't flush properly and the door lock was jammed. There also aren't enough outlets if the room is full and no outlets to use while on a top bunk. If you want cheap, it's great, but you get what you pay for.
C. T.
Could have Better light above the mirror, no power point in the bathroom
J. P.
Stayed at Euro Hostel Glasgow for three nights in January and thoroughly enjoyed it. The breakfast buffet for just 5quid is spectacular value. Furthermore the connected bar at night (Mint and Lime) offers some of the best value food and beer deals in Glasgow (5.50 for a meal and a pint!).
The beds are comfortable for a hostel and are all given a light, usb port and two power sockets. Rooms are spacious, staff are courteous and informed and the hostel is perfectly situated.
The only word of caution is that on a Saturday night the hostel is quite noisy but if that bothers you, you wouldn't be staying here anyway!
Will definitely be staying at Euro Hostel Glasgow when I return to this great city.
K. M.
More than decent place to stay, been here 4 times and will stay again. It's basic but has the price to match, has all you need. Breakfast could be better though or would have been 5 stars.
J. D.
Everything I needed. Staff at reception were funny and friendly. Shout-out to Miguel, I accidentally broke a bottle of wine that he cleaned for me and he remained lovely throughout my stay. Could have better guests and bar patrons but that is not the fault of the Hostel.
D. A.
For the amount of money you pay, this is an excellent choice. The rooms are very clean, that's the most important thing for me.
I just hate the left at this place, it's like a nightmare. It needs some maintenance.
A. W.
A very Large hostel so you lose a bit of the community feel. But great location and great security. High price for laundry though, £4.50 to wash and £.50 per 5 minutes to dry. Charging ports/outlets for each bed, breakfast for £5(didn't have it), £3 for a late check out till 2pm.
F. S.
Fairly clean, good location and price if you're staying for one/two nights and mainly visiting the city centre or going to a gig/sport thing. Charging my phone was slightly tricky as there are no little shelves or sockets near to each bed. Cheap drinks at the bar which is good.
J. E.
The staff was really nice, the room and bathroom were clean and cozy as well. It's a shame that the heater in the room didn't work properly and it was not pleasant in the freezing December. Five pounds all you can eat breakfast is a good bargain.
G. D. C.
Absolutely amazing! Best staff and bar ever! I'll be back for sure! Thanks for everything guys!
D. F.
Stay here every single time I'm in Glasgow! Amazing wee place, especially for young people as it's really modern and has a great atmosphere. If you simply need somewhere to sleep it's absolutely no hassle, just check in and head to your room and leave in the morning after a great value breakfast. It's also good if you want to enjoy yourself, the bar downstairs is probably the best priced bar in Glasgow and as it's a hostel you can meet people from all over the world. The food menu is really simple and cheap, but very good. There is an option to borrow towels and hairdryers.
f. f.
Staff were fairly friendly. Rooms were cheap. Location was very good and close to centre. Facilities weren't good. For a room of 4 there were only 2 plugs. No air con or fan. We stayed in the ninth floor and the room was unbearably hot, even when it was cold and raining outside. Building works directly outside window were very loud and impossible to sleep through. I know this isn't the hotel's fault but would have been nice to have been warned and maybe given some earplugs at check in.
R. E. K.
It's a very big, affordable hostel which is conveniently located in Glasgow. My main problems were:
- Wifi signal was poor in the room
- My lock's bar was thin so the locker wouldn't lock. The only solution reception provided was buying a lock from them for 3 GBP (how nice).
- The toilet doesn't flush well.
- Kitchen was greasy and smelly.
G.
Great place for the price. We had an en suit double room. It was basic but clean with a comfy bed and hot shower. The location was great for exploring Glasgow, right next to the underground station. We'll definitely be back as one day wasn't enough to see everything!
M. M. P.
We booked a suite for 8 people and there was a great deal of space, two bathrooms, showers, and a sitting room. If you're travelling with a group the suites are ideal.
The cons - they are doing a huge amount of construction next to the hostel at the minute - the construction started from between 7 and 8 in the morning, so no chance of a lie in. We stayed on a Thursday night - the construction may be restricted to weekdays - it may be worth checking before you confirm your booking.
E. G.
Great location, easy walking distance from anywhere in the city. Helpful staff, easily organised a day trip out if the city. Rooms are fine, ensuite is nice. Lockers under the bed for storage are big enough for a small suitcase and back pack. Kitchen is nice and big enough for a few people to use. I would stay again.
J. L.
The hostel is aesthetically good, clean, but the design of the rooms is really bad. I have a toilet and a shower at the entrance of the room, but, besides their own doors, there is no door separating the beds from this place, so it gets pretty noisy. The shower has no hanger to put your clothes on, and the floor can get very wet because it has no draining system.
C. G.
Hostel was basic but nice. Just what we needed, room was spotless and staff were lovely.
I unfortunately had to email and make a complaint. One of the maintenance guys unlocked our door, opened it and walked in. All while I was getting ready. Asked him to leave. He said no he was in to fix our shower as we complained about it last night. Again I had to say no and ask him to leave as we were getting ready. Hopefully this is dealt with seriously.
T. M.
Stayed in the 2 bed private room. Clean and tidy with decent bathroom. Mattress and duvet very comfy, quite quiet with occasional street noises but windows are very thick. Heating works very well. Will stay again if in Glasgow.
A. B.
They got rooms ranging from single bed to 4-8 bed dormitories with very reasonable rates. Plus healthy breakfast at low price. This hostel is very nice deal for the price. I could get single bed room for just 20 GBP. Loved the place.
J. I. M.
Very nice Hostel, clean bedrooms and nice bar! Beds could be better though and also the wifi signal was not very good at the bedrooms. Nevertheless a nice expierence with a warming staff. Recommended breakfast for 5€ all you can eat.
T. R.
Clean rooms, good service, super cheap. All you could want when you are in Glasgow for a gig. I've never stayed in the dorms but I've been in them before and they are also clean. The bar downstairs is well stocked and open all hours. The building is also very well situated in the center of Glasgow.
N. W.
Friendly staff, excellent location, rooms are very basic and a bit on the dusty side, but overall good price value. Good bathroom facilities en-suite with separate loo and shower. Water pressure on the 9th floor was very weak though. Only security concern is that there were only 2 lockers in a 4 bed female.

