The rooms are clean, there's a small lift and nice seating area on the ground floor. It's not busy enough for breakfasts or meals. So as it's a cheap hotel, and it's probably a listed building, the windows are single glazed sash style. The hook on ours didn't line up with the loop on the frame, so a plastic spoon was used to jam it. You can hear traffic but it's not bad. There was plenty of tea and coffee in the room. No sweeteners only sugar but overall OK. Towels are supplied as is shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. They are not big rooms but it's for sleeping. Considering the Mariot over the road was 1200 quid dearer, I'm not complaining. Don't expect 5 star. Expect a clean, tidy room with some nice bits. Close to shops tube plus some nice cafes.

Despite the negative reviews we actually had a great experience at this hotel. Staff were helpful and the room was clean and pleasant. Great location just a short walking distance from Kensington High Street and Earl’s Court train station. Very little noise at night though that may have been because we were located on the second floor at the back. Only issue was that we could not figure out how to turn off the radiator (or if we even could) which was on all night, but we opened the window and switched on the fan provided by the hotel and we were fine.

Such a great deal. Sure the carpets are old and the shower takes a minute to heat up ... BUT what a deal right between two tube linesand walkable to Buckingham Palace. Pritam and Jax were SO FRIENDLY. they let me store a bag for a week and were always there to try to help. The rooms are small, but who stays in their room when you are in London? BUT the foyer is so cool = big leather couches,cool music and loads of old books to look at. Really - such a great deal and a wonderful 5 night stay. Will book again every time I come to London.

Good looking building on the outside, reception and lounge are ok as well.. Corridor carpets are covered in stains and are mismatched.. Our rooms were ok , bed mattresses that are well overdue replacing. Bathroom was so small kept banging my arm on the shower whilst shaving.. Good place for location if you just need a nights stopover.

The beds are confortable and the rooms were clean, althought not very big. The bathrooms are okay and they provide you shower gel which surprinsigly did wonders to my hair when I washed it. Its a really good zone and I would really recomend it if you are travelling on a budget but still want some confort.

The venue is really nice. In fact the hotel is very close to Earl's Court station. This station is on the Piccadilly line which is open all night long during Friday and Saturday. So you can enjoy your time at the center of the city without caring about the time!! Nevertheless the rooms are not so comfortable, they are actually too small and I think that it is a little bit expensive. I suggest you not to pay for breakfast because it is awful!!

This hotel is in a good location outside the more central area. Attractive from the outside, staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were functional enough but probably need updating. A little paint would have done wonders. Breakfast was good and set us up for the day..

Bed sheets had something brownish on them and the place wasn't really clean. Also at the back there was lots of noises everyday from some sort of party or something. The expensive bag storage was just a small room without any security and anyone could just take your bag. There was enough space, the beds were nice and the location was great; close to an underground and some museums.

Room small but clean and tidy. Good location. Close to Glos Road tube and a huge Sainsbury food store and restaurants near tube station. Pros: 47 GBP for one night. Very good deal. I needed a place to stay for a business meeting at 8.30am Cons: Suggest the hotel install a microwave in the downstairs seating area for guests. The reception said they would microwave what I wanted in the kitchen, so I bought a TV dinner from supermarkets and ate it in the hotel eating area. Saves money.
