First time at this Premier Inn and pleasantly surprised. Looking from the outside it’s a tall tower block and thought it may have been a bit tired inside but the room was amazing and just as up to date as any other premier in hotel. Room was larger than any premier inn I’ve ever stopped in!
The views from the twelfth floor room were amazing as you can see in my photos.
There is a car park below the hotel which costs £5 a day, just type in your car registration on the computer at reception.
The hotel is super handy for visiting Leicester and is right next to the railway station.
I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed here while in Leicester for a few days.
Hotel is located in a fantastic location, metres from restaurants, bars and the High Cross shopping centre.
The hotel is very basic, but has everything you need, the bed was comfortable, had extra pillows, tea, coffee facilities.
There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but asked at reception and was provided with one straight away.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful.
There was a random smell of weed in the hotel corridors during the evening, but this seemed to go in the mornings, once house keeping had been.
The walls are very thin, so you could hear people walking around above you.
The hotel backs on to a main road, so there is quite a bit if road noise, I'm used to this, so was fine for me, but be advised if your not used to it.

It was OK. A bit soulless, but I was away on a business trip so didn't expect much as most other guests similar. Good to have a secure car park, however sometimes a bit difficult to manoeuvre a larger vehicle due to the support posts. Staff friendly. Rooms clean. Breakfast plentiful. I'd stay again.

I stayed at Leicester Premier Inn for three nights as I was visiting Leicester with a friend. The location is great as it is right by the station and very close to everything else. We were able to book in earlier than advertised which was a big bonus. My room was clean and had everything I needed in it, I was really happy with it. The breakfast was great value for money and really nice, I would definitely recommend taking this option. All the staff were super friendly and very helpful, especially Naomi who was on breakfast duty each morning. I would happily stay here again if I came back to Leicester.

Nice 4 night stay in Leicester while working nearby. The Hotel must rank amongst the biggest Premier Inn anywhere! 12 floors of rooms and then a few more above, what for I don't know.
The room was the usual PI spec, decent bed, tidy bathroom and heating that had a mind of its own, but not an issue as it was a comfortable temperature.
Buffet breakfast with all the usual assortment of cooked and fruits etc. Super cuppacino from the machine! Dinner was good each time I ate there, but the salmon was just the best. Juicy with a lovely side of salad and the tastiest harissa dip I've had.
Definitely recommend it and will come back when I work there again.

Another great Premier Inn, located central enough for a short walk to the centre. Just across from Granby St which has a fantastic selection of eateries.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

What a pleasant surprise for a first Premier Inn visit. Super friendly staff, spacious rooms and a banging breakfast. Very nice.
H. C.
Bed was comfortable as always with premier inns, but this particular location didn't really offer much else.
The room was clean as expected, but the plumbing in our room (414) was extremely squeaky and loud, the toilet seat was loose and the extractor fan in the bathroom didn't work well at all. Coupled with the fact that the 4th floor windows aren't allowed to open (safety reasons) this meant that the whole room got very steamy, stuffy and damp and was difficult to air out, which maybe why there was a slight musty smell to the room and the whole floor in general.
Definitely not the nicest premier inn we've stayed in. I would say 'you get what you pay for' but we've always been impressed with premier inns until now and I'm not sure we even got value for money.

Middle of the road. The parking spaces provided are awful if you have a medium to large car.
The staff member at the front desk was sarcastic and patronising when I had told her that I had rang to make a request before we arrived.
Breakfast was ok, items on the hotplate just warm.
The rooms we booked had a supporting beam running through the rooms making them feel a lot smaller.
Good for a central location.
The staff at breakfast were a lot better.

A clean hotel, which is nice given the current times. However, the lifts are pretty woeful, we were on the 7th floor and spent far too long waiting to get up and down, crazily the stairs are the convenient option. When one can finally call a lift it stops at almost every floor whether called to or not, and they are massively overcrowded.
Beds are comfortable, view not too bad, on the higher floors it is quiet and the buffet breakfast is affordable and tasty too. We tired the bar for drinks in the evening, but the staff were completely overwhelmed by check-in duties to keep it manned, we gave up.
M. A.
The staff were very good to me and my wife and they gave us personal attention. They made sure we were comfortable and they listened to our requests.

Standard Premier Inn - i.e. clean, affordable and comfortable with the experience only marred by the lady on breakfast duty who seemed convinced that I was trying to get food without paying - even though I gave her my room number and name. Suddenly there's a security guard next to me until she finally finds my name. Not a pleasant experience first thing in the morning.