Super cool and modern hostel. Very clean and theres an elevator. Staff is helpful. Laundry machines available 24/7. Amazing location within Glasgow, a very fun city
S. S.
Best accommodation for a budget trip right in the center of town. Stayed in twin private room, very modern and comfortable. Parking is available in car park just a couple of steps away at a discounted 10gbp/24hrs.

The management never respond to emails sent to them. Make up their own rules without informing guests. I bring my own kettle and they knocked it from my room. Stating no kettles allowed in rooms. I have back issues and bring my own kettle as my back can freeze at any moment. I am expected to go down 6 floors to make my self a hot drink or go to reception. Going back to my room I could have a back spasm attack where I could drop my hot drink all over another person and they could suffer severe burns from hot water. And say my kettle needs to be pat tested. I am really surprised that they did not take my mobile phone charger at the same time as that is not pat tested either. There have been more fires from mobile phone charges especially when they are left to charge over night than electric kettles.
They also have placed a night light right near your head/shoulder. Very dangerous as I have to sleep on the floor with my mattress as I don't want to have a head injury and further damage to my shoulder and back.

1st timer (oldish timer)and spot on for me and put me in reach of where i needed to be for all modes of transport. Room very clean but they are still sorting out their self catering at the mo ... plenty of eateries close by and in their bar. ****
s. r.
Good location by the river. Room was tidy, bathroom facilities could have been better. One shower was broken but the other two were very weak and the toilet wouldn't always flush. There is a nice bar downstairs where you get discount on drinks as a guest.
E. K.
Clean bedding. Great location; easy to find. Easy check-in with 24-hour front desk. Friendly, professional staff. Showers, toilets, and sink decently clean. Thin walls but no surprise there. No towels or toiletries like most hostels. Lockers to keep valuables. Lively bar on first floor. Overall, a nice hostel and place to crash.
B.
very convenient location. Fast and free wifi. Warm and clean room (knowing it a hostel). Friendly staff members. Poor iron at laundrette (don't risk your clothes). Fairly good breakfast service for the price. As a whole, recommended!
L. D. S.
The hostel is huge, so there were a lot of people everywhere and the kitchen was always busy and messy. We stayed in a room with 8 other people for this reason it was difficult to rest. Very good location and comfortable beds.
S. P.
Upgraded to a private room without requesting it, which was a nice break from the larger dorms.
Kitchen needs some serious upkeep but I think that is the problem of the people staying here not the staff on site.
Will definitely stay again.
A. C.
Value for money. No problems. I heard a couple of guests complaining Not me I was in for a sleepover. I did drop my passport in the room Got to airport without it. Phoned the hostel to ask it to be sent by taxi and I would pay. NO, I had to get taxi there and back which was NOT a good experience. Then again my fault for dropping an important document
J. V.
Great hostel for a good price. Very close to the city centre and public transport. Quality of the rooms are basic as you can expect from a hostel. The staff was friendly. It's possible to deposit your luggage during the day if your check-in is later for a small fee. Breakfast was good as well with decent choice. (Eggs, bacon, haggis, ... )
M. M.
I could get used to that hostel - decent room(14 beds), an ok bathroom, well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately due to a huge capacity (9 floors of rooms) it seems to be a favourite choice for large groups and sport teams who tend to occupy large parts of common areas and cause a lot of noise and stir around them.
E. D.
Good value for money. Really friendly staff, and serious about Covid 19 (which is a good thing these days).
H. M.
The hotel was quiet at night which was good so we could get a nice sleep, but on the other hand, the wash basin in our room did not work, so we had to wash everything in the shower which was bothering. The bathroom was quite ok and so was the bed. The windows were very dirty, only one elevator worked and every single time many people wanted to use it which made all of us wait for a long time - not nice as we had many luggage. The hotel was ok for one night stay but I wouldnt like to spend more nights in this hotel.
N. W.
I stayed two nights, one night in the two person suite and the second night with friends in the 4 person suite. The 2 Person suite was a lot nicer than the 4 person suite, and was basically a hotel room. The 4 person suite though was not what we were expecting in the pictures, and we didn't think that was what we booked. If you want the nicer version, make sure you book the "VIP" suite, because not all 4 person private suites are as nice as the VIP ones on the website.
l. h.
stayed here for 2 nights in a double private room. The rooms are basic but you get all you expect for the money. Only downside, no kettle to make tea in the morning.
The staff are friendly and the bar downstairs does some great food deals
J. D.
Great place if you're staying a few days in Glasgow. Good location, very short walk to anything you should need. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are quite clean. My standards were certainly met!
C. L.
With a little effort, they could be great. The overall setting is pretty boring. The staircases are torn up and boring. The rooms are adequate. Bathroom and shower are seperated so two guests can do two different things. The sink is in the room, which I don't like. Also, they give you beds based off letters that don't exist in the room. So you just kind of pick one. The bar downstairs is cheap and could be a good place to hang out. I came on a Sunday evening so it was pretty dead. A pint costs £3. I didn't have any mixed drinks or food. I would rather train to Edinburgh then stay in Glasgow again.
e. g.
Basically you get what you pay for , the rooms are clean , though they smell a bit funky. It can get a bit cold at times as well. The staff is very nice and the location of the hostel is very good to reach various places .nothing special, nothing great but for the price you pay its fine
K. C.
A great cheap place to stay. Really close location to everything, service was good with 24 hr desk service. Bedding all provided and clean, and privacy respected. Water pressure in shower is pretty crappy, but that's what you get at hostels
R. R.
Always clean and friendly,
Quiet at nights end.
L. M.
This is a great hostel in the heart of Glasgow! 15 min walk from the central train station. The staff were nice and the rooms were clean. I did not have much of a plan when I was visiting Glasgow, but I probably would have liked to stay somewhere else if I planned it better. That said, this hostel was a good last minute spot.
S. M. H.
I stayed for 10 nights in a double room just for myself. The bathroom was quite small and the shower didn't work very well. Mattress was very thin so a bit uncomfortable. However, breakfast was diverse (from bacon, sausages, eggs to fruit, toasts and cereals) and the hostel had Wifi for free (that worked properly). Location is perfect, less that 5 minutes walking to the city centre, as well as Central Station. Easy to arrive by taxi from the airport (20 minutes if not in rush time). Considered as a cheap option, what you pay for it is worth it.
J. L.
Very clean, nice people working there, everyone is helpful, great conditions especially considering its a hostel. Only downside is that the showers gently rain water - no water pressure, doesn't get hot just warm. It took forever to shower! But otherwise great.
E. R.
For this price it's a good hostel. The location is in the centre, 10 minute walk to Glasgow Central station.
The hostel itself is not very comfortable: when you're checking in they give you a number of your room and a letter for your bed, but there was no letters on beds in my room, so I had to search and take a free one. It wasn't very cool, because it was dark and some people were asleep at the moment.
I guess each room has two showers, two bathrooms and a separate room with sinks.
Also, there are lockers in the room for each bed, but you have to rent a lock at the reception or bring your own.
The venue has free Wi-Fi and it works pretty well.
S. L.
Friendly and helpful staff. Yet, it'd be more convenient if some bathroom shelves are added for placing personal bathroom items. And lamentably there's a construction site nearby which may cause some noises early in the morning.
S. M.
Room is clean, nice and modern. Lovely ft. of the new addition of wireless/ plugs & USB charging station by the beds and in communal areas in the bar. Very helpful staff.
A. J.
Visited twice, once recently and once about 4 years back.
Beds are comfy and staff are great, good if you've a small room with friends.
A recent visit wasn't as great as there were some younger adults abusing …

