M. B.I was there a few years ago and I found myself very well, both for the service and the welcome. The place has its own charm, a little old-fashioned, but this is an advantage from my point of view. I hope to return soon, for many reasons.
R. M.The Avoca house hotel is very convenient and close to the stop for the National Express (Stansted airport bus) and three tube stops. The rooms are clean, every two days they come to clean. The breakfast is always plentiful. The two people who manage the hotel are always very helpful, friendly as well as giving advice on places to visit. The area is very quiet. The structure is apparently spartan but we found everything we needed to spend a beautiful week in London. For a family without too many needs it is recommended.

The hotel is cozy, very close to Swiss Cottage station, which connects you to all of London. There are supermarkets, gas stations, restaurants, and even a very complete hardware store nearby. The only downside is the beds, which are very old and need a mattress replacement. I had to ask for an extra pillow and slept on it, as the springs literally dug into my ribs. Apart from that, everything was fine, as the hotel is located in a very quiet, peaceful, and beautiful neighborhood.

The hotel manager, Shan, is very polite and helpful. The location is perfect. Only 3 minutes from Swiss Cottage Underground Station but also close to Belsize Park and Hampstead.

The house could be very pretty, it's a shame because the garden and the interiors are dilapidated. However, everything is clean, the beds comfortable and the room for 3 a good size.
The staff is very pleasant, discreet but available. The breakfast is too simple but the price being very attractive you shouldn't ask for too much.

A. M.I've stayed at Avoca around seven or eight times in the last five years, owing to the perfect location and the reasonable rates, and I've never had any issues. It's nothing fancy, but it's the perfect way to slot into the gorgeous Edwardian history of Belsize Park as the architecture on the inside is largely as original as that of the exterior. The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast room is of ample size too. I have always been impressed with the polite nature of the staff, and they are quick to accommodate any changes too - I recall one occasion where I had booked a double room for two of us for five nights, and we had been upgraded to a family room. I can't complain!

We have been there, two adults and two children, spacious, comfortable, clean room, full bathroom. Correct breakfast in a small room, but attended at all times by very polite and helpful staff.

G. R.Cheap and cheerful Very much a basic no frills hotel. Don't expect a full fry up for breakfast, just toast and cereal plus coffee or tea. However, all were adequate for what we wanted and provided you aren't expecting the ritz, you'd have a nice stay.
H. M.The breakfast was simple but more than enough. The Hotel is close to the Jubilee line and you're in the city centre very fast. Near the Hotel are also supermarkets, a mall and a cinema. We were very happy during our stay.
