The place is great if you are attending a concert or event. You can walk to city centre about 1.5 miles. 1 set of elevators makes for fun when coming home after a concert. Take the stairs to the 3rd floor to get in those steps. Prices are climbing even though they don't service your room any longer. The staff are friendly but I wish the costa opened earlier on the weekend.

Brilliant location for the Hydro, excellent staff in particular Michelle who is the most bubbly, helpful , funny person who goes out of her way to help.....nothing is too much trouble for her. The hotel is comfortable with Hypnos mattresses on the beds and kept it's " quiet night" promise with no rowdiness in the premises at all. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!!
K. J.
Very clean and tidy and reception staff were very friendly anf efficient. We stayed in a premium room and it was certainly worth the upgrade. So convenient for the Hydro. Will definitely return.
L. J.
Stayed in Premier plus room. Spotlessly clean and great amenities. Nice staff and as it was NYE we went onto the Bells Bridge to watch the fireworks at midnight. Slept soundly and breakfast was good.. Except the fried eggs were very undercooked but everything else was good. I would defo recommend and we will stay here again.

Great hotel in an ideal location for anything on at the Hydro, SECC or the Armadillo.
The Science Centre is a short walk away and the Riverside Museum and the Tall Ship are doon the watter a wee bit,you can't miss them.
The room was spotless, and the bed was a welcome sight after dancing the night away at the Texas gig across the water in the Hydro.
The staff were all so nice and very helpful.
We booked in for bed and breakfast,
and everything was just great.
We will definitely stay again.

The hotel sits right near the heart of Glasgow, with all the grand city museums, theatres, and events halls this makes the hotel a fabulous overnight pit stop or a few nights to explore the city.
The staff are extremely friendly and good security to stop unwelcome guests entering the hotels upper floors.
The rooms are air conditioned and can be heated at the touch of a button. The purple neon lights are also a great feature to have too.
Personally if I could I would love to have stayed longer!
Only one negative is the car park, please BEWARE, huge signs say “pay here on arrival” but very tiny sign behind machine says hotel guests pay inside. Lost £10 to the car park, when it should of been £4! If your stopping here don’t get conned by the poor car park signage.
I. L.
Stayed in the Premier Inn Plus rooms, nice and clean, quiet too.
The windows are small and strangely placed, not a problem just a curiosity!
C. M.
Great location for the Ovo Hydro, just over the bridge from the main entrance, will definitely stay again if/when going for gigs. Hotel was great, clean and quiet.
A. Z.
Incredibly lovely staff, facilities, restaurants and bar. Top notch service and everything is on point.
P.S. To the the woman, who asked me to step out of the lift going to the 5th floor on a night between 13th and 14th of Feb: you are a self-entitled cow and need to watch your tone.
R. B.
Lovely hotel in a great location. Stayed here on many occasions. Had the meal deal for but this time the evening meal was good but they didn't have several options on the menu. The hotel was jot busy either. Really disappointed with this. They should not charge the full price if 3/4 of the menu is missing. Would stay again though so wouldn't put me off.
L. D.
Bad check in due to unforeseen delays to the rooms being ready but the staff did everything to make it right. Cant fault the staff. Lovely rooms and really nice place to stay! Very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.
S. M.
I found all the staff absolutely brilliant, but especially the receptionist who just couldn't have done any more to improve my stay. I had a beautiful view over to the SECC with lovely green lighting reflecting on the river. When they realised I was attending a hospital procedure they went to great lengths to ensure that I was ok and wouldn't be disturbed unless there was any hotel emergency.. 5 stars for the service throughout, thank you!!!
L. I.
Super hotel, with friendly helpful staff, who went above and beyond as nothing was too much trouble. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and breakfast, although at the moment was table service, was still their super breakfast, plentiful and as much as you need!! It's in an ideal central location, with parking at just a small charge, so our car never left the car park & we just walked around everywhere! Will definitely go back again.... Well done premier inn👏👏 your staff here are a credit to you!
N. J.
Nice hotel to stay in for a night or two and the breakfast is good. The quality of the room was okay the beds were nice but a bit cramped and the wall paint was coming off. The bathroom as a whole was pleasant and there was nothing really to complain about except for the soap dispenser.
O. A.
The staff and service was excellent and the food was wonderful. But the rooms are out
Dated TV to change the channel up and down button lol.
J. P.
All staff that we met were lovely and the Manager Derek.....what an accomodating young fella. Fantastic at his job.
Well done all. Will definitely be there again 😉😉
L. H.
Comfortable rooms, and excellent service, tasty breakfast of both unlimited continental and cooked selections. My keycard failed twice when I arrived, but the manager helped me the third time and got it working for me.
Comfy bed, lovely staff, nice food
C. B.
You know what you’re getting with Premier Inn however I was disappointed to arrive after a long day to be told I need to pay to park. Simply put I am now back in Glasgow for a 6 night stay and have booked the hotel over the road because you don’t need to pay.
S. S.
Always comfortable and we'll priced. Good breakfast and this particular one is in a great location on the river bank. Easy to find and with good parking
B. J.
Can't fault it. Perfectly clean, perfectly spacious, friendly staff, plenty parking.
It didn't get 5 stars because the breakfast was just 'okay' and the breakfast staff were 'meh'.
G.
As always great beds, sadly the food leaves a lot to be desired, the menus in the room, show an array of lovely food, sadly that's not what is on offer in the restaurant, again a reduced menu still, plus what was actually served was, let's say below par.
P. S.
hello there I just wanted to say I had an fantastic experience at the hotel absolutely brilliant rooms clean and fresh the only thing I would say about it is that the room at night is hot the air con is not cold enough but apart from that couldn't fault one thing will definitely be back
thanks guys 😃😃😃
G. G.
Once again fantastic stay, have stayed here on numerous occasions and room and service is always spot on, Michelle at reception is a wee star so kind and helpful, only place we stay when coming to Glasgow.
l. m.
Ideal for our stay after panto. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff pleasant as always.
B. C.
Nice hotel, Shame the parking is now 'pay up or we'll fine you' and can't be added to your booking.
c. r.
had a 2 night stay and on the first night we had a lovely girl serve us at the bar lauren. she was so polite and lovely to talk to her service was outstanding !
S. H.
Good location, easy to walk to exhibition station for getting into city too. Best advice - pay for parking INSIDE hotel, not at machine outside like muggins did!
J. D.
Walked in off street for quick pint before concert. What a crackin place to sit and watch the world go by.
A. S.
Stayed three nights, very helpful staff, ample parking and a reasonable charge. Room sizes were also reasonable and standard was met.
L. M.
Nikki does amazing lashes and brows, she is super friendly and lovely to chat to, I'd recommend - always fab!
T. N. I. E.
Excellent hotel- very clean, comfortable and welcoming, in an attractive location with lovely views of the Clyde and Glasgow. From the top floor, you can see a good chunk of the city, including both Celtic Park and Ibrox!(note, I have absolutely no interest in Scottish football whatsoever).