Lovely and well managed place. Came here to stay with my American football team to play the local Scottish team. Very close to the city life, so it is well located. Would love to comeback.

Perfectly fine facilities that work well enough. Beds could be softer... but the prices couldn't be better!

Great prices for a one night stay, i didnt use kitchen facillities so I can't comment on them. But for the price, room and location its ideal.
i. c. (.
Loved staying here cause it is very central and the staffs were very friendly and welcoming and helpful
M. M.
It’s a clean place, a cheap place. I stayed in a double room which had a double bed bunk bed with a single over the top. Shower was within the room but separate from the beds. The sink was in the hallway so someone can brush their teeth whilst another showers. It attracts a young party crowd so don’t expect to get to sleep before 4am with all the noise banging and crashing down the halls and because this place is on 2 main roads the road traffic starts early and Glaswegians seem to love a bean tin exhaust system??!?.... breakfast buffet for a £5 is cheap. Much better value than the 24hr vending machines in the lobby.
H. “. O. R.
Whenever I'm in Glasgow for a gig always stay here as can get relatively cheap hotel.
Always close to where I need to be for the gig.
Although the last time I was here there was a hair on the toilet (at the back of the seat), one inside it and one it the shower (this was before we used any of them).
Other than that, place is normally pretty clean for a hostel hotel. Good for money and close to amenities needed (train station, shops, food) 👍
S. T.
Expensive compared to other hostels I've stayed at in Scotland. There doesn't seem to be much of a social vibe. No kitchen. The rooms and the lounge are nice though. PowerPoints within reach of the top bunks would be nice.
S. M.
Room is clean, nice and modern. Lovely ft. of the new addition of wireless/ plugs & USB charging station by the beds and in communal areas in the bar. Very helpful staff.
E. O.
It has the essentials, it's pretty cheap and well located. The rooms need some upgrades, specifically the toilets and sinks. The bar attached is quite nice though, and you get discount there for staying at the hostel.
i. c.
You get what you pay for. Budget hostel with a nice location. Lack of sockets in my room, lockers down the bunk beds were a bit hard to move. Had leaking ceiling and no hot water in the morning the last time I stayed (Nov 2015). Someone came and fixed it the day I left so it's just my bad luck eh? But for the price, I stay here every time I visit Glasgow for a concert at O2.
A. S.
This hostel was a great experience. The first time I've stayed in a hostel, very clean and nice facilities. All the staff were happy and willing to help as much as possible. Really lovely people. Couldn't of had a better experience.
B. M.
Rooms where very reasonable for the price. The en-suite showers and toilets where an amazing feature compared to other hostels. Location was awesomely central in Glasgow and minutes away from most forms of transport. All in all I would definitely stay again.
C. G.
The best hostel I stayed at in Scotland!
We were a group of four people and booked a four-bed room with private bathroom.
The room and beds were clean. The bathroom was outstanding for a hostel. I liked that the shower and toilet were splitted into two different rooms. That really speeded up the morning routine of our group.
The staff was very helpful and we benefited from the excellent location of the hostel. If you come by car, there's a discounted rate at the nearby Q-Park parking garage.
R. L.
Inexpensive, fairly basic accomodation, within easy walking distance of Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations. There had been a mistake over the date that I had booked for, but they still found me a single room, en suite with a television, which is pretty good for a hostel. You need to bring your own coffee, and the bar doesn't serve tomato juice, but my room was clean, warm and quiet, which is all you need for a one night stopover really.
S. C.
Very friendly staff. Fitted us in at 22:30 and were available for any questions. Towels and linen provided. Showers not fast but were hot. Private room had a TV, not sure about dorms
T. G.
The breakfast is pretty good and you can get meals for good price.
Everyone room has its own common room. That is a pity. You don't get close to other travelers.
And the rooms were really really cold! Think twice before you go there, when it is -5°C outside.
S. D.
the wireless chargers didnt work but there are many sockets in the room, incredibly cheap, and there is a sink in the corridor outside the bathroom. The bar is very comfy too.
A. V.
I've stayed in this hostel on my Glasgow visits for a few years now and if has always been very good for the price.
This time me and my partner got one of the "boom" rooms and we couldn't have been happier with it. The room was clean, warm and spacious, amazing for the price we paid.
Since it is a hostel though, the corridors can get quite noisy and the rooms are nowhere near soundproof. There seems to be some renovation work going on and this affected our stay, and is the main reason for dropping one star off. While the construction noises started around the noon, they went on quite late which annoyed us a bit.
All in all, I would recommend and will be staying there again next time I visit Glasgow.
G.
