D. T.Staff are excellent; friendly professional helpful. Hotel is lovley and clean. Beds comfy. Only downside is disabled room beds are really low making it extremely hard for me to get off and for this reason I won’t be returning.
T. 3.Great location nice and quiet staff were welcoming, the room was not up to normal standard no soap in Bath dispenser and very little toilet roll. But I would still highly recommend

T. P.Rooms are clean and comfortable, bathrooms are clean. Staff are very fruiendly and overall the place is nice. Great place to stay when working at the Glenfield hospital. Free parking and good location - its close to Beaumont Leys and Kirby Muxloe. Only downside is the restaurant, and wifi isn't the best

T. H.Nicola on reception was so helpful, welcoming and if I still owned a small hotel I would want her on reception. I live in Portugal and was visiting friends and family. It just made it a pleasure to stay there. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and reception can make or break your stay. Well, Nicola made it along with all the other aspects associated with Premier Inns.

Room is spacious and clean
Pleased to see there was a fan in the room should i need it.
When i book a room again in the future i will request a room on the ground floor if available.
I will be visiting the area regularly to see my Grandchildren and will definitely book further visits with this Premier Inn.

S. C.Lovely, clean and quiet hotel and very reasonably priced. Stayed for 2 nights over my husbands birthday whilst visiting the space museum. Rooms were very clean and had everything we needed. Staff were very friendly and attentive. The fire alarms did sound at 1am the first night but the fire brigade turned up quickly and diagnosed a fault with the fire alarm system itself. It was fixed by the time we came down the next morning. The member of staff on duty that night was excellent. He was calm and clear with instructions and even made a few jokes to lighten the mood whilst we were all stood in the car park and he did a roll call for all guests. Fire exits were all well marked and people had no problems using them as people came from all directions. We would definitely stay again if we're in Leicester.

Breakfast was good, appeared fresh and wide ranging, though not quite as stated on menu (no maple syrup, few pastries missing).

S. M.Average, turned up, after check in time. Room not ready, no lift and on a first.floor when we booked a child and a cot.
S. R.We stayed here overnight after going to a wedding. We arrived there very late but were greeted by a lovely lady at reception and she helped carry our bags to our rooms. The rooms were very nice, clean and well presented. There were many lights /lamps in the room including a blue thin strip light which ran along the top of the head board and was ideal for use in the night. The large beds were really comfortable. It was great having late checkout as standard so no rush to leave in the morning. Would use them again.
M. B.We spent a night prior to our granddaughter's wedding and wonderful care and attention from Michelle and Abbi. Also a wonderful breakfast cooked by Chris. It was a good start to a very happy day and we would certainly come again.

But the separate pub next door for breakfast was a let down. It doesn't belong to Premier Inns otherwise I'm sure it would have been a higher standard.
T. L.The best Premier Inn we've ever stayed in. Comfy, clean and fresh rooms, very peaceful. A very warm welcome from the staff who couldn't do enough for us. Great location for a visit to The National Space Centre and about 30 minutes from East Midlands Airport. We had a personalised welcome letter with some biscuits and sweets for our children, a towel art elephant . Only tip would be avoid the restaurant but this is nothing to do with the hotel, plenty of local alternatives Will definitely return when visiting Leicester.

S.All staff were very friendly and welcoming.
A lovely refurbished clean room with a very modern shower but the extractor fan in the shower room wasn't working , no air conditioning and a thick winter heavy quilt was on the bed on a very warm night. No thought had gone into the varying temperature of the different seasons.
P. S.It's a premier Inn, you get what you pay for. Good standard of accom...always use Premier Inn for single night stays somewhere..
A. W.It was as great a stay as can be expected during the pandemic. Rooms were clean and all social distancing and clean all protective measures were in place and adhered to.

M. K.Rooms are spacious but are on the more dated side of the Premier Inn stock, but comfortable nonetheless. Lacking A/C which made sleeping tricky on a warm September eve, but did come equipped with a fan at least.
No breakfast was available as the pub next door is being refurbished - I'd booked through an agent but their website does make this clear.
S. D.The stay was satisfactory. The attached pub/restaurant was under construction so the place was a bit of a construction site on entry. We passed the Premier Inn place twice before finding the narrow slip road because lighting and signage was poor. The staff were friendly and offered some complementary food items. They also extended our checkout a bit so that was good.
They need to improve their room booking mechanism. We were a party of 8 and booked in advance. Why can't a family book rooms together rather than have designation in check in? In addition one of our family couldn't check in for nearly 2 hours after a ride from Durham because we misplaced the confirmation code and had to wait until the late arrival members came with the code.
T. D.Hotel very good with friendly staff. The only thing that let it down was the pub that shares it's business. The pub was dirty, we booked breakfast but decided not to eat there

s. k.Like my stay at the premier inn market harborough my stay here was a pleasant one. Again all I could have wanted in the room was there, it was for the most part spotlessly clean - the taps in the bathroom had some gunge on them - not really something that should go unnoticed -w e drink from the tap and brush our teeth - not really good - hence only 3 starts - this was my only gripe.
Could do with being updated a little - it is looking past it's prime - not massively so , but i think a slight update would improve it.

L. C.Comfortable, silent nights just as they promise. I ate in the restaurant at breakfast and both evenings. There is a full menu and a carvery. I went for the carvery and it was excellent!!
C. D.The room was wonderfully presented with a prestine modern interior. Zero dirt and mess and the temperature was comfortable even in the heat. The large TV provided was perfect to watch the footy!

P. H.It's an on hotel with comfortable room and simple breakfast. A bit out of the way from the city but nice and close to the council for work. Staff were really friendly on checkin and make arrival pretty pleasant and easy.
K. C.Clean and comfortable hotel, I had a very spacious room and could hear no noise inside or outside of the hotel. There is a nice restaurant next door for dinner and breakfast but it was full of locals when I went and there was a 40 minute wait.

They are also having a large extension added so hopefully the existing may get a facelift as well afterwards? Worth noting the place is a bit of a building site currently, however this didn't pose any disturbance at all

No local amenities except Gastro Pub next door.
Very pleasant and friendly staff.