The Glasgow Science Centre, Glasgow Tower and the SSE Hydro are within walking distance, along with the headquarters of both STV and BBC Scotland.
Rooms are extremely comfortable, and the staff were very helpful and hospitable.
The restaurant is of a high quality, with the food being of excellent standard. You can get an unlimited full breakfast for a reasonable price, and there is even a Costa on site which makes it even better(despite it being closed when I stayed, I will go there if I stay again in the future).
With an excellent location, good transport links and many places of interest within walking distance, coupled with Premier Inn's excellent quality of service, this is definitely a must for anyone wishing to visit Scotland's largest city.
S. M.
The room was perfect.
Disappointed with the meal choice, as not made aware until check in that there was a limited menu, mostly burgers. When it did arrive it was luke warm, service was very slow, staff were polite, not the usual standard of the Premier inn we have experienced in the past.
Did not complain at the time as it took a long time from ordering to get the meal the first time.
V. J.
As always very clean and immaculate rooms and comfortable beds. Staff friendly. The restaurant was closed and the reason wasn't given to us, this was a nuisance as there isn't really anywhere else to eat in the area, but I expect Covid related. Hotel location right on the river (south side) and next to BBC Scotland and the science centre and there's a pedestrian footbridge across the Clyde just by the hotel.
M. M.
Second stay at pacific quays, the view from our room overlooked the River
Clyde, the view is amazing specially at night. Michelle our check in front desk was very welcoming cheerful and very pleasent. We are very impressed .
C. M.
It is what you expect from a Premier Inn although it is advertised as 'New Rooms'. The hotel is still quite new but it has seen a lot of traffic so I think they can drop the 'new' label now. Carpet had a few stains, some mold in the shower room (I don't think the extractor fan was working). Some marks on the walls. Not bad, I don't mean to condemn the place - but not great either . The view of the Bells Bridge and Clyde was really nice. I would stay again. Had a meal and it was ok too.
M. S.
Given the price, a pleasant stay. Comfortable, large rooms. I imagine some are overlooking the river (ours wasn't but not a problem). Staff and cleaners were friendly. Plenty of parking onsite at a fair price given location to city centre. Nearby bike services for getting round the city.
R. D.
Clean, good location, quiet for where it is. Room stuffy, can't get ventilation below 19c which is far too warm for us, and windows sealed solid (for our comfort apparently). Duvet like a flak jacket maybe OK in January, not in May. Only 2 sachets of coffee in the room for two people for two nights, not ideal when breakfast is optional.
S. W.
Didn't have Guinness which was a bummer. Otherwise a good stay.
J. H.
Stayed for 5 nights. Excellent, comfortable room and good cooked breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful. Covoid restrictions are still in place in Scotland and there was a one-way system in the hotel to help with social distancing.
The hotel is situated on the bank of the Clyde, convenient for the Science Centre and PS Waverley
L. P.
Meet and Greet at reception from Michelle was warm and welcoming, Michelle sorted out our meal deals and booked restaurant for dinner and breakfast.Rooms are spotless, staff are friendly and helpful nothing is a bother. Covid rules being followed plenty hand sanitisers etc. I felt very comfortable during my three night stay, would highly recommend.
i. a.
Budget hotel, great location, really handy for any concerts, what’s not too love
S. B.
Quality as expected although room looked a bit tired and bed not quite as comfortable as usual. Staff excellent.
S. N.
Absolutely loved it staff went over and beyond helping you 5 star quality of service booking in staff were amazing thank you x
L. M.
At this time of year it would have been lovely if the heating was on in the room when we arrived. Stil freezing going to bed
R. R.
Friendly staff, reasonable rate for parking and in a convenient location. Room was clean.
M. G.
They say "you know what you'll get" with Premier Inn, but from visiting dozens, three things vary: the people, the parking and the mushrooms! The mushrooms were the rubbish slices tinned ones, but the people were lovely and very hard working and the parking was unusually straightforward to do. Four quid for 24 hours.... Machine in reception.
W.
Ideal place to stay if your going to a concert venue is 5mins from hotel
M. T.
Overall great stay. Bed was extremely comfy, room was very quiet, room and bathroom are very spacious. “Ultimate” WiFi was pretty fast and worth the £5. Check-in was quick. Climate control is in the room so you can set your own temp. Beautiful view if you’re facing the river. Such great value for money!!
Only reason for 4 stars is the mold in the bathroom.
r.
Very handy for gigs at the SECC and Helen on reception was helpful beyond the call of duty for us.
P.
Love this Premier Inn for gig nights at Hydro SECC and Armadillo, also handy if you want to visit the city but stay away from the centre but be close enough to walk into it ..... especially if you get a room with a view on the riverside. Good food and handy bar for post gig drinks.
G. T.
Free WiFi is way too slow (0.99mbps). Good WiFi really should be standard nowadays. Just designed to make u pay for faster speeds if you want to stream etc, but if all you need is general web browsing then you have to sit waiting for pages to load. Everything else was perfect
k. d.
Very handy for the hydro.
Lovely staff just a few blips with emails and the room
H. H.
Lovely rooms, very helpful staff, breakfast good but a bit cold
D. T.
It's ideal hotel for visiting city,20 min walk, going to gigs, across the bridge or even other venues. Some maintenance issues, but overall its a great place £4 per 24 hrs ideal
J. M.
set in an amazing part of glasgow, fantastic views,Rooms were very clean, comfy bed, clean powerfull shower, great food and the parking was very cheep. The food was nice aswell,a massive thanks to Lauren, very helpful young lady, credit to the team.
A. S.
Excellent. Staff were very helpful, the room was clean, shower was good and the bed was very comfortable
V. M.
Great hotel and location perfect for the concert. Photo is view from hotel room.
P. A.
The restaurant wasn't open but they did a cracking takeaway. You could take back to room, eat in the bar (which we did) or I suppose you could have used the tables outside (bit nippy) (but your supposed to be a bit harder when you're in Glasgow eh)
Friendly desk staff, everything extremely clean, lovely ambience around the place, nice.
B. W.
Clean modern building very close to guided busway.
K. L.
Wawa good hotel, clean plenty of room, staff really friendly, breakfast is nice to great value for money. Only thing I would say is in the bath there should be a mat I slipped while trying to get the shower on, legs got quite a bruise
L. M.
Great location right on the Clyde. Room clean. Good quality bath towels. Friendly staff. Been 3 times and will return.
m. s.
We stayed in room 452 it was very clean check in by Holly was perfect she was pleasant and friendly nothing was too much trouble thank you for making our stay pleasant l have given Holly 5 stars on trip advisor its having staff like her that makes a stay enjoyable she displayed good communication skills and customer service skills so well done. An asset to the team.o
S. M.
Very impressive. Great views across the Clyde. Many nearby buildings lit up at night. Great paths for walking, running or cycling along the Clyde. Stones throw from SSE.
S. G.
Decent hotel but couldn't see anything that day from the fog lol
R. D.
Quite good but they can't even be bothered putting the salt and pepper out on the tables for Breakfast.