Great service. Great people, lovely room. Clean room with shower, Wi-Fi through the tv was excellent. Will use every time I'm in Glasgow. They went out of their way to help a dead tired soon-to-be wed couple. The breakfast was great too.
C. C.
On the surface things are fine. But when you stay for a couple of nights you find the issues. 1) no power or bed lights at the bunks. There seem to be spots for lights but they are not finished and don't work. And the plugs are not located by your bunk so you have to plug in and not have access while charging. 3) the common room is FREEZING. And the staff seems very unconcerned. When I said something to them they said "it is very cold in Glasgow" and never even stood up from their seat behind the front counter. Yet the lobby is warm and toasty. 4) someone spilled soda (something sticky) on the floor in the common room. And over 24 hours later it is still there.
And in the rooms everything makes noise. The toilet room doors don't seem to fit quite right so even slipping in to use them in the middle of the night wakes the whole room. And the beds squeak. So since it is a 24 hour hostel and people slip in at all hours, everytime someone comes in everyone is woken up since it is not possible to be quiet, no matter how hard you might try.
As I said, on the surface things seem fine. But when you actually look there are issues. Cleaning and upkeep and the details that make a place somewhere you would recommend to friends or family just are not being done.
Lots of potential. Just needs those details.
m. s.
great place to stay for a few nights. great location right in the city center next to everything you could possibly need. staff very friendly
V. L.
Clean rooms for a cheap price. Very central and only a couple of minutes from the Glasgow train central. The water pressure in the shower is a bit weak, but otherwise it's been great. I even managed to print some papers at the front desk!
R. A. G.
Needing somewhere cheap to stay in Glasgow over the New Year period we decided to throw caution to the wind (ignoring all the grossly exaggerated negative reviews) and picked the cheapest room we could...
We WERE NOT disappointed!
The staff and guests that we met were incredibly friendly. Beyond this we were greeted with a more generous than expected en-suite room - which included a television and a pretty knock-out view! The location is more-or-less unbeatable and the value is CERTAINLY unbeatable.
You could go far worse than staying at this hostel: think retro student halls and you'll be on the right track. Their on-site bar, "Mint & Lime", is a lot nicer than a fair number of Glasgow's bars too.
N. R.
I stay at Euro hostel regularly when staying overnight to attend a gig. It is a great location right next to the shops and bars and a straight walk to the SECC. Great prices and the beds are pretty comfy if you can avoid hitting your head/feet off the metal bunkbed frames. Be aware that depending on the room you book, towels aren't always provided and cost a few pounds to rent. They have vending machines in the lobby 24/7 for late night munchies and a great bar/restaurant during more sociable hours. Have never had a problem and would highly recommend for a cheap place to crash.
G. T.
Lovely stay for a night stop off, friendly staff too 🙂
K. R.
It is inexpensive and convenient. The rooms are always clean and serviced to a high standard. Reservation service is always responsive and accommodating for requests for a high floor or quieter room.
A.
Great if you are backpacker or in need of a room at low cost for the night. For £18 you can stay in the 14 man dorm which comes with a shower room toilet sink areas, bunk beds, lockers. Or £22 for the night, and you can stay in the four man dorm with a wide scree television, toilet and shower room.
r. f.
Stayed here many times. Basic hostel on a large scale. Room was clean as expected.
Great bar (Mint and Lime) attached to the hostel with hot food and snacks available.
5 mins walk from Glasgow Central and just a couple of mins to St Enoch subway station. Perfectly situated to explore Glasgow.
M.
Staff aren't super friendly. Rooms are clean. You can feel the springs in the bed and it's super hot in the room with no air and the window only opens a couple inches. Private rooms have towels and a desk.
L. B.
Couldn't ask for anything more from a hostel! Modern, clean, comfortable, great value and very helpful & friendly staff. Also great for big groups ☺️
A. A.
Great location in city centre. The room was a little bit old but we had bathroom so it want shared by many which resulted in cleaner facilities. Good place for limited budget trips
L. A.
We stayed there for one night and the place wasn't great but ok for the price. It was good to have toilet facilities in the dorm but they were not very clean. The breakfast wasn't special and the whole atmosphere not amazing.
S. D.
You get what you expect from a hostel. It's a shame they stopped including the breakfast in the price of the room, but there are plenty of places nearby to get a cheap breakfast fix if you need it. Don't expect luxury, but it's clean and comfortable and I'd all you want is a place to sleep while you explore or attend an event it's the ideal solution.
J. R.
This hostel is pretty much a hotel. Very well organized and clean with very good single rooms. They have a room where you can lock your bags if you have time after check out to take some walking before leaving
M. T.
