Friendly staff, easy and fast check-in/out. Clean room with private bathroom. Noises outside my room very late at night, but this is due to the location near to King's Cross St. Pancras station. Highly recommended!

This hotel is located within walking distance from King X Station. We are happy with the location, price and cleanliness of this hotel. It is just 30 minutes walk to London China Town and Camden Market. The staff was courteous, and check-in was quick! All in all, we will definitely come back to this hotel when we are in London.

To be very honest, the only downside of the hotel was that you have to pay extra for a upgrade if you want a private Bathroom is a bad thing, as for shared, has many insecurities problems. Unfortunately when we stayed, the private Bathroom had a faulty shower, and sometimes smelt of cigarettes. One of the employees was unable to help us by refunding us offered us to switch rooms. Which unfortunately we weren’t happy about it.

Terrible experience, so bad I considered sleeping in my car! Im so disappointed. We were close to leaving at 3 in the morning, because of the noise. Constant shouting and banging the entire night from a drunken crowd of people staying, this carried onto the late hours of the morning. Its a house converted into rooms across the road from the main reception, its practically an unmonitored bedsit.Called reception to no avail, I understand it was out of hours but at the very least a contact number should be provided for circumstances like this. The bathroom smelt and the room was very small. The noise and lack of someone on hand to help is what really upset me.My partner and I had a lovely day siteseeing and just needed somewhere to rest as it was getting late. I didnt bother to tell the reception in the morning when dropping off keys as id had no sleep and I was SO fed up! One positive is the lady at reception when we checked in was very nice. This reviews coming from someone in their mid 20s and easy going,I never complain but this WAS BADDDDD......

Really polite and respectful staff, very warm and friendly. Can tell it's a family business and that they take pride in their work. The room was very clean and well organised. Free tea and coffee, after a long trip and in the morning is always a plus. Price was great. Would recommend and will be staying again next time we're in London. The hotel room is a bit small, but you get what you paid for, I guess (also it's central London). But it's not an issue as we spent most of our days sight seeing anyway. The location is actually quite convenient. It's near St. Pancreas & King's Cross, near a bus stop, also street lined with restaurants. The only problem is... we were mugged near the hotel :( Bruno from the reception kindly helps us with reporting to the police (for insurance purposes). The police said that kind of mugs/scams is quite rampant so just be extra careful when walking around.

Great little place to stay at. Hopefully you don't get the rooms up on the third floor, because those stairs can be hard to navigate with luggage, but the staff are very accomodating and helpful. The facilities are good and clean. We only stayed one night, and had to leave early the next morning, so did not have breakfast, so cannot comment there. We would definitely go back again.

Incredible location. Very clean, friendly helpful staff, amazing breakfast. They serve you and are very nice. A lot of people I see are complaining about no AC , but you can always open the window if needed and the rooms have small fans (my husband and I used both) .. would definitely return :) however, small hallways and no elevator so not that great for those unable to do stairs or tight hallways

Decent & clean room. Great location. The stairs is too steep and small, would be very inconvenient if you have heavy luggages and your room on the third floor. A/C is alright and doing it’s job. Check in and check out was easy and fast.

The location of this hotel is great. It's close to so many things. The subway or metro station or tube is less than 3 minutes away from the hotel on foot. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are super duper clean. The only thing that bothered me a bit was that the room was small. I found it annoying because I had a big suitcase and few bags. There was room for the bags but when I wanted to open them or to pack, I felt the space was too restrictive. It was also a bit noisy at times (maybe that's because my room was close to the stairs leading to the reception and the cafeteria so I kept hearing people going up and down). The breakfast was average, not bad but really average. But the service was very fast for the breakfast. Not your typical hotel, if you're not a guest at this hotel, you can only get in if the staff buzzes you in. If you're a guest, you can access the hotel with a key they give you when you check in. The 2nd key is for your room. There were no clothing iron in the room though.

My expectations were low given the central location and the relatively low price, but I was pleasantly surprised. To be sure, the corridors are a bit musty and narrow. But the hotel is great otherwise. The staff is efficient and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious. And while the rooms are small they are clean and modern. I recently spend the night while travelling with my brother to Austria, and while this isn't the most opulent hotel in London, it's certainly a nice place to set your head down for the night. We had an early Eurostar departure from the adjacent St Pancras, and it was ideally located. Staff were available late into the night and early in the morning to collect our keys. The room was nicely presented and clean, though a few features seemed a touch dated. Otherwise, a perfectly reasonable place to stay overnight on a budget while being in close proximity to the heart of London. :)

Excellent value for money in London! I stayed in the basic single. Rooms and bathrooms are always clean. Internet is reliable and fast. The full English breakfast was one of the best I've had In London son far. Would repeat :)

We stayed in the hotel apartment on Judd Street. It was absolutely brilliant. All the home comforts you need. We visited the hotel for breakfast. Endless supply of tea and toast along with a tasty full English breakfast. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, lovely to chat to. We were able to keep our suitcases in the lobby while we went out in London. Overall a really lovely hotel in a great location just minutes from Kings Cross Station.

