The hotel was descent enough for a short stay (weekend). We booked 3 seperate single rooms. One of us had a room at the fourth floor and there's no elevator. In one room the heating was very warm. Rooms are clean, beds are ok. Tiny bathroom/toilet, but it's clean and descent. Personal was very kind. Paddington Station is very near and there a several shops and restaurants around the corner.

Excellent for what you pay for. The team is very friendly. Rooms are typical for this area in London - small, though high ceilings. Has it all you need for a short stay, a place to sleep and shower. Hairdryer in the room available as well. There is hot water properly. Bathrooms are renovated and clean. Breakfast is surprisingly well-balanced and sufficient for many tastes.

Lovely little hotel, can't fault it really. Rooms are clean and comfortable, yes they're a little small but what do you expect in this pricerange? There is a 24 hour reception which is essential for me because I finish work at varying hours of the night. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. I haven't tried the breakfast yet, as by the time I wake up it's usually too busy to get a seat in the little dining room but the selection of items on offer looks very good. If you're on a budget and you want a basic, clean, no frills base in central London, the ABC is a good shout. Decent WiFi in all areas of the property, the only reason this is getting 4 stars instead of five is because the rooms are very warm, and although the rooms do have fans on the wall, air-conditioning would not go amiss at this time of year.

Decent budget hotel, nothing special really but nothing bad either, good breakfast. Try not to be above the first floor if you have large luggage as there are lots of narrows stairs and no lift.

You get what you pay for (to a point!). We looked specifically for a cheap hotel for one night while attending the US embassy for an interview. The hotel is a bit of a trek, but we don't mind walking - through Hyde park, which was nicer than the streets. The hotel itself has no elevator, the breakfast starts at 7.30am **no use for us and would have possibly affected our booking this hotel, as it was too late for us& it's not mentioned anywhere on the website. BUT, the room was clean, the bed was really, really comfortable (definitely needed a good night's sleep so well appreciated) the shower was powerful and the tv a good size. The main problem is no bath mat, so hazardous when exiting the shower, and the sink is tiny - hands only, do not expect to wash your face! But I would still consider going back here in the future as it's cheap & comfy!

Room ok size, was clean, staff ok, included breakfast could be a lot better I didn't even have anything and my husband said it was palatable but nothing special. Advise don't have a heavy case as there are lots of narrow stairs and no lift and not wheelchair accessible either. It was a get what you pay for kind of hotel cheap enough and only good for a couple of nights wouldn't want to stay any longer than that.

Nice hotel , small cosy rooms. I gave it three stars because they only provide one small pillow per person and only have enough for each room so there no chance getting another one! The breakfast had a nice selection, but it's downstairs in a basement which makes things a bit trapped with so many guests.

Small hotel in a Victorian house only a few minutes walk from Padding station, Oliver's Steak House, and Desajo do Brasil Churrascoria. Not sure why this hotel was especially recommended in TripAdvisor. The Wi-Fi didn't work on 2nd floor, when I depended on it.

Very clean and friendly staff, but the rooms are very small and ours was overcrowded with excess furniture - and by excess, I mean the one chair jammed in a corner. My husband and I were in a double room and we didn't have enough room to lay down and open our suitcases at the same time... We could only open one at a time for space.

Кондиционера в номере нет и если нет и вентилятора, то очень жарко. Если окна выходят на проезжую часть, то шумно. Есть номера в подвальной части здания. Если номер на верхнем этаже, то возникают проблемы с водой. Завтрак вполне неплохой, голодным не останешься. Убирают номер каждый день. Персонал очень дружелюбный.