it was okay, room was a decent size for the price as was the bathroom, close to a supermarket and a major shopping center, subway and train station, the staff were okay how ever one staff member in particular was very very rude. so did not bother booking a tour through the hotel because she was working everything else was good :)
J. I. L.
Very good location and price. Facilities and cleanliness could be improved though. The room we stayed in was pretty small and the mattress was uncomfortable. The free Wi-Fi didn't work very well, the connection was intermittent.
M. K.
Best Hostel in Glasgow. The service is great, and the beds are always clean and fresh. The morning buffet is great, as I like to take my time in the mornings, and don't have to rush.
I never stay anywhere else when I come to Glasgow.
p. g.
Nice enough place, beds were more than comfortable & some of the rooms were awesome. We were in a large group so had the 8 person room. As we were sharing with friends it was perfect for the stag do.
Z. A.
Hostel is decent for a hostel. The basic wifi is pretty unusable, my edge/2g data worked better than the wifi, so you'll have to spend extra for the premium wifi, which only works for one device at a time. The beds weren't the comfiest I've had but it's hostel and that's expected. Water was confusing to use too, didn't know how to get a mix of hot and cold. The staff let me switch rooms too without bearing too high of an extra which was nice.
t. W.
Had a private suite for 5 of us, bunks are comfy, loads of space, free wi-fi and a living room thing with a smart TV and fridge. Right in the centre of town with cheap good bar and restaurant on the ground floor. For £20 a person it is amazing! Was blown away by it.
J. B.
I have been very well pleased with everyone and everything at Jury's inn. It's like coming home when I am here. the entire staff is wonderful. All my needs are well taken care of. Can not think of a better place to stay.
S. C.
I stayed in a basic private room. VERY BASIC. Bed, desk, hangers, bin, 1 socket. How can you complain though. £20 for a private room, 5 mins walk from Central. Yeh you need to take your on night light but you get a towel! It was nice to have some locals on the desk, although I've had better customer service from a pasty, but I'll put that down to the check in time, 2330hrs. Would probably stay again but hoping friends will move back to Glasgow so I don't have to when I visit. The website is misleading, No TVs, I assume these are in the 'pricey-er' rooms.
M. J.
It was good, but they could clean the room - we found some used tampons in the bathroom's trash bin... So, overall it was not bad, but also not good. Fine place for 1-2 nights stay.
S.
Usually have a good time here. It's location and room price make it perfect for crashing after a gig in the city. This time however had to deal with the most rude and uninterested women I've ever encountered at the front desk who was checking me in. Did not feel welcome on this experience at all. Hopefully it was just a one off though.
K. C.
Great place, great location, great staff who are very friendly, clean rooms with shower toilet en suite very clean kitchen, great breakfast good choice, would highly recommend staying here. Can't believe how reasonable the room price is.
Thank you
H. P. G.
Great location, really close to Glasgow Central and Queen Street stations. All the comfort you can expect for that price. Only two elevators for nine stories is not enough if you are in a hurry.
W. D. T.
Great hotel very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast was amazing. Spotlessly clean.
P. B.
Nice price and fast safe service.
J. R.
Customer service is clearly not a main concern here and making money is the main objective. Fair enough, but when there are dozens of different options for hostels in the area, it makes a difference. The pub is great but the hostel staff and the hostel itself is incredibly underwhelming and disappointing. I will definitely be staying at a different hostel next time I am in Glasgow.
M. D.
Was good if you need a bed to sleep in. Some sheets wern't clean, our keys didn't work at first, but they sorted it out. There was a great big pub for socialising and cheep storage for our luggage
d. c.
Very nice rooms, communal areas worn, kitchen/lounge sparce, 1 mug and 1 glass and cooking equipment very limited. Public areas very worn and felt dirty and uncomfortable
s. s.
The service was awesome.. the staff especially Mathew from the reception desk he went out of hes way to make sure our stay was a memorable one. And also went above and beyond to book us in on hes own accordance when we had not even asked him to.. Hes a creditit to the establishment. He without a dought daily always asked how we were and helped us with all our quieries..And the manager Alan was also nothing but a hard worker and gentlman he also made sure our stay was nothing but the best going out of hes way daily to ask us if we needed anything jusk ask.. And for the hostel it was clean and its facilites were really good the kitchen was nice and big and heaps of cooking areas for many people to share and also tne dining area was massive and has a nice vibe about it..i would highly recomend this place for anyone to stay for a short term or long term.. Very happy and satisfeid customer.. Shane smith and peter harrison.
D. P.
Good price and lovely staff. Lift is a bit doughy but overall well worth the money spent. Highly recomend to any bagpackers as this place will treat you as u are at your own home.