5* from me. Booked 2 rooms, 1 was a few hours before check in, no price hike. Check in was fine, rooms were great. I mean for the price.. it’s really quite good. Also like to give special thanks to Barrett on the evening shift who went all out to ensure our rooms were as good as can be! Thank you very much.
B. M.
Nice size room, clean and a good size bathroom, place is like a maze when you want to get to the car park which is reasonable at £5 for 24 hours, bit short of staff and hotel had one member doing front of house and bar area and also a trainee so it's a bit of a wait, watch out when they pull you a pint the head on it makes a quarter of a pint!
C. G.
Nice place. Our TV did not work and we were told that they couldn't do anything to help, I would have been raging if I was a Tele addict!!
I waited, whilst being ignored by staff for my breakfast. I felt bad for one member of staff who seemed to be serving and making breakfast. The breakfast was not desirable.
I am a bit disappointed to be honest. Waited a while for the dinner too, booked in early as we had a show to attend and was almost late after waiting a long time to be served both dinner and dessert
R. P.
Excellent service and room. Got a family room with extra bed. All was laid out perfectly and nothing to complain about. Checked in at 1am without hassle. Only gripe would be the very tight car park which some would find very difficult to navigate.
J. H.
Stayed in a family room on the 10th floor. We all enjoyed the room and the location. The kids loved the view from up high. The staff were helpful. The car park wasn't the best but there were always spaces.
j. a.
The most amazing breakfast ever!!!! No one beats a Premier Inn egg, not even Gordon Ramsey!! Staff very friendly but professional. Lauren was our server and she couldn't do enough for us.
H. I.
Great location, fantastic sized family rooms and the staff in the restaurant this morning were fantastic when we went for breakfast, highly recommended. Also nice and quite which was great with my young children.
P. M.
First time to this PI, arriving last night in the dark and rain, satnav took me to the right spot but all i could see was bars and cafe. Twice round the block dodging the parked cars half blocking the street when I spied the sign over the front door, that you can't see really until you pass it. The other thing is the carpark. It's underground, and the entrance is along the same narrow road and round the corner with only a very small sign thats easily missed. Parking for the hotel is on sub level 2 only. I ended up in the station car park which cost me £15...
After coming in this afternoon in the daylight there's a great big sign on the outside of the building, just a shame it's not lit up!!!
G. B.
Fantastic room 501however let down is wet room ,water does not clear very well hence room water still on floor ,needs looking at at possible venting ,sliding door so watch carper
Location idea for station
You need your swipe card to access lift
Check Inn ideal very friendly staff
C. M.
Bed unusually uncomfortable awoken 6am both mornings by wailing.
Parking on.premises good value staff friendly management dismissive bkfst good tad expensive location very good
G. J.
Very comfortable bed though room was hotter than I like, so slept above the covers. Breakfast was phenomenal
J. s.
Great stay..paritular recognition goes to Merta in the restaurant at breakfast.. although breakfast was delayed shenwas arrentive and caring to us throughout...Great customer service.
D. A.
Location is brilliant. Comfy beds. Plenty of vending machines and even a ice cream machine which is handy. Staff not always at reception so having to press a buzzer to get someone attention is quite annoying. Plenty of self service screens to check in. The only downside the parking signs are not clear it actually is underground towards the back side of the hotel and there's so few spaces for hotel guests. Most are for pure gym members. And the other car parks nearby are £14.50 for 24 hours when added to the cost of the room can turn out to be expensive of you don't find a car parking space in the Premier Inn car park. City centre only 5-7 mins walk so handy.
D. R.
It's to standard with other premium inns, it has an underground car park so if you're in a van I'd consider using the train station car park across the road.
R. M.
Barret customer service is second to none. We arrived thinking we had booked 2 rooms to only find out that we had booked for the wrong dates. Left in a dilemma hotel fully booked and no options really Barret went over and above what he had to and found us a room. A asset for premier inn!
E. W.
The bed is very comfortable. Staff are extremely helpful. And breakfast is lovely. All round fabulous night stay. Will stay again.
G. R.
Nice hotel with plentiful staff available. Room clean.
Good hotel.
J.
Best nights sleep, clean room, nice shower and coffee.Great customer service from staff.
l. k.
3 night stay, service was brilliant, food excellent and unlimited. Room was clean.
J. S.
Very nice and welcoming atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Great service!
P.
Good parking, clean rooms, slow check in and poor selection at the bar.
L. T.
Good rooms and service with very friendly staff. View was excellent. Very well situated for access to the train station or centre
I. B.
Hugeeee family room! Kids loved the space to run around and sleeping in their own beds was exciting too. Clean and service was good too.
A. L.
Nice breakfast. Very helpful staff. Room was as expected in line with Premier Inn brand.
J. C.
Easy to find..quick check in..Good room. Great view from room
c. w.
Good bargain price location in city center.only drawback was only 1 lift serving the underground carpark. Made loading unloading difficult,
د. م. ق.
I stayed there for 3 night in March 2020. Everything sounded great especially the welcoming receptionists. The wifi was the downside of the facility which I couldn’t use it at all, but still I love this place for ever.
L. S.
Took ages to check in and rooms was a little outdated however it's a Premier Inn so it's cheap as well staff was very nice and friendly.
s.
Stayed here for two nights. Had a lovely stay. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was prompt. Special mention to Paula who was quick at reception and welcoming at breakfast. I would come again.
C. S.
We had a brilliant stay in Leicester city centre. Prime central location with some lovely bars and shops around
S. C.
Very comfortable beds reception very friendly and courteous
F. F.
Clean...friendly and decent breakfast. Just as I'd expect from the Premier Inn
T. S.
Comfortable and clean I know I can rely on premier Inn to do the job. Parking and location very convenient however somewhat irksome that they now charge for parking. Premium Internet is still a bit hit and miss which is annoying given they charge for it.
N. W.
Great room, very quiet and comfortable. Only lost a star because the breakfast wasn't up to the usual standard.
M. D.
Great hotel, the best night sleep I've had for years. Nice full English breakfast too. Very good service.
M. F.
Stayed there many times for shows at the Curve theatre & it's always our first choice for hotels in Leicester. The only down side is you now pay for parking at £5 which was free for some years, hence why its 4 stars & not 5.
s. c.
The hotel is running incredibly efficiently under the new normal. Room was totally spotless when I arrived, the breakfast was a delight and the coffee and essential. If you have come from the station this is totally the ideal site
D. W.
Stayed here for work purposes must admit rooms were very clean and facilities was good. Will use again in the future. And also very reasonable priced too.
