The dry aged steak was delectable , had an amazing charcoal crusting on the outer steak giving a beautiful flavour , the macaroni cheese and daphnois potatoes accompanied the steak perfectly - with a creamy and cheesy sauce . The best service I’ve experienced at a restaurant- waiters were very attentive ,polite and professional . This restaurant gives off a good vibe although I recommend coming around 1:30 to 2 o clock as before that the ambiance is moderately quite .

Fancy of fanciest fancies!!! I had the tasting sirloin and the Japanese wagyu was my favourite. I will definitely come back again it was an amazing night out.

Having lunch at their makeshift outdoor dining area still feels exclusive, well-looked after and secure. Service was quick but careful. I have asked for a warm blanket as the air still was chilly and they happily obliged. I enjoyed my steak and the sides were complimenting. The staff were quick to notice what I thought was a minute detail over the phone and sent a completely surprising, cute, birthday treat to the table. Wish the cleaning hand towels were warm to use at the end, other than that, it is highly recommendable.

I wanted to organize a birthday surprise for my best friend and I chose this hotel mainly for the beautiful spa! I contacted the concierge to get some help in order to make sure the whole experience would have been special for her and since the first email I knew I was in good hands. But I wouldn’t expect it would have became an open eye dream!! When we arrived everyone knew already my name and the name of the birthday girl, we have been upgraded to a studio room, much larger and luxurious and with an amazing view on Hide Park; in the room there were balloons, a beautiful fresh bouquet, a birthday cake, a bottle of Champagne, a present for my friend and a lovely card for us! We then enjoyed 2 hours at the stunning SPA, and it was just wow!!!! We went back the following morning for a last pool session and they even organized our breakfast in the relaxing room since we were the only ones booked in at that time. We also had lunch at The Cut and a few cocktails at the Bar 45 and everything was just awesome: food, drinks, service, nothing less than world class!! I personally want to thank everyone who went the extra mile to make sure we were having a perfect stay: Alina, Raoul and Craige from the reception, nothing was a bother for them, they went above and beyond to make us happy! Cristina from the SPA, perfect service with always a smile under the mask! Francesco and Lisa from the Bar 45 for the friendly and professional service and the amazing cocktails and recommendations! Amy and Miles (the guy from Essex…sorry I forgot your name…too bad!!) for the wonderful lunch at The Cut for their knowledge and service: we’ll be back soon. The fillet was to die for and your service guys made everything even more perfect, just flawless!! Maria, our room-keeper, who organized flowers , balloons and more, and to check on us if we needed anything: your service was precious! All the faces I didn’t manage to get their name from, thanks for your smiles and your assistance. And last but not least John, the general manager: without you nothing would have been possibile! Thanks a million for everything, I’m really truly grateful and I won’t be able to thank you enough: your team is amazing and we really want to thank every single one of you for such a perfect stay!

I took my father for this restaurant for eating some good quality steaks after I have been in CUT in Singapore when it had a 1 michelin star. So I must say that the meat was very good and the potato puree is amazing but still I had a problem that there is a hugh gap between this restaurant and the one in Singapore, there is was unbelievable (everything) and in London it was good but not near so thats way only 4 stars

Has 2 halal options for steak and the whole menu for that matter, very expensive but the food was of great quality, very good service and dessert was really good too

Probably not as good as the LA cut, but better than the one in Las Vegas. I would not recommend the Japanese expensive cuts unless you are going for a tiny portion. Go with the Australian Wagyu for sure. Better value and, believe it or not, better taste. Cut is my go to restaurant in London.

I believe this is now owned by Hilton. The service is outstanding and the waiters don’t fail to deliver each and every time the lunch menu has been shortened to brunch menu for the weekend. Unfortunately the steak quality has gone down and it’s not right up there as it used to be. The atmosphere is also very quiet leading to loss of customers... macoroni is amazing. Salmon, steak so and so. Risotto seafood is pretty well balanced. Three stars due to cold and poorly cooked steak

45 Park Lane, wow, the staff at this place give the hotel all its stars. Every single one is exceptionally helpful, polite, no ask too great and pride themselves on a personal service. Touring Central London with a 1 year old was a breeze thanks to the staff here. Restaurant was excellent although very pricey. Won’t stay anywhere else in London in the future.