Stayed here a bunch of times whenever we have a night out in Glasgow booked. Always clean. The price you pay is spot on for what you get. Would recommend to anyone.

Stayed at EH for 3 nights! Good location and nearby train and bus station. The bunk beds r not too comfy as they looks very old.
h.
Good value private rooms. I was very positively surprised at how clean and comfortable my room was. I’ve also stayed at a dorm here before and it was nice as well.
V. L.
Cheapest prices we found in Glasgow. Very kind stuff, very good position, nice rooms, bar in the hostel. Not very clean, terrible shower. You got what you pay ;)
O. -.
Clean rooms, friendly and welcoming reception staff. The mattress on the bed is a bit thin, but the room value for money is definitely worth it.
A. A.
I had an overall good stay. This is definitely a "no frills" place. You get a bed, desk, chair, and light switch. No mirrors in the bathroom or shower room. Convenient location for walking around Glasgow.
I. T.
Well for the price you must not expect something wow hahah the place is alright if you're lucky enough NOT to get with 2 snoring guys and stinky feets hahah paid 20 GBP for a night in which I managed to sleep 1 and a half hours hahahah good luck!
E. G.
Private double room was clean & comfy with everything you needed for a short stay. Helpful staff & a good breakfast. Would definatley stay again.
J. R. (.
Fair prices, good enough rooms for a short stay. Staff might be a bit cold, but they're efficient. Their "boom rooms" are worth the price, with newer, more confortable installations.
M. R.
Cheap cheerful and a cool little bar inside that doubles up as a breakfast space ! Also has a communal area upstairs just for guests! Vending machines throughout. Great location also..
M. D.
Good central location very close to central station. Basic rooms but expected for the price. Good, helpful service. Breakfast buffet included in the price was plentiful with both hot and cold options.
Δ. Σ.
It had really comfortable beds and despite my fear of the cold of Scotland the temperature was really high .if yoh dont mind living with many people that's the best and cheapest choice. Plus the hostel is close to everything from sightseeing to supermarkets to movie theaters ...
J. A. S.
Close to the city, which was very nice. Nice view from the top floor window. Large 4-bed rooms with private bath and shower. Staff not that helpful. Lounge and kitchen not particularly impressive.
M. S.
Excellent location, comfortable rooms, kitchen could be cleaner, but all in all very good hostel, I recommend it. Staff is very nice.

Decent hostel, all fine and in order! A cool bar downstairs to hang out also :)

This hotel is good value for money. The room is not very big but complete. I liked it, this was a highly recommended one. Very clean.
R. M.
Cheap and cheerful, you'll want to use the provided lockers.
Beds aren't all that comfy but as a hostel experience it's not bad plus there's a bar downstairs.

Gave it 5 stars because of Staff. Comfortable enough place with all you need. Restaurant and bar and drinks food if required. Handy and resonable priced place for seeing heart of Glasgow. Luggage storage free..

Decent Hostel. Very clean and cheap bar downstairs. Ended up booking and extra night and they gave me a 4 bed room to myself. V happy!

Room was superb value for money on short notice but heating would've been nice. Breakfast was good, bed was comfortable, room was more than enough! I'll be back :)
D. M.
Rooms were clean with all amenities provided and service was great. The only negative was that the room has a slight sweaty aroma but expected for a hostel
Q. C.
The wifi is fast. The room size is acceptable. The location is close to convinent stores, restaurants and subway station. The check-in was straight forward and fast. There is no electric kettle.
J. S.
Very nice place to stay in. Only problem we really had was that the beds felt like they were very old. Felt like we were falling into them and made for a restless sleep. Otherwise everything else was great!
M. S.
Sad that the kitchen was so poorly equipped and a few comfy chairs around the lounge would have been very welcome. The bedroom and general areas were spotlessly clean.

