J. C.Parking fine ruined the evening.
Ate at NINE B. Food was good, had a bit of a wait as it was a Saturday evening. Seated in a booth, lighting bright for an evening meal.
Parking part of the bill, registration plates logged, but still received a parking fine. Ongoing trying to solve the issue with various staff.
K. M.Fantastic. Staff were very helpful and room really nice. The hotel is very new and everything had been completed to an excellent standard. Bar and breakfast area is also very spacious. Just watch out for the Car Parking, it's not at the hotel, rather it's 2 minutes away. In fairness their Website does say this but it caught me out on Google Maps as due to a one-way system, in traffic it was a 10 minute drive from the Hotel Pin to the Car Park. Instead, aim for "Novotel / Adagio Parking" and all will be well 😊
J. M.I travel to Leicester at least once a month and I stayed at other hotels until I found Novotel.
It's truly an amazing hotel, friendly staff, spacious bedrooms with beautiful décor. The breakfast is an extra add on but it's all cooked to perfection.
There is parking on site but it is £10 a night and it's a 5 minute walk from the hotel to the parking area.
K. J.Hotel was gorgeous. Beautiful interior and friendly staff! Only downside I would say is in the room the bathroom door didn't close (it's designed that way) it shuts over but has no lock and also has a gap in between so if someone is in the shower, you can see them if you're walking past the door which is a bit strange. We were a group of colleagues sharing two rooms so this was a bit inappropriate for us.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, the staff were friendly and accommodating and even found us a safety pin for our daughter who was graduating and had a costume mishap. Food was excellent, room was comfortable, especially the bed. Altogether nice and modern and would definitely return.
d. j.Excellent place to stay. The rooms was very modern and stylish. Cleaned daily to a high standard. The staff was very catering to our needs , especially the night staff who helped with our very early start times. The hotel itself is close to everything you could possibly need.
A. S.Lovely, modern and clean hotel in middle of city. Few problems at check in (rooms were not ready for another hour) but duty manager was helpful and even brought our luggage to our room. All staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast had good selection, including gluten free bread (which is quite rare). Staff at breakfast also friendly and attentive. Stayed on Saturday night, and so just be mindful that the front facing rooms are very noisy – sirens on road and screaming clubbers. Also, parking is very well signposted, and walking distance, but in Saturday afternoon traffic, took us 10 minutes to drive through the one way system to the rear to park. It’s what you get with any city centre, but just to make others aware. Recommend this hotel!
p. N.Modern, clean and good location. Down side girl at reception disinterested she should go and do something she enjoys. Lightning in the rooms poor particular for ladies doing makeup. Towels not cleaned well makeup and lipstick stains. Sounds all a little petty but this is a brand new hotel and could do better.
D. j.Lovely hotel and reception staff and house keepers was lovely and helpful, bed and breakfast was around 100 for the night, you have to use your key card to activate the lift, rooms was decent size for a hotel and 50/60 inch tv on the wall two chairs in the room, lovely ensuite, comfortable bed. Overall great experiance
D. B.Hotel itself is very modern. The food is decent. The drinks are beautiful. I watched one of the bar staff make my cocktail and it was very entertaining. I didn’t catch his name but he had an arm tattoo. Overall a great experience. Definitely would recommend
A. D.Coming from Canada, my partner and myself wanted to stay at a hotel that was clean, safe and had accommodating staff. The Novotel at Leicester not only did this, but went above and beyond for both of us. Upon checking in, the friendly reception staff not only made certain our stay would be accommodating, but ensured us about their customer service. This did not just end with the reception staff, it extended to the wonderful bar staff and the cleaning staff as well. Usually in a review you can name one or two staff members that were exemplary, but I would have to name every single individual at the hotel that not only made sure our stay was welcoming, but made certain we were looked after. The hotel is in close proximity to the city center and the shops, which was extremely convenient. This review, does not do anywhere near the justice to how well trained, helpful and amazing the staff from reception, bar and cleaners were.
Thank you Novotel Leicester, and the entire staff for making us feel so welcoming and we look forward to booking with you again.
g. c.This Hotel is truly amazing, it’s top class, very clean, the room was excellent lovely bath room and big flat screen TV. We booked to have breakfast included in our stay. I have to say the breakfast was perfect, you can’t fault it. Everything was cooked to perfection.
I found out on the last day that you could have breakfast in your room. We preferred to go down to have breakfast, great service.
The staff are very professional. At breakfast look out for Shelly, she is such a lovely person, knows how to make you feel welcome. She goes the extra mile, engages in light conversation, she made our stay so much more enjoyable. It’s the little things.
This Hotel is in the perfect location. Across the road you have the cinema, and High cross shopping centre and all kinds of restaurants to choose from.
At the reception desk we were welcomed by the lovely Nikita. Very friendly, helpful, lovely to talk to. I can’t say enough about her.
We can’t wait to go back to this hotel, we stayed for 4 days, next time we will be staying for a week.
This was a lovely experience even though we had an odd moment with a certain person who asks you for your room number. It was as if we were not supposed to be there.
We never let that bother us as the lovely Shelly was there to brighten up our morning. We had a fantastic time 😁😁👏🏿👏🏿 Thank you Shelly 🙏🏿
I recommend this place to anyone planning to stay in Leicester.
N. W.The rooms are modern and have everything you would require to make your stay a comfortable one, including a small fridge.
Although the window are useless and do little to prevent you hearing the sounds of the road out front, sirens intermittently screaming and the sound of music blasting from the club to the rear.
The restaurant provides an average buffet style breakfast and the sausages need to go back under the bulb for a couple more hours to brown.
The mains are seriously lacking in choice and are not the best quality. I would certainly not recommend eating here. But luckily there are plenty of other options close by.
All being said, the staff are very friendly and helpful and the rooms are cleaned to a good standard.

