We booked on Airbnb and found ourselves in a room different from the photos, which was a bit disappointing as we had 6 of us and the room we had didn't even have a table and chairs like the photos suggested. TV didn't work, lipstick marks in glasses. The beds were comfy though, and it was okay for a night

W.Basic apartment, no chairs or table on the balcony, nowhere to wipe feet when been on balcony, still waiting for my deposit, stayed well over a week ago, most hotels take cash deposit and pay back when leave tut, only had 1 bath towel, no washing up liquid or sponges so couldn't use any plates etc and broken glass in sink
M. W.Good value, decent size, friendly staff. But VERY noisy as on very busy road. Not hotels fault, but sounded like fast and furious outside! Might be because we were on ground floor though.
C. D.Booked last minute via Airbnb for an unplanned overnight stay in Leicester and for only £80 we got to call a 2 bedroom apartment in the centre of the city our home from home for the night
Apartment itself is modern, clean and spacious even if its layout is a bit unusual with what feels like a lot of wasted floorspace being taken up by a corridor leading from entrance to the bedrooms, living room and kitchen and finally bathroom.
Only £15 extra for late 2pm check out, which is definitely worth it, and friendly staff on arrival couldn't be more helpful and efficient.
Worth bearing in mind is this is adjacent to a main road through Leicester, and is a bit noisier than you may expect and worth bearing in mind if you're planning on staying here with children.

f. m.Amazing place, very clean and tidy. Having the opportunity to stay in a luxurious apartment for such a good price isn't something you find easily in Leicester.
Staff members at the desk are extremely kind and provide lots of help and support with anything. A big thanks to Hassan for hosting us and providing all the help since the moment we rang to inform of our arrival.
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.
S. U.I have stayed in this hotel for a few days and it was awesome. Me and my family we absolutely loved it and received all the support and help from the staff members. One of the staff member in particular Hassan was extremely helpful and kind since the moment we entered the hotel and provided us with all the necessary details and support. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that visits Leicester or just want to have a few days off from the stress at home.

Basic Accomodation, ideal if you just need a room to crash in. Leaky fridge freezer, could feel every spring of the bed.

S. S.Stayed for 7days in a studio. Best place to live for a real short time or longer stays. Its like a side center of the city. Everything is accessible nearby in walking distance whatever you need, groceries, foods, restaurants, local docs, post office, uni’s. View are amazing on the top floor. Security system is really good monitored 24hrs. Didn’t faced any issue except the wifi i really slow. But thats fine, it will work around. Rest the place is amazing.
