P. L. R.Such a beautiful hotel, breakfast was lovely! Went to stay during Wimbledon and it was all themed. The cafe inside is just stunning and picture perfect.
Only issue was lift stopped working and we were on 4th floor and rooms were a bit small even when we had a family suite, so I’m sure they can do a little better, but that’s for the owners to work on. The staff were brilliant!
E. H.Stayed one night here, room was ok nothing special. We expected more regarding the room. They take a £50 refundable deposit. Walls in hallways are scratched and need re-painting. Christmas decorations were lovely and the vibe of the hotel decor was appreciated. The bar was expensive but had a nice atmosphere. Staff kept to themselves and were nice but not overly friendly. Overall met our needs for our one night stay but would not return.
P. S.Excellent location, the hotel offers a good breakfast in a lovely bright room. The hotel is clean and the Bar area is nice, although the open hours are short for a Central London location. Some rooms are very dated and very much smaller than they appear online.

The rooms are extremely small for what your paying.Also wen I went a staff member was incredibly rude and unwelcoming …he welcomed me and my partner by frowning at us and said “I want expecting anyone at this time” in a irritated voice! I’ve never felt so unwelcome.the phone in the room did not work and I was accused of smoking on the room …and fined 150 …..absolutely the worst hotel experience I have had.There are a lot of racist undertones as well things like staff constantly asking me where I’m going out of suspicion that I wan not meant to be there !!! DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL it is not worth a penny
S. T.I walked into this hotel bar for a bit of me time for brainstorming and thinking.
The place was nice and quiet so it met that need.
I think the staff were friendly, trying and attentive but there appears to be a lack of training leading to a number of mistakes and cold French fries 🙈. Club sandwich was a bit fiddly, but isn’t that normal?
The place is clean, tidy (could do with classier serviettes on their tables to match the decor) but it’s a nice space for those who need a space to hide away to concentrate.
Overall happy because the staff were kind.

We gathered every day in the drawing room to either discuss what we were going to do or what we just got done doing. However, it was more than our physical accommodations that made us love our stay at 100 Queen's Gate. It was the people that we interfaced with that made it EXCELLENT! From Jason's attentive correspondence to Robert and Lee's making sure our every need was met. This is what made us love our stay. We would definitely stay at 100 Queen's Gate on our next trip to London and we would highly recommend you to our friends. Thanks to you and your team for making our vacation so wonderful.
C. T.Beautiful hotel in absolutely gorgeous location. Convienent to transportation and walking distance to lovely parks. The hotel is immaculent inside. I would recommend avoiding rooms on the ground floor/basement if possible. While the rooms were comfortable, our view was of a car tire from a clearly basement window. The hotel also seemed very short staffed. Front desk was limited in ability to answer calls, greet in dining area and provide staff for check (no one was available). Overall if they could adjust the staffing issues I would rate much higher. I also would request a room on an upper floor if I chose to repeat my stay.
I.Lovely location, beautiful decor but the rooms are quite small and not as big as advertised, hence the 4 stars or else I would've given it a solid 5 stars. Also, the concierge staff are super pleasant and sweet :)

Had a maintenance issue which wasn't resolved. Breakfast food good, but had a service interaction at breakfast which was disappointing. Hotel is asking guests to make explicit request for room to be cleaned, otherwise it won't be done - apparently a COVID measure!

Disappointed with the standard of cleaning in a hotel of this class, the front of house pubic areas were fine, the bedroom ok but the corridors hadn't seen a vacuum for some time.

Took a while to check in and the staff from booking to checkout just seemed like they didnt know what they were doing, only saving grace was Jason the concierge. The iron was broken and leaked water, Kettle didn't switch off automatically and the room felt a little unloved. Great breakfast but not quite 100%. Would stay again though.

A. C.Stayed here for a night as were in London for a dinner. Room was pretty small, desk is in front of the TV which isn't ideal for if you want to work without blocking the view for others. The room looked pretty fresh and up to date but the bathroom desperately needed repainted as paint peeling off the walls above the shower. Also the extractor system in the bathroom sounded like a vacuum cleaner. Rooms can be noisy too as right on a busy junction.

B.We had a wonderful stay at 100 Queen's Gate. The staff are friendly and helpful, and it's in a perfect location to many museums. We had an interconnecting family room, which was great and the facilities were very clean and modern. There was a good breakfast spread and my children received complimentary ice cream sundaes which were delivered to the room - Heaven for them! They were very good with kids and I will definitely stay again with my family. I highly recommend.

Also there is a overhang at the bottom of the baths/shower be careful when getting out the shower. As like me you could end up scraping the skin off the back of your foot. But other than that very pleased and I would recommend going.

C. H.The location was nice and the rooms were very clean. However, when we got there I reported a horrible loud beeping noise from the gas leak indicator. One member of reception, hours later said there was nothing they could do as they had no maintenance staff. I told them that was unacceptable and there was no way we could sleep with the loud beeping. Another guy sorted it out but it took 4 hours from when I first reported it and several calls down. I felt no empathy from the staff and that acted like it was a total burden rather than wanting to help. Also minor thing but their shampoo was awful, turned my hair into a birds nest, and the creaking from people walking above you was so loud it woke us both up. I wouldn’t stay here again just because the staff seemed poorly trained or not caring about the customer.

From the lobby, to each of the restaurants and the guest rooms everything was beautifully designed and kept spotless. The staff was so kind and welcoming, and honestly you can’t ask for a better location as you have two underground stations just a minutes walk away! We especially loved the bar, ESQ, downstairs and celebrated our engagement with a few drinks there. The space, the cocktail offerings, and the staff were all exceptional. My only concern was the size of our room: it was a very, very small space so when we go back we will definitely upgrade to a larger room. We had a wonderful stay, and will absolutely be back!
V.I am very impressed! I had a beautiful room near the road and it was a little noisy and I am working here for a few days so the receptionist was lovely and upgraded me to the Mews room and it is so lovely and peaceful here. The hotel is exceptional and I will definitely be staying here again when my partner and I are allowed to for leisure purposes. Lovely staff! Thank you!

