W. C.Service was really great, they went above and beyond for my wife's birthday in a discreet way. The room was nice and incredibly comfortable bed, but styling was a little tired for me and the other areas of the room not as comfortable or that great. Bathroom was really nice. Breakfast was nicely done but the full English I had could have been done a bit better. Bacon a bit soft, eggs tasted of the vinegar they were poached in, sausage seemed underseasoned and toast that came with it was like a basic sliced white. I seem super picky but I think they could be better in this area for the level they are.
J. L.I booked this hotel through Amex fine hotel collection. I initially was hesitant, not knowing much about where to stay in London, and a previous review that wasn’t too flattering. We had such a lovely four night stay. Our room was a beautifully upgraded two room suite, much larger than expected. In room coffee and full mini bar. They sent a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine to our room. The only issue was that you really could hear everything on the street, there was some repair work being done, and if you were a late sleeper, it could be bothersome. The staff was incredibly friendly, and helpful, anything you needed, they were on point . We made appointments to use the fitness facility, which was small but well equipped. The restaurant had a great contemporary feel, and the breakfast off the menu was fresh and delicious. The weather happened to be beautiful while there, and being right across the street from Hyde Park, made it really convenient. I found the location perfect, a little less busy than the other side of the park, yet still walkable to all main attractions, and with a fair number of bars, restaurants, and shops within blocks of the hotel. I would easily stay here again!

R. C.We stayed here for three days in early November to celebrate my wife’s special b and our granddaughter’s 13th birthday . Whilst we didn’t eat at the hotel and therefore can’t speak for that aspect we all found the hotel to be a delight. The upgraded junior suites were fabulously comfortable, quiet, and elegant furnished and equipped. The situation is excellent and a bike ride through the interconnecting Hyde, Green and St James’s Parks on a sunny autumn morning was an absolute delight.
The service was impeccable and the staff courteous and friendly throughout our stay.
We thoroughly recommend it to travellers of all kinds.
D. T.Really awesome underrated hotel. At about a third of the tariff of the trendy Mayfair places you get as good if not better rooms. Service is really excellent, with a nice Italian flair. The location is a bit less centrally located but if you like the stroll through the park it’s really not an inconvenience to go back and forth from the hotel to the more happening locations.

I. F.I have to say Baglioni hotel is the best place to stay in London! The location next to Kensington palace and very close to central transportation is perfect for any time of the year as the Kensington park is right across the street.
The rooms are luxurious and very comfortable and reception and lobby and restaurant areas are very nice and Cousy and not overly stuffed up so it’s wonderful to seat there in the evening.
But the best part about this hotel is the service - if I can give it 10 stars I would. Front desk manager Sara, her assistant Paulinka, consierge Donato and restaurant manager Filippo are just amazing and treat each guest a a member of their own family. The hotel is part of Italian chain and a lot of employees are Italian- so Italian hospitality is the key.
We have stayed in the hotel a week and I have to tell you not only every request was met everyone went above and beyond to help and accommodate us even before we arrived. (I even emailed Filippo my breakfast order and he would have it ready for me in the morning even on his days off!). Sara literally treated us like family and send so many goodies to our room I can’t even begin to describe it.
If you are planning to stay in London please don’t go for any chain or big hotels- stay at Baglioni you won’t be disappointed.

D. W.We had a fantastic stay here. From the very beginning the staff did everything they could to make us feel welcome. Their approach was warm, friendly, and attentive.
The room was excellent. We were upgraded to an executive suite, which was spacious, well proportioned, and scrupulously clean. The beds were comfortable, which is important to us as a tall family. We were also able to request a real bed for our daughter rather than a fold-away bed that some hotels supply.
The location is good, just next to Kensington High Street, and Kensington Gardens.
The breakfast was lovely, and we were made very comfortable by the team.

A fantastic spa & massage treatment followed by an afternoon tea with an Italian twist. Due to Covid restrictions, we had the whole spa facilities to ourselves and it was a brilliant experience.
The afternoon tea room was delicious with a complementary glass of prosecco each. We both love the Italian sandwiches and the sweet treats.
I'd definitely come back for another relaxing experience.

N. B.Nice place but you have to have a certain taste to stay here. The decor is not exactly my style. Food in the restaurant is good, would recommend trying the avocado side, it was surprisingly good despite it's simplicity. The staff throughout the hotel are attentive.
The hotel itself, while I was there, smelled a lot like moisturizer. It's not a bad smell, but heavy, and I was relieved to go outside.