If you are looking to party, this is the hostel for you. There is everything you might need here, including a welll srocked bar that serves pizza too. The only drawback was, the kitchen had only 1 fridge and 1 kitchen for 9 floors of guests.
P. R.
Cheap hotel located in the very center of Glasgow. If you come by car, you will have to find a parking space a few blocks from the hotel, and you can find free parking if you don't mind a ~25 min walk. There are pubs with live music very close to the hotel, so don't expect to get any sleep before 22:30, even on weekdays.
J. E.
Not bad for a low budget sort of place. The beds are comfy enough and the breakfast was decent. Plus the location is very central. Recommended.
H. L.
Location is great. Right downtown, center of the city. Price is good. Rooms are clean and the bar on the main floor is reasonably priced. All in all, not sad about it.
d.
Really good value. Excellent location, decent kitchen/lounge/bar. Rooms not too bad and staff friendly and helpful
S. M.
Second time staying here and honestly can't wait to come back again. Couldn't believe how cheap it is but how expensive it feels. Such a great place! Building is situated in the perfect place for Glasgow!
M.
Nice location, Great bar, helpful staff every shift, but ..the rooms! Need an upgrade! They are really cold and not cosy at all!
J. H.
1 minute walk from the station which was perfect. The room (4 bed private) was decent enough, especially for the price. Check in and out was very fast and the staff were friendly.
E. A.
It was a very calm room, I shared it with other three girls and we have the toilet inside our room. Moroever, the bunks are very comfortable, you can sit down in them whitout hitting your head xD
C. A.
Really good value and close to the Glasgow city centre. The room was decent. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Ideal for a short stay in the city.
M. O.
Safe stay with reasonable price. In the heart of city. I highly recommend this hostel for solo travellers and backpackers. Dormitories were neat and tidy.
L. N.
One of the best hostels in Glasgow clean room staff r amazing highly recommended
N. C.
Very modern hostel. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. Great location! The adjoining bar and staff there were great too.
R. W. (.
Good service, make sure you bring a padlock for lockers if you are staying in a dorm. 24 hour reception. Reasonably cheap, clean and good quality.
C. M.
Great budget accommodation in Central. Glasgow, has different rates for different rooms ranging from budget to luxury, on site bar with drink promotions and sky sports, breakfast available for an extra £5 per person,
S. Y.
Great location, friendly staff and very clean rooms. Felt very secure. Can't wait to return on my next visit to Glasgow.
S. !.
Basic and cheap, which is the basis for any decent backpackers hostel. Bed was seriously uncomfortable and cooked breakfast disgusting, but that aside it did the good satisfactorily.
D. C.
Great price, close to everything, private rooms are clean and have all you need, only complaint is the terrible water pressure for showering (at least on the 9th floor where we were). All in all, I'd recommend.
K. W.
I have stayed here numerous times and every time its been excellent from the room to the staff,The breakfast is first class and meals in the Mint and Lime are so inexpensive.
D. S.
The hostel was in a great location. The room gave you access to a private shower and batheoom. Drinks at the hostel bar were well priced too.
C. Y.
Very good location and price, they have ensuit toilet and shower room. Confortable bed, it is a bit noise outside, on the street. Would recommend friend to stay there of they look for hostel
E. K.
My room was being decorated when I checked in. Despite that, it's well presented and convenient, and wouldn't be disappointing at twice the price. Staff were friendly and helpful.
K. D.
Inexpensive way to spend the night in Glasgow. Can be a bit noisy as there are loads of people in the building, but it's okay. Breakfast buffet is cheap but well-stocked (Full Scottish).
m. s.
Great place to stay. The do7ble private rooms are spacious enough that you don't step on each other's toes although it's one double bed not two single beds
J. R.
Didn't feel clean (by flexible standards), low water pressure, basic hostel amenities absent. That said, decent value and great location
W. E.
Clean room, decent bed. Windows and walls aren't very sound proof, so better hope your neighbour doesn't snore.
S. I.
The Hostel has nice rooms and also community rooms on certain floors. There is a bar that serves food for reasonable prices at the ground level.
d. m.
Was put in here by my company whilst working in Glasgow, great location and everything you need for a decent nights sleep
D. A.
Really close to the city centre, easy to find, rooms are somewhat clean and it's a very good value for the money. If only they would change the mattresses...
J. K.
Clean, efficent and has all needs for a plessant stay
R. W.
2 man shared room for a belting price - facilities all in check, only downside was the shower takes a few moments to warm up
A. B.
Cheap room for the 3 of us, £20 each. Rooms were decent for a hostel, smart TV, bunks, but beds were uncomfortable and windows were locked shut which was uncomfortable for a room.
A. B.
Had great stay.
Very cheap for two people for four nights
Room was clean and beds where cumffy too.
Will definitely be back.
A. v. B.
Great hostel. Nice and clean rooms. USB docking stations for your phone on every bed! super handy!
nice personel
C. B.
Phenomenal location - right in the heart of the city, walking distance from everywhere we needed to go. Clean room with clean sheets, towels and at a reasonable price - can't complain!
W. T. s.
Just a cheap place to stay, but things usually broken eg the shower door is broken/the shower is not having enough water pressure.
Usually one of the two shower in the 14p room is not functioning
M. W.
Generally good, very low price at the centre of Glasgow. The only thing not so good is that the sheet on bed is a little bit dirty.
K. G.
We stayed in a double room. The room was ok, as was the bathroom. The Staff was fast and the Check-In went smoothly. It is what you expect a Hostel to be.
W. e.
Best hostel I've stayed in so far - got a private double bed room and it was essentially a small hotel room. Only thing missing was the kettle!
L. A.
Would have given it 5 stars but room didn't have enough outlets for 4 people!!! Other than that it's nice, clean, and so cheap!
M. G.
Stayed in the hostel the night before a family wedding it was a really goodnight in the bar with large screen TVs with football on HEAVEN , My room was in shared firm it was pleasant fir the great price .
M. Z.
Rooms very good, only real problems are breakfast overcrowded in the morning and only two lifts are not enough and also very slow. Currently undergoing construction/rénovation but did not affect stay
A. S.
Good price. Great Location. Close to bus station and train station. Only concern was vegetarians don't have much option in their buffet breakfast.
L. S.
Hostel was ok. The staff was kind and ok.
Bed is very bad. Our mattress was like a trampoline. Rooms are noisy.
Very cheap.
D. H.
Not bad accommodation. Staff are nice, It's cheap and it's in the middle if the city centre. What more could you want?
R. V.
Good price for an honest place to stay, very central and close to pretry much everything in the city. It wasn't very clean in our room though.
P. H.
I traveled from Australia for my 70th Birthday .. started in Edinburgh .. after a great tour of the Highlands and Skye , we checked into to the Euro Hostel .. excellent , great location , large dining room with free breakfast .. Free Wi Fi .. cheap parking for the hire car a block behind the hostel .. great bar staff !! oh ..and an lift for the old or lazy ones !!! lol
S. S.