K. L.
The service staff here were really friendly and helpful. The lifts are super temperamental and sometimes you needed your keycard to access floors, sometimes you didn't and sometimes they just didn't seem to work at all. Which is kind of inconvenient when there are 10 floors and 1 lift not in use at all.
That being said, the rooms were nice and spacious, clean and very comfortable as you always expect from Premier Inn.
It says there are very limited car parking spaces for guests but there are actually loads so definitely chance using their free parking because you'll probably get a space! We checked in at 7pm on a Friday and had no problem parking.
L. S.
A great place to stay when visiting Leicester, the staff were helpful and very polite.
Rooms were very clean and quiet, the bed was comfortable and I really did have a good night's sleep.
Breakfast was good with a great selection for everyone to choose from, you couldn't go hungry because you can keep going back for more.
M. W.
Room ok, but quite dark. Found a sweet stuck to the skirting board from previous occupant. Staff and restaurant was very good.
d. a.
A great stay in a lovely city. The hotel is clean and staff friendly and helpful.
The only downside is the lifts can take ages to reach your floor as they are not working properly not so good if your disabled and have difficulty standing for ages. Seats outside lifts would be welcome.
V. J.
Room on 10th floor 1011. Very clean, appeared new/refurbished. Bed was lush. Shower great - and I fitted fine being 6'4"!
Big TV. Iron and board upon request.
Food (evening) was good. Breakfast well worth the £9.50!
Staff were amazing!! Couldn't do enough for me. Very helpful and happy to help. Credit to the chef too as still took an order at 21:45hrs!!
Parking was great too - had no issue with spaces but it was quiet period (midweek November) parking - turn off main road go left and follow road around until see underground car park entrance on left - make sure you register your vehicle when checking in.
I'd happily stay here again.
K. R.
Clean and quiet rooms. Good temperature control as we were able to cool the room. Nice bar downstairs. We managed to get a space in the underground car park. It is a bit of a trek back to reception but a good alternative to the pricey station car park nearby. We stayed during the Caribbean carnival and some visitors were unable to move their cars from the car park due to road closures. Worth checking if you are visiting at the beginning of August. Very friendly and helpful staff.
L. w.
Spotless and comfortable!
I arrived late to dinner - however the lady at the bar spoke with the chef and they accommodated and made sure I didn’t go hungry! (Even though it was my fault for being late)
Lady at the bar (looked like a manager) was very accommodating and helpful - 10/10!
Room was spotless! Tidy and comfortable.
Beats Travelodge by MILES!
T. A. A.
Comfortable, excellent location, very friendly staff! The train station is around the corner and you can walk to just about anywhere in the city centre in under 15 minutes. Their Thyme Restaurant is spacious and serves very tasty food - you can splurge on a curry or go for a lighter option then blow it all on the scrummy desserts! The staff were generally lovely and all were very helpful. There's the usual range of tasty items at breakfast: cereals, fruit, toast, cooked food, great coffee and you can ask for eggs freshly prepared whatever way you'd like. Another great Premier Inn!
N. K.
Location is very central, easy to get to and right beside the train station. The rooms were pretty cheap, even when booked at short notice, though the view I had from my room was not that great. The room itself was comfortable, double bed with a comfortable mattress. The room could only be heated by using a fairly noisy air conditioning unit, and the bathroom had one of those awful toilet paper dispensers that give you one sheet at a time. The restaurant was okay, the staff were very nice, but the food was a bit bland and the music was too loud and intrusive. Overall a decent stay, I expected cheap and cheerful and got it for the most part
T. N. S.
Fantastic service. Asked for extra pillows and a duvet. They were brought up to the room immediately. Disabled access room was extremely huge & spacious. Well worth the money! Access to the lifts is tight in a wheelchair. Mobility scooters wouldn't make it round the corner to the lifts. It's a tight squeeze! Other than that, fantastic facilities and fantastic service. Extremely comfortable beds! I highly recommend it!
V. H.
Clean, comfy, quiet. Reception was very slow to respond but excellent when they did. Dinner was good, better than expected, and menu included vegan and vegetarian choices. Good range of options for breakfast too.
M. T.
very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, effective air conditioning, good breakfast spread and excellent location.
S. B.
Hotel is in the centre of town. Had an underground car park that’s shared with the gym. Can be busy and struggled to get a space at 6pm. Rooms are okay and if you get on floors 11 or up the view over the city on a night is great. Food is good in the bar and breakfast was good.
C. T.
Went to stay here for a long weekend trip with my partner to get away and celebrate her birthday just the 2 of us. Friendly staff at reception who were always there. Rooms tidy and clean, bed lovely and soft with a thick duvet. Had a meal in the restaurant on the last day of our stay, tasty food and reasonable price too.
A. B.
It's a Premier Inn so you know what to expect. Good location. However, the room smelt faintly of cigarette smoke despite the smoke alarm. The room was a bit small and had a large pillar by the window due its office block heritage. The two lifts were ridiculously slow and so we resorted to the stairs most of the time. The underground car park was incredibly tight and I kicked myself by scuffing one of my alloy wheels on the kerb on the way down the spiral ramp - be careful! On the plus side it was quiet but overall it wasn't as good as other Premier Inns I've stayed in.
A. W.
Great comfortable stay for 3 nights. Rooms were very spacious and clean (room numbers 706 & 710). The staff in the restaurant were very accommodating. A special thank you to Paula the Supervisor (and staff) who went the extra mile by reserving our table at breakfast due to the restaurant being busy as a result of the Marathon which took place on Sunday. Thank you Paula your customer service was exemplary.
C. T.
I was pleasantly surprised by this location. Most city centre hotels have very small rooms but this bedroom was a very good size and the bathroom had a full size bath. Parking on site was free although limited in numbers and secure. Breakfast was a little bit of a let down in that the fried eggs were that tough I couldn't get my fork through them. Would stay again though.
J. P.
Need a bit of refurbishment, love the very spacious rooms tho
D. R.
You could not be looked after enough, The negative comments are simply because they are so busy staff are more than helpful but are also doing reception bar and looking at the tables however they are bloody brilliant… Donna especially was absolutely fantastic!!! This lady checked me in as well (remembered my name
Through my whole stay) served me dinner time and well (embarrassing) but at check in couldn’t work out how to use the lift so helped me too!!! (Massive bonus point)
Staff at this place are good but this 1 lady is an absolute asset to premier inn - (near train station)
If in the area again - defo on my
Radar
Dan