First hotel I have been too with no bottled drinking water which they said I should purchase in the bar area.
When booking make sure you know where your room is facing coz my view wasnt the best.
They were aware I was arriving with two children but only had a one mini shower and shampoo gel, no shower cap, no toothpaste or all those things you see on their site.
The breakfast was amazing thank you to the chief and the bar staff who treated us so well at breakfast. Very polite
My son locked his toys in the safe, thanks to the staff who unlocked it and gave him his toys in time for our departure
T. C.Average hotel, great location. The breakfast was probably the most basic breakfast I’ve ever had from a 4star hotel some of which had a bad taste which I complained but nothing happened. No porters available in this hotel. I’d pick something else then this place first.
C. D.Absolutely phenomenal! There was an extremely kind, wonderful staff member called Nikita who made our stay far more enjoyable. Nothing was too big or too small for her. I would come back to this hotel again for her service. Words cannot describe how much she improved our stay. Thank you Nikita!!! In the 9B restaurant there was another wonderful woman called Chernice who looked after our needs excellently. These two women are a credit to the service industry.

Room was spotless and was allowed to check in early as the room had already been cleaned.

G. A.A new hotel with latest facilities although some problems with WiFi. The downside is that cars can get nowhere close due to pedestrianisation. The car park is a few hundred metres away which is a long way if a lot of luggage.

A. B.Doing an admirable job in the current COVID19 climate. New hotel in Leicester for 2020 - modern if average sized rooms but very clean (with hygiene signs on serviced rooms for reassurance). Staff very polite and helpful. Large uncovered car park, but not attached to the hotel... however only a short walk away. Bar is very pleasant place to be. Haven’t tried the restaurant but room service food disappointed (was better prior to lockdown) with limited menu and poor quality - recommend ordering takeaway or taking a short walk in to town.

- the elevator is mad fast
- breakfast finishes at half 10 and lunch starts at 12 not ideal when out till 6am previous night
- 32 Irish lads are able to run them dry of all canned and bottled cider in 2 hours
- the staff is very patient and sound given the circumstances
- the bathroom doors ( in the rooms) don't lock

D. M.Just opened this week (Jan 2020). Room was really smart. Big TV with HDMI input available. Lots of usb charge points. Slightly odd sink design. Biscuits in the room!
K. N.I stayed with Novotel on the 14th February, parking was accessible just a short walk from the hotel for a fee. It isn't secure but does have cameras for security.
Check in was easy but you are required to pay £25 deposit upon arrival. The hotel is across the way from nando's and a short walk away from other restaurants and shops.
The room was modern, clean and comfortable, well ventilated the AC actually works.
I had a minor issue during my stay but have since picked up with the Operational Manager and had my issue resolved. Reception staff are friendly and the hotel itself is very upmarket in my opinion and I would definitely stay again.
