The staff on reception were friendly and helpful.
The room was clean. The only thing I noticed was the shower head needed a clean. But the rest of the room was great.
The bed was super comfy. Had a great nights sleep.
D. E.Really smart Premier Inn. Built on a hill so expect a slope down from the car park at the rear to reception. Usual quality level on facilities in the room. We had been given an accessible room due to other double rooms booked. Not needing an accessible room, the room offered some challenges, the hanging rail was too low to hang a dress, there were no shelves or drawers for any storage and the bed was lower…all good features if needed.
Hotel associated with Burnbrae pub. Food was so good we went back for second night of dining. Highly recommended.
K. D.We didn’t stay but had a meal with family (a large party) on 7 August. I wish to leave comment that the welcoming was lovely but my main credit has to go to the server. She was absolutely so attentive to everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. I’m certain she slept well that night! Thank you. Also I should add that the food was ‘fantastic’ also. Thank you everyone for a superb visit

M. T.I would like to personally thank you, all the staff for being fantastic we all really appreciated it. We stayed there on Monday 26th July to Wednesday 28th July we were a wedding party including the bride and groom.
Ester the manager was very helpful when I phoned and explained that the rooms were part of a wedding party and if we could have our rooms near each, which was accomadated. Nothing was to much trouble for the staff even when a few of them party got locked out their room. They were even more than glad to assist myself help my beautiful daughter the bride leave the Inn to meet her dad who was standing waiting outside for her. The rooms were very clean and comfortable as well and had everything we needed. Thanks again Ester and your lovely staff. If needed we will Return

J. G.I’m a fan of premier inn (when you get it the room for a good price). Two night at short notice for under £60 a night so happy with that. As always the bed was comfortable, good shower and full range of tv channels. Car park was a good size and the restaurant / bar next door was fine and nearby retail park was handy.

This hotel is DIRECTLY under Glasgow airports flight path and they get pretty close to the hotel. Bonus as we plane spot.

T. S.The one good point about any Premier inn is they all run in the same way, what makes this one, is the pub and restaurant two minutes walk from the rooms to the end of the car park. Great food and nice staff always give you a warm welcome, prices also very fair, but that's what you would expect from the wonderful Scottish people. Others in the area but we like this one better.

Burnbrea Inn (attached) Shame the chef can't count... menu shows 2x bacon sausage and hash browns but only one of each served up. Nice staff and good selection of Scottish brewed real ales if a tendency towards "craft" ales as if older brewers never had a clue!

R. U.Usual high standard. Not as quiet as some. Creaky floors but plenty of parking. Can be abit tricky in snowy weather as the hotel is situated on a hill. Skipped breakfast and went across the road to the Waitrose cafe. Breakfast is too expensive now. Used to be good value. Mcdonalds is next door for a cheaper option.

S. D.Stayed here for two days. Rooms well lit, lovely soft bed and the facilities( beverages, tv and toiletries) were 1st class.
Could do with a good skirmish outside as there is quite a bit of litter blowing around. Minor complaint and easily fixed!
C. H.I was surprised at the comfort of this stay. Large room with a bathroom. Quick access to the main routes to both Glasgow and Loch Lomond. Plenty of food places close by and cheap fuel available along the way. Glasgow Anniesland shops just a few miles away a d railway stations and buses close by too. I would book a room at this hotel again.

But it's the Burnbrae restaurant that draws me.
Excellent good quality home cooked bar food, that shames many food chains or upmarket hotels, and friendly accommodating staff.
The pub/restaurant is welcoming and accommodating even on a busy steak night.
Kellie, who served us , even when alterations made to a set menu, could not have helped more.
Not usherd or rushed from table once cutlery rested, which was a welcoming change compared to most corporate restaurants allowed to relax and talk to friends/colleagues.
Have and will continue to book here(8years) for business and pleasure if North of Glasgow.

S.There are 2 premier Inns within minutes of each other one is this one Bearsden beside the Burnbrae the other is Milngavie beside the west Highland gate.hope this helps😀if your sat nav have tells you to turn left at the roundabout but you've seen a premier Inn to your right turn left the other one is on the right bout 100yds next to McDonalds
G. S.Without question THE quietest premier inn I've ever stopped at and I've stopped in A LOT!
Set back from the main road and with The Burnbrae Eating Inn in front of it helps the hotel with road noise.
The one thing you want from a hotel after a hard days work is peace and quiet and this place has it in spades.
Rooms are the standard newer type with 40" flat screen, multi AV input socket, bedside plug socket for phones etc (always a winner with me), shower/bath, fold out second bed/chaise longue and large desk area.
Oh and peace and quiet. Did I mention that.
Without question the best stay I've EVER had in a premier inn.