Ask to get put on the 12th floor!
The lift only goes up to 10, and the 2 extra floors of stairs might be annoying for some.. but the views!
I enjoyed the stay, the rooms were clean and tidy but the views are what I'd come back for.
Great location in the city centre. Perfect really
N. H.
We had a very pleasant stay in this premiere inn. The staff were friendly and helpful, it was just a short walk to the city centre. The room was extremely comfortable. We didn't eat here although we may do next time. We will definitely stay again
D. M.
Decent hotel which the rooms are clean. Downstairs reception can be updated.
Had a well stocked bar and restaurant.
The hotel has a car park with lots of pillars and high kerbs to damage your car if you're not careful.
Located next to Leicester station which is convenient if you need.
Lot's of shops, bars and restaurants nearby all within walking distance
M. L.
Nice hotel with comfy beds. Great location right by the train station. Friendly reception and relaxed bar. We managed to get parking on a Friday night which was handy, no faff with that either. The only gripe was the bathroom door was a weird slidey one that was wobbly. Would recommend.
T. C.
I do love a Premier Inn, rooms on top 3 floors have been refitted and are lovely, big and spacious and new fittings and large TV make them the best rooms in the hotel.
Only 1 lift working the other lift was closed apparently for the refit. Over Easter bank holiday where no work was being done. Just open the lift.
On check-in all 3 of the self service machine were out of order.
Reception was very good, it just seems the hotel is very short staffed. It feels that Whitbread have reduced staffing levels to the lowest possible level.
It is making a difference and I feel very sorry for this people business which is clearly not treating its people very well.
P. M.
Staff were so friendly and helpful - they couldn't have done more. One of the lifts was broken unfortunately. Room clean and hotel quiet at night. Breakfast good. Coffee drinkable but not great. Very good location for Leicester town centre.
L. H.
I stayed here for two nights last year just before Christmas and as expected from a Premier Inn I found the standard of accommodation to be very high. Quality service all round and a large room. Excellent location right next door to the train station in the cities financial district. Also about half a minutes walk from the shops and bars. Only downside is its located in St George's Tower, a horrible postwar 'skyscraper' that was earmarked for demolition a decade ago until some businessman bought it on the cheap and painted it blue. But then again I don't care what hotels look like on the outside.
H. C.
The only thing missing is a socket at both side of the bed, otherwise it is very good!
R. H.
A typical Premier Inn. Room was clean, staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Lots of support pillars in the car park space makes parking awkward at busy times.
A. H.
Friendly staff, fresh clean rooms and comfortable bedding. Lovely evening meal I had the 8oz steak and it tastes amazing and fresh. One down fall about the room was that it gets to hot and the windows are bolted shut and the aircon turns off automatically after a few minutes. Apart from that it's an amazing hotel and only walking distance to the city centre and close by restaurants
J. B.
Stayed at the Premier Inn in Leicester for the weekend. Lovely and clean hotel. The Staff are very friendly. The bed is so comfortable, and the full or continental breakfast is amazing. My only complaint is that they put us on the 12th floor and the lift only goes to the 10th floor. Normally I wouldn't mind, but I have a swollen knee which is painful going up and down stairs, so trying to drag yourself and your suitcase up at the same time was painful! The hotel was fully booked so we couldn't move rooms. Apart from that everything was amazing
D. N.
Had an great time with you. Booked for the Manic Street Preachers gig so only stayed
there one night but staff were friendly, food great and breakfast choice was fab. Had a great night's sleep.
L. M.
It's a Premier Inn - so very similar to every other one in the country, just know that the underground parking is a nightmare - the access ramp is incredibly steep and tight, plus once you're down there are pillars EVERYWHERE. And I don't just mean between spaces, I mean there are pillars in the middle of the access roads between spaces - there are literally chicanes to get round the pillars and crosshatching everywhere to stop you blocking the only route around! It's not impossible to park - I've managed to in a people carrier - but it's quite stressful and is very easy to scrape your car. Other than this, the hotel is fine!
b. s.
Had a great experience there - wish we could have stayed longer! The reception staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and the food was delicious and well priced. Room was smart, modern and the bed so comfortable we overslept! On site parking was so convenient. Love to go back - Ipswich is an interesting city especially if you are interested in Richard 3rd.
M. C.
Loved my stay here, staff first class, nice rooms and really good food. The staff could not of helped me more, whatever I needed was sorted straight away. Would definitely stay again. Meera who should be given a medal is not just a wonderful member of staff, but an awesome person and so caring.
T. J.
Fantastic City Centre hotel close to the train station and shopping areas. The hotel is decorated in the familiar Premier style, the beds are extremely comfortable and very large, the shower is amazing, both in power and temperature and the rooms are cleaned to a high standard. The staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. You really can't go wrong if you choose to book with this hotel.
S. T.
Standard Premier Inn service and fittings in a building that is not, I think, a standard PI new build. Close to the city centre with underground parking, which you can leave your car in for some hours after you check out, if you tell them. If not there's a 100GBP fine. The room was clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. We could be bothered to go out after a longish drive so ate in. The food was lovely, and actually reasonably priced. My wife is vegetarian and there was a good choice on the menu.
G. B.
Free car parking (in a very tight carpark) was a bonus with this hotel. Breakfast was good, hot, lots of choices and tasty. Bed was very comfortable and everything was clean, brilliant choice of hotel for Leicester city centre
S. S.
Great location and reasonable price, but my double room had a massive, load-baring pillar locking the daylight from the window, and there should be a sofa where that pillar is (I've stayed in a lot of Premier inns lol), so I think I got stitched up :/.
A. B.
This building is situated next to the city centre and railway station. The building resembles a nineteen sixties office block with some funky patchwork design on the exterior. The rooms are usual premier inn standard and quite large in size. Some rooms do have a pillar, to one corner, in them. Breakfast room is well laid out and spacious, offering a decent hot and cold buffet breakfast. There are a number of limited parking spaces available underneath the hotel.
G. S.
Quite dated hotel, staff are lovely
M. H.
Absolutley amazing, brilliant customer service, went above and beyond for us after a misshap at another hotel, im so gratefull for thier help.
Room was so clean and tidy, beds are comfy and i had the best night sleep, apart from being hungover it was all a good experience!
S. C.
We stayed for a Christmas party at the bistro live. It was a perfect location for our stay. 2 mins away from the train station and all the local amenities you could possibly need. The staff are friendly and the ambiance excellent.the rooms are large, well equipped and with comfortable beds. Now for extra bit!!! When any one showers, the most high pitched screech travels across the entire floor. They have serious plumbing issues that shot me out of bed. I did complain on the reception desk and they said sorry, but that does not get back my sleep. As for the no quibble garentee, this clearly did not stand on this occasion.
b. b.
Lovely comfortable beds as ever. View wasn't fantastic from lower floors though. Sofa and desk made it comfortable to work but the heating wasn't very powerful on the coldest night of the year so I had to wrap up warm.
S. E.
I didnt stay as they didnt have room for me, but the lady at midnight rang around all other premier inns to find somewhere for me to stay. She could not have done enough for me and it was much appreciated. I'm sorry I didnt get her name.!
P. C.
Polite staff, I'll maintained mens toilet in reception and defective coffee maker.. upon reflection, two stars not three.
At the end of the day
When you're all done in
There are better places to stay
Than this Premier Inn!
S. E.
The staff where very welcoming, the room was clean and tidy, the mattress was a bit uncomfortable. The breakfast was nice, I like the way you get to pick the food yourself, a bit pricy for me, but not a bad stay.
M. C.
Great location for staying over to watch the rugby, 10 mins walk away, free/inclusive of room bill - underground parking. Good sized clean and well equipped rooms. Nice cafe and restaurant. Staff friendly and competent. Would visit again for sure.
G. A.
Nice comfortable hotel. We stayed in a family room which was a good size for the twin and two singles we had. Very clean, maybe too clean as there was a strong smell of bleach when we first enter. We quickly got used to this though. The breakfasts were reasonably priced and were good quality. Soya milk available and the choices were English, continental and cereal. Please fix the extremely wobbly bedside table in 104 as this could be a HSE risk for you.
S. C.
Comfortable rooms, continental and cooked breakfast on offer. Evening meals also available. Easy walk to town centre. We had a hiccups with the shower in our room and the staff couldn't be more helpful in getting things sorted. Parking on site.
N. A.
A very good and clean hotel. It’s location is excellent as it is in the city centre and two minute walk from the train station. Not expensive and near two bus stops. Many restaurants are minutes away. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I would always stay there.
C. J.
Clean rooms for a good price, the only remark I have is that we wore mouthcovering and the staff wasn't. I found that a little bit strange, because that was a rule inside the hotel.
s. v.
Clean, quiet, comfy bed. Perfect place to stay right now.
1 minute walk to the station made it very convenient.
A. L.
Very good not massive but not tiny room, all was clean and the staff were all super friendly! Only complaint would be the soap provideo for the bath made my skin red and dry as I have very sensative skin but I assumed that would happen anyway. Over all great nights sleep in a comfy bed at a reasonable price
A. K.
I thought all premier inn's were the same but they're not! Because this one is right in the city centre each room is typically smaller than a more rural premier inn. But it's great for what it is. Brilliant breakfast and ideally situated. The towels are not great quality, that's my main criticism
M. F.
Stayed here several time when attending shows at the Curve theatre. They are now charging £5 for parking.
It's our first choice when in Leicester
K. S.
Located 1min walk from the train station and 5min walk from the city centre, Premier Inn is convenient for many reasons. Their price and customer service is great, even more so that they accept Leisure Vouchers. Beds are super comfortable, helpful if more firmer pillows provided. Also, with the windows not opening due to energy efficiency reasons, the alternative of the air conditioning was sufficient. However by locking the windows, I fail to see how energy usage is conserved when we needed the air conditioning on all day due to warm weather...