The reason We are giving them 3 stars and not more relates to the room as well as the house keeping. The room is way too small to the usual size associated with the category reserved and definitely not aligned with the pictures shown on the website. The TV is a definitive negative as it stalls and is inconsistent. One have to restart a number of times and it is not clear why. Also the housekeeping service is inconsistent and at one time the room was not serviced although we left around 8 am and the request for service was hanged on the door. When we complained the response is that we should have called reception.

Nothing was too hard for them. The room was comfortable, the easy access to main areas of London useful and the car that was made available very special. On the way home to the airport we were given a few tasty sandwiches which capped a memorable stay. We have stayed at these Hotels elsewhere and highly recommend them.

The room was amazingly clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated(they kindly upgraded the room which made it even greater!) The location is very convenient to walk around for shopping and visiting landmarks - Right in front of Hyde Park and located in Knightsbridge.

The decor of the venue is very high end and more importantly the staff are extremely professional, friendly and welcoming. Would strongly recommend here for any private hire as from a photography perspective it looks amazing and wonderful.

Took up the option for chauffeur driven pickup which was the start of a wonderful experience at the Baglioni. The staff were extremely helpful and professional at all times. Would recommend this hotel if your in the area.

I have been there for a trial shift as a waiter but I was drunk of Nebbiolo and cigarettes from the day before so I have just lost my occasion.
Despite that I think is the Italian class in London.

J. A.A nice room with comfy bedding. Was a little taken aback when they tried charging me for some milk to make a cup of tea in the room. A promised complimentary newspaper in the morning failed to materialise. Forgot to put the ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door, so was woken up by frantic banging on the door by housekeeping just before 10am. Whilst the sign would have prevented this, is it too much to ask for the housekeeping team to made aware of room occupancy by front of house?

S. V.My experience is about the outside bar area/terrace. We went there for a late Sunday aperitivo as had heard that they are doing this. We sat at a table outside (the terrace is lovely and there are heaters also) and we waited for 30-35 minutes. After that and as no one had come to take an order/offer some water/give us the menus, we had to go inside and ask. We then managed to order a bottle of prosecco with aperitivo. The selection of nibbles provided was quite nice (olives, nuts, bruschetta, omelette, croquettes and pieces of Parmesan). The prices are very high but that is justified by the location and the hotel itself (the reception is very beautiful and has a luxury feeling).
If the service improves, I would want to try it again as also the bar inside seemed quite promising.

The hotel contains Italian furnishings and has a fountain, stone floors and large gold vases. Baglioni hotel has 68 rooms, with 53 suites, including three executive suites and two presidential suites.[1]
The hotel is served by the Ristorante Brunellowhich specialises in Mediterranean, particularly Italian cuisine and uses fresh ingredients imported from Italy for authenticity.[2] It has over 500 wines on offer, including a collection of Sassiciaia wines. The restaurant is located on the ground floor facing Kensington Gardens. Furnishings include comfortable grey and gold velvet armchairs, Murano glass candelabras and a large fireplace.
The hotel also offers a VIP Maserati courtesy car service.[3]
P. Z.I love this hotel, nice decor and staff are reasonably friendly, although it can be better. Location is excellent for shopping in High St Ken and Knightsbridge as well as the Royal Albert Hall. Drinks are bit over priced.
果.You get what you pay for here: lovely staff; smart, clean rooms, excellent food and facilities, in the heart of High St Ken for shopping and transport links. So many London hotels are a bit scruffy and down-at-heel while charging not much less than the RGH. Choose it! You won't be disappointed.

Many staff members went out of their way to make our stay special. Conveniently located to major sites, shopping and across from The Broadwalk in Hyde Park. High Street Kensington tube station about 10 minute walk from hotel.

K. P.On the whole, a lovely hotel but there were a few niggles. Some rooms have zero views (i.e. a wall) but still cost in excess of £350. Bedrooms are unbearably hot even though air con on lowest setting. Breakfast is very expensive and confusing. Just one card for a room with two occupants. Ended up with one cooked breakfast, one cereal and milk, one cup of tea (with one cup) yet juice and pastries for two. That cost £45!! Positives were: sexy black gloss bathrooms with blue spotlights in the floor that can be operated independently from the main lights, comfy beds and bedding, a turn-down service, free sparkling/still water, free coffee machine in each room, mini bar and fab restaurant. We stayed for a special family birthday. If this is in your normal price range, it's a nice place to stay in an extremely convenient location for Kensington Palace. We stayed in room 101 and had a small private terrace too. Finally, door staff are incredibly helpful. You leave your car in the layby just outside the hotel's front door and then the doorman will fetch your bags and then go and park your car (somewhere offsite). Parking costs £45 per day.