P. S.
Excellent place to stop and highly recommend the restaurant. Great service Nd the fish and chips are excellent 👌
G. H.
Great place to stay. Clean rooms. Great food and drink and friendly staff
S. S.
Good accommodation and sensibly priced. Staff at reception could be more friendly to customers. Rooms are very comfortable and clean
E. S.
Great PI hotel, handy for concerts, cheap parking four pounds twenty four hours
C. C.
Starting to look a little tired but staff and food still of a very high standard
w. v.
Great location lovely clean rooms friendly staff.
V. A.
Good clean hotel, as always with Premier Inn. Close to Secc which is great.
L. H.
Excellent service and friendly staff, just what I ordered x
J. T.
I have stayed here while working in the city for 2 weeks and I always get a warm and friendly welcome from the lovely Michelle. If Premier Inns don't know about his woman then they should, she is a absolute credit to the company. She makes me and I'm sure everyone welcome. She's an absolute star.
P. W.
Great digs! Great food in the restaurant, Staff super helpful and rooms were clean, comfy, quite, with functional aircon
C. S.
Stayed here on Boxing Day night with a group of friends on our way to Skye.
Excellent stay. Clean room. Great evening meal in the restaraunt.
Ample buffet cooked breakfast in the morning.
Just make sure you pay for your parking at the machine in the hotel lobby & not the machine outside.
J. W. M.
Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Only a couple of things let it down. E.g. if you need a card to use the lifts, please give one for each guest. Don't really want to sit in the dark whilst my husband has a cigarette. Had nicer breakfasts in other Premier Inns.
H. M.
Lovely stay at this premier inn, clean and social distancing very good, great car park at reasonable rates compaired to many in Glasgow will definitley be boking again
P. M.
Staff are friendly and helpful. The heating in the room worked nicely when it was -10 outside. It's also nice to be able to walk along the river at the rear of the hotel.
G. T.
Best part is shower is warm. Quay side is beautiful. Should improve Wi-Fi system and add varieties in menu.
A. A.
Great staff. Very helpful and friendly. The view from the 5th floor overlooking the river is amazing to see. The only disappointing feature is the car parking is paid separately
C. S.
Until my last visit, this particular Premier Inn's main feature was how unremarkable it was. A comfortable room paired with very average food is par for the course. However last time my experience was a little different, I arrived to my room to find that someone had emptied the contents of an ashtray down my toilet. This had been there for some time as it was fused to the porcelain at the sub-atomic level. Not great, I mentioned it and they sorted it out the next day.
The second night there was a pack of teenage girls in the room above me who were either doing some major structural remodelling of their room, or were just jumping up and down. I unwisely decided to walk upstairs to investigate and found them running through the corridors, into each others rooms, slamming doors as they went. As I entered the corridor I achieved the element of surprise, and several pairs of eyes turned to meet mine. Slightly taken aback I decided to go with 'Excuse me, can you shut up?' and quickly retreated to my room. This had no affect, and I reported my findings to the front desk who promised to fix the issue, but the noise continued to about 1am.
James Blunt was playing a gig locally, but I can not believe he has any teenage fans.
c. p.
Just have always found their pricing very misleading. Plus they tried to charge me £8 for breakfast because I asked for a glass of water whilst my child had her £7 warm yoghurt and organe juice.
R. S.
Good location for SSE. Hotel was full so huge queue for breakfast which was buffet style but it took so long for them to bring each item out people had to wait to get a full breakfast which by the time you got back to your table was mostly lukewarm. Our door didn't lock properly so a temporary fix was done which didn't provide much security and also some trouble broke out in opposite room on Saturday night which hotel staff were able to deal with fairly quickly.
K.
Bar closed at 11 and there was no food facilities but other than that we had a lovely stay.
W. M.
Room was excellent. It was clean and the bathroom was immaculate. The room was very quiet. The restaurant served meals of a very high standard. The buffet breakfast in the morning was also well provisioned and quantities were plentiful. Very happy with my stay, definitely would use the Premier Inn again.
j. h.
Good hotel staffnice great for hydro
A. C.
Good value. Cheap for the location. Rooms are modern and clean but a bit cramped. The breakfast service wasn't great but I think that's just due to the COVID pandemic - used to be self service so staff not used to doing table service.
D. T.
Another excellent Premier Inn. Rooms are exactly as you expect. Clean, well maintained, and spacious. Staff are excellent. Very friendly and always willing to go the extra mile without ever getting asked. This extends to everybody we encountered. Front desk, bar staff, as well as restaurant. Location is ideal for conferences/concerts/etc. Pretty views from some of the rooms which overlook the river. Stayed here many times and will continue to do so.
A. J. C. T. (. F.
Great Location. Good staff and service. Only gripe is car park charging introduced last year. Operated by 3rd party although payment point inside hotel for residents. Does not seem to be able to recognise when already paid and parked and seeking to extend.
A. S.
The hotel was nice and clean, food was not great.
Breakfast is an ordeal.
Some staff especially the managers were extremely rude.
There was a function nearby so we could not get any service.
Myself and 4 others had stayed this week in this hotel. we could not get food or drink at the bar because of the hundreds of people from the outside function , in the hotel but not staying.
No respect for guests at all.
They just want money no matter who they upset.
£200+ for tonight pp. Shocking!!!
Premier inn, this is not good when the likes of myself and my company when we put around 200 nights in ur hotel throughout the year.
As a guest I want preferential treatment with regards to the local functions, its us who sleep in your beds not them, who come just for the ale.
Not happy with Pacific quay, Glasgow.
Let's see next week??
a. s.
Absolutely loved it. Me and my fiancée stayed here as we had a concert to attend and it was relatively cheap. Bed was incredibly comfortable and room was a very decent size. Would recommend to anyone as it is close to a large variety of things to do and you can take a late night walk around the river. Would definitely stay again.
T. L.
Nice location room are nice food is excellent and staff very helpful 👌
J. K.
I love this premier inn, it is a real treat we usually go every year when we attend the SSE hydro. The restaurant staff are so nice and make you so welcome.
The only thing this year that was disappointing was:
1. On check in my friend wanted to pay the balance in cash, as what she has done for over 8 years. And never a problem.
This time the reception staff INSISTED she show ID! ( cause cash payment ) In all the years we have been booking strictly we have never been asked this, as we explained to the girl on reception, but she kept insisting it was premier policy..... which led to a agitated check inn. And the girl said she would let it go this time!!!!!
2.The reduced dinner menu? The waitress said cause they were so busy they put on a restricted menu up until 7.30pm. We have never had this before.
Myself and a few other people questioned this and all said we were not really happy. The proper big menu has loads more choice and people would probs buy another course or more drinks if they had the full selection.
3. On checkout the girl asked how we enjoyed our stay, we said fab as usual apart from above.
The girl then said higher management at premier had actually stopped this procedure, due to complaints, and she was most surprised this had occured.