It's a typical Premier Inn. The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was generous. The room was comfortable BUT in the night the plumbing made some terrible noises and the staff were unable to help out. And it seems like a common problem here as the staff were very aware of it. Shame.
d. f.
Nice clean hotel. Had twin room good size, very comfortable bed, had great sleep. Stayed on 5th floor so did not hear any traffic. Easy to find, got a parking spot under the hotel, the car park is very tight. Breakfast was fab. Wi fi was good.
A. A.
It's a premier Inn! Good value if booked in advance, the lift seems a bit contrary. There is some free parking if you can get a place.Steady 15min walk to DeMontford hall, the location seems a bit grim late night
A. C.
Room was amazing size and the beds were comfy I slept extremely well. A really nice atmosphere and when one us us lost a room key they were extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't ask for better staff :) I would recommend to anyone it's perfect for any type of stay :)

Stayed at this Premier Inn about a year ago so no problem making a return trip for another event at the lovely De Montford Hall. Nice hotel we had a corner room which was large but there is a pillar that runs through it that does block the light from the window but for a 2 night stay it did not present a problem. The first night I did not sleep well as I kept getting woken by running water and afyer checking the bathroom 4 times to check it wasn't a running tap. In the morning whilst standing near the room door I heard it again above me and there was an access point which was a grill and that was where the sound came from. Slept great the second night.
Breakfast was great cooked to order however you wanted it with the very entertaining 2 Paula's to make it all the more deligjtful. Highly recommend this hotel right on top of a lovely shopping centre if that's your bag! Nice stay, very happy.
K. P. (. S.
Good clean room, good staff, comfy bed. Only problem was it was a bit warm on the 7th floor. The window was locked shut and the ventilation in the room didn't seem to help much. Otherwise good. Convenient location, too.
A. G.
Always stay here in December on my trip home cannot fault it great location shops things to see and do. Hotel clean and rooms are very spacious plus free car parking under hotel staff are very helpful and cheerful. Restaurant food is good plenty of it!! Recommend a stay here everyone who comes to Leicester ❤😍❤
N. R.
We often stay at this hotel during the Diwali season. This year when we visited, the room had a musky and smell of dampness. But the staff was kind enough to give us a different family room.
M. “. B. B.
Excellent location. Ample parking for free. Decent WiFi. Superb breakfast and evening meal. Friendly helpful accommodating staff. Eager to please. Clean. Negatives it's cold. The rooms have aircon but it doesn't get warm and the fan is noisy. Curly Hairs in the bathroom! The worst part is the noise from other occupants/guests. It's a busy place people coming and going. Groups of boys. No regard for others. Sounded like a ball being bounced above our heads at midnight. An alarm sounded at 0350 so a pretty awful night's sleep. On another stay it could be completely quiet. We were unlucky on our stay.
B. M.
Not very welcoming, room was ice cold when got there. Lots of noise all nite from other people. Breackfast was busy and food kept running out and very slow to replace it. Made do without bacon or eggs
A. H.
Nice budget hotel right in the heart of Leicester city centre. Clean and comfortable double and family rooms and a very good all you can eat breakfast option available. Never had a problem here and have visited on many occasions.
J. K.
The hotel was what you come to expect from Premier inn- clean, well maintained and well run. Trouble is that my room smelled of a dirty drain and the window didnt open. Air con was the only source of air and that shut down automatically after a while leaving behind an airless sealed smelly box.
P. N.
Nice views, lifts are a bit slow because of there being two for each floor, someone will get on the other lift but your can guarantee your one will be the one that stops at every floor. Other than that, nice hotel with great food.
R. E. Y.
A good location with parking available too. Staff very helpful and friendly a credit to the company. Only down side are the unsavoury people that hang around outside but you get that in most city centres. Staff sorted any issues without fuss. The food was good quality and good value too!
B. D.
Another Premier Inn to add to our collection! Once again we were pleased to experience a hotel willing to pull out all the stops to make us, and I'm sure all their guests, feel at special and at home. From the time we booked in on 13th March to the time we left three days later we were treated so well by Sophie and Tom who made sure we knew how to work the lift etc., and made sure that a table was reserved for a special meal for members of our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were all able to make the most of our stay. The restaurant staff were so friendly and happy that we started the day with a smile on our face. It's impossible to mention them all but we were struck with everyone we met on the staff and we would like to compliment them all on their treatment of the guests. Paula and Anjooli always seemed to be about when we needed them. Congratulations to Sophie, Tom, Phil and everyone else for making this our most pleasant stay.
T. K.
Clean budget hotel with good parking right in the middle of Leicester. Good stuff
J. t. r. m.
Rooms and ground lift lobby area needs updateing for a premier inn tired looking.
Rooms could do with better sound proofing from next joining rooms bathroom noise from a joining room ?
My room smelt a bit musty when I entered it but I used the air con to freshen it up a bit.
Tip : Run the water for the shower for 5 mins before use as the hot water has to travel upward for higer floors for some time before it reaches your shower etc.
Staff : are good.
Bar : small but ok.
On site Food : meals ok but not great value for money.
Good central location.
Paid Parking is better in the nearby off site parking if you have a big car.
£94.00 for a one night (no breckfast) same day booking it's not the best value premier inn ive stayed in.
K. A.
This is our second stay at premier inn Leicester city centre. Lovely clean room with comfy bed. The staff are both welcoming & helpfull. The location is superb with free parking a bonus. Wouldnt want to stay anywhere else.
S. H.
Good, well maintained rooms with very comfortable beds and were a decent size. Not the most friendly staff, however, though not a concern for me as I was only there for one night.
K. D.
No major complaints, free parking and in a good location. Rooms are clean and comes with everything you'd expect from a premier inn. My only issues is that this hotel is just far too expensive for what it is. I've had cheaper in prime locations with the same style and service.
N. K.
As nice as the rooms are, the parking is terrible. Its good that its got parking but it is really narrow for a 4x4 to get down. My tyres are wrecked after parking down the parking lot for x3 consecutive days. Not many other options for parking as always full nearby.
Even the parking bays are really narrow. Everyone parks in a double space and there a about 50 pillars that block half the spaces!!
The parking is shared with Puregym so it is limited that way too!!
p.
This is a great hotel that we use for stopping in when watching Leicester Tigers. It's only a 15 minute slow walk to the ground.
The rooms are clean and of a good size and condition. The check-in process was simple and overall the hotel is great value for money.
R. “. B.
Bed was a bit creaky, but very comfortable! Windows can't be opened but the air conditioning works well enough, the staff are VERY friendly and made us feel very welcome, food from the Thyme restaurant was spot on, and the morning breakfast was delicious! Would use this one again for sure!
J. P.
Good location near lots of shops & takeaways, not a bad price. Underground car park is a bit of a squeeze & parking in general isn't very good if the car park is full. Staff on the whole were friendly but breakfast staff would let our group of 8 sit together even tho there was space, had problem is noise from guests in interconnecting room but we were refunded for this.
W. D.
Located near the train station this Premier Inn has 9 floors. The room I had was updated so a big TV, AV input panel and plenty of plug sockets including one by the bed. Everything was up to the usual good standard and I would use it again.
N. C.
Had breakfast here, along with my two two year olds, whilst my wife did the Loros tower run.
The food was good for a hotel buffet but the service was exemplary, noticing I had small children the staff offered to bring drinks for me and offered pastries for the boys.
Making the whole visit relaxing and pleasant.
A. C.
Of all the premier inns I have visited this is probably the worst. The rooms are not the newer refurbished type found in many of the other hotels and it was clear with scratches and stains on walls and furniture that it was an old hotel. Apart from that it was okay but it would be a much better hotel when the rooms are brought up to the standard of the newer hotels.
R. D.
Welcoming staff, with comfortable rooms and good facilities
M. S.
