N.The staff are very accommodating. Rooms are clean. The bathrooms are hygienic and aestethically pleasing. They also come with a fridge and a microwave which is exceptionally useful.
The checkout time unfortunately is early and you are charged for parking as well as every hour you spend early or late.
We also paid an additional amount as a deposit which we were told would be refunded. To this date I have not received my deposit. It is also unfair on the staff as the manager must approve all requests and they never seem to be available.
B.Just visited London for the weekend. Stayed here, Good hotel for families, have split level rooms with small kitchen. Perfect for a weekend in London. Short walk from the northern line. Could do with a luck of paint but was perfect for us. Staff were attentive and welcoming. Would definitely return.
I. S.If you're looking for reasonably priced accommodation whilst visiting London you can't go wrong with The Arch Hotel. Basic yet clean and comfortable rooms, the reception is manned 24/7 so very secure. Will book again for our next trip
J. H.I stayed at this Hotel for 5 weeks, for work reasons and found it a great place. Better than I've experienced in the price bracket. All of the staff were excellent. Keen, personable, able and helpful when help was needed. The building itself is a one off too, which i liked. Great place.

H. E.It's one of best family rooms I've ever stayed in. small and yet spacious with above room for kids, kitchen (minus cooker) and a spacious bathroom. The price is a bargain for central London. one thing that I was disappointed with was the parking. you have to pay for it and is not cheap
J. C.Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It would have helped if there had been a couple of chairs at the breakfast bar. We had to eat our meals sitting on the bed. There was no towel rail in the bathroom. Reception staff friendly and efficient. Sound proofing was poor.

Clean room and most importantly a good night's sleep, beds are extremely comfortable. Very efficient check in and out, very professional , attentive and welcoming staff, they are always there to help you out when you need them. Modern and spacious bathroom with floor heating. 100% recommended
M. M.I have been here on numerous occasions and every time it's amazing. This time I stayed in a normal room as the garden shed wasn't available but was great downstairs living area and an upstairs bedroom spacious with wardrobe feels like home which is good modern clean bathroom. With gorgeous shower. No noise can be heard so a good nights sleep and check out is late which is perfect also so you can relax and not rush.
A. H.Very nice ! Having your own small kitchen in the room having microwave, kettle, some dishes , coffee, tea, cutlery . Affordable price . You have to pay the parking 10 £ / day and if you want an extra bad for your toddler , you can get it for an extra 20 pounds . Staff were nice !

N. I.A lovely apartment in Central London. Nice and clean with all amenities. Was very pleased to find an iron and ironing board inside! The only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because there was a lack of mirrors in the apartment which was essential for 4 women to get ready and put makeup on. I'm sure not an issue for some.
N.Superb experience. I made a booking in person, as I had read variable reviews and wanted to see the rooms for myself before booking. All of the rooms that I saw were clean and spacious. The room we stayed in was very large, extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Everything we expected to be in the room was there and functioning properly i.e. toiletries, hangers, hairdryer, iron, fridge and tv etc. Check-in and out was quick and easy. The two receptionists and security guard that I met were all very courteous and helpful, particularly Natalia who took my booking. We would love to stay again.

The check in was very smooth. The girl at the reception was very pleasant.
We were 3members.My husband, myself and my 12 year daughter. The room was a duplex. Very clean. The house keeping staff were very polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal .Very easy to reach central London using the train and bus. The hotel has an old world charm about it.
The two things I had problem with are...
The skylight glass on the top floor bedroom. It gave me a disturbed sleep. The sun used to set at 9 pm and rise at 4am.No shade on the skylight. I am used to sleeping in a dark room. This became a bit of a problem.Hope they do something about this.
In my 13day stay they cleaned the room only 3times.We would like to come to a clean room everyday. May be they should change this policy of cleaning rooms. But toiletries and towels were provided everyday and rubbish was removed daily.
Leaving aside these two hiccups we had a very pleasant stay.
The Receptionist Lee was very helpful. Special thanks to him.
M. N.A very good hotel for the amount of money put into it. Amazing staff, always ready to help out if needed. Clean and tidy. Only downside was the bed, which was a pull out couch. It's been used past it years, and the air-conditioning was broken. 34° without air-conditioning is torture. It's also a reasonable distance to London centrum. Underground just around the corner.
T. M.The rooms are smaller than we expected for a business trip. We were concerned because the ceiling creaked when they walked and when children were running around it was not acceptable. The staff are some of the most helpful and friendly people. The building is quirky and rooms are individual. The best part about it was the size.
A. U.Wonderful staff and amenities, however the ac was broken, the window latch was broken, and the curtains didn't work. Apon alerting the staff they did make preparations to fix the problems but we have been here a week and nothing had been fixed.
To summarize up, it's a wonderful place to stay, and definitely worth the price, however the upkeep is subpar and the staff simply arnt qualified to repare the damages in a timely manner.
7/10 would stay here again

M. H.What a delight! This place is charming, quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Right next door to a beautiful church, which has a bell that tolls on the hour. Very clean. Neighborhood is great.. it has everything you need or want within walking distance. Highly recommended!
J. B.Not as nice as the photographs suggest, the staff were friendly and the location is excellent. The rooms are fine but sound proofing was a bit of an issue we could here everything from the room above us, and were woken up at 6am when they left (sounded like an army walking on the ceeling).
I read reviews before I arrived and it wasn't as bad as some had made out, but it's definatly not as impressive as the photos suggest.

schönes geräumiges Appartment , großes Bad mit offener Dusche,

gute Lage ( Zone 2- Tube in wenigen Min erreichbar)
Belüftung auf der Empore( 3 Betten) leider nicht möglich, daher war es dort in den heißen Tagen auch nachts sehr stickig.
Küchenausstattung sehr mager, keine Herdplatte, wenig Geschirr, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank aber vorhanden.
Insgesamt aber eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Upon my arrival I also found instant coffee, sugar and some tea packages. In the kitchen there is also a metal cutlery kit. Elegantly and minimally furnished, in the living room there is a sofa bed, a 32-inch TV and a metal coffee table with two metal chairs. There is a small corner used as a storage room. The bathroom, although not too large, has a good shower and a decent sink. The toilet is obviously present, but not the bidet. Upstairs there is a comfortable sofa bed with a 3-door wardrobe, and a corner with a mirror and some lights. P.S. The reception is very kind and polite and will respond to your every need.

Al mio arrivo ho trovato anche del caffè solubile, dello zucchero e alcuni pacchi di the. Nella cucina è presente anche un kit di posate in metallo. Arredata in modo elegante e minimale, in salotto è presente un divano letto, un televisore da 32 pollici e un tavolino in metallo con due sedie in metallo. Vi è un piccolo angolo addibito a sgabuzzino. Il bagno, seppur non troppo grande, dispone di un ottima doccia e di un discreto lavandino. È presente ovviamente il wc, ma non il bidet. Al piano di sopra vi è un divano letto comodo con un armadio a 3 ante, e un angolo addibito con uno specchio e alcune luci. P.S. La reception è molto gentile ed educata e risponderà ad ogni vostra esigenza.
