A. U.Beautiful room with huge bathroom and balcony. Staff were lovely, very clean throughout. Surprised when we booked it as we didn't expect it to be quite this nice. Would definitely stay here again.

W. S.Lovely business hotel. Standard rooms are a bit small, but clean. Service was smooth. Inclusive breakfast had a small, but decent selection, with your usual continental choices and British classics. I was there for business, so location was perfectly near my office. Enjoyed my stay!

O. S.Good location, friendly staff. Rooms decent size (ours was "just" a Superior King), but somewhat noisy, even at a weekend. Ask for a room away from the road if available. We were woken at 1am by another room running a bath - would have expected better noise proofing in a modern hotel. Overall pretty good, but not great.
J. B.Really fabulous hotel. Everyone who works there is so nice and accommodating. There is a bar downstairs with decently priced drinks. The area could not be better for business. It does get really dead on weekends though, but that's not a hotel problem, just an issue with the area.

Really pleased with our balcony suite even though it was January and under ten degrees we still went outside. Wonderfully attentive staff, lovely breakfast again served by excellent staff. Room/suite was fantastic and the staff went above and beyond implementing my requests as part of the birthday celebrations. Polite, friendly, wonderful decor, with attention to detail regarding everything. Can not rate this hotel highly enough, will definitely be back in the future.
N. J.My girlfriend and I stayed here for our first anniversary. We were greeted with a nice warm welcome and the staff were very helpful taking our bags before we checked in later that evening. They had set rose petals and chocolates on the bed and the room was spacious with a separate living room area. The bathroom had a nice shower as well as a bathtub and we had a really good sleep in the bed. The breakfast service was a little slow the following morning but it was very busy and the staff were very friendly, the poached eggs were cooked perfectly! The hotel was in a great location between Moogate and Bank tube stations. Finding the hotel was a bit tricky however as it is a bit hidden away, but overall a lovely place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff.
I. C.Good location for those on a business trip to the City. Walking distance to Bank, Liverpool Street and Moorgate Underground Stations. Take note that the surroundings are empty at the weekend.
Front desk was kind and helpful. Cleaning service ends at 17:00, so if you slept in you're out of luck. Noise quality could certainly improve as we heard construction work on the floor above us during the day.
Will consider the Apex for my next business trip.

V. A.Wow what a fantastic hotel! We were very lucky to find this last minute and on a bank holiday weekend -- which meant Bank was practically dead! Reception is very friendly, thank you Atilla! He didn't judge us even if we were soaked from head to toe 😂
The room was amazing, so much space and very comfortable super king bed -- my 1st decent night's sleep in ages. The bathroom was excellent, kept our 5 yr old happy with the bath. Loved the area as well...no tourists or scary people when you're walking about..until you get to Liverpool Street Station 😆. Already planning on our next trip back!

L. T.Rooms are amazing, clean and very large. The service was also really good and the food was tasty. This would be 5* but the prices for food and drink are very high, I know drinks in London cost a bit, but £20 for two was a wee bit too high. Overall though this is a fantastic hotel.

L. A.I rarely give 5 stars but from the moment I arrived and throughout my stay, this hotel exceeded expectations. Nothing too much trouble, impeccable staff, spacious and well designed room, and extra little touches such as complementary popcorn, chocolate etc. I’ve generally stayed in a different chain of hotels for the last 10 years of visiting London regularly, but if all Apex hotels are of this standard I’m more than happy to switch.
N. M.I didn't stay at the hotel, due to cancelling, however I'm still giving it 5* because of the above and beyond effort shown to assist me during the Covid-19 crisis; many thanks to an employee called Angie more specifically. I booked through Expedia, who were adamant they didn't want to provide a cancellation refund. This was after 1) The CEO of the hotel chain emailed to say ALL bookings during this period will be refunded or rescheduled, 2) The government advising social distancing to take place and all signs were leading to an imminent lockdown.
However, after providing detail of Expedia's refusal and lack of understanding to Angie @ Apex Hotels, Angie managed to have discussions with Expedia and secure a cancellation refund for me. No doubt this would've been a mountain of a task during the unprecedented times, but achieved through Angie' perseverance and high levels of customer service.
As a result of Angie's support, I will most definitely be rebooking a stay at this hotel once normal life resumes.