Lovely room, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast. Few minutes walk to the town. Highly recommend
L. S.
Had a fab weekend at this hotel. Spotless, great beds, so comfortable, lovely food. Nothing too much trouble for the staff, 2 members of reception staff, Linford and Tom A , went out of their way to help us, si a big shout out to them. Also great location.
R. S.
Clean, safe (face masks) and great location
N. M.
Very central location (Next to train station). Staff on reception were excellent. Room was spacious and clean. Bar/restaurant was good. All for fifty quid! Spot on.
S. T.
Tonight is the 2nd time I have stayed at the Premier Inn Leicester, the 1st time was October 2018. Me and my Dad arrived here at Midday and booked a couple of rooms for tonight, Dad told the lady who booked us in (Stacey), that it's my birthday today, we then left and went exploring Leicester, and came back later to check in, when I went into my room, I had such a lovely unexpected surprise. I highly recommend the Premier Inn in Leicester City Centre.
T. C.
This is the 4th time I’ve stayed booked by my organisation. Rooms are great but bar and restaurant service is abysmal. Tonight I bought a drink at the bar and asked to book a table in the restaurant. The lady served my drink and asked me to wait while she dealt with other customers before sorting out a table. She never came back. I eventuality attested the attention of another lady to buy another drink and asked about a table. I was asked if I had booked and was told in a very condescending way that she would have to check as they were busy. She checked and told me she could take me now - as if she was doing me a favour allowing me to buy a meal in the restaurant. All in all a rather negative experience so I will not ask to eat here again and I will be recommending my organisation to find better accommodation in future.
I don’t blame staff who do try to be friendly - in my view there are too few staff and if anything perhaps a bit more training in customer service.
Oh by the way I have had a similar experience on all five visits!
Service in the restaurant was good and there were only about five tables occupied- so I don’t know what the fuss about booking in advance was about!
M. W.
Conveniently located within 5 mins walk of train station and on way into centre. Friendly staff on reception. Spacious rooms that are clean and warm with tea/coffee and large TV.
I. F.
Nice rooms, spacious and clean with big TV and facilities, however the single tea bag and only 30 minutes free WiFi is dated, mean and inadequate for business use or most casual users. Recently wifi has been upgraded to free, with a faster option available for an extra cost
J. T.
Nice rooms good prices, meals not too bad pay for separate didn't seem good value. Staff friendly place is clean.
M. A.
I have stopped here many times over the last 3 years. I've ways had good service here and the staff are friendly. Food is good though only enough choice for a few nights. Handily situated near the train station.
S. a. K. R. R.
Lovely hotel only didn’t supply enough tea bags, milk and sugar had to keep going to reception to get more. Also on the first night there was no draught working had to have bottles
A. G.
Absolutely fantastic rooms, quiet nights stay and comfortable sleeping. Brilliant location from train station and town, easy to get around. Service was pleasant and welcoming from staff.
B. A.
Nice clean rooms, comfy bed, big tv. but the towels smell like salt and vinegar crisps and the bathroom isn't that great. The shower and bath squeaked whenever it was on and there's a constant high pitched noise in the room
S. A.
First time in Leicester so thank you to all the staff and the locals for a warm welcome made my stay a brilliant experience. Special thank you to Anjali for helping me bring my items to me before i left.
a. b.
Had a really lovely stay, all the staff were very polite and friendly. The breakfast was so tasty even went back for seconds!!
Thank you premier inn it's been memorable :)
A. R.
Comfy clean rooms with a nice shower what more could you want.
Food is good, service is excellent. Also a great location next to the station
O. L.
A very beautiful location with some very friendly receptionists, but equally bad and impolite and inexperienced ones as well with little or no customer service experience.
L.
Everything you would expect at a premier inn. Comfortable and spacious rooms and good breakfast. Car parking is limited and not very big but so are many modern car parks. Secure nonetheless.
M. S.
Don't bother with the meal deal, there's nothing left on the limited menu
J. B.
Location in the centre of the city, right next to the train station. Has its own parking beneath the building. Rooms were adequate for their purpose. Service was fantastic during dinner and breakfast (which was fantastic).
T. P.
good value, nice and clean
R. W.
Premier Inns have their place: a weekend with ‘the boys’ - yes, a weekend with the missus - no. This particular Premier Inn evokes all the charm of a 1960s brutalist office block but it is what it is, you know the score. I like the utilitarian nature of it all but I was saddened by the lack of plug sockets by the beds, come on it’s the 21st century, we need to charge our iPhones! I did like the parking under the hotel though, I guess you can’t have it all.
l. b.
Even lock down the were very professional and helpful.
Room excellent and comfortable with air conditioning.
Great for city centre
D. S.
Great clean hotel. The highlight of our stay was the breakfasts and friendly staff especially Paula Ryan our lovely attentive waitress and Muz the chef who's food was cooked beautifully..When in Leicester again we shall be staying at this particular Premier inn again..
S. M.
Usual Premier Inn fayre, comfy rooms, good location. Parking in the underground car park is a nightmare if you have anything over a medium sized hatchback!
M. F.
Had to stay during the Leicester "shut down" so very few as expected staff around, thankfully. Room well prepared and hand sanitizers everywhere.
K. O.
Friendly staff only had one issue with a waitress but the manager and receptionist were very understanding and offered complimentary breakfast as an apology amazing food and the room was clean and comfortable
B. H.
Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good. Was easy to find and located in the centre of the city.
J. D.
Hotel is pretty standard for a Premier Inn, no purple light in the bedroom unfortunately and the car park is a bit of a tragedy to be honest. Overall very good though...
A. L.
Stayed here the night before my wedding. The room was spotless and the service was excellent and yes we are still married.
T. R.
The premier Inn Leicester is a 2 minute walk from Leicester train station making it an ideal location for business and leisure stays. It is within walking distance to Leicester town centre and local theatres. The rooms and clean and well kept. the staff are friendly and happy to answer any questions.
G. C.
Standard Premier Inn, though a fairly modern looking place very close the city centre. The rooms are across nine floors, accessed by either stairs or two lifts
The rooms are the usual Premier Inn type - clean, comfortable and generally quite nice. This hotels rooms have a wall mounted flat-screen TV, with an 'input panel's built into the wall below, allowing easy use of the A/V, VGA, HDMI & USB sockets. This allows connection of a laptop or tablet (bring any relevant cables with you) or playback of audio / video files from a USB stick or USB hard drive. A small kettle is provided for tea / coffee, with extra teabags etc available to help yourself at reception.
The small bar and fairly small 'Thyme' restaurant is adjacent to reception on the ground floor, where a couple of vending machines and a cash machine are also located. I didn't use any of these facilities, but have used 'Thyme' restaurants before. They are similar to other Whitbread Group places,.in that they are usually quite nice, serving decent food but are a little on the expensive side.
This hotel is a very short walk from Leicester railway station and about 10 minutes by foot from the main Haymarket Bus Station, though several bus routes pass close to the railway station as well.
There is a small Sainsbury's Local located almost directly opposite, with a number of high street shops, restaurants, fast food places and a couple of pubs nearby, one of which is 'The Richard III' Wetherspoon.
K. K.
Ideal stop clean and safe with good parking arrangement.
N. M.
I used this centrally located hotel for a business meeting and found it an excellent choice. Very clean with warm & friendly staff. It did offer free WiFi but I found the connection & speed were poor.
C. I. B.
Great staff, very friendly. Located near several restaurants and the train station, on my opinion one of the best choices for the price. Rooms are very comfortable. I recommend it
d. b.
Is like all other Premier Inns, but the location is good, cross the road and you are in the centre. Good safe parking and if you come by train it's next door to the station.
A. H.
Very comfortable and centrally based hotel that has everything that you might need. Local shops around the corner and very good choice of restruants avaiable near by. It also has a basemnet car park for guests as well.
W. T.
Outstanding staff! Clean room and a great breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to anybody. Right in the center if everything!
W.