E. L.Great location, friendly staff, service overall, it’s a great hotel. I spent 8 nights at their Luxury King Room. Room was spacious, well maintained. In-room dining service was a bit slow. They never got me chopsticks when I asked them and they said they would bring them shortly. And the fire alarm sounded couple times. And the person from night team at the reception desk said it was nothing and I had nothing to freak out. But you can never say it’s nothing when the fire alarm is ringing in the middle of the night. And the room I was staying was on the LG. The hotel needs to fix this. Except that it’s the perfect hotel in a quiet residential area. Stefania at the reception desk was kind and helpful. Looking forward to my next stay there.

D.I absolutely loved that hotel. The staff is friendly and location is amazing. The area probably is the most favorite for me in London. I love these old houses and typical streets of Kensington. The minus is that the hallways and corridors are very narrow, very small bathrooms too. But I understand it’s a very old building and anyway it gets 5 stars from me.

S. T.My friends and I went for having high tea during the afternoon. The place was very private and bright of day light. The tea was definitely perfect and wonderful aroma. the room was smaller than we expected from what we saw on Instagram. However, here is very photogenic. Salmon roll was nice. Chicken roll was also good. Cheese sandwich was good. We finish all the scones but didn’t finish the sweets. Overall we think this place was a little pricey than the other high tea place at the same level.

y. w.I barely write a rating except for the exceptional ones, and this hotel is one of them, really good location with walk distance to the museums, royal Albert Hall and tube station, jogging in Kensington garden or Hyde Park is my favorite part of a day. Nice deco and clean room even for a person as picky as me, Really good service from the staff especially the ones at reception who help me keep my favorite room! This is my second stay here, and will definitely come back again!
O. P.Nice Hotel, in the final phase of renovation. Unfortunately we had a room directly under one of those beeing worked in... As we thought on Saturday they won't work, we said nothing. But they did. But if you want to get up early, it's not a problem. Rooms are small but comfortable. Only some shelfs in the cupboard are missing. Good bed. Breakfast is very good. All you need, and they brew a good coffee. Lovely Bar downstairs to have a drink after coming home. 10 min walk from underground.
M.Despite our group not actually staying at the hotel, I was extremely impressed by the level of service from the front reception and bar staff. Due to a booking error by our travel agent, our hotel transport to Heathrow was scheduled to pick us up from the Queen's Gate Hotel instead of the hotel we stayed at. (It was easier to go to the Queen's Gate rather than try and change the booking from overseas). After explanations, the front reception staff welcomed us warmly, offered us a cool drink, watched our bags and escorted us to the bar. The bar staff were equally accommodating and pleasant. When our driver arrived (early), the staff came into the bar to find us and then delivered our bags into the vehicle.
The hotel is also in an excellent area for tourists, and will be top of my list when we return to London.
I have left the room review un-rated since we did not stay at the hotel. I hope this will not deter from the hotel rating.

s. B.A beautiful and freshly renovated hotel by the Hilton group. The rooms are beautiful, small and stylish with very comfortable bedding. The hotel is in the beautiful District of South Kensington and offers a beautiful bar, breakfast Buffet and afternoon tea Lounge. This stuff is very friendly supportive and experienced.
S.Our room wasn't ready on arrival at approximately 7:30pm, we were then given another king room that was ready but it was on the lower ground floor. To make up for this we were kindly offered a complimentary breakfast by reception.
From the moment we stepped into the room my partner and I noticed it was particularly warm. We turned on the air conditioning and left it on for a few hours over dinner. We came back to go to sleep and struggled to say the least, steifflingly hot! (A chocolate bar melted overnight). Ended up getting a couple of hours sleep, waking up at 7am and had to call reception for a fan (which was a half an hour wait in itself). A member of staff did offer to extend our check out to 2pm to make amends for our discomfort. Despite this, we got back to sleep for a few hours by which time we had missed taking advantage of the free breakfast, shame.
I have never had such an uncomfortable sleep in a hotel, let alone in one with a premium price and star rating. I thought ensuring guests have a good nights sleep would be one if the basic premises of running any hotel.
S. P.We stayed here for 3 days in Oct 2019. We really had a pleasant stay. This hotel totally gives you feel of Royalty of London and it's also a 200 years old heritage property. Hotel is fitted with latest things as it was revamped in April 2019. I feel standard rooms could have been a little bigger but they were comfortable and cosy. They also have a Gym, Bar & Resturant. Really found this place cosy.

K. B.Very friendly staff. Very welcoming at reception. The staff in the bar on the two evenings of our stay were extremely attentive and served us with excellent cocktails. Great atmosphere too.
Definitely recommend this hotel and its good location. I hope to return soon.

H.Found the mattress and pillows uncomfortable, wi-fi signal in our room at the street side constantly dropped/unavailable forcing us to use our phone's roaming plan to get organized as there was a tube strike happening during our stay. Room amenities were missing after checking in (no shower gel or shampoo at all, 1 decaf coffee and nothing else). Basically well below the quality and service you'd expect from a hotel within this rating category or price range.

El hotel cuenta con unas cuidadas instalaciones.
Amplias habitaciones, nosotros estuvimos en una suite familiar para 4 personas.
El trato del personal es increíble muy atento a cualquier detalle incluso con los niños.,
El buffet del desayuno muy completo y variado.
Sin duda alguna una perfecta elección para pasar unos días de vacaciones en Londres.
