T. T.Due to work I've been staying in the days inn for the last 4 months. The service is second to none. Everyone is so polite and kind. My room is always perfectly cleaned and in order. Tony, Lisa and Kiean are helpful and always smiling, nothing is to much for them. Always remember I need extra coffee and milk. They double check if I need anything each time I walk past. Thank you for making my hotel life that little bit easier.

E. P.Nice hotel off the m1, you’d expect it to be quite noisy being at a services but the only constant noise there was the engines of the trucks. Similar to white noise so it was no bother. Comfortable rooms and dog friendly, really cheap prices costing only £113 on booking.com for 3 nights and £10 for the dog to stay with us. Our only issue was that the room we had was boiling so we purchased a fan to with us some breeze. No fridge in the room which was a shame and the reason for missing a star. The food doesn’t stay fresh for long in a room that’s so very warm. There is a toaster and microwave in the reception area if needed but a bit awkward if you want to heat food to eat in your room as we did. All in all it was good enough for the price and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Plenty of takeaway or eat in food places at the adjoining services so plenty of choices otherwise

Usually 40 quid but 54 when I stayed, this included parking for am HGV. 40 quid i would say is excellent value 54 is a little high but better than sleeping in the wagon.

A. G.My fav place to stay if stranded in Leicester, usually due to the weather. Rooms are a bit dated what it lacks in style still place makes up in it’s convenient location on the motorway; petrol station and stores around it and a car park overlooking the motorway.

J.I was fortunate enough to visit the hotel at the same time that Ms. Sherrie Woods was working at the reception counter. Unrelated to the hospitality industry and most certainly out of the duties and responsibilities of Ms Woods job I hesitantly I asked with my tail between my legs if she would be willing to help me get myself out of the pickle I'd ended up in. You see I was 5 hours from home and had misplaced my paperwork for my jobs. Fortunately I was able to recover a digital copy but was in dire need of a desktop computer and a printer. Realising I was in trouble I headed into the hotel reception to hope and pray that maybe with some luck I could sweet talk whoever was working to be kind enough to print off my paperwork for me. Once I walked in I was more than warmly welcomed, she made me feel as though I could ask any question without fear or consequence. I briefly explained the situation I was in and Ms Woods was more than helpful and a true leader in helping my situation. Although we did endure some technical difficulties as per usual with modern tech, she still actively pursued and endured through each hurdle to ensure I wasnt let down. In conclusion I would like to reiterate that Ms. Sherrie Woods is a wonderful and enthusiastic employee who has made the face of your company a beautiful one! I truly hope someone from high up see this and recognises the value and quality service Ms Woods brings to your company. Sincerely one very fortunate traveler
R. A.Friendly staff. Rooms are perfectly fine for short stays. Can be a bit noisy if you're overlooking the truck park.

To say we were motorway side, the soundproofing is excellent and traffic did not disturb our sleep.
I had called in advance to ask about early check-in and found the staff member Tallek to be extremely professional and friendly and we were pleased to be welcomed by him upon arrival.
Overall, very happy and would stay again if travelling long distance.

R. B.Letting people know that the bridge across the M1 is closed at night until 6am. If you have an early start, park on the Northbound side. It's only a 5 minute drive to get back on the Southbound. Luckily, I only had to wait a few minutes for it to open!
Room was cold upon arrival. Took all night to warm up. Rest was OK. Y'know, what do you expect? £31 for the night.

B.My colleague and I were welcomed by a friendly face on the front desk, who promptly got us checked in, upon going into the room I saw a sticker reassuring me that my room had been sanitized and sealed for my protection (nice touch👍), it seems that Covid-19 protocols are in place here which is also reassuring. I found the room to be more than enough for my needs, I found it to have clean carpets, clean sheets & pillow cases, comfortable bed, working heating (works a treat), TV, Internet that actually works very well, wash room/toilet facilities that are excellent, also in the executive rooms are fridges, I've seen reviews about noise from the motorway, but in all honesty the hotel is situated a stones throw from it in a service station, so you'd expect to hear traffic, however this is for an overnight stop and not a vacation, so this point can be overlooked, if you don't want to stay here because of traffic noise then book somewhere else away from the motorway, simples. I had a great sleep here and took no notice of the traffic noise, if anything it was mesmerising and didn't really notice it, I would recommend this hotel for an overnight stop for definite.

T. W.I wasn't expecting much to be honest but was pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff, decent sized room and bed although slightly dated but perfectly comfy. Decent TV, free WiFi and good pressure on the shower. Really good value for money and only took us 20 to get into the centre of Leicester in the morning for work.

S. G.Clean and good value, however no air-conditioning. The day after the hottest July on record, meant all of the corridors and rooms were like an oven. There was a little fan in the room we placed by the window, to blow cool air in. However being at a service station, it is very noisy with the truck parking next door. Ok for a cheap stop over but I'd look elsewhere in summer (assuming it's a hot one).

This it is a great place to stay. It is at the motorway service area, so there are plenty of places to eat just around the corner and up the stairs. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff are friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good value and convenience.

Further visit 22 Dec 2019 again staff are so helpful if you want breakfast pay at reception it is cheaper and you eat at Harry Ramsdens up stairs excellent food.This was our 4th or 5th time staying and we have always been pleased

Our two young boys loved the room in particular being able to lorry spot on the M1! Despite close proximity to services and the M1 rooms are very well sound proofed comfortable and clean.

It is Summer and I opened the window of my room infront of the parking, but I couldn't sleep because of the noise comming from the motorway M1 and there will be someone parking his car every 5 minutes and you can hear everything!