Very nice location with excellent staff and nice rooms. However, the bar should not be closed at 10pm as it is an inconvenience for people who arrive late to hotel and need to eat.
J. B.
Lovely hotel, rooms modern, clean spacious.
Comfy beds, fantastic location. Great hotel
R. P.
The room was good value for a city centre hotel as is usual at Premier Inn and the staff were helpful BUT the works going on at the hotel meant restricted public areas and only one very slow lift
D. P.
Always great to visit premier inn but the constant asking for id once within the restaurant is annoying as you have inform the hotel what age you are when booking, why not have the two systems linked so i dont have to walk up the stairs when i dont bring id down with me to dinner l.
V. C.
Lovely room on 12th floor. Great city centre views. Didn't stay for food so cannot comment.
T. S.
Staff were brilliant, I would double check if you're a single parent though because apparently you're not meant to have 1 adults and 3 children in a room even though that is within the occupancy regulations
M. M.
Been a while since cur last stay here due to COVID etc. Excellent staff..
M. Z.
Great spot near my sons uni abode. Very covid secure. Comfy beds as always
C. W.
Lovely spotless room. Two lifts to service so many floors though, ruined it for us.
A. D.
Flat screen TV, great breakfast options, working hot bath/shower. Perhaps a little more hot drink options in the bedroom would have been nice but the overall night was good.
M. D.
The Hotel is based in central historic Leicester, the stay was excellent, the rooms were clean and the staff friendly, the breakfasts were amazing, good value for money.
K. S.
Excellent restaurant service and food. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was clean. I would recommend for a budget stay.
Y. O. O.
It is next to the rail station for quick travel. Furthermore the rooms are fine but a little expensive and the service is alright. Overall it is a good place I would recommend to any traveler
J. S.
Comfortable but adapted disabled room had a bath without an in-bath seat. A roll-in shower would have been better.
m. s.
All in all it was good but maybe a little clinical with very very thin toilet paper on a box pull system rather than just rolls.
Breakfast was ok but a little more on the quantity side rather than quality.
N. W.
Room was great, very clean, good size. Some of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, although a couple were very miserable and clearly didn't want to be there.
J. M.
Nice place and lovely breakfast
C. R.
We stayed in one of the new rooms, they were bright and clean. Staff were friendly and the location was great.
M. P.
I did not stay here but regularly use the seating area between Reception and the Restaurant as a place to chill, meet people and do some work. Coffee and light bites, with Wi-Fi.
J. d.
Very kind and understanding staff, room was relatively clean, but the view we were given wasn't the greatest
N. M.
Amazing service at the help desk, nothing is too much trouble to ask! Really friendly staff. Family room was perfect, beds are extremely comfortable!!
M. P.
Slept well enough but the room was very musty and damp smelling - suspect this is because the window doesn't open. Aircon sort of helped but not a lot.
S. R.
Pretty decently sized rooms, staff are very friendly. Unhappy with the car park as it's incredibly small, tight and there were no spaces when I got there.
C. B.
Perfectly reasonable place to stay but by no means premier, room was large but for no benefit still had space saving furniture and a big empty space, wasn't particularly clean but nothing horrible, very stuffy in the room as the windows don't open and the Aircon makes a subtle but annoying noise all night
J. N.
Very enjoyable stay especially due to the courteous and efficient staff. Hopefully they will have the lift to the car park working soon.
K. H.
Always friendly staff stayed a few times visiting family rooms always clean little bar to have a quiet drink at the end of day and so great for train station just over the road will be staying again
N.
Nice hotel located next to train station and city centre. Food could be improved. Friendly staff. Overall a nice stay.
J. S.
Staff were friendly, room was the standard affair.free parking was good but spaces are limited and the car park seemed to be designed by someone who has never driven a car.
D. L.
Food good, parking hairy, loud drunks disruptive in the middle of the night. Staff friendly and helpful. Comfortable rooms.
N. D.
Clean and comfortable room, friendly service and an exellent all you can eat full english breakfast. Will definately recommend to friends
A. A.
Good location and clean and modern rooms
A. R.
Good location and friendly, helpful staff. Free parking in the underground car park but make sure you register your car at the terminal in reception.
B. (.
What you expect, was nice and clean.
A. C.
Good room and comfortable night. However disappointed the restaurant had run out of ice cream for deserts! Only had main course
T. H.
Good hotel and good location. Minibar would have been nice. There eas two elevators, but another was broken 😞
P. O.
Comfortable and clean, friendly staff. Free Wifi speed is terrible. Practically unusable. £5 for faster wifi is a joke.
J. W.
We had a long weekend there and the hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful and pleasant. We eat in the restaurant for breakfast and had two dinners there all of which was very nice.
L.
I visited a friend, as usual the room was lovely and clean and the reception staff were friendly. I can't comment entirely as I did not stay overnight.
R. T. (. W.
What I saw of the hotel it was typical Premier Inn standard and in a handy location next to the rail station, but it is quite difficult to access the underground car park and lack of any local signage doesnt help if you are driving to it from out of the area.
M. F.
Room was serviced well, comfiness of main bed was 10/10 but the small single was not comfy at all. Basic rooms at a good price
K. B.
Very good hotel with excellent bar and restaurant.
J. S. E.
Staff very helpful. Had a good night's Sleep .
Food good with good service.
And there is parking on site
S. R.
Exactly what you would expect from a premier Inn. Nice clean rooms good location. Didn't eat there as the prices were extortionate for what they served
p. l.
Very nice room, good location and friendly staff. All for a decent price too. Would happily stay again.
T. K.
Good location (close to the city centre and railway station). Very kind and helpful staff, clean and I had a good sleep there.
J. W.
Great Central location. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly and professional staff, would recommend.
M. C.
Excellent all round. Conveniently central, easy to find.
R. K.
Lovely big bed, clean room, but we didn't include breakfast as it was cheaper to go wetherspoons
I. B.
Most comfortable stay at reasonable prices. Great experience with the staff and their breakfast is worth waking up on a cold morning.
S. G.
Hotel usual premier Inn standards. Service quick. Location excellent for town. Carpark an absolute nightmare though!
H. G. (.
Very good location, nice staff, quick to check in and check out. Option to leave bags in storage on day of check out. Room a good size
A. O.
Easy parking, good standard of room, friendly staff. Great choice at breakfast as always.
D. M.
The entire staff we encountered were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were at great pains to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable.
Excellent service, guys.
L.
It was quick and easy to check in - room was fine. Bed was too soft. Staff were nice.
N. P.
The premier Inn is standard, you know what to expect!
Staff are very helpful.
The breakfast is great, hot and fresh.
B. H.
Really good location prices aren't too bad very helpful and friendly staff nice food and drink menu very good rooms very spacious tastefully designed and the bed so extremely comfy
C. G.
The build is ok, I had a problem whit the floor, the lift is going til 9 floor and I need to go until 12 by steps, the breakfast was wonderful
P. W.
Great beds, good breakfast and always get excellent service from staff there. First choice hotel when working in Leicester
D. T.
Comfortable, central, air conditioned and helpful staff
M. C.
Clean hotel, breakfast was nice, room is very good size and well priced
M. L.
Good breakfast, helpful staff, quiet night and free Sat-Sun parking outside.
Room was a little small.
O. Q.
On arrival there was a problem with the booking as we booked online, which Donna on reception rectified, she was helpful, pleasant, professional, and polite, and a very valuable member of staff
A. D.
Very good hotel the staff very polite and very helpful. The restaurant food is first class and very reasonable priced. Will be back
D. A.
The location of the hotel is good, but rooms could be better. Also it was really cold in the breakfast hall in the morning.
D. M.
The staff are always lovely the room is lovely but the evening food was not Mediterranean (as advertised) and didn't taste nice 😕
T. W.
Customer service is excellent. Room lovely and clean. Staff very friendly
L. B.
Functionality it's great cause it's near the train station. Prices are reasonable. Most importantly is that even with all the noise out front it is quiet
D. B.
re-furb going on in reception/dining area..brand new room..underground parking included..pay in advance room price £55..
s. b.
So amazing 2nd night here and i definitely am not going to want to leave tomorrow

