L. H.Absolutely incredible service. I came on a business trip for one night and day and stayed here and was amazed at the level of service and cleanliness. Nothing was too much for any staff member and everybody was so friendly. I had a lovely dinner as wel at a really late arrival which again was no hassle and breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless too, and the bed was so comfy. Thank you again to all the staff that made my stay brilliant even if it was only short. Would highly recommend this hotel

L. T.Stayed here for a wedding. Room was fine. Didn’t have breakfast so can't comment on it. I can say though that the staff were lovely. Request for extra towels and a blanket answered within minutes. Someone even came out to direct us to another disabled parking spot when the most obvious ones were taken. There's paid parking right in front of hotel. There's nothing spectacular about this hotel but they have outstanding staff. 👏🏽.

O. A.This is going to be a lengthy review. This was one of the stays, I've enjoyed the most in a hotel (and I've been to quite a few). It's not luxurious but it's clean and comfortable. 100% on cleanliness. The staff are amazing people. I wish other hotels will go and take a lesson from them on how to be a decent human being. Right from the front of house, to the restaurant and housekeeping, it was all made up of pleasant people who just wanted you to be comfortable. Shout out to Alex, Natalie, Jacqueline and Clare. They were outstanding examples of the brilliant staff. There was good variation with the breakfast (cold and hot options). The building and some of the facilities could do with some upgrading. E.g the shower pressure could be stronger. Also, the fridge compartment doesn't need a cover. The heat emitted is trapped and doesn't allow the fridge to cool properly. Hotel is BEAUTIFUL, I found out that it was renovated in 2019, and, oh god, what a beautiful job has been done. It's the most beautiful Holiday Inn Hotel I have seen in UK. Even others which were refurbished haven't been with such a good taste. Well done!