Food was good but not great. The highlight of a meal with a £120 steak and £40 seabass was the basic ratte potatoes. Dessert was brilliant and the service was some of the best I've ever had, but the steak is what I came for and it was perfectly cooked but undersalted (I eat a lot of expensive steaks, it's s vice if mine) The only reason I would ever return is the amazing service

Upon our arrival, we were pleasantly surprised that we had been upgraded to a deluxe suite with adjoining rooms. A lovely lady was waiting fro me and explained me everything about the room. Best beef steak I have tried so far in London. I went for the tasting option which provides 8 Oz of beef from 3 different types including my favourite the wagyu. Side of Mac and cheese and paired with a wonderful Italian red. Not a thing was wrong with what we ordered. Fantastic service from the staff. We had a drink at the bar before the meal and the guys that served us were exceptional. 5 star with the price to match. I'm already looking to return soon and try that wonderful wagyu.

The stake was very nice, I like my stake well done and butterfly 🦋, the sauce served with the stake wasn’t good, I got confused about the type of stake (Wagyu/Black Angous) I don’t know how the Wagyu become a black Angous and of course this impact the price big time because they have the Wagyu word in the item name. Now for the sliders Burger 🍔 it wasn’t good at all, no way to order that again, the bun smells like eggy and that destroy the whole taste. Cookies 🍪 is nice but not the best, you can find better cookies somewhere else. Service was nice, the place is nice too. It the sofa 🛋 is not the best to set for longer time. Place is full with a young and nice people

Came to celebrate my son's 21st and a nice treat by his older brother. As expected, a classy place furnished with Damien Hirst pictures. Good service, good food and worth a visit. We started with oysters (good size), tuna tartare (very nice) followed by Japanese ribeye wagyu lamb, 2 x US ribeye, mac and cheese (very good), dauphinois potatoes (very good), foie gras(had better), fries (good) and bone marrow(nice). Good place for a special occasion. Not cheap, beware.

I want to give 5, and truly it could have been achieved. But the order was read back to us for confirmation, then arrived with sides missing. Then had to wait for these, while my steak got cold. That aside the service was of a very high standard and food was good. The Laguiole branded knives had the bee detail broken/removed. Also the glasses used were impractical tall, resulting in me spilling my cocktail (they happily replaced, so credit here). The dishes had strange accented sides which meant you knife either slipped in or out of your plate. There is a point where style becomes impractical, and this experience was borderline that. If you're not a cursed pedantic perfectionist (like me) you will enjoy this restaurant. I'll give it another try in a few months :)

We came here with high expectations. The location is prime, at the luxurious 45 Park Lane Hotel which is part of the Dorchester group. CUT is a steakhouse from celebrity chef Wolfgang Puck and they have several locations in different parts of the world. The interior and decor is modern, stylish and yet warm with a relaxing atmosphere. Service is excellent, attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Their wine list is extensive, covering all parts of the world. The wines in general are overpriced, at least 3.5 - 4 times of what you'd pay at wine shops. Bread selection is great, try the cheese brioche and the pretzel bread. In general the food menu is extensive, with a good selection of refined appetisers. The star of course is their beef! You can choose between local, US, Australian Wagyu as well as Japanese Kagoshima Wagyu. All come in different cuts and sizes. For the sauces and side dishes they have the classic selection. I'd try their creamed spinach and their fries. The steaks are cooked to perfection, the meat in general is juicy and tender. Still in all honesty I totally missed the "Wow" factor. The food is generally good but not outstanding. You are spending at least 100 pound per person, depending on your selection of wine. For this price I would have expected much more. A steakhouse for foodies. This is a little different to a normal steak house as the focus is more on quality than quantity, particularly things like the Wagyu beef. It is also one of the most expensive restaurants I have eaten in (factor in £200/head for 3 courses and basic wine), but definitely one of hte best. Great for a one off / special celebration - definitely not a place to go regularly!

Posh. Perfect. Puck. The best steak in London. Wolfgang Puck has definitely filled a gap in the London steak scene. The grass fed angus and the crab and lobster salads are just divine. Excellent wine list but definitely feels like more of a corporate dinner space than a cozy hangout place with friends. Doesn't matter. I'll don my heels and pearls for this beef heaven.

The food was excellent. The steaks, of course, excellent and the first courses were clever, delicious and the right size considering what was to follow. The people watching was good and listening to Mick singing "Brown Sugar" was an unexpected treat. Pity about the Damien " a cliche in his own lifetime" Hursts on the walls. The service was a slightly unhappy mix between relaxed and Silver Service: a more switched on Maitre might have told the staff to be less impersonal and a single spoon to serve broccoli from a flat serving plate is a recipe for fumbling. Oh, and every single person in the place asked me twice if I wanted another glass of wine. As there is a sommelier this just looks like someone has instructed the staff to flog as much wine as possible, rather than attentive service. But I am nit picking: it was very good on balance and the charming receptionist's gift of some breakfast muesli on the way out was a nice, if slightly eccentric gift!