V. L.

L. T.
Cheap and cheerful, good cheap food hot and cold, good location of Glasgow Centre, Happy helpul staff
S. K.
Great location close to everything by St Enoch, buchannan st and argyll st. Rooms are well maintained. Only downfall is it's loud. Thin walls.
B. M.
Good place to stay been twice going back this week good price on food and all you can eat breakfast £5:00.
L. T.
Too quiet for a younger group but good if your looking for somewhere quite. Pool table was good kept us entertained for a while
P. G.
Convenient and clean. Room was very warm with no way of opening windows beyond a small amount! Good value though.
M. J.
Ok for the night if on a budget. It's clean and tidy but on carpets so floors are cold
K. S.
One of the better hostels I slept at during my trip in Scotland. My only problem was that the window only opened 5-10 cm.
K. B.
You get what you pay for. Decent location. Rooms were okay. I'd stay here again if returning for a night out.
D. W.
Great location, rooms simple but great for the group of us. Clean and easy to get checked in and out.
E. R.
Absolutely brilliant ! Spacious, well kept and when we had an issue , it was sorted within hours. Lovely staff, lovely place and really fun weekend, thank you !
O. P.
Reception staff was helpful. Ensuite bathroom was great. Wifi was working. Otherwise normal hostel.
M. O.
Modern rooms with charging ports for phones and a socket for anything else on each bed, clean showers and toilets, decent bar, great hostel.
P. B.
Great place to stay for a couple of days. The hostel is in a good location. I stayed in a private room and it was clean.
P. M.
Perfectly fine facilities that work well enough. Beds could be softer... but the prices couldn't be better!
R. L.
Friendly staff and good environment. Good for reasonable priced food and drink. Or catch a game of football. Good rates for rooms and clean.
C. C.
It was really clean and the front desk handled our group with class and rapidly. Only problem was the elevator being out of order
J. K.
Easygoing, in the centre, affordable prices. Hostel bar is great.
P.S: No toilet brush in the room :)))
G. L.
Easy to book and nice, clean rooms
S. G.
The EuroHostel is good for what you pay. Nice clean room in the city centre. Will stay again.

It's a nice place to stay. Weekends aren't the best, can be very noisy
A. H.
Good hostel in Glasgow:
+facilities ensuite
+modern facilities

-bag storage fee
-a little noisy (construction site/inner city)
+++ location

I went to this hostel from St Enoch Hotel to do laundry and I wish I booked here instead. Very clean and very friendly staff, and their storage locker for those arriving before check-in actually locked.
S. G.
Very professional staff. And clean rooms. Stayed in a 14 bed dorm. Absolutely no noise or clamour from fellow roommates
A. F. C. N.
The best team, lovely service.
100% recommend.
J. K.
Clean and quiet. Really like the private rooms with private bathrooms. Would recommend to any travelers to Glasgow
S. G.
Cheap, neat and clean rooms. Hostel has a nice bar and unlimited £5 breakfast.
L. F.
Did the trick as a home based while in Scotland. The auto lights in the room were interesting as they shut off at inconvenient times but overall decent accommodation.
J. B.
Nice Hostel, the renovated rooms are absolutly prefereble. Very nice prices in the bar/restaurant
L. B.
Great service with nice staff - no problems at all and were happy to help. In a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants around, and only about a mile from Glasgow Green.
J. Y. (.
A nice view from our bedroom on the 6th floor over the river.
Friendly enough staff behind the counter and checked in smoothly
L. S.
A great hostel, I stayed in the 14 female dorm, the duvets are extra warm and the staff were super friendly and helpful
i. w.
Good cheap hostel
J. C.
Kitchen space quite busy since the floor 1 kitchen is shared by 6 floors of guests. Cheap for the centre of Glasgow. Large room sizes.
J. A.
Decent hostel, all fine and in order! A cool bar downstairs to hang out also :)
M. V.
Nice people, a bit small bathroom but overall good. Situated in a central nice area.
S. M.

J. Z.
Great place. Great price. Great location. Staff quite friendly. Great bar with food.
I'd say the best of all is the location and price.
N. A. G.
Hostel with great prices for Glasgow.
Very well located, close to the train station and with lots of restaurants, cafes, supermarket nearby.
C. H.
No frills hostel in Glasgow. Book on third party websites since it might be cheaper there. Otherwise it's a hostel. So I don't expect that much
E. K.
Great location and a comfortable room, breakfast is provided for 5 pounds.
A. W.
Decent rooms, easy access to a bar and a location dead center of Glassgow while still being very affordable.
c. s.

Quick check in, room small and not sparkly clean but I would not expect anything else for that price.
