V. C.Stayed here for a night from 20th November to the 21st. Guy at reception was super friendly, room itself was really nice and clean. Best part was the shower it's a dual head and it absolutely blasts you with water. Loses a star because I was really hot while trying to sleep and besides opening the window there's no fan or AC also the only plug in my room was at my desk and I really would've preferred one by the bed.
J. H.The 3 stars were for the room itself and definitely adequate facilities. No remote for the TV, however it did work, and the bed and pillows were lovely and comfortable. The room was clean, bathroom modern and all communal facilities clean and well stocked. Loved the coffee machine! The reasons I didn't score higher were factors such as no soundproofing between rooms, the people above us and next door could be heard as clearly as if they were in our room, plus the single glazed window meant the traffic noise kept you awake (it's a VERY busy road outside). Plus be prepared to make your own breakfast!
A. B.Friendly reception, nice and clean hotel.
Unfortunately no parking (however that was stated in the hotel's listing so it wasn't a surprised), it was easy to park in side roads nearby for free without any restrictions, less than 2 minutes walk away from the hotel.
Convenience store in the same building as the hotel made getting essential easy.
M. D.The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We were welcomed by Mr Costa. He was amazing and welcomed us with a smile. I was with my elderly parents and he made sure he gave us a room that they were comfortable in. Highly recommend this place and would defo stay here again. I’ve already booked it again!

R. K.Room cleanliness need a bit more attentions, cob webs in the ceilings and floor not clean, breakfast area could have been a bit cleaner and stocked better, overall felt staff not doing enough basics to get it right as this could be a really good place for a stop over

H. G.I have stayed many times and Costa (the man who works at the front and tends to the hotel) is a true gem. He does everything he can to accommodate your stay and consistently makes every effort to be as tentative as possible.
I have nothing bad to say at all. Would recommend to everyone and anyone.

Shower appeared damaged but functional. Only 3 parking spaces. Rooms may not be serviced on bank holidays, though they say they draw that to your attention.
J. T.Super clean place. I came alone for work related purpose and really enjoyed my stay! Rooms are lovely and modern with a surprisingly homely feel to them. Bed was a tad soft for me, personally I prefer a firm mattress but each to there own and it didn't disturbing my sleeping to much. I would definitely coming back.

Interesting concept best suited to longer stays eg 4-5days as the building contains all the home essentials such as a free use of washing machine. Large commercial kitchen to use very well equipped. The room was nicely furnished as was the bathroom.
C. L.LOVE this place, Myself and my partner have stayed here many time and we both love it. The rooms are light and airy and the on suite showers are huge. You cook your own breakfast but the facilities are great and ingredients are supplied and are ample. The staff are VERY friendly and welcoming and nothing is every to much. The only problem is parking but i believe this is to be sorted out in the near future. flexistay Leicester is very close to shops and has great transport links. I do really recommend it, once you've tried it you'll love it!
S. H.'Scandinavian' style rooms. Appears minimalist, no pictures on the white walls. Wood floors and furniture, bathroom clean, spacious and modern. All day breakfast community kitchen, help yourself and/or cook your food, great idea. So if you have forgotten to eat late at night there is food available, you do have to clean up after yourself. Close to town centre. Very good prices, loved it. One down side only about 3 to 4 parking spaces.

Overall good for a place to crash but not a holiday solution. I couldn't be bothered with making my own breakfast and washing up etc although everything was provided.

D. C.I Stayed in the Flexistay aparthotel London Road, Leicester, for one night I couldn't recommend this accommodation more highly. The finishes are impeccable, the beds are sooo comfortable, my room was spotlessly clean as were the communal areas. My one complaint (which is not really a complaint), was I nearly walked into the glass partition doors because they were so clean! I did address this with the receptionist whom politely took note and said he would deal with it asap.

The staff are very warm, welcoming, and available (even in the middle of the night), they alone deserve the 5 stars.
It is therefore possible to have an excellent stay in this hotel or a stay spoiled by other customers .....

Les chambres sont spacieuses, lumineuses, et propres, bien chauffées( important en Angleterre).
L'insonorisation n'est pas des meilleures... Nous en avons fait l'expérience, et avons dû changer de chambre au milieu de la nuit pour pouvoir dormir...
Le concept de l'hôtel est parfait si tout le monde respecte les règles.
Il dispose d'une cuisine commune, et d'un réfrigérateur dans lequel chacun peut stocker sa propre nourriture. Nous avons eu la malchance de nous faire voler notre repas...
Le personnel est très chaleureux, accueillant, et disponible( même au milieu de la nuit), il mérite à lui seul les 5 étoiles.
Il est donc possible de passer un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel ou un séjour gâché par les autres clients.....
