S. H.Stayed with my kids- 5 in total.. really easy to contact hotel by phone- very helpful with my questions. On arrival welcoming staff. Family room booked wasn’t expecting much but I was impressed by the space and how clean it was. Only downside was the en-suite shower, tight for space but we did manage to use it fine. Hotel in general very clean. Close to local shops and Hyde park. Transport links Easy to access so perfect for getting to all landmarks. Generally felt like a safe area to be in. Booked parking-which was right outside the hotel doors.
J. P.Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very nice staff, great location. Breakfast was average, but I liked it. The room for breakfast is small, so it could happen you will wait few minutes to be seated. I recommend to go there earlier. Check out 11:00, great. Breakfast could be longer, it ends at 8:30. Some people complain about the fact you have to cross the street and go to another building to get a breakfast, we didnt mind it at all. Some people complain about small bathroom, yes, it is true, but you are in 2* hotel! Everything was clean and not old. Service as in normal hotel, everyday cleaning, tea, coffee and snack at rooms. Nice view. You can open the window as you want. Definitely recommended, I don't understand bad reviews.

C. M.Flavio on front desk lovely warm welcome. Single room for one ample size, on suite shower and toilet room. Wifi, Tv, Tea & Coffee making with biscuits. Thought the bed was very comfortable with cosy blankets not quilt. Clean room. Susie and other lady in breakfast room welcoming and attentive. Two good quality rashers bacon - 2 eggs, beans, 2 toast with coffee and toast. Cereal was available too. Would stay sgain. Easy to find very closr to Paddington station.

A. B.A very nice hotel with a little quirk. The room here was very comfortable if a little on the small size. The hotel has a sister hotel across the road which is where you have to go for breakfast. Breakfast consists of full English, croissant, cereal, fruit, toast and jam or marmalade and tea and coffee as you like. It is not a buffet. I had no complaints about the food.
The breakfast room is a little small (it seats 24 people) for the size of the two hotels (about 38 rooms) given that breakfast is included.
A.The location is ideal for Hyde Park, museums, Paddington Station and the underground which will get you to most of the centre inside half an hour. Service was delightful, really went out of their way to make it a great stay. Room was cosy but had everything you could need and was clean and well-kept. Considering the price (being in London) you really couldn't ask for better value. Breakfast was straight-forward but very nice and the morning service there was wonderful too. It's not the Ritz, but if you're looking for a comfortable, good quality, excellent service, convenient and fantastic value-for-money hotel, look no further.

It needs a bit of care though and the cleaning could be more careful. Good prices. The breakfast area is very small .

We spoke to Emmanuel at reception who was lovely and saved us from our nightmare! Its in a great location, just a short walk from Paddington station and surrounded by pubs and places to eat! It saved a dreadful weekend and turned it into an experience that we can look back and laugh at! The only downside is the bathroom was a teeny bit small but that didn't hugely affect anything!

Eu e minha família estivemos hospedados durante cinco dias no Balmoral House Hotel e adoramos. Local muito limpo e aconchegante. Os funcionários foram sempre muito educados conosco. Café da manhã com possibilidade de escolher o breakfast típico inglês: tomates, ovos, bacon, cogumelos e feijões. Para quem não optar pelo breakfest são oferecidas torradas, geleias diversas, croissant, frutas, cereais, café e chá. Simples, mas tudo muito bom. Localização excelente, próxima da estação de trem e metrô de Paddington.
Realmente, ficamos muito satisfeitos com nossa escolha e numa próxima oportunidade, certamente nos hospedaremos novamente no Balmoral.

Die Zimmer sind auch sehr sauber und es gibt Shampoo und Duschgel als Probegrößen. Es gibt jeden Tag ca. zwischen 10-11 Uhr vormittags einen Zimmerservice der die Handtücher wechselt, Betten macht und die Kekse auffüllt ( auf dem Zimmer gibt es einen Wasserkocher mit verschiedenen Teesorten und Instant Kaffee, dazu Kekse). Das Frühstück gibt es von 6.30-8.30 Uhr und reicht von verschiedenen Müsli Sorten über Marmelade, Honig und Nutella bis hin zum typisch englischen Frühstück mit Bohnen, Ei und Schinken. Lediglich Wurst und Käse gibt es nicht, dafür aber Orangensaft, kaffe, Tee und Kakao. Gepäck kann dort bis zum Check in und am Abreisetag bis Abends gelagert werden. Tipp: Etwa zehn Minuten Fußweg entfernt gibt es einen Supermarkt (tesso) der billiger ist, als der der direkt in der Nebenstraße ist. Das Hotel kann ich jedem empfehlen der sich London mal anschauen möchte, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt.

Estuvimos este puente en Balmoral House Hotel. Es nuestra tercera vez 2000, 2003 y 2015, Londres ha cambiado mucho pero el Hotel continua siendo igual, en el buen sentido. Está muy céntrico y bien comunicado. Es de una familia Española y eso siempre facilita la comunicación y los consejos. Tuvimos un problema con el vuelo de vuelta y fueron los únicos que nos ayudaron, la dueña Auri y las personas que estan en la recepción Francisco, Gabriel y el chico francés que no se su nombre y que amablemente nos guió por el metro de Londres para asegurar que llegamos bien a Gatwick. Volveremos, seguro y lo recomendaremos siempre que alguien nos pregunte por donde dormir en Londres. Mil gracias!