A. B.
A very nice hotel in a relatively well placed area in Glasgow. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable double bed. The staff were excellent and very helpful to our queries. The attached restaurant, Thyme, I believe, was very nice. Fast service. And again, the staff were very nice here, too. All in all, a nice overnight stay that, due to the hotel, location and service, could have easily turned into a few days! Sadly, we had we didn't have the time. Maybe next time, though!
L. I.
Room was lovely & clean. Views from back of hotel onto Clyde are stunning. Breakfast choice is amazing. Will stay again. Not giving 5 stars as couldn't work out how to turn down heating & no window to open for fresh air.
S. A.
Wherever we go Premier inn never lets us down! :). It's clean and they provide us amazing breakfast. I would always recommend ; Without fail it always gives us a good experience.
A. S.
Lovely and clean hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Very peaceful room. Great nights sleep and a lovely view from our window. Will definitely be back.
A. D.
Very comfortable and brilliant for access to concert venue
B. W.
Once again an excellent few days the room was spacious clean and warm.
The staff can't be faulted.
The food at the Tyme restaurant is a delightful.
We are already looking forward to the next time.
R. P.
Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with all the usual facilities and of course v. comfortable bed. Restaurant on site, with good range although we were unable to use due to prior commitments. Plenty available car parking. Ideal for o/night stay if going to SECC/HYDRO. Definitely reuse when we return to Glasgow.
F. W.
This is one of the best places to stay in Glasgow for the price. Staff are always very polite and the room was very clean and bed very comfortable. We were on the top floor and our window overlooked the SSE Hydro and the armadillo. I wouldn't stay anywhere else.
L. B.
Very clean and tidy hotel with added security features to ensure only people staying in the hotel had access to lifts. Room as you would expect from premier Inn but must have been recently refurbished as was faultless. Car parking was was cheaper than other hotels nearby. Check out was 12pm which I thought was also a bonus. Would stay again. Didn't have breakfast.
J. G.
Professional and curtaus staff warm atmosphere and will come back again
A. A.
Very welcoming and friendly team. Good service and well organised breakfast restaurant staff also. Well done.
P. C.
It make my night sleep SO well.
D. W.
Great hotel excellent bedrooms and very helpfull family only down fall you have to pay for parking
P. P.
Nice check in, comfortable room, dinner & breakfast always good 👍
S. C.
Another excellent stay at Premier Inn, clean, comfy bed, great breakfast for a bargain price.
I. M.
We ended up in this hotel due to delayed flight at Glasgow airport. The staff were amazing from the moment we arrived until Thomas Cook shipped us off to another hotel. The food was first class and the service was too. The rooms are spotless and our view was overlooking the River Clyde, stunning. Well done everyone, front of house and behind the scenes who worked tirelessly to keep us all happy during the bad weather. You were brilliant 💜
S. K.
Comfortable beds, very clean, friendly staff. The only issue we had was that we could hear the room next to us through the adjoining door (not enough to hear their conversations, but enough that we knew when they were watching TV and their alarm woke me up in the morning). And this might have just been because the rest of the hotel was so quiet!
D. T.
Comfortable, clean and convenient room in Glasgow. This hotel is on the river front by BBC Scotland. The room was small but comfortable and clean. Ample parking is available at £4 a night too. The bar area was relaxed and the staff were friendly and helpful as usual. Will stay here again. Please be aware that this hotel is about 20/25 minute walk from the city centre. The hotel is about a 20minute walk from Ibrox so popular with Rangers fans and rightly so.
R. S.
Grateful hotel, reasonably priced parking and ample breakfast. Great location for anything going on in central Glasgow. It's just across the river so if you're looking for something quiet we'd highly recommend it. Rooms were well furnished and very comfortable. Would stay here again if I was nearby.
P. D.
Nice and clean, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Only one gripe the hotel was full because little mix were in town, and they only used a very small area of the bar which caused a long queue and started of with one person.
J. M.
Great place. Clean. Modern and quiet. No issues at all. Would definitely stay again. I didn't try the breakfast but the Costa Coffee place was a good replacement!
L. G.
What can I say about this hotel, the staff will do what they can for you and are so helpful and cheery, the restraurant staff as well. Spotlessly clean too. Thanks again
E. S.
No complaints whatsoever. As well.as being.booked in for B&B.we had dinner there last night before going to SEC Hydro. Dinner and Breakfast were.both very enjoyable. Staff.were very polite friendly and helpful. Room on 2nd.floor was comfortable and served our needs with a nice view from window looking onto river and Bells Bridge. A great place to stay if going
to SEC Hydro or SEEC. Will certainly recommend Premier Inn Pacific Quay. Mrs E Smith
J. T.
Good location for me. Modern and up to date rooms and facilities (not tired or over used like some). Nice breakfast. The usual really comfortable beds. Spacious bedroom. Very happy!
T. C.
Quite honestly, I wasn't expecting much. 60 quid, 2 nights, double bed because I like the space. I walked into the room and was more than pleasantly surprised. Huge value and so well kept. Admittedly I did book way in advance
S. L.
Good premier Inn, ideal location for us and great views and walks along the river. All hotel staff great, so why only three stars? The restaurant is unbelievable, reduced menu because there was an event going on at the s.e.c but the cost of the meals weren't reduced to reflect the reduced menu. So disappointed, use the hotel not the attached restaurant.
R. M.
I have stayed at this premier inn a lot after attending concerts at the hydro. The rooms are a great size and very clean, with nice modern decor and lighting they also have a large tv and some storage for clothes. All of the rooms I have stayed in at this hotel had a shower over a bath. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great. The only thing that has stopped me giving this hotel 5 stars was on my last visit I booked a twin room as I was staying with my sister. I was expecting the room to have to have two single beds but instead it was a double bed and then a single sofa made up into a bed. It was actually comfortable but not as comfortable as the premier in beds which are amazing. We didn't complain as we just assumed thats what all the twin rooms are set up like in this hotel.
B. M. (.
A really comfortable and tidy hotel in a great position. So central for Glasgow and right by the Clyde. The staff are efficient and very friendly. Only fault I could find (looking hard) is that it's a very long clamber over the bath edge for a shower - quite tricky actually.
R. R.
Great location, public areas work well. Great beds. Could do with a mini fridge and a shampoo mini bottle. Otherwise excellent. Breakfast well up to scratch. Self check in failed, but staff to hand.
K. T.
Booked by my host for a work event. I selected the Premier Inn as I knew exactly what I could expect, comfort, cleanliness and everything I need for a stopover. The food during the evening was poor value for money but the breakfast, as always, was good. Would stay again.
S. V.
Very friendly and efficient check in by Michelle, and a lovely view of the river from the room
M. T.
Overall great stay. Bed was extremely comfy, room was very quiet, room and bathroom are very spacious. “Ultimate” WiFi was pretty fast and worth the £5. Check-in was quick. Climate control is in the room so you can set your own temp. …

Very smart clean and tidy
L. I.
Room was lovely & clean. Views from back of hotel onto Clyde are stunning. Breakfast choice is amazing. Will stay again. Not giving 5 stars as couldn't work out how to turn down heating & no window to open for fresh air.