M.Stayed here once in a junior suite. It was lovely. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room service was delicious too.
Z. P. (.The hotel staff is very polite and every time I made a request it was done within minutes. The rooms have a small living area, clean and comfortable, I'm happy with this hotel. Some minor issues were:
1. could not leave cash as deposit - It was fine to pay as you go, less convenient but ok. So, they had to come to the room and clean out the mini-bar :) . I'm completely fine with this, but it could be seen as a bit insulting to remove items in case the customer doesn't pay for them. They have a Bose wireless speaker system in the room. If you want to use it via bluetooth you need an adapter which they'll bring to you, but they take a deposit for it - seeing as they could not take cash deposit, they just left the adapter with me in good faith. They also have DVD's for rent (free) which is very good to have but again, how would they take a deposit from me had I asked for a DVD? I didn't mind it at all, but what I mind are absurdities :) .
2. Cold - the room is air conditioned to the temperature of 21 degrees and for some reason that blows out cold air. If you increase it to 28 (maximum), it reverts back to 21 on its own, but after you do it again, it stays and blows out warm air but very slowly.
3. The view is of the building opposite so not much privacy
4. The shower (room 209 at least) pressure is quite weak
5. Loud doors - one morning, I'm assuming other guests were coming in and out of their rooms, slamming the doors and it's loud
6. King bed is 2 beds pulled togethe
R. S.Nice hotel. Good sized rooms and ours had a sensational walk in shower. Beds were comfy and room was quiet. A little pricey though.

Service, Rooms and Food is/ are great. Definitely worth the price to pay per night.

m. b.Good location. Even though the city shuts down at the weekend, you are 5 ins walk from either Moorgate or bank for transport meaning you can get across to any part of London easily.
Room was modern (4th floor), and was quite large for London standards. Bed was a king, very comfy. Minibar, iron, hairdryer, kettle…usual extras. Complimentary snacks and water was well appreciated. Separate walk in shower as well as a bath.
Free working wifi was good, and decent speeds as well with only a one time logon.
Very quiet, apart from the building work currently going on nearby. The actual hotel itself was very quiet.
The little interaction I had with the staff was all very pleasant and professional as well.

We just felt upset and then left the last Hotel, but now we have totally got out of a bad mood. Not only all of the staffs are polite and considerate, they also kindly helped us to resolve each problem which could not be offered by Holiday Inn London Bloomsbury. Additionally, their physical facilities are much better as well. I must kindly recommend Apex London Wall Hotel.

T. M.The Apex London Wall Hotel was an excellent choice of accommodations while traveling on business to the UK. We checked in late on a Friday to get the pleasant surprise of an upgrade to a superior room. Being off the main roads it was unbelievably quiet for a central city location.

Eine sehr gute Lage von der vieles fußläufig und mit der Metro zu erreichen ist. Wunderschönes Zimmer. Sauber, top gepflegt und modern. Herausragender und aufmerksamer Zimmerservice. Das Frühstück ist einfach nur ein Traum. Super lecker und frisch gemacht. Tolle Auswahl. Ich empfehle jedem das Frühstück unbedingt mit zu buchen. Ein perfekter Start in den Tag. Tolles Ambiente zum Essen, ebenfalls schick und modern. Es lädt durch seine Gemütlichkeit dazu ein, Abends an der Hotelbar etwas zu trinken, wobei die Getränkeauswahl auch vielfältig und lecker ist. Preis-Leistung Top. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Aufjedenfall weiterzuempfehlen.

However, if you look closely, you can find a lot of dust and dirt in the room, which is carefully forced to tables and side tables.