Great service. Car park no hassle, breakfast good. Room 914 modern quiet and clean
K. L.
Friendly staff, very accessible. Breakfast could be a bit better though
J. D.
Room was clean and comfortable. Staff incredibly helpful and friendly, would definitely use this premier inn again.
m.
Lovely room, friendly members of staff defo stay here again.
J. S.
Everything fine apart from the room was located right next to piping from other rooms, so loud water running noises when other rooms used toilet or shower...
F. H.
Location good, room ok. Restaurant was understaffed so service was slow but very friendly.
M. U.
Hotel experience was awesome enough space to do everything, food and drink options was good, delivery was good too hotel service was okay.

It's not bad here, I'm enjoying my stay.nothing to much trouble, staff very friendly and good.
E. T.
This was great as the rooms were outstanding and the breakfast deals were awesome.I loved it
C. M.
Good breakfast, bigger rooms than you'd expect for price, very useful location.
S. K.
The room was good value for money. However, the carpet near the door was damp and caused a musty smell in the room.
P.
Great location and very spacious rooms with comfy beds. Very poor parking, however.
M. S. C.
Nice clean and modern hotel right in the centre of Leicester. Only downside is the tiny car park with its perilous pillars and limited availability.
a. m.
Clean and functional hotel right in the centre of Leicester. Very close to train station. Some parking available underground, it is right down there though.
G. B.
Consistently good. Opened 3 additional floors since my last stay in 2018.
S. P.
The place is just 2 mins walking distance from train station n also a 20 yards from town center.
We loved the place and was very pleased with the service.
s. b.
Had a nice double room spotless room and the aircon was amazing also the breakfast is superb.
S. L.
Great stay central to every where room very clean beds are fab great nite sleep.

S. y.
Very clean room, nice staff, nice and clean and comfortable bed, very testy breakfast,
D. M.
I wouldn't say I had a great nights sleep, there appeared to be an alarm going off to all hours of the night... would appreciate it if they could fix that before my next visit
P. Z. M.
Great place to sleep in. But got ticketted £60 for parking in the basement! Shouldnt I have been told?
A. S.
A nice hotel. Great location, parking. Lots of rooms and nice views from the top floors.
S. O.
Very much cheap and cheerful, shows signs of its age but price reflects this. Did appear to be undergoing some modernisation at time of writing.
K. G.
A brilliant hotel which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner it is not to far from the town centre, in which you can go shopping and grab a bite to eat.
C. B.
Great location for city centre.
G. C.
Very nice stay.nice clean room.friendly staff and good location the town and train station