P. P.
Nice check in, comfortable room, dinner & breakfast always good 👍
J. W. M.
Really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable. Only a couple of things let it down. E.g. if you need a card to use the lifts, please give one for each guest. Don't really want to sit in the dark whilst my husband has a cigarette. Had nicer breakfasts in other Premier Inns.
R. P.
Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable room with all the usual facilities and of course v. comfortable bed. Restaurant on site, with good range although we were unable to use due to prior commitments. Plenty available …
A. B.
A very nice hotel in a relatively well placed area in Glasgow. The room was clean and spacious with a nice bathroom and a very comfortable double bed. The staff were excellent and very helpful to our queries. The attached restaurant, Thyme, …
S. D. N.
A very clean, well run hotel with friendly and conscientious staff.
Shame about the building work hence only 4 stars.
D. B.
Nice hotel
A. J. C. T. (. F.
Great Location. Good staff and service. Only gripe is car park charging introduced last year. Operated by 3rd party although payment point inside hotel for residents. Does not seem to be able to recognise when already paid and parked and seeking to extend.
R. M.
Perfect for The Hydro. Best premier inn I've stayed in. Plenty space in the car park. This is a new hotel, bar area great, speedy reception if you check in online before arriving, fast lift, everything you expect from a premier inn bedroom. Staff are very helpful.
T. F.
Great hotel, very clean, safe and comfortable. Simple check-in, great service.
S. L.
When I first arrived there was a lot of bother with my reservation however the manager Naz went out of his way and nothing was a bother to him to sort things out. He looked on it as part of his job to help whereas we seen it as going above and beyond, going that extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms were clean and tidy and breakfast was good.
G. M.
Really good Premier Inn, upgraded rooms with excellent facilities including bedside sockets and USB charging, great shower and air conditioning. Breakfast also excellent with juice bar/smoothie options.
a. p.
Was a great experience. Good customer service and nice rooms, very clean. Definitely recommend
S. d. B.
Excellent for visits to SECC and Hydro.
D. M.
Very friendly staff, room was lovely, comfy bed, the thyme restaurant menu choices are good, food and service was great. Ideal location for attending events at the SECC just a short walk across the bridge right outside the door which is well lit.
S. R.
Super easy access to the SEC Armadillo and SSE Hydro via covered bridge. Cheap car parking available for hotel guests and staff very friendly, efficient and accomodating. There is a Costa within the hotel, and if grabbing a coffee/snack they can validate your parking for free.
N. M.
First time staying at a hotel by myself and it's safe to say I'm extremely happy with this place. Great service, clean and great sized room. Just all round happy with this premier inn 😄
R. G.
Fantastic hotel on the banks if the clyde. Ideal location for sightseeing and gigs. The food was beautiful and the breakfast can't be missed. My room was very clean with ensuite and large tv. The bed was very comfortable and the room was provided with tea and coffee. All staff were friendly and helpful. See you again nov 2018. Thanks for a great stay.
O. A.
Very nice hotel. Room very clean and perfect River View
J. C.
Our second stay to watch a recording of a BBC TV show at BBC Scotland next door. On of the best Premier Inns. Easily to get to and park. A walk into the centre or a quick taxi drive. Friendly staff and a good clean room.
M. B.
Not the cleanest! Booked in for a show just across the water, the bed moved slightly and seen that the cleaner hadn't done a great job, peanuts under the bed, dust and jeezo looked and seen a bug crawling across duvet! Hope I'm not bitten alive by morning!! Wouldn't want to book in again.
D. L.
Only visited the Premier Inn for the breakfast as I love it so much! Was really good as always, only reason it isn't 5* is because the fire alarm went off and we had to stand out in the rain for 10 minutes. Obviously nothing the staff could have done about it and they were very professional in evacuating everyone. Premier Inn's are the best budget hotels by miles!
J. W.
A clean and modern Premier Inn with large rooms, big flat screen TVs, great facilities and a huge Costa on the ground floor. The difference between this Premier Inn and the ones at Charing Cross and Argyle Street is huge, they are an embarrassment in comparison to this flagship hotel. If you're visting for a concert, this is a great choice.
T. R.
Very comfortable stay helpful and friendly staff
D. G.
We stayed at this hotel for one night during a visit to Glasgow for the January sales. It was easy to find following satnav and had ample parking. There is a charge but it is not massive. £4 per 24hrs. The hotel itself was clean and the rooms were comfortable with standard tea and coffee facilities, a large and comfortable bed and a 42" tv mounted on the wall. Had a very good nights sleep and would definitely visit again.
d.
Very good experience at this hotel. Was down for a concert at Hydro and it was ideal. Room was lovely with a great view and service and food was great. Would recommend and will go back again
M. R.
Very cheap rates for the quality of the rooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable and the whole room was spotless. Plenty of mirrors for getting ready and good views from the bar. I would recommend this hotel and it's also very close to hydro and secc.
A. M.
Very friendly Staff. Bedrooms are first class, breakfast in excellent with a great variety to choose from. Nice seating areas around bar. Very comfortable place to stay.
A. M.
Usual good standard as expected from Premier inn. Comfortable room, decent food. Couldn't be better positioned for the SECC, Hydro and Armadillo. Would definitely stay again.
C. J.
Clean and modern hotel with friendly staff, especially the guy that's at the breakfast desk. Pity about the parking charge that has come into play this month, they now charge £4 for 24 hours which i suppose isn't that bad, but this is the first premier inn that I've had to pay to park at.
P. B.
My favourite Premier Inn. I love taking a walk/jog along the quayside. Prime stopover for concerts, and for groups drinking and eating after the event. I like the view from restaurant window. Free Parking. New rooms. I stay in lots of Premier Inn's, this is one of my favourites.!
B. W.
Excellent service she staff are always courteous and obliging. The rooms are comfortable and warm. The Tyme restaurant is quality never been disappointed.
J. M.
In for a meal which was quite good. It was a lively Saturday night and seemed to be child friendly with loads of kids in. A good family atmosphere. Maybe not the best place for a quiet romantic meal. Me? I enjoyed it.
B. C.
We stayed at the Premier Inn Glasgow Pacific Quay after traveling to the city for an entertainment show. The hotel was nice and clean and the staff were pleasant. We stayed for one night and were happy with the room and the facilities.
l. O.
Stayed here as we were going to a show at the secc. The hotel is in a great location and really handy for the secc and the hydro.
We have stayed in loads of premier inns and this obe didn't disappoint. It is a fairly new building so it had a nice crisp, clean modern feel to it. The room was nice and spacious and again had a modern feel to it. It looked like the room of a more expensive hotel.
We had a pleasant meal in the restaurant and a lovely brrakfast, well worth the meal deal price!
Overall a great stay here, we will definitely be back.
A. H.
Very dangerous bathroom door which doesn't slide along correctly and cut my foot badly. Also they advertise soft firm pillows but have not been able to get firm pillows at any of the Premier Inn we have stayed in over the past few years
M. B.
Very central for visiting local interests. Good hotel, clean spacious rooms at great prices.
