M. M.It’s very nice hotel and reception staff is perfect & vey friendly feel like home ,service is excellent , also the area is very good everything is near from hotel l will definitely visit again to this hotel soon.

I. B.I stay around 1 month there it was amazing, stuff is very helpful, clean, location is amazing for London, 2 min walking to station, every thing was good
E. O.This is more like an apartment and the reception doesn't run 24 hours like the hotel you may be used to. The room we stayed in was clean enough, although it could be better.
Anyway, it was a bargain. It's about 25 minutes by car to the Victoria Station but the Hammersmith station is close by.

K. J.I read some dreadful reviews before booking, braced myself for the worst. It wasn't as bad as some reviews made it out, quite nice actually. It is an apartment style, meaning they don't make your bed, change your sheets or clean the room except for once a week. The front desk staff were all helpful and had good suggestions for locally owned coffee places nearby. The room was decent, the bed was fairly comfy twins pushed together, a bit stuffy but I had a window to fix that. There is loads of construction going on in the neighborhood, but it wasn't a huge amount for me. Overall I'd recommend if you're looking for something affordable and can put up with the odd thing.
R. S.We arrived sunday. Reception helped carry our bag to another house around the corner. We was on top floor. As soon as the door open all i could smell was drainage smell putting it nicely. The guy asked if room was ok. I explained that smell was terrible. He came back about 10 mins with air freshener ( time we arrived was about 8.30pm ) also a fan as room was hot. Monday am. Someone is working on another room. Even though there were builders in room below us. I couldnt hear anything? We went to reception and spoke about the drainage problem again. It caused my daughter to have several nose bleeds and my asthma to get worse. They did fix the problem. To be honest i have seen some terrible reviews on here about them. We had no problems at all. If i asked for a fan within 10 mins or so. It was there. They were polite. Friendly helpful. Room was cleaned on monday. We booked sun - tuesday. They changed towel re-made the bed. Only downside i would say there wasnt a fridge and glasses etc were in a cupboard way above my reach. So i couldnt if wanted to even get a glass. Thats my only moan.
T. M.The location was excellent to, situated just a short walk to several bars and restaurants and less than 10 minutes from the Apollo where I went to see a concert. Clean and met our family vacation needs. The facilities were great for a couple or a family would certainly return.
T. M.The main positive of the hotel is its excellent location. The traffic connections are very good. There were hairs all over the bathroom. Appaling customer service. The room service and cleaning the the WORST I have stayed. I could not get the wifi to connect properly. I couldn't get the ***ager to talk to me.
T. M.Excellent location, only minutes walk to underground station & bus stops. Location is very close to all the public transport. I liked the Hammersmith area and its good underground connections. The hotel itself was very neat and clean. The staff are some of the most helpful and friendly people.
R. M.Nearly did not stay there after the manager said they had no rooms, however , after requesting they pay for all our taxi fares from kilburn to hammersmith, they suddenly had a room. The oddity was that it was a nice place to stay. Clean, quiet and comfortable! Make sure they don't try to move you.
T. M.The hotel's location is very convenient as you can walk almost anywhere. The room did not have very good insulation from outside noises. The receptionist in So Quartier told us, that So Sienna is fully booked so we could not go back So poor experiences of So Sienna this time.

What I liked the most was how welcoming and nice the team was.
I would recommend it to anybody who wants to be close to the tube and everything close to London. Indeed Hammersmith is a very nice and lively neighborood.

K. D.Arrived at hotel to be told of a maintenance issue meaning we were to be put in a hotel in Kilburn, a 30 minute taxi ride away that they would pay for. Asked about being taxid back to Hammersmith for an event and back to the new hotel, eventually got the room which was booked and was a great hotel and room, very clean!!

Top-floor rooms are drastically small. Two thumbs down on having no space for clothes etc.

Used scourer, not kitchen cloth, dirty and worn glass, in short, bad for breakfast.
It all depends on your level of demand, to spend three / four days it can be worth, the price is not bad, but .....

Ubicación excelente. Limpieza deficiente,almohadas de relleno de gomaespuma,no cafetera,no tostador,poca limpieza sobre todo para los tiempos que corren, conserjes muy agradables y atentos, pero podría mejorar mucho con la limpieza y cuatro detalles.
Estropajo usado,no trapo de cocina,vitro sucia y ajada,en resumen, mal para poder desayunar.
Todo depende ya de tu nivel de exigencia,para pasar tres/cuatro días puede valer,de precio no va mal, pero.....
