J. R.Stayed here a few times now with work. Rooms are great and have been recently refurbished so are warm, comfortable, modern and fresh. Good socket provision and a HDMI link to tv on the desk. It’s quite a big place so never seems to be to busy in the week. And the rooms are competitive compared to the Braunstone Premier Inn. I’ve been on the ground floor on both occasions with people in rooms above which are a bit noisy/squeaky floors but other than that no complaints. Staff are super helpful and nothing is an issue. Pub next door good for food and if you get there before 6pm no need to book a table. Recommended.
C. M.This is first time we have stayed at this location. The prices (booked several weeks in advance) were very reasonable. There was my partner myself and our two young daughters (3&5) were stopping here for 2 night as it was half way between where we set off and our final destination. We booked a family room and needless to say that we were massively impressed. The space inside the room was fantastic (felt like 2 separate rooms) and exactly what we needed having 2 rather excitable children. The cleanliness was spot on and although the room was hot it was incredibly comfortable. The staff were incredible, very polite and tentative and genuinely welcoming. On the way in from our first day outing, we were greeted by the receptionist and she asked if the children would like some sweets. We were taken off guard with the kind gesture and from behind the desk the receptionist (I didn’t catch her name) appeared with a large cup of sweets for the girls to share to their utter delight. Thank you to all the staff at this location for their generosity and genuine care to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We don’t often stop at premier inn but this has to be one of the shining beacons. We will be sure to return.
a. c.Very good location for getting out and about. Is pretty much standard for a Premier Inn Hotel. Breakfast really good, cooked to order. Evening meal not so good. All staff very helpful and pleasant, always a greeting with a smile. Would stay here again.

a.Always stay here, never had a problem. If very hot I would be careful as no air con and we had 28 degree room....
M. C.Excellent stat bar 1st night not able to sleep. Very convenient for Leicester and local area. Helpful staff good service. Just didn't give me the right pillows but said that's all they have and took feedback. Otherwise v clean.and comfortable.
Another minor issue not sure why but the air con and temp control in room.didbtbwirk, and the kettle shorted the rooms electrics which has to be flicked from the switchboard to turn my electric on again.
Need to sort appliances out ;)
Also a convenient bakery next door and the restaurant and pub too.

B. L.Overnight stay for a family wedding at Winstanley House, a very convenient choice. Very comfy bed & pillows. Room far too hot even with window open which looked out onto a red brick wall!! Double glazed unit had been removed probably due to Covid to allow better ventilation but also let us hear the non stop traffic noise as this Premier is situated on a busy main road. However, the Breakfast was fantastic at the adjoining restaurant. Highly recommend both the full english at £9.50 or the continental at £7.50 as very good value for money with great choices.

S. M.A decent stay at Premier Inn. The room was clean, tidy and well presented and the staff all seemed pleasant and friendly. We got a good night's sleep and there was ample off street parking which was free for guests.
The hotel is attached to a Table Table restaurant which was where we had breakfast. The breakfast was reasonable, but the service was a little slow. We also used the restaurant for our evening meal which was reasonable and good value for money.
We'd happily return if back in the area.

One downside is no air con, only a heater which in the summer months can mean a rather hot night in the room. The other downside I would mention would be that the restaurant is separate to the hotel so the breakfast isn't the classic all you can eat Premier Inn breakfast and costs more. Other than that, the hotel is good value for money!

The staff were friendly and the rooms had been updated so nothing to complain about. Breakfast as usual for Premier inn is fantastic and well recommended.

j. b.Sorry the pics r rather rubbish but I hope it gives some idea how big the adapted accommodation is. My only gripe is that the shower is over the bath which if ur in a wheelchair makes it difficult. But there are plenty of grab rails and an emergency pull cord. Staff r so welcoming. Our stay was so comfortable. Would recommend staying here without hesitation.

C.The hotel reception is excellent, I have been there two times now. When ever I need to stay in Leicester on business. Came in before after a tiring day and asked if I can have my food brought to my room. More than happy to organise it. Rooms are typical of premier inn, comfortable bed etc. Quite a new/refurbished hotel so everything is still fresh and not that worn down.
T. M.Clean, fresh & nearly refurbished rooms. Located just off the M1 in Leicester. No noise in room at all & the bed is so comfortable your asleep as soon as you hit the pillow. The restaurant next door needs help. Not enough staff means long wait to take good orders, plates not cleaned off tables and some food products below standard. However the hotel itself is one of the best premier inn I have stayed in.
M. K.Room good. Breakfast was a waste of time and money, though. Took 20 minutes till I managed to get hold of someone to take an order. Another 30 minutes before we got a full English breakfast. Black pudding was rubbish. Scrambled egg bland. Rest was OK.

R. S.Sat nav took me down to back entrance of motorway service station so hoping the anpr won't ticket me! Its on the main road, no need to turn off. Breakfast not as good as other Premier inns as you can't help yourself and no choice of 'costa coffee' just a big urn. No air con in room just heater or fan which was noisy. I opened the windows but then you get the motorway noise. No lift so not for those with mobility issues or heavy bags although they did offer to carry them but I didn't know there wasn't a lift. Not up to the same standards as other premier inns but there was good parking available
M. J.Best mixed grill ever. Staff were a delight but breakfast let them down a bit as they can only do dry crumbly scrambled egg and the y let the white bread for toast run out. On the plus side TV in the room free view worked correctly and the entire bathroom was like new

M. S.Room was a bit smelly, smelling of damo when I checked in, probably from showers earlier in the day. Room was an acceptable size and bed was, as always, comfortable. Breakfast was okay - though the incredulous waiter balling at my vegan order was amusing.

V. M.Voted 5 starts for a budget hotel. I stay in budget hotels all the time, I prefer Premiere Inns over other well advertised brand names, this hotel is clean, staff friendly and helpful the room I had (no 16, see the 360 panorama) is excellent. There is a pub attached but I didn't eat there. At the time of reviewing there is a large extension being built in the car park, unfortunately this will probably limit car parking space. Its in a super location just off the M1 which you cant hear. There is a local, small Sainsbury and Co Op just down the road.I recommend this hotel.
D. T.One of the better Premier Inn's I have stayed in. It was easy to get to, the rooms were comfortable and clean. Really felt the difference having stayed the night before at the Trafford centre West hotel. Staff were friendly.

Located on a busy road and close to M1 with some road noise if windows are opened. Hotel is popular and is currently being extended.

R. F.This is a typical Premier Inn (or similar chain) where the hotel is on the margins of a place. In this case the Premier Inn is next to the M1. We had Room 20 in August. I suggest declining room 20 in August. It is at the end of the long corridor, furthest from reception and therefore nearest the motorway. There's no air conditioning and so the only way to cool the room during a hot night is to open the window - but the place is adjacent to the incredibly busy (and noisy) M1. We had a restless night because it was too hot to sleep easily - or too noisy... can't recommend for this reason, although parts that face away from the motorway (or are upgraded with air conditioning) would probably be fine. Our experience on this occasion was no more than three stars.