L. P.
Great view of the Hydro ahead of attending a gig
J. G.
Beautiful, well maintained, modern hotel at a very reasonable price. Great location, only a 5 minute walk from the SECC Hydro. The restaurant inside is very adequate but does not serve food until 5:30pm which unfortunately does not give you much time to eat, especially when it is busy, as most performances begin at 7:30pm. However, there is the Quay centre only a short walk away which has several restaurants including Nandos and Frankie & Bennys. Overall, was an exceptional stay and shall return in confidence the next time I see a performance at the Hydro.
L.
Great location and and no complaints about room very clean and modern. Only draw back you could hear people next to us very clearly so a little sound proof and would have made it 5* Oh how I wish that I could take bed home I'd never get out of it haha! Definitely would book again.
S. 2.
Excellent Premier Inn, ideally located for BBC or STV. I was quickly checked in and the room was absolutely fine, standard Premier Inn fare. Had a really peaceful night's sleep and a good breakfast the next morning.
Z. S.
Good reception staff. Usual Premier Inn standard rooms. No complaints.
D. N.
Good sized room with plenty seating, nicely decorated and a comfortable bed. Location ideal for the SECC / Hydro. Will definitely stay again and would recommend.
G. S.
Great Premier Inn. Clean, comfy and great service. Tasty steak in the restaurant accompanied by a nice cool beer. Perfect location for visiting the SEC.
S. B.
This was the view from our room. The foot bridge it right outside the back door from reception. Literally minutes from the armadillo etc. Parking was free too. Under a fiver for an Uber into town. Brill.
A. T.
Very modern Premier Inn with the customary comfortable beds. But on the first night we were kept awake by loud footsteps (for hours!) from the room above. On the second night someone got locked out of their room and created a fuss for about an hour. However, the staff were friendly and helpful, the view from the restaurant was top notch, and the dinner menu tasty and value for money. And table service. None of this "You have to order at the bar." And a buffet breakfast to see you through the entire day. BUT NO BLACK PUDDING! It's off the menu! So you loose a star, if not a customer!
v. t.
Good location for the secc. Rooms always clean. Breakfast can be hectic after a performance at the secc, if you leave it late there are big queues. Plenty of parking ( barrier control and chargable)
S. D. N.
A very clean, well run hotel with friendly and conscientious staff.
Shame about the building work hence only 4 stars.
I. G.
Good clean and well run Hotel in a great location for concerts. It's a good 45 minute walk to Queen street station along the river bank which is pleasant on a nice day.
G. T.
As always excellent value. Easy to get to by car, and near to SSEC and University. Friendly efficient staff. Marvellous breakfast...even if you have to queue at peak periods.
W. L.
Bed was comfy. Was told there would be a 45 minute wait for me to order food let alone it being cooked even though there was only 4 people eating in the restaurant at the time. Drinks even more expensive that expected at the bar.
J. A.
Room could have benefited from better soundproofing and more snack options on the menus would be great. Staff were all lovely. Lovely breakfast. Clean room.
K. S.
Outstanding location for a concert at the hydro or the secc. Also for the science centre, transport museum and swg3 studios. Prices almost double if there is a concert on. We were £60 for a family room when nothing big on but the following week it was £135 for the same thing when take that were at the hydro.
M. M.
the food was great.but the 4th floor had a musky smell like damp and bed sheets did not fit the bed as too small. But I'm going back soon. The staff are very friendly xx
A. M.
Clean rooms, great staff, amazing views from our room of nearly every Glasgow skyline 'landmark' and super convenient for Hydro/SEC and Armadillo.
P. D.
Nice and clean, staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. Only one gripe the hotel was full because little mix were in town, and they only used a very small area of the bar which caused a long queue and started of with one person.
I. G.
Good clean and well run Hotel in a great location for concerts. It's a good 45 minute walk to Queen street station along the river bank which is pleasant on a nice day.
N. G.
Decent hotel... No phone in the room which was really inconvenient. However very clean and a lovely selection for breakfast
m.
Good food, good clean rooms, great staff thanks
K. T.
Booked by my host for a work event. I selected the Premier Inn as I knew exactly what I could expect, comfort, cleanliness and everything I need for a stopover. The food during the evening was poor value for money but the breakfast, as always, was good. Would stay again.
C. D.
Great place, lovely food, breakfast was very good. Very nice, clean and warm room and the staff are lovely. Can not fault the place :-)
C. S.
Clean & well furnished rooms. Excellent location for visit the local concert venues. Beds are comfortable & being king sized give enough space, only downside I had is the duvets are very thick & heavy, having a thinner blanket option would be a big plus as I struggled to sleep under the duvet.
m. y.
Really love this hotel. Always stay when we're going to the Hydro. Always spotlessly clean, very helpful friendly staff. Great food, and the view over the Clyde is amazing! Only £4 for 24 hours parking.
E. G.
Modern. Comfy bed. Large TV with HDMI and USB ports available. Usual Premier Inn breakfast with plenty of choice, hot or cold. Only negative is parking at £4 per 24 hours
e. c.
Helpful staff. Large clean room and comfy bed. Well situated for the meeting i had
M. H.
Nice and clean. Nice staff.. Only down fall was the restaurant was a shambles! Not enough staff. Would stay in hotel again. But wouldn't use restaurant..
j. m.
Stayed here for 1 night. Room was spotless. Had the meal deal food was very nice especially the buffet breakfast.
F.
Great location, friendly staff, comfy room & very peaceful sleep for these reasons I always choose Premier Inn. Although my wife's poached eggs weren't done well only negative I can think of.
H. R.
I have stayed in numerous premier inns and this one ranks as one of the best. Rooms very comfortable, showers are amazing and quite reasonable for access to amenities.
J. C.
Stayed there when we went to see Aussie Pink Floyd concert only 3 mins walk great first class staff lovely room nice meal they are extending the building so when we come back later this year I will tell what it is like
P. p.
Stayed here a few times when going for gigs ...disappointed you have to pay for parking now although price wasn't bad ..went to go for drink before going to gig to be told bar doesn't open till 4 as not busy enough yet when we went to crowne plaza and the village they were both busy at the bars maybe cause half the guests from premiere inn where there too ...after gig we came back for a drink ...after queuing for 10/15 mins at bar decided to give up and just go to bed ...shame as the hotel must be losing money with bar service ...apart from that we had a comfortable stay rooms nice and clean with a lovely view and staff were nice and friendly
R. L.
Really clean hotel, beds are really comfortable. Great selection for breakfast. Lovely views of the quay. Staff are friendly.
I.
This hotel is a 5 minute walk to the hydro which is very handy for conertcs etc. The rooms are simple and easy with temperature controls and switched for all lights. Staff are very friendly and complete the stay.
M. M.
definatley needs updating found it a bit scruffy looking and our room was dusty we were in 525 the walls were all marked .I could constanly smell the toilet.I AM GOING TO SAY I shouldnt complain at £35 but it defo gone downhillx
m. R.