I brought very heavy luggage with me and the hotel has no lift but I left my bag at the reception with no problems since I had a spare change of clothes in my handbag. The hotel is super close to Kings Cross anf the room I stayed in was small and cozy and great for resting before taking the train on the next morning.

This is a five-star to me forever more. Everything was wonderful this place. Although it is Sans air conditioning the cool breezes were pretty awesome. The cleaning staff was wonderful you could order up taxi cabs or find maps to locations that you needed to go to they have all sorts of Wonderful amenities including juices and coffee at the front desk and a full breakfast in the morning. It's a no-brainer you got to go.

This hotel is perfectly located just 5min from St Pancras station in Kings Cross. The rooms are tiny but very clean. We found the bedding a bit uncomfy but we only needed it for a few hours as we had an early morning Eurostar check-in at the station. Shower was also beyond tiny but manageable and clean. We spent £175 for the 5 of us to stay the night -- pricey but anything less than that will buy you a dive in Kings Cross so we're happy enough.

My husband and I landed very early so we dropped off out luggage and wandered around town untill 1PM, the time we were told to return to check in. We arrived at 1 and were given our key and walked up the endless stairs to the top floor, looking forward to a long overdue nap, only to find the room still a mess from the previous guests. Dirty towels and dishes, used bedding, etc. We went back downstairs and were told to just drop off our stuff and it would be about an hour. So I am now slouched against the wall in the hallway waiting because I am too exhausted to do much else but sitting on some stranger's recently used bedding is not appealing.

Staff was nice and helpful. The bathroom was shared and very small. There was no elevator so it was an absolute pain getting a suitcase up and down the narrow stairs. This place is better suited for backpackers passing through

I have stayed here multiple times now and the best part is the breakfast. It is a good amount of food, served in a nice location. The room I stayed in was what you would expect and nothing out of the ordinary but it was comfortable.

Simple, clean, conveniently located hotel steps away from King's Cross/St. Pancras. In decent condition considering it's in a slightly older building. We were able to leave our luggae at reception during the day before our room was ready which was convenient. The front desk staff were kind, however wanted a 3% fee to pay with credit card (note to self: bring cash next time). Rooms were clean and well maintained, but SO small. Be prepared for noise during the day, the windows of the rooms back on to a schoolyard -- recess time gets noisy! A decent value for money.

Located within walking distance fr king's cross train station n additional 15 min away fr Euston stn. Clean n quiet place with friendly n helpful hotel manager. Nice set breakfast...same menu everyday. Efficient kitchen as the place has limited tables. Room is just nice for 2 pax. There was system glitch when we booked and we were given double room with an extra bed. Absolutely a bad idea as we could only open the bathroom door by a few inches. There is also only space to leave 1 luggage opened.

Worst possible accommodation that I had here during my Europe tour 2018. Probably it was built as a jail/confinement cubicles which they are advertising as rooms. There was no lift....you have to climb 24 steps to reach the first floor....and 72 steps for 2nd floor. The stairs are around two feet wide..two persons at a time can not move.Bathroom is so tiny that there are chances that you may injure yourself if you are not very cautious. Breakfast is very stale and composed of mere six items out of which you have to select any three and those will be served. Finally if you want to experience "Cubicle Living" book this accommodation. I should also put it on record that ONLY the staff were GOOD.

A truly dreadful experience all around. There was a King sized bed and a twin in my room, rendering the entire room useless and you’d have to crawl into the bed and out as you tried to get up. They claim that the front desk is open all night long but the door was locked with the lights off, and there are no phones in the rooms to call any staff. The persons in the room next door were having extremely loud sex that woke me at 11 in the evening and again at 5 in the morning that same night. There was no way to get staff assistance. All in all a miserable hotel experience.

Love our stay in this family own Hotel.If you want a fancy hotel then look elsewhere and pay lots more but if you like great staff service and great breakfast , good rooms and very clean .The owner service every morning was someone you don't get in big hotels.He was very helpful with info on the area even let borrow his book on best London pubs!