Enjoyed our dinner bed and breakfast. Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Ideal location. Will definitely be returning.
R. 8.
Very good premier inn but the service of the Thymes restaurant is quite poor as they are very slow to take the plates.
G. T.
We had a accessibility room booked for the night great and great view and great staff we will be back and breakfast was great to great wee hotel I would recommend that you stay in this hotel if going to the hydro or secc
P. L.
Great location for the arena, just a 5 minute walk across the bridge and your there.
The hotel itself was just as it should be for a premier inn, easy check in with a warm welcome.
M. M.
Excellent stay here with friends for Dream Theater concert.
Lovely hotel, immaculately clean, nice food, comfortable rooms, great location, friendly helpful & professional staff.
Deffo recommend
a. t.
If you're going to a concert at hydro, this place is a must. Spotlessly clean, good food, and pleasant staff. So calm and quiet. Beds are the best.
R. N.
Great value, very clean and comfy room, burger at night was great and so was the breakfast
M. S.
Nice clean rooms very friendly staff location perfect for SECC and Hydro. Not free parking as stated. £4.00 for 24 hours.
P. M.
Room lovely. Food package a must. Brillant location if you are going to any of the three venues. Will be sure to book there next time
I. F.
Brilliant location if you are going to the Hydro or secc or armadillo for a show , very nice reception area and wonderful room, handy costa cafe on site as well worth checking out
C. D.
Great place, lovely food, breakfast was very good. Very nice, clean and warm room and the staff are lovely. Can not fault the place :-)
D. M.
Great staff great room but there was mold on the shower head and the ceiling.
Would recommend the breakfast too
S. M.
I've stayed at a number of premier inns for work and while I've never had a bad experience, this one still stands out among the rest.
Helpful and friendly staff which in my experience go the extra mile.
G. Q.
Typical Premier Inn. Decent enough rooms, friendly staff, good location for central Glasgow. You have to pay for parking which is an added expense (park next door its free)
D. P.
This has to be the nicest premier Inn I have stayed in within the UK and I have stayed in a good few for work and leisure. The hotel is as clean as they come and the staff were amazing and are considerate towards the kids.. Perfect location for entertainment and links to getting into the city. Parking was affordable at £4 per 24hrs and loads of spaces too. We had dinner and it was good value considering you are right in the middle of the entertainment venue area with the Hydro just over the river. Then the cooked breakfast buffet in the morning was just what we needed, this again was the best one I have had in the chain of hotels. When booking ask for River facing room and you will not be disappointed and the kids will love it.
N. M.
Very clean staff friendly, well situated for parking and views of the clyde river. Nice 25 minute walk into city centre. Evening meal and breakfast offer tastes great and good value.
A. K.
The rooms were absolutely stunning. Beds were so comfortable and the place was spotless. The service at breakfast was quick and pleasant.
G. M.
It's a premier Inn, you know what you get
N. S.
Great hotel, very friendly and professional staff. Nothing was too much for them. Rooms modern and clean, and very reasonably priced.
V. J.
Minus 1 star due to buzzing noise in room. Cannot sleep. Room is pleasant enough, decorated to a high standard. Bed comfy and bathroom lovely.
J. L.
Rooms lovely and comfortable. Food in resturant was first class. Staff were all helpfull.
i. m.
Clean modern hotel. Just what you expect from Premier Inn. Outside the city centre but with cheap travel links into the city and beyond. Ideal of you are visiting the SECC ir Science Centre.
T. T.
Not the best Premier Inn I've stayed in. Woken up by noise from room above. When I spoke to a member of staff did not really seem to care. Told me to e-mail in my complaint.
J. T.
Lovely clean spacious rooms, bathroom nice size maybe just need a better shower mat as quite slippy
G. M.
Great location for hydro and SECC. Decent meals but nothing special. Breakfast is ideal for a hungry traveller. Free cooked breakfast for kids in the group.
A. C.
Nice new building, good room and really comfy bed, and incredibly quiet despite being in the centre of town. Friendly staff, good food, everything you need.
L. B.
If you are going to a concert at the Hydro or the Glasgow Auditorium, event at the SECC or visiting the Science Centre / Transport Museum and are happy with the standard Premier Inn setup then you can’t beat this hotel.
Very busy restaurant so booking is essential, food was very well prepared from the standard Thyme menu – burgers are handmade with good quality minced beef.
Word of warning to take note of the advice on busy breakfast times as when they say it is “Busy” expect a 10-20minute wait for a table.
Outside eating options are limited unless you are prepared for a 10-15minute walk where you can get loads of options around the Arch Bridge and up into Finnieston/Argyll Street.
Plenty car parking spaces, taxi is about £5ew to the City Centre and trains are a five minute walk away (Exhibition Centre) with a 5minute journey Central Station.
T.
Perfect if your going to a concert @ the hydro 2 minute walk over the bridge . We had a really nice view from our room on the 5th floor. We got a taxi from the airport for two of us it was £20 pound rather then the bus number 500 simple reason it was £13 pound return for the bus but it stopped in the city centre which is roughly a 15 minute walk to the hotel . Or it ment getting another taxi to the hotel from the city centre. So if there is a group it works out better. But the walk to the city centre from the hotel is not bad on a dry day .
M. P.
Standard hotel, gorgeous view
A. M.
Place is clean
Lovely views of the Clyde and surrounding area
In December food was lovely
Staffordshire excellent
But
Paying for parking last year was free probably cost the hydro patrons are using it
But £4 for 24 hours nae bad min
D. C.
Best nights sleep I've ever had in a bed that's not my own. Friendly staff and it's in a great location. Bar shuts a bit early though.
A. B.
Great location, right across from the SSE Hydro. Room was very clean, lived up to my expectations of premier inn being the best budget hotel chain around.
T. m.
5 star for the staff service says it all wee wouldn't stay anywhere else
L. C.
Location was very good, staff were friendly and helpful. The only issue was that our window was unopenable! Very good stay though, would go again.
A. M.
Clean rooms, great staff, amazing views from our room of nearly every Glasgow skyline 'landmark' and super convenient for Hydro/SEC and Armadillo.
P. W.
Modern, bright, clean, friendly staff and great location if your visiting the SEC. Also very comfy beds. Highly recommend.
N. G.
Decent hotel... No phone in the room which was really inconvenient. However very clean and a lovely selection for breakfast
R. 9.
Excellent as always, friendly professional staff and clean tidy rooms. Meals in restaurant are very good and the breakfast is a good variety.
P. P.
Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Good restaurant and funny waiter.
Very slow free internet. No phones in the rooms.
S. R.
Above average premier Inn especially if you can get a river view, can be busy when there is a big event at SSE hydro, but if you are going to an event/concert this is an ideal location!
B. H.
Spent two days trying to phone them to book a table for early dinner as we were going to a concert that evening. No one answered. When we booked in at 3.00pm surprise, surprise no tables left. Not impressed.
S. R.
Clean and tidy. What more do you need for a weekend away.
I. M.
Everything you expect of a Premier inn. Clean tidy and polite staff. Perfectly placed for nearby attractions and the Hydro
L. G.
👍
A. G. U.
Location was excellent, we were attending an event at the SECC, only downside was the twin beds in the double room I was staying in. First of all there were two people staying so I don't know why we needed room for 4, secondly the mattress was uncomfortable and the duvet was thin so I was cold all night.
J. R.
Very clean, nice hotel. Rooms are a bit warm, would be nice if the windows opened. Otherwise no complaints
I. R.
Really handy hotel if you are going to see a gig. Parking is no problem and easy to get to from the M8. Would recommend. Book far in advance though as it sells out.
D. H.
Very helpful staff. Wheelchair accessible room awkward if unable to walk at all. First wet room I've seen that I would be able to use.
J. T.
Pleasant stay friendly staff
D. T.
Very nice pleasant stay. Bed very big and comfortable, although the height is obviously made for Lenny Henry
D. w.
Great location, great staff, nice rooms and facilities. Currently building work going on but I'm not way impacts your stay
W. M.
Clean and modern rooms. Restaurant good quality. Staff very friendly. Great breakfast.
d. s.

C. W.
Hotel is in a great location for events at the SECC and hydro. Room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.
R. B.
Exactly as a Premier Inn should be. Big clean rooms, good breakfast and friendly staff. Recommended.
D. C.
Nice clean hotel. Loverly rooms. Staff nice and frendly. Food was nice and price was descent aswell. Would stay there again x
L. E.
Got an extremely cheap room at £35 on NYD, overlooks the river clyde and the hydro arena - very good value for money, friendly staff and hotel very tidy.
K. W.
Overall good experience for the price. Only 3 stats because you have to pay for parking (other Premier Inn i visited - parking was for free)
C. G.
Had a great time. Staff are really friendly and helpful .. plenty of variety for breakfast . Would definitely go back again.
S. B.
The rooms were stellarly updated and the hotel is quite new. The service has been quite attentive, it's such a lovely location.
K. L.
Nice clean rooms. Friendly staff. Excellent location for the Hydro. Good breakfast.
V. B.
Nice hotel perfect for the Hydro and SECC. Typical Premier Inn, very functional but always clean, modern and friendly staff.
g. a.
Nice clean and tidy rooms and staff very welcoming only let down is the room window looking onto the car park means you need to keep curtains closed at all times
K. B.
Room and location were amazing. The restaurant staff leave a lot to be desired. Ignorant and rude.
A. L.
Great location and hotel. Bar/resteraunt reasonably priced great. Great nights sleep. Hotel spotless from top to bottom.
P. S.
Only two minus points - paucity of veggie options in restaurant (And most of what there is are "pulled oyster mushroom" based, which becomes somewhat boring by the third night; and fact that all rooms have a static shower inside high sided bath with no handhelds to assist in getting in or out...you don't have to be old or decrepit to struggle with this, especially when wet!!
A. M.
Really nice modern hotel with quick access to Glasgow City Centre. Is only quick walk to SECC via Bells Bridge over the river Clyde
N. T.
Comfortable and super clean rooms, friendly staff! Really enjoyed my stay.
P. D.
Great location, splendid rooms, and really helpful friendly staff, especially Lexi, in the restaurant
L. M.
Usual high Premier Inn standard, nice room and great food, the reason for the low score was an unscheduled wake up call at the back of 8 by housekeeping coming in. Immediately apologised and backed out but was annoying when trying to sleep
C.
A great location, clean and comfortable room, Excellent breakfast with great coffee and plenty of choice, hotel team really welcoming and friendly.
M. W.
Clean tidy room. Very comfotable bed. Great breakfast. Parking available. Ideal for sse hydro or science centre
g. s.
A very modern hotel in a good location.remember to ask for a river facing room when checking in. Food at the restaurant was good, and reasonable value. A 30 min walk along the river to city centre.
R. T.
Very nice tidy brand new hotel. The views are what make it extra special
i. T.
Staff helpful, rooms very clean.. only down point is that you have to pay for parking. But still 4☆
g. w.
Superb place to stay, friendly staff, room immaculately clean. Central to everything .
Reasonable rates for high season
L. P.
Comfortable stay, nice room and facilities, friendly staff. Food wasn't bad at all and again the staff very polite
J. W.
Excellent value for money.
F. S.
Great location right on the river Clyde. All the usual Premier Inn plus points, clean good service and comfortable beds.
A. H.
Nice hotel undergoing redevelopment. Disappointed that the deal we had booked for dinner bed and breakfast fell through and we had to search for dinner elsewhere.
L. D.
Fantastic overnight stay. Exceptionally clean, and very quiet night despite the number of guests.
S.
One of the best Premier Inn hotels I've stayed at. Excellent location overlooking the river and quiet location.
S. H.
Clean and comfortable, as expected
N. R.
Excellent & affordable place with great location. If in Glasgow, awesome place to stay.. Amazing views on sunrise & sunset.... loved the morning walks by the riverside.....
A. B.
Clean, quiet rooms and a good on site restaurant. Great value for money.
c. c.
The service here is really good, very friendly staff, room was well made up, breakfast is good for a hotel standard breakfast.
S. D.
Loved the location, rooms spotless and staff very helpful overall a very relaxing break would recommend
J. D.
excellent value for money...comfy clean room!..delicious food!..great location for attending the hydro.
P. G.
Very good hotel, convenient for events but nothing else around the area at present. Not too far to walk into the city centre.
J. H.
I was
delighted with the staff service and my room was clean, tidy and very comfortable. I will use Premier Inn again
E
H. C.
Great price, clean, spacious rooms, breakfast Ok. At least you can count on consistency with Premier Inn.
O.
Very nice rooms, nice staff, food was very good, and breakfast was amazing. fantastic value
R. A.
Well priced, convenient for SSE Hydro. Rooms are similar to other Premier Inns, restaurant is adequate.
D. S.
Excellent location, good food, good value and helpful staff. I had the tuna for dinner, slightly overcooked but delicious overall
F. C.
Great place to stay, very handy for the Hydro. Breakfast is good, plenty to choose from.
A. D.
The staff were amazing, as I had a family member in hospital we did not know how many nights we needed and they were very helpful and accomadating.
G. S.
I like this hotel nice and clean and position for secc only complaint is to charge for parking seems a bit tight as if was free last year
s. f.
Nice room, clean, modern and a good price. Location great for city centre and SECC . Food ok.
J. S.
Great rooms, great food, staff were really friendly, overall a really pleasant stay.
R. W.
Clean, friendly and comfortable. Very close to the SEC and great breakfast options.
F. C.
Stunning views, excellent location and good quality new rooms. Highly recommended.
S. S.
Lovely lovely staff, room so quiet, restaurant and bar excellent, unbelievable value for money
B.
Everything you would expect from a Premier Inn except it's the only hotel I've ever stayed in where you cannot charge drinks, etc. to your room and you have to pay at the bar.
